Voila une nouvelle qui réjouira sans doute tous les fans des Feux de l'Amour à travers le monde :

Doug Davidson est de retour sur les plateaux de tournage de la série !

Cette annonce était très attendue. On s'en souvient, en septembre 2018, Doug Davidson,

qui incarnait Paul Williams dans les Feux de l'Amour (The Young & The Restless) depuis 1978,

révélait qu'il avait été viré, ou plus exactement, que son contrat n'avait pas été renouvelé.

Après 40 ans de bons et loyaux services, Doug Davidson était donc remercié sans explications.

En apprenant la nouvelle, tous les fans de la série se sont mobilisés, furieux que le plus ancien membre du casting disparaisse ainsi.

De leur coté, les autres acteurs de la série n'ont pas hésité à soutenir Doug Davidson bruyamment sur les réseaux sociaux.

C'est, entre autres, le cas de Eric Braeden (Victor Newman), qui a crié haut et fort à quel point il était scandalisé par cette décision, mais aussi par le procédé.

Voila donc cette injustice réparée ! Dans les épisodes actuellement diffusés aux USA,

alors que Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) vient tout juste d'avouer le meurtre de JT Hellstrom (ex Thad Luckinbill),

nul doute que la police de Genoa a bien besoin de retrouver son chef de la police !

Paul Williams devrait donc réapparaître à Genoa d'ici un mois environ aux USA.
