This is the first one I've done. Alright, we're trying out this new thing

[sad music]

That's the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life

He once told me hands off my macaroni Milwaukee pasta bandit fountain

I

Witness

Is that real? Oh my god

Somebody once told me hands off my macaroni

This is why I only trust pew news and Gloria Borg and they do in an outstanding work

I'm not supposed to give my opinion but man

Get it the kids were supposed to grow up

But then they never go up because they never vaccinate your child

Vaccinate your child and give it just give it autism at this point

Is this really that bad aren't you kind of ablest for not vaccinating at this point who's I'm talking about?

These talks are great. Stop complaining

Okay, all right I had enough no more tick tock videos, that's it I'm done I'm done

We cannot let this breed. We cannot have more of this

Jesus Christ

It's just what the kids are up to these days

Back in my day. We used to get played World of Warcraft and do good stuff with our you what?

Stupid kids joke areas that I'm actually pissed off. Why would you waste a drink like that?

so this was never happened if you vaccinated your child, I

Don't know where I'm going with that

I

Mean the man is dancing with two girls fair enough what has happened?

Is this what our youth is listening to back in my day? We listened to bass hunter me sit there Harry Beldon

Now you kids are listening to all this stupid meme song

What song about me twice Noah, that's really nice

Hit me up. If you ever need advice kind of a dead meme at this point quite literally

But that song is tight, man

Imagine listening to that song on their own neck

Now how long I'm just gonna make force me to listen to the songs on ironically again

God damnit draw your last pathetic card, so I get it all this

Cards Kaiba, but it does contain

Is that the actual voice acting the dub for you you

Cry as things

Are you even do that? She does indeed say a lot of things. That was good

Tiding well with a meme cool. There's anyone else wanted me to be here just to explain the jokes for everyone. Okay, cool

Let's keep going. Hahaha. Come on. Give it back course. You gotta say my name. Alright Big Daddy. Come on now, give it back

Delivery was great - it's like I'm rating these at this point. All right Big Daddy. Come on now give it back

Xbox turn on

Xbox turn on

Xbox you are gay. Oh my god

confirmed confirmed once and for all

Everyone who plays Xbox is gay and there's nothing wrong with that except that you're gay

Hey, do you so pussy here?

No, oh God, is that the same one or another one

What happen is the same one another okay

It confuses me so much

I think I read a comment saying that you have meme day or something a guy did it for me?

They what skull has meme day. We didn't have my meme day back in my day and I turn out just fine

What the frig? I want me and a

Good

Cool insightful commentary Felix. I enjoyed that one. I'm really glad I'm here for a good reason

And there's really no reason to just go and watch these compilations by yourself. Listen

Listen here your little shy who said bye to say. Oh damn. I'm sorry. That was too far

I was acting very why I was wondering why people couldn't hear me when I played online and use this headset

It's because the mics on the inside of the headphone, oh, wow, where else nowhere else

Well, that's because you're wearing it wrong. All right, you're supposed to wear it like this like you're bein

No one

No one cared who I was until I put on the mask

What I smash yes sir, it's James jaws

Oh

If you have a Wii but you don't have a sensor. You can just use candles. Watch what?

No way

What no that's baby and now it doesn't work without the candles what

We've been tricked all along

Nintendo son of a bitch. How much is that we censor yo

Four pounds. Am I expected to pay four pounds? Nintendo is freaking. Oh that makes me angry capitalism

Oh, really

Anti watch and she washes ben shapiro louder with Crowder's Wow

Jordan Peterson, uh

Hello

Hello, I'm getting tired of hearing women complain about pain from period cramps and giving birth because really yes

That's nothing compared to the pain of mining diamonds and then had fallen lava so women have nothing to complain nothing

Nothing, you got nothing to complain about

Girls

Pregnancy

Can almost feel the same pain as a man feels when he accidentally

pickaxes his dog and kills it in Minecraft

Then you can at least almost feel the pain that we go through every single day, son

I'm sorry. Sue me my same

To my god, I thought Shaggy means we're dead, but that was actually good

To pretend Wow

Stand bully. Be careful. What the hell?

Forgive what the hell buggy don't Tom don't do me light. Imagine getting mugged by some blind dudes. You're losing horribly

They're straight up beating you - they have weapon get it. Oh

Guess it - no. I'm sorry. You made no sense

I guess

So tick-tock it's on take

darkest never miss Oh

third

That was an epic fail. I think any truer and lily ponds are the funniest female comedians of all time

Oh my god, a collaboration a collide about their trusty vaginas and make funny faces

That would be so lit

All right, what is happening

Sup, bro, let's go

What the hell

Ultra Realisitc Wargaming Table - Duration: 18:35.

Ho Do guys in this video I'm gonna take you through how to build this ultra

realistic wargaming table with a couple of simple cheap steps you yourself could

create something as nice as this in a 5 miniute crafts

hi and I'm Luke home of affordable professional Scenic's if you'd like to

check out my range visit Www.geekgaming.co.uk for all your terrain needs

right so starting off we're gonna need a base material now this is 9mm MDF we

zoom views this is its light weight I'm gonna use a border of 25 mil because

that's the depth of the phone if you'd like an in-depth tutorial on how to

build this lightweight gaming table step-by-step I do have a video which

I'll pop up in the right-hand corner for you now just put in some pilot holes in

and then we're gonna count a sink it so you don't scratch him or this table from

that fasten and fix the beams cut off the excess with a razor saw mind them

fingers and then we're about ready to apply the foam my new favorite way of

cutting foam is with a razor saw no hot wire tools needed and it's clean after

applying some Luc's aps faster I'm basing glue fit in your foam and that'll

be ready to work within about 5-10 minutes now all I'm doing now is

planning the ground formation the initial idea of this is to have a hill

with a ruined temple on it an ocean down in the bottom corner and a raised area

at the top where the river will be flowing down into the ocean so we might

miss out with a sharpie or any pen or pencil all do we fit that in place using

some cocktail sticks

now I'll put some gated glue down and then we'll push it down on top of them

sticks now do be careful with this it can be quite fiddly so make sure it's

all lined up and perfect before I pressing it down into place and secure

in with my cocktail sticks in an angle from the front now so create a basic

clan form we're gonna use a heat gun there's another reason for this which

we'll cover in a second but do do this in a ventilated area open a door window

do it out sides probably the best place now I've used some polyurethane filler

foam to fill where we've gone a bit mental with the heat gun if you're not

bothered about weighty could just fill this with your modeling compound this

was going to be a lightweight gaming table so that's why we use your same

phone so I know people don't like burning foam and but because we're

trying to make this as lightweight as possible I will be using some modeling

compound on this to firm it up and get some ground structures but people don't

like using cheaper polystyrene because it's soft now when you run the heat gun

over it or a blowtorch that is rock-hard I mean it's it's even

hard to cut so using cheap phones if you are gonna burn it don't do it outside

don't burn and sit and breathe it in but it does make cheaper polystyrene oxide

to work on top of and that's why I do it I know it looks a bit shit a bit rough

of the minute what we use a modeling compound to solve that all hour and the

day this is not the important bit this is just getting you rough shape and then

we work from that so don't be afraid if it is looking crappy at the moment you

can't fix all that modeling compound but we're doing this as steady as we can

like that's Bible Quiz all this foam down so it uses little modeling compound

as possible to keep the weight down and so yeah burn polystyrene right guys so

onto the modeling compound this is my product if you like to purchase it do

check the links below now put on thickly once that's in place just get it out

squashed out to fill in all them gaps tap it to bring the water to the surface

which will make it pretty flat and after about 5-10 minutes this will start to

dry once that starts to dry you need to get

it wet wait your hand and then you can smooth this right out and that'll make

that Beach blend in to the ocean floor and get rid of all them nasty phone

lines right once you've done that all over that's what it should look like and

it should be all blended in and nicely looking like a realistic ground

formation while you're leaving that to drive for around 15-20 minutes pour

yourself some Rock molds is from Waddell & Scenic's if you'd like to buy any of

these I do have an affiliate Amazon link below we can purchase exactly the same

Rock molds that I've used in this video this is a Luke's ApS casting plaster

it's a very fast drying hard plaster perfect for the rock molds after about

20 minutes pop them out and you should be left with some high detailed rocks

that look realistic how I apply these they use some hot glue and I don't leave

the hot glue on for a very long time I just get to a point where it'll just

come out so it doesn't melt the foam when I stick them on you don't need a

lot of this because the modeling compound that you'll use for blending

little rocks in later will hold them in place once they're in place I assemble

the ruined temple if you'd like to see a video on what I did for assembling this

ruined temple in great detail there's video in the top right hand corner if

it's click on watch later but all these hours Hirst arts squares and I put a

rough temple together using her stats molds some cake pillars bits of foam and

a load of bits of rubble and stuff made from plaster of Paris and all sorts of

other things don't forget to put a new year offcuts of rubble and debris in the

sea or anywhere around it because you can use that to add more realism to your

piece

and that's what the ruined temple looked like when it came to a completion like I

said if you do want to watch that make sure you watch that video later now I'm

using AZ and reduce types and color just to paint over all the ground ready for

the ground covers going down well Australian we're gonna paint his

rock faces and all the rocks that we've put and outcrops all around the board

first up a brownie grave then an okra and then a black put a couple of drops

in a cup and add around 80% water this is so we can apply the leopard spot

techniques to the rocks to make them look as realistic as possible give them

a good mix make sure you get that pigment right into the water now for a

plane I put on the okra first now it is slightly dirty because I've mixed all of

them at the same time but don't worry about it they're all gonna get mixed

together anyway it's the best thing about this technique it is very messy it

is very just throw it on and hope to see where it looks like at the end after

you've put that okra on I go on to the the grey Brown and I brush that all over

this is just to get rid of the whiteness of the rock now I was feeling it needed

a bit of warm color in there so I got some ready Brown and I just dropped that

cost maybe 50% of it then I do an all-over black wash

Ernest light creamy dry brush over the whole thing once it's dry and that's

what you're left with right so mixing some PVA glue the better quality of the

PVA glue the better it's going to work so obviously you need the best add some

water get it to a quite runny consistency and then we'll paint this in

small areas all over the board as we go

now once you've got that into soup place around a square foot or so mix up some

soil with some tile grout and some pigments or cement dice to get the

required color that you want for your ground coverings sprinkle these on as

thick or as thin as you want trying to get a nice ocean floor covering and the

rest of the board best thing about these ground covers is one you don't have to

paint them and to within having tile grout they stick very hard now cover

this in isopropanol and then spray it with water down PVA glue to seal in

place while this is damp the tile grout will start to activate and it will go as

hard as cement once it's dry keep repeating this process all over the

board I've completely covered all your areas

now for coarse and rough areas I like to use my base ready this is desert sand

and stone as you can see the colors are brilliant for the ocean or the riverbed

the great for just rocky outcroppings and rough areas of this and now what I

like to do is from having a really rough patch is I like to put this down first

up straight onto the watered down PVA glue and then once I've put that down I

go back to the ground covers which is the soil tile grout and the cement dyes

or pigments whatever you want to use and I'll sprinkle this over the top now you

might be thinking that's gonna cover that up it doesn't

oh you spray that you sprinkle that on and then when you come in with your

watered down PVA glue and spray it it washes it off and it sort of weathers

the rocks and makes them blend them in better

it's my new way of doing things and I really do like it what do you think put

in the comments below

leave them groundcovers overnight to dry and as you'll see they'll start to

lighten up nicely and look realistic

now from that we're going to add some see details these are going to be

barnacles baked green stuff cut the end off a pepper

press them onto the rock and then press the pipit into the green stuff it's as

simple as that if you'd like to watch another video on

this do check the top right

right now on to the water effects this is water clear epoxy are from CFS it's a

two-part epoxy it's very simple to use and very user-friendly if you'd like to

watch a detailed video on pouring resins I'll put that in the top right now I add

a turquoise ink to this home just to give it that sort of Mediterranean Sea

look I don't go over the top because I want to leave you quite transparent to

show the lovely seabed below now with it shining through the turquoise ink you

get a really nice realistic look with minimal effort that's why we did spent

time doing the ocean bed paint in the rocks prune all the rough and coarse

textures and the light sun's in there so when you pour the resin over the top it

does all the work for you this is a very frustrating resin once you've used a

blowtorch on top to get rid of all the bubbles leave it around six hours and

you're ready to move on to the next step now once it's dry

let's go on to weather in that Beach and making it look like it's got wet sand

where the coastal max will be it's as simple as just glazing the sand really

it's some say pure wash and put it on with a little bit of water in add more

water keep repeating this higher and higher till you've happy with the finish

put a gloss varnish on it to make it look wet and then we'll move on to the

water effects

as you can see once a stripe looks lovely

right these water affects us one of my homegrown creations if you'd like to see

how to make this check what's up right all the video links will be in the

description below also but this is a products you can buy from geek Gaming is

called clearfix it's a hybrid polymer which makes water effects as simple as

anything I've gotta do is put them on it'll self level and give it a really

nice soft natural ripple as it starts to dry can manipulate it and play with it

to give it more harsher details in areas where you want stronger currents or if

you want it to sleeve it nice and soft and polite you just let it self level

and you'll get a really nice soft ripple

for waves you just don't mix this down as much you keep it quite thick and then

lay it down quite thickly in areas and keep playing with it and manipulating it

till you get to a point where it's starting to hold its shape after a while

you should be able to that make some nice waveforms in the matter of minutes

with the orbiting clear you can tell what its gonna look like as you're

working with it unlike working with acrylics or other

wave products on the market it's very simple it's very quick and it will be

dry in the matter of hours or painting it and do a very subtle amount of white

paints on top because I don't like over white water effects seems to take away

from the realism just a little amount of white on the tips just breaks it up

enough so you can see it's a wave and move in nicely and once it's done it

looks superb if I don't say so myself

if anybody would like to have a go at doing this themselves do remember you

can buy all the products used in this video below what do we do we do that

geek gaming code at UK all proceeds go to me and my beer fund now for static

grass this is using Luke's ApS static grasses there is a Mediterranean board

deal on at the moment if you'd like to check out do check the links the

applicator is also purchasable from hulls and it's from war worlds Enix is

the applicator and it's just building up loads of different lengths and layers

and cause of static grass to get a really nice realistic looking grass now

once you put your grass down it is good just to comb it just to give it that

sort of blown and wild grass look when it's all a bit perfect it doesn't look

that nice you do this it just adds another level of realism let's now have

forgotten about in wargaming tables and once it's done you're left with a

beautiful gaming board that you can play on for years to come and and tell all

your friends at how proud you are they've created in such a masterpiece I

know I was an average should have about it since if you want to ask any

questions guys put them in the comments below catch you in a bit so guys I hope

you've hoped this video um it was just nice just to put the whole build

together in a shot this videos about 40 hours condensed into about 20 minutes or

so and I just thought I'd do it because a lot of people been asking on how I did

things are not in the individual videos but I thought together you can put

everything together yourself and have a good go but yes guys if you are liking

what I'm doing and you want to support the channel check the links to my star

below I've got all my Scenic's there for anything that I don't sell I have Amazon

affiliates and there's all the different things I use on Amazon Amazon or Ebay or

whatever all them sort of products will be on the Amazon affiliate links doesn't

affect you at all it just means that I get some money every time you buy

something through my Amazon store oh so if you just watching the channel as

Surprising Family That Didn't Know We Existed - Duration: 8:43.

- Let's talk about how a family tree works.

You got Nells here.

- That's me. - That's her.

She came from when two people fall in love,

Mom

and Dad, okay.

They had parents, and then they had parents.

- Can't have kids without parents.

- On and on, this is the start of a chart.

Nells, parents, parents' parents,

and it goes on and on and on.

Right now how we're starting this video.

- Oh, let's get rid of these toys.

- Avelyn's toys.

Looking how far back we can go in our family trees.

Do you want to sign in? - Yes.

Hey, can you hold on one second?

- Come here, sweetie, come here.

- She's like no, now I guess I'll just play with my toys.

So we are on familysearch.org.

(baby crying)

- There we go. - There we go.

- Baby.

- Okay, now just see how far back you can go.

- On my mom's side, my grandma,

her mom, is actually adopted.

There's no way mine goes back only this far.

- Oh, here you go, okay.

Simon Beakler, Jacob Beeshler.

Notice how the names change? - Beakler.

Oh, we're in the 1600s. - Oh, baby.

Don't eat that marker. - Jacob.

Bone digger. - What?

- Boetigger.

- Hey, someone else has that name right now,

and it's awesome.

- Guys, Boetigger. - Boetigger.

- If you have this last name-- - T-I-double guh-er.

- B-O-E-T-I-G-G-E-R.

- No, it's double guh.

How this works is people will go and find actual

records and documentation that proves this person existed.

So birth records, marriage records,

funeral records or cemetery records.

Anyone can do this, you just create a profile

at familysearch.org, and then you go to Family Tree.

Put in you, your parents, your grandparents,

and then you see how far back you can go.

Oh my goodness!

- Is that where it ends? - No.

Okay, this person was alive at the time of Christ.

- [Nells] 35 B.C.

- What's up, welcome to today's video.

There's a reason why we have been focusing on

ancestors and our family tree.

That's what this video is kind of just a small part.

(baby cooing)

(baby cooing)

- Update, we just got to our hotel

after traveling for, how many hours?

Look at the butt on that one.

Why did we go to Germany?

Probably about 15 years ago, my dad really got

into our family history, and he found out that

a lot of Jurgensmeiers lived in Westenholz, Germany.

Then somehow gets in contact with a carpenter.

The carpenter was from Westenholz,

and he said, "Yeah, I know that there were many

"Jurgensmeiers over in that area."

And he took pictures of phone book pages

of all their names and addresses and numbers.

So my dad had all these Jurgensmeiers.

Then he meets a sister missionary from Germany.

He asked her to help him write tons of letters.

Over sixty letters that he wrote.

Ten to fifteen of them came back.

Those that did make it,

about ten or so wrote back to my dad.

In the letter, he said, "Hey, we're family."

And he didn't even know exactly if we were,

but we had the same last name.

Long story short, ended up getting

in touch with Sandra.

What did you think when you got the letter?

- I was just like, oh my God, we have

relatives in the US?

Why? How?

- And then Dad, did you, did we know we had relatives,

or just the last name?

- [Jason's Dad] No, it was just the last name

and you were from Westenholz.

And then, you said a funny thing.

You said something like, "There are

"lots of Jurgensmeiers in my high school.

"but I don't know if they're related."

- And there was no Jurgensmeiers when we grew up.

My sister and her emailed and corresponded

back and forth, and then Sandra got Facebook.

- And I think I'm the first one in Germany

who used Facebook.

(laughs) Or one of the first.

- Yeah, 'cause that was...

Ten, eleven years ago?

Normally, everything that we do

I have a camera in my hand and I'm filming.

This trip though, because it was so special,

we didn't really take a camera and film much at all.

In fact-- - We didn't wanna be like,

hey guys! Hey family we don't know

that doesn't speak our language.

- Yeah. - Hey, what's up?

- Yeah. - For camera selfie-ing

It just seemed really inappropriate and we wanted

to keep it secret and special for everybody.

- It was a different kind of trip, you know?

A different adventure.

So we're here in Westenholz

and this triangle house,

right here, this section,

is the original house when this farm

was first settled by Jurgensmeiers in Westenholz.

And imagine this, like you just get an email

from someone who's like,

"Hi, because we're family,

"we're coming to your country and we'd love to meet."

- Where do you live? What's your address?

We'll get a hotel nearby - Yeah.

Look, they even have Jurgensmeier tractor.

We met other family that we've never met before.

It was so cool.

- It was really cool.

It's weird 'cause it's like,

it's not my close relatives,

but, now that we have Avelyn, it's like

whoa, it's totally part of her line now too.

- On that family tree, right?

You go back and it gets really big.

We eventually met with people

clear on the other side of that family tree.

And it was funny, I don't know who pointed it out,

but, someone's like, "We all have the same nose."

- They totally did, it was bizarre.

(people talking) (people laughing)

- Just, I don't know, try and think of this for a second.

Think about your last name.

Where does your family come from?

If you could get in touch with someone

who has a direct link, like six generations back,

but they're alive now on the other side of the world

and you go meet with them,

what would you talk about?

- So we're cousins.

- Yeah. - That's neat.

- Yeah, a lot of them was like,

"Cool, so, what do you do for fun?"

At first it was a little awkward

but then we just dove in and started talking

about stories about our grandpa and what they do

and how life's different for them.

- This is the guy that came from Germany, Johann.

Johann and this first guy were brothers.

- [Woman] He is the father.

- [Man] Okay, he's the father.

- [Woman] Yes.

(people talking)

- My dad's mother was from Germany.

- By the end we really felt like family

and some of them are actually trying

to come out to visit us this summer in America.

Which is gonna be really cool. We have a family reunion

and they're gonna try to come to meet all of

our extended family. - Are they really?

- Yeah. My dad just told me that.

To meet everyone. And it's just so cool to like--

- Wow! - Yeah!

Can you imagine?

We didn't know exactly what we would share about this trip.

We didn't go prepared to make a vlog from it.

We weren't going to.

We were just gonna go and kinda sneak in this trip.

(laughs)

- I know, a lot of you guys were probably like,

what the heck? You guys went to Germany?

- Yeah what about that? - Or Austria?

- Are you finishing the fifty states?

Yes we are. We're back in the RV.

We're gonna baby-proof it too because now this girl's

almost walking. - She's everywhere.

(clapping)

(laughing)

- One thing we realize we missed

while we were doing this fifty states trip

was we really missed our families.

My dad's always wanted to go.

You gotta do the things that you wanna do

so finally we're like, dad, let's do it. Let's go.

Now we decided to make this video

because of how rich of an experience that was.

We hope that our content inspired,

actually, what do you guys get out of this experience?

Maybe we don't tell you what this video means,

but how does it apply to you?

Love to see in the comments below, like,

does this excite you to want to find out

about your ancestors?

Do you wanna try and meet family in distant areas?

- You just wanna travel?

Just be nicer to everybody around you

because you're probably related to them.

- You probably are. - You are related to them

in some way.

- And if any of you are related to us

from what you saw here,

- [Both] Let us know.

- That would be sick.

- Yeah.

Okay. - We'll meet up.

- Anything else? What else?

- No, it's cool, I just want them to know why we

went to Germany so they're not like, what the freak?

- Oh, and of course, like we do,

we hid a treasure in Germany as well.

Okay, there's a tower.

(drum-heavy music)

Wolfgang's Kirche. Up these stairs.

This wall is so cool.

It's really from the 1300s, protected the city.

So I have to hide treasure up here.

Go through this tunnel, and here's the first keyhole.

It's got some writing. Don't see anything that'll stick out.

Twelve, twenty-five, fifteen.

Wrote a note, and we have this that I just bought.

I don't know the chocolate store.

No chocolate, but I hid it.

It's gonna hold the note.

(drum-heavy music)

So I'm up here, stepped up.

And I'm right here.

And then, here's above the window.

This is going...

Right there. Okay?

That's where it is, guys.

And we're gonna send you something

super dope. Come find it.

See you in the next adventure.

CT Scans & Mammogram Vs. Thermograms & The Hidden Dangers Of Mammograms - Duration: 13:44.

Hi, Dr. Minkoff here, BodyHealth.com. Today I want to talk about a common subject

which is, what do you do if your doctor orders a CT scan on you, or are CT scans

dangerous, do CT scans cause cancer, what is the data on this so that you can be

better informed. CT scans have one upside, definitely. Because they give you

information, you can see things that you can't see on an x-ray. So, if the doctor

is looking for a tumor, for a lump, for a cyst, for something, a CT scan can be very

valuable. If somebody is looking for a tooth infection, or an abscess a CT scan

can be very valuable. It's a two-sided sword, because a CT scan is a type of

x-ray and there is ionizing radiation, there is x-ray radiation that is going

to come into your body when you get it. So a lot of times the real question is,

is the diagnosis needed by getting a CT scan or not. If it's needed you're kind

of stuck with doing it. If it's not needed maybe there's another way that it

can be looked at, with an ultrasound or some other technology,

have an MRI, where you don't have to actually do the ionizing radiation.

Of course the doctor is going to make that decision, but I think if you're

informed on it it can be very helpful. Ionizing radiation causes free radicals.

The energy in the ionizing radiation is so strong that it starts to break apart

normal tissue and normal normal membranes and that's where the damage

comes in, okay. Now we are in radiation all the time. The Sun is emitting

radiation all the time, our cellphones are emitting radiation, we live in

a sea of radiation. The normal background for most of us living in a regular city

environment is about what's called three MSV per person per year. That's about

what the background is, okay. Now added to that are things like what if you get a

dental x-ray, well it's another .01, it's a little bit. It's not nothing,

but it isn't very much. What about a DEXA scan?

Your doctor is checking for your bone density he does a DEXA scan, it's an

x-ray, it's very very low it's .001 so it's really low,

okay. What about a chest x-ray, well it's much higher it's .01, okay. So if

you get a lot of chest x-rays, pretty soon starts to add up. A mammogram

is 4X a chest x-ray, per breast, okay. So now we're up to .8, so

now that's getting more. If you do it every year, now you're starting to add up,

and I'll show you some statistics in a little bit of what happens with more and

more mammograms, and what happens with the incidence of breast cancer, okay.

It's not nothing, okay. A CT scan of the chest is 7

so that's a lot more okay. A CT of the abdomen is 10, a lot more. A CT

angiogram if they're looking at heart arteries, or brain arteries, they do a CT

like for the chest it's 51 to the breast. Remember the baseline is 3 a chest

x-rays .1, a CT angiogram of the chest because it's going to go through

the breast is 51 to the breast and 64 to the lung. Now these are big hits for the

body. These are radiation, these are

cancer-causing waves. Now when you look at mammograms and breast cancer

what you find out as the younger you get it, the younger you start your mammograms,

the worse it is, okay. Because that time adds to the chances of you getting more

cancer. They found that women had a 2.5X more risk of

cancer when they had more mammograms. So these things can be really significant.

If you're younger it's worse, if you get a more often it's worse, but more

importantly, especially when we're talking about breasts,

is there another way to look? Can we do an ultrasound? Can we do an MRI? Can we

find out the same information in a better way? Now I want to transition a

little bit now because a mammogram is an x-ray. It's radiation.

It's .4 per breast. Can we look at the breast in a better way? In a safer way?

And get information that's a lot better than what we're going to get from the

mammogram? Now this is called thermography. Thermo means heat. Ography

means we're making a picture out of it. So thermography actually is an infrared

camera that measures the heat coming off the breast itself. Red is

very hot and green is cooler and blue is the coolest. Now let's say someone

is brewing breast cancer, one cell turns bad and it starts to become a cancer

cell. In 90 days there's two of them, in a year there's 16 of them. 16

cells you can't see, It's like really teeny teeny okay.

2 years there's 256, three years there's 4896,

five years there's a million, eight years there's four trillion, this is where it

gets detectable by mammogram. So when someone has a positive mammogram, they've

had disease brewing for an average of eight years and by the time they found

it there's four trillion cells there. Now that is a very late late finding, that

doesn't help you, you've got it now. What's beautiful about the thermography

is that it's detected at the 256 cell level by thermography.

Why? Because the cancer cell very early starts to get new blood vessels because

it needs more nutrition and those new blood vessels add circulation to the

breast and they add heat to the breast and the heat signature shows up early.

We can detect early early early breast cancer it might not even be

really significant cancer. Do an intervention at that point where if we

detoxify the breast, if we do some special treatments on the breast where

we can get this thing to go away. Because you won't see this on an MRI or a

mammogram or any other technology it's way too soon it's way too early. But if

you have this technology you say, oh something's going on there let's handle

it. I've done this many times with people. Sometimes it's hormonal

imbalances, sometimes it's environmental toxins in

the breast, sometimes it's an iodine deficiency, sometimes they have a

parasitic infection where we see, oh that breast is abnormal, okay let's get on

that. Then six months later we do another thermograph and

the breast is returned to normal, we got it before it was really significant.

That's really really important and you don't have to do the

mammography. I want to just compare the two things. Another

problem with mammograms is that there is a high rate of false positives. The false

positive means the mammogram says there's something there and the biopsy

is done and there's nothing there. Now there is nothing worse than a false

positive because the woman goes to get her annual mammogram, she gets the

mammogram, the mammogram shows there might be something there, and the

recommendation then is you need a biopsy. The emotional things that occur to

people when like, "oh my god I've got breast cancer and now I need a biopsy,

and someone's going to stick a needle in my breasts five or six times to try to

get that thing pinpointed and make a diagnosis on me. This sort of

emotional travail is horrible. About 15-20% of the

time when it shows that there's something there, there is nothing there

and you went through the whole thing for nothing. That's not good.

There's also about a 15-20% chance of where there actually

is breast cancer there but it doesn't show. So the mammogram as a test is

really not very good, okay. It's pain, the breast, if you've ever had a mammogram, I

haven't had one but I'm told they squeeze you, they've got to flatten this

thing out, now if that tumor is encapsulated and it gets squeezed do the

cells come out, is there damage done? These are all things that

aren't good. Now the cancer is stimulated by radiation because the mammogram is

x-ray, and x-rays cause cancer! If you have something brewing it's going to

stimulate it. What's nice about the thermography is it provides

information on the root cause, it detects the growth very early, there's no

radiation, there's no compression. You basically sit in the room and you put

your arms over your head, you put your arms like this, the infrared

camera takes the picture and that's it. Nobody touches you, nobody does anything

to you, they get the picture, it goes to a board-certified radiologist who reads it

and he says, this looks really good or hey there's something suspicious here

maybe we need to do an ultrasound or maybe we need to do an MRI. We have to

investigate this further to find out what is actually going on. Okay no

radiation no compression. It tells about the activity of blood vessels that

are going on in the breasts. So here's a normal, this is a beautiful normal breast,

should be blue. Blue means cold, the breasts are off the body, their

temperature is generally cooler. So this is right okay, you look at this and say

holy smokes, what is going on up here? This is hot

because there's blood vessels, that tumors got blood vessels and this is

someone who's got cancer of the left breast. The pictures are very helpful,

and a screening can be done like this once a year starting at a young

age so you have a baseline. For I don't know two hundred fifty three

hundred bucks something like that in most places you get the screening done

it's all good. We already talked about that.

This is really important, a mammogram is not early detection. We want early

detection when we're dealing with cancer because the earlier we get it the better.

A cancerous tumors been growing from eight to ten years before it's big

enough and dense enough to be detected by mammography, that's why the treatment

at that stage is so drastic. People end up with mastectomies and they're carved

up and chemotherapy and radiation. If we can get to it way before it's way better.

I've found in my experience it's a reversible process. You get this early,

you could reverse it because why do they have this? They're toxic and

if we can get the toxins off and the hormones balanced, we can get them back.

Now this is interesting because breasts Thermography is FDA approved as

a treatment, as a diagnostic treatment since 1982, though you don't hear about

it much. The standard has been regular mammography, but there are

several countries like Canada, it doesn't allow a mammography anymore because the

results just aren't good enough. You know it's a it's a downside treatment, it's

not an up side treatment. Breast screening is really important. Something

like one in eight women in their lifetime nowadays is going to get breast

cancer. If you get breast cancer very early or pre breast cancer really early

it's a reversible process and you don't end up with disfigurement and toxic

medications. So, this is something that should start probably by the time anyone

is 20-25 years old they should start getting annual thermography and they

could be followed and if there's a problem the doctor could do an

intervention. A doctor like me could do an intervention

and you can reverse the process. Annual mammogram screening I don't like

because it's too late, it doesn't help you, fifteen or twenty percent of the

time it's wrong and that's not a good thing, and it causes cancer. Go with

the things that make the most sense and this makes the most sense. We want to

give people the idea that they have power over their bodies and make it

through the Diagnostics that are available.

Give them indications of what they should do so they can live healthy, and

live long and not get cancer, okay. I hope this helps.

How can I find my blind spots with NLP? - Duration: 4:32.

I was asked the question how do I find my blind spots with NLP. I'd like to

answer that today.

We only know what we know and we don't know what we don't know and there's a

lot that we don't know even about ourselves. So when the question popped up

on my email how do I use NLP to identify my blind spots, I was intrigued. So I

started thinking about it. Okay, How do I find my blind spots using NLP? How do I

find out what I don't know about myself and about my life? And I think it's an

interesting question because when we go on that self-discovery to figure a

little bit more out about who we are and what makes us tick and why we do what we

do then we're actually finding out some of our blind spots. I think one of the

easiest aspects of this and I'm not quite sure how easy it is but is really

taking a closer look at where you're at and where you want to be and then

looking at why are you not there or if you are there then why be looking for

your blind spots. But if you're not, if you're getting closer but you're still

far away or maybe you're a long way to from where you want or who you want to

be then I would start to look at what is stopping and what are the interferences

and the block's barriers limiting patterns or beliefs that are holding you

back. So many times I meet people to go well that's just how I am. I might be

slow at something or I need a little bit more time or I need a lot of detail or

I'm late or I forget things and they go that's just how I am. That's a blatant

blind spot right in your way. Anytime you you chunk it up to a

generalization of that's who I am, that's how I am, that's just... then

you're not seeing something. There's something that is blatantly staring them

in the face. Another way to identify some of your blind spots is if you see other

people like a few two three four more people that have a same similar pattern

coming up, there's a really good chance that you have it too and you're not

seeing it in yourself. But being able to kind of introspectively start to look at

yourself and where you're at, where you want to go that gives you some

insight into starting to look at well what are you doing, what are the

behaviors and habits that you use that may or may not be working for you. And

especially when something's not working when we keep doing the same patterns and

expecting different results that is again a blatant blind spot. Asking

friends, asking your friends might not really be an NLP technique but if you

can ask your friends in a way that says, hey can you help me out because I want

to know what I don't know about myself. Is there anything that you can see about

me that I don't see. And then asking questions like how specifically does

that show up in my life and how does that create an emotion for you or what

emotions do I display or what does my face tell you that my words aren't

telling you. Because most people have the ability to read our non-verbals better

than we can because we don't always see ourselves. So I invite you to start

taking a look at your own blind spots. What are the areas in your life that you

could improve upon that you don't even know about. What are you doing that's

just not working for you and even the blind spots of where you excel in your

life that you're not even aware of yet. Be aware of those because they can boost

your morale, your confidence and your vavavoom in life. If you haven't yet

subscribed to my YouTube channel be sure to and I will see you next time.

Gapped Teeth to Incredibil™ Smile with No Braces - No Dentist by Brighter Image Lab! - Duration: 11:17.

every day I catch myself seeing your smile for the first time and it seems so

Like such a change that it seems absolutely perfect and it seems like

it's kind of squared your mouth up to where it's like very high-end

professional like it's a lot stronger presence hey guys this week I wanted to

do a little bit different video on YouTube we a lot of times you see us to

stuff that are pretty sensitive we've had some surprises at our office and we

have seen the results to the point that when I saw them I wanted to get Heather

involved so this week gave me a chance to work with somebody that actually

helped me do the work and so I went introduce a good friend of mine that's

been with me for awhile name's Heather thank you for coming out to the man I do

a lot of our research and development here and from the moment that I walked

in the building you had told me here's the vineyard that we're doing it's good

but I need you to make it better yes and my first thought was how do you

make something that's already good that no one does even better and so it was a

rough tough start I know because everybody would say no it

doesn't exist I think there's nothing that's real about it no one does this

you're out of your mind it can't be done and we knew that if they can die in a

bad color they can't I'd a better color because we

got everything that wouldn't work yeah everything that we've done over the last

two three years it's all based on that first conversation yeah I remember I

remember you looking at me and saying is this gonna be a fair time is this gonna

be big and but you imagine if we hadn't had it if I don't really it couldn't be

done that first know that we got from Italy would have closed everything we've

done like literally I know we've had

conversations in Italy Switzerland Germany Korea and China yeah right I

mean you name it I've been on the phone at least one

person there it's when you hear it back you it sounds like it happened overnight

but it's been three years yeah literally we've seen tens of thousands of clients

the before and afters the testimonies the adjustments redos the failures I

always say I'm always upset with some of these students they don't talk about the

bad all the ones that we turn down all the shades that didn't work all the

hours that we didn't think was gonna happen our failures have been plenty

which is lettuce we're right now I think we're building a thin veneer than we've

ever built it is a lot thinner and it the color is

the flexibility to it we've seen a huge change in people think they're hard like

button just like glass and they're just not yeah too flexible creates another

problem but a little bit of flex has been amazing we quit using the word

removable veneer yeah like we just started because we got so competitive

you know over the years we were real reluctant to give ourselves for our own

credit like these are good but and then we kind of started giving ourselves

credit when we call them the bill veneers and now what's happening is is

the technology with the new colors has made it to where the translucency the

size the thinness the strength has got us to the point where they're basically

just veneers yeah they really are and I one of the things that I did while doing

some of our research is I was able to even take our newest translucent veneer

hold it on the tip of my finger with a porcelain veneer look at how thick they

were how the light goes through them the color of them and we've seen you can't

see a difference in fact I think some of our better yeah the reason is because

that veneer wouldn't be compatible for a person who didn't have perfect teeth or

if it wasn't right there at the solid shape down yeah or yeah that's the big

thing the cones are impossible for me to imagine let's tell people you're

actually a client you I am just recently just recently

thousands and thousands and thousands and then you become a client yeah I know

that the minute you saw that we were there you're like what let me try some

more to try we didn't know but you had a cap in your teeth I did it wasn't huge

it was enough that it bothered me but I don't think anybody here knew about it I

don't think any of us saw the more than fixed the gap is we use technology and

have been enough level in different places to where we squared up the mouth

and just in the last few days I've seen you wear these it prompted this YouTube

event and I think it what it gave you this grown-up look and so it's kind of

hard for me to see Heather as a big person Oh what what changed in the last

week so for me I noticed more and more of our clients didn't have the bad smile

that I would normally see or have seen they were minor imperfections that they

had minor little details that like no one here at the office knew I had a gap

or noticed it but when you have the smile you notice it and I saw that more

and more with our clients that we weren't recently serving and I saw the

impact it had on them and how it just changed them completely any client

specific there was we have a client and her name is Giselle she is all over our

social media as many yeah you got all her would see yeah and she's been

working with us for a little over two years now back and forth and it has all

I've in two years and I worked with her personally she sends me flowers on my

birthday and our viewers is up and even I were two years she had three different

promotions she's more involved with her kids she's doing Boy Scouts Girl Scouts

yes and I do think I've seen her and every time she's more happy like these

are great you did it and I know she's in a happy person I

noticing all the pictures and the results that we were seeing and I said

wow and I don't really have any excuse my excuse was is my smile wasn't that

bad and so I took my impressions and made my veneers and the results have

been shocking tell me about the other people that have seen you with a new

smile what was that like Sarah I know Emma who youngest of the bunch she was

smiling ear to ear and I think seeing me smile more has actually caused her to

smile more and so and even me I who is the older one she's I'm seeing her smile

more now too we see you is all business all the time

so we don't really know we don't notice the fact that maybe you don't smile as

much but I will tell you in the last week we've find herself in more

conversations that reward smiling like all of a sudden thing conversations are

funnier or things are neither or just you notice it if I look at the pictures

before and I look at him now it was real hard for me to believe that it's the

same person anybody in the world would have considered she was very acceptable

smile yeah they would never come up but when I see it if I think of what happens

if we take that away it would be a big deal like you're like I'm not going back

now I'm taking it away at all and it gave me convictions to say listen

there's other 20 year olds or other 30 year olds or their 40 year olds to say

how do I get in and it's one thing for me to say it is something for them to

see it they've taken my pictures today take it

what's real to me is that if any cosmetic dentist we knew called you and

said here let me just get you some new veneers yeah you would do it no not for

a moment if you had a high school daughter that wanted veneers I don't I

think if you had a friend that had high school daughters you'd say you don't

know dad I don't get it all right let's see your

research first knowing now when to be ass but they also have to look at what

happens to those cons six months from now but I do like the fact that I think

you would hole hardly tell other mothers don't let your daughter's grind your

teeth I always tell them you should have at

least tried these the case you know if you don't like them and you can take

them out here's nothing if they don't do anything but negotiate for a small

period of time if you spend the next year you can probably beat the dental

cost of what you paid for these veneers by just seeing more dentist I always ask

him please see more dentist yeah oh it's ask questions I always know what to ask

always good a second opinion third pinion fourth opinion and then please

look at the guys that done the mind tell any of their failures if we didn't have

failures we'd be in trouble yeah we learned everything from our

failures failures around for well fortunately ours is not behind a crime

in tooth yeah ours ours we've been able to adjust and improve on yes I think

it'll be a message that shows that the people that are in it believe that it

works to the point that is so competitive with a real veneer though

that they would get from any cosmetic dentist yes that even at the smallest

level one two three five percent makes such a difference that is still

life-changing everybody always feels worried about how they looked on camera

and they feel weird about what it takes to see themself with a change

and so I always tell them thank you for letting me do this but I think it was an

important message and I think people need to see it and I think if they hear

it they see it they'll feel it because we're going into a little bit different

season being fall this is fashion season for a lot of

people yes and we're going to have a chance to be in be in places where

normally I don't think would be that accepted yeah yeah we've already seen

even this last week on Fashion Week and Victoria's Secret casting yes it's been

the big deal a big deal yeah I'm pretty proud of the work that we've done here

and it took good people why wouldn't you see a little bit about what's going on

behind the team then it makes them understand that every hour of the day

and every dollar that's invested goes back in their making this company

stronger that you've helped me a lot today you taught me a lot just like you

do every day but what day was that not true when does it not been true then

you've helped me a lot so today like every other day thank you the world for

helping me like you've helped me less you say no

McDonald's® | McCafé® Donut Sticks | Food Review! ☕🍩😋 - Duration: 5:22.

welcome to peep this out reviews with Ian K stay frosty

McDonald's introduces their first new breakfast item in years as it looks to

sweeten up your morning so let's go in and he's all-new McCafé donut sticks and

initial first impressions are these are actually kind of reminding me of puff

pastries if you look closely at them guys I know they're in stick form but

they don't exactly scream Donuts to me but I'm definitely loving how the

presentation is especially with that cinnamon sugar on here what we've got is

sweet dough that is fried up to a crispy golden brown and then topped off with

plenty of cinnamon sugar definitely has that classic smell in the car it

definitely smells like donuts as well as cinnamon sugar but again I'm really

getting more of a puff pastry vibe just taking a closer look at that take a look

at the texture and you'll see what I'm talking about it looks a little bit more

flaky if anything it's supposed to be doughy on the inside nice and crunchy on

the outside and plenty of cinnamon sugar to go with and with the 6 piece order

that I got for $1.99 there's definitely a nice amount of that

cinnamon sugar for sure so let's see if the flavor delivers because

like I said the presentation is a little bit more puffy than donut like this

is the all-new McCafé donut sticks here at McDonald's let's peep out this flavor

yeah this definitely feels light and airy and this is actually one of the

ones that has the most cinnamon sugar on it but I do have to say the smell is

definitely setting this one off nicely let's dive in it's the all-new McCafé

donut sticks here at McDonald's

definitely crunchy mmm yeah it looks like my initial first impressions are

pretty satisfied with this one I'm not really getting the pillowy goodness

feels with this whatsoever although it does have a little bit of denseness on

the inside it's more flaky and airy than anything else but the nice crispiness on

the outside is good his cinnamon sugar is pretty good as well and of course

it's fried up very nicely let's keep going yeah this is like filo dough

it's not really like a real donut but I like the airiness of it guys well

clearly airiness is not what they're going for with this because it's

supposed to have more of an inside here but as you can see I think you can

understand why I'm saying that right now it's really the cinnamon sugar and the

nice fried outer coating that's really selling these and all the flavor is

reminiscent of a donut I just wish it had just a little bit more in the inside

but the flavor is pretty decent let me grab one of these other ones here

that don't have as much cinnamon sugar so you guys can see what I'm talking

about here as you can see take a look as that

focuses in not so much a donut as it is more kind of like a breadstick really I

mean just take a closer look at that it really is a little bit more of a

breadstick than anything else but I like the fact of the cinnamon sugar's there

it's fried up nicely and again I got to give you these close-ups and give you as

much a detail as possible because it really feels more of just a puff pastry

with some cinnamon sugar and I guess that's okay because I can see why these

would actually pair up pretty nicely with any of the coffee drinks here at

McDonald's I just wish that they were just a little bit more really donut like

to really satisfy Wow and you know what as I'm getting further into this

right now I'm beginning to see why that cinnamon and sugar is so necessary on

these right now because without it it's very very light in terms of flavor there

I'm not really getting anything except more of the pastry type of taste and I

got to be honest guys I'm a little disappointed and hey look I get where

they're going with this one I mean I love the concept of what this is but if

you're gonna market this as a donut stick you got to have a little bit more

of that flavor of the actual donut itself on top of the texture because

guys like I said let me bring up another one of these here again for you take a

look as it focuses in take a look at the texture of this one here tell me that is

not a puff pastry to you I am really just blown away that it is really not as

cakey as a donut should be at least with the filling being advertised is being

nice and doughy but guys just more of a puff pastry than anything else

so expect that when you get into this one but hey if you like cinnamon sugar

this definitely does satisfy in that department well I got to be honest like

always this was just a little disappointing for me overall now don't

get me wrong the flavor was definitely decent I mean guys it's fried dough with

a little bit of cinnamon and sugar how bad could that really be it's just that

the overall texture is not reminiscent of a donut at least in my opinion there

was just way too much airiness in there especially if they're advertising it as

having kind of like a doughy middle and I really needed to have just a little

bit more substance on the inside so the incentive to give these a shot aside

from just the curiosity to give them a shot is the fact that the value is

pretty decent I mean 6 of those sticks for $1.99 when you put

them all together it's not bad and if you really like 'em you can always go

for that 12 piece and pair it up with any of the drinks that they have

here but on their own I have to be honest guys like I said I wish it was

just a little bit more of a substance type of donut than anything else so

as for the overall rating I'm gonna have to give the McCafé donut sticks just an OK

6 out of 10 it's just above average

in my opinion guys but like I said the cinnamon sugar is very on point with

this but then again it usually is on anything fried and like I said earlier

it definitely satisfies in that department okay now the question is how

did these McCafé donut sticks look to you based upon my review right now do

you think they're gonna deliver the goods based upon what you may be

expecting and are you gonna give them a shot

drop those comments down below and definitely let me know and with that

this is Ian K closing out another episode of peep this out bringing you

brand-new content every single week here on my channel so while you stay tuned for

that next review coming real soon in the meantime stay frosty well it's an okay

first attempt but there's definitely room for improvement alright guys until

next time I'll talk to you soon

you

Kiwi hopes dashed as Sitak, Daniell both dumped out of ASB Classic doubles - Duration: 1:43.

Kiwi hopes have taken another hit at the ASB Classic, with doubles stars Artem Sitak and Marcus Daniell both handed defeats in their respective matches

With compatriot Michael Venus and partner Raven Klaasen having already advanced to the tournament semi-finals with a win over the pair of Guido Pella (Argentina) and Joao Sousa (Portugal), Sitak and American Austrin Krajicek could have joined the Kiwi in an attempt to progress to the final

However, Sitak and Krajicek fell in a thrilling encounter to the legendary Bryan brothers of the USA, losing 7-6, 2-6, 10-2

"It was fun," Krajicek said afterwards.  "The reason why we play is to play matches like that against teams like the Bryans, probably the best team ever

"So it was fun to be out there, we had a good chance to win that. We got unlucky in the third, but they really stepped it up when it counted

But that's tennis and we'll be ready to fight with them next time."  On the other side of the draw, Daniell and Wesley Koolhof of the Netherlands also fell at the semi-final stage, going down in straight sets to the duo of Ben McLachlan (Japan) and Jan-Lennard Struff (Germany)

Venus now remains as the sole Kiwi representative in the doubles draw, with he and Klaasen to meet the Bryan brothers in the tournament semi-finals
