How to Watch England vs Belgium Live Stream Online in USA | Heavy.com

England and Belgium have both already guaranteed spots in the Round of 16, but Thursday's match in Kaliningrad between what have been two of the most exciting teams this World Cup should nevertheless be an entertaining one.

In the United States, the game is scheduled to start at 2 p.m.

ET and will be broadcast on both Fox (English broadcast) and Telemundo (Spanish broadcast).

If you don't have cable or can't get to a TV, you can watch the game–and every other World Cup game–live on your computer, phone or streaming device by signing up for one of the following cable-free, live-TV streaming services:.

FuboTV.

Fox (live in most markets) and Telemundo are both included in the "Fubo Premier" bundle, which has a channel package that is largely tailored towards international soccer fans and also has World Cup live streams available in 4K.

You can sign up for a free 7-day trial right here, and you can then watch any World Cup game live on your computer via the FuboTV website, or on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the FuboTV app.

If you can't watch the game live, FuboTV comes with 30 hours of Cloud DVR (with the ability to upgrade to 500 hours), as well as a "72-Hour Lookback" feature, which allows you to watch any World Cup game up to three days after it airs even if you forgot to record it.

Hulu With Live TV.

In addition to a Netflix-like on-demand streaming library, Hulu also offers a bundle of live TV channels, including both Fox (live in most markets) and Telemundo.

You can sign up for "Hulu with Live TV" right here, and you can then watch every World Cup game live on your computer via the Hulu website, or on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the Hulu app.

If you can't watch the game live, "Hulu with Live TV" also comes with 50 hours of Cloud DVR storage (with the ability to upgrade to "Enhanced Cloud DVR," which gives you 200 hours of DVR space and the ability to fast forward through commercials), allowing you to watch any game after it airs.

Sling TV.

Fox (but not Telemundo) is included in the "Sling Blue" package.

You can sign up for a free 7-day trial of both, and you can then watch any World Cup game live on your computer via the Sling TV website, or on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the Sling TV app.

If you can't watch a game live, you can get 50 hours of cloud DVR storage as an additional add-on.

Preview.

England and Belgium have featured by far the most efficient attacks this World Cup, each pouring in a whopping eight goals through two games.

That's an average of 40 per game for all you non-math majors out there, while no other team in the tournament is averaging even three per match.

Unfortunately for this potentially entertaining match, it appears as though many normal starters will get a rest with both teams already guaranteed a spot in the knockout round.

"It will be major (team) changes against England," Belgium coach Roberto Martinez said.

"The reality is that we are qualified and in a tournament like the World Cup, you're only as good as the 23 players (in the squad).

There will be opportunities for other players.".

So, potentially no Romelu Lukaku or Harry Kane, two stars who are right in the thick of the race for the Golden Boot.

Potentially no Eden Hazard or Kevin de Bruyne, two world-class midfielders for Belgium.

Potentially no Raheem Sterling or Kieran Trippier, who have been excellent going forward for England.

It's unfortunate for the entertainment value if a bunch of starters are rested, but that's the nature of the World Cup.

Games are only going to get bigger and more important from here on out, and having the opportunity to get healthy is something coaches don't want to pass up.

That doesn't necessarily mean the players agree.

"It is his (England coach Gareth Southgate's) decision, I guess," said Kane.

"Obviously I want to play, I want to perform.

Whatever decision he makes, it is his decision.".

Nevertheless, both of these rosters are deep with talent, and no matter who starts on Thursday, it should be an exciting match–especially with first place in the group still on the line.

Bill Clinton Drops Nuke On Hillary - Duration: 11:29.

Bill Clinton Admitted A Secret About Hillary That No One Saw Coming

The Inspector General report about the FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's private

email server continues to take strange twists and turns.

A new bombshell discovery reveals Bill Clinton spilling his guts out about a secret Hillary

didn't want anyone to know.

And you will never look at this investigation the same way again.

Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch's meeting on the Attorney General's plane on a Phoenix

tarmac was the defining moment of the investigation.

Americans thought the meeting smelled fishy and suspected the fix was in.

FBI Director James Comey believed the encounter compromised Lynch's ability to objectively

oversee the process of deciding if Hillary should be charged and took it upon himself

to hold his now famous July 5th press conference where he announced Clinton would not be facing

charges.

Bill Clinton was interviewed for the Inspector General's report – which offered a scathing

critique of Comey and his team's conduct during this investigation – and made a jaw

dropping admission.

The 42nd President told investigators he met with Lynch because he did not take the FBI

investigation seriously since Hillary had already been using the server that he set

up and that the FBI already knew was there.

Clinton testified:

"WELL WHAT I DIDN'T WANT TO DO IS TO LOOK LIKE I WAS HAVING SOME BIG HUDDLE-UP SESSION

WITH HER YOU KNOW….

[B]ECAUSE IT WAS A PARANOID TIME, BUT…I KNEW WHAT I BELIEVED TO BE THE TRUTH OF THAT

WHOLE THING.

IT WAS AFTER ALL MY SERVER AND THE FBI KNEW IT WAS THERE AND THE SECRET SERVICE APPROVED

IT COMING IN AND SHE JUST USED WHAT WAS MINE."

This revelation led to even more major questions.

If the FBI already knew about Bill Clinton having this server, did the FBI also know

that Hillary was using it to send work related emails?

If they did know Hillary was using the server to send emails, did Hillary lie to the FBI

and say it was for personal emails only?

And if the FBI knew all of this, then were they just going through the motions with the

investigation because they already knew about Hillary using the server and were prepared

to look the other way?

Millions of Americans never believed the investigation was on the level from the moment it was announced.

Few believed the FBI would hold Clinton accountable when everyone in Washington presumed Clinton

would win the election and become the nation's 45th President.

Former Director James Comey even admitted some of his calculations were driven by the

fact he believed Hillary was going to win.

For example, Comey went public with his letter announcing the FBI was reopening the investigation

in late October 2016 to remove any attempts to delegitimize Clinton's victory by Trump

claiming the FBI covered up the emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop.

But maybe the problems ran deeper than Comey admitted.

Based on Bill Clinton's interview, the investigation could have been rigged from the start.

YOU'LL CHEER WHEN YOU SEE WHO JUST DESTROYED MICHELLE OBAMA IN PUBLIC

There is nothing more important to Michelle Obama than her reputation among the Hollywood

elite.

That's why it came as bad news to her this week when a famous Hollywood actor destroyed

her on Twitter with a viral tweet.

Michelle Obama showed how crazy and classless she really is on Wednesday when she proudly

proclaimed herself to be America's "forever First Lady."

Now, however, Hollywood star James Woods has fired back at her in a huge way.

"I know that you are me, and if I can be standing here as your forever First Lady,

then you can do anything you put your mind to.

So remember this moment when you're out there," Michelle said during a speech in

Pennsylvania, according to The Gateway Pundit.

Woods, however, wasn't having any of it.

"With all due respect you aren't our 'forever First Lady.'

No one is, nor should anyone be.

Pump your brakes

a tad," Woods wrote.

Maxine Waters Faces 5 Years In Prison For Inciting Violent Riots - Duration: 10:21.

Maxine Waters Faces 5 Years In Prison For Inciting Violent Riots

Rep. Maxine Waters faces a possible 5 year prison sentence for inciting violent riots

against Republicans, according to authorities.

"Mad Maxine" told supporters at a rally on Saturday that they should physically assault

Republicans:

"If you think we're rallying now, you ain't seen nothin' yet. Already, you have

members of your Cabinet that are being booed out of restaurants who have protesters taking

up at their house, who say, 'No peace, no sleep. No peace, no sleep.' God is on OUR

side!

On the side of the children. On the side of what's right. On the side of what's honorable.

And so, let's stay the course. Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up

and if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a

gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you

tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere." Thegatewaypundit.com reports: Democratic leaders

have yet to denounce Maxine's call to violence.

But Maxine may be in serious trouble.

It is against the law to incite a riot of ten or more people.

And clearly Maxine did just that this weekend.

Here is the US Code 2101 on Riots:

(a) Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate

or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio,

or television, with intent— (1) to incite a riot; or

(2) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or

(3) to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or

(4) to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot

or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; and who either during the course

of any such travel or use or thereafter performs or attempts to perform any other overt act

for any purpose specified in subparagraph (A), (B), (C), or (D) of this paragraph— [1]

Shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Trump Threw A MAJOR Temper Tantrum When Meeting With US Allies - Duration: 3:47.

Well, it's been a few weeks since Donald Trump's G7 meeting, but we're still actually finding

out more and more information about some of the stupid things that he did at that meeting.

The latest actually comes from a transcript from one of the officials there who was taking

notes on everything that was said at the meeting, and it revealed that Donald Trump threw a

massive temper tantrum over the US' involvement in NATO.

According to the transcript, Donald Trump is absolutely pissed off about the fact that

the US is paying more to NATO than anyone else.

Technically, some European countries have not been paying what they were supposed to

paying for NATO, but so far that really hasn't hindered the organization whatsoever.

If the US is paying more than everybody else, it's because technically, as people always

like to brag, aren't we the richest country in the world?

Aren't we the best?

Aren't we the brightest?

Why would you not expect us, with all of our boastful bragging, to be the ones to have

to shoulder most of the responsibility for this organization?

But according to the transcript, Donald Trump went off on a tangent, said NATO is as bad

as NAFTA 'cause the US pays in all this money and we get absolutely nothing in return, which

that is completely false.

The US is not getting nothing in return for NATO.

Those are our very close allies.

We need them and that is why we are a part of it.

It is supposed to be to help us keep the peace, but in reality it's morphed into something

that's more like just a bunch of buddies who wanna go to war whenever they wanna go to

war.

Now, I'm not trying to defend NATO in any way.

I understand they do a lot of crappy things all over the world and they're currently involved

in them.

However, the United States does depend on them.

Donald Trump is attempting to blow up that alliance.

Why?

Well, it actually has nothing to do with the money that we're paying because later on he

actually revealed the real reason.

He believes that we need to just hand over Crimea to Russia.

He's really mad that our NATO allies over in Europe haven't just done that.

Why not give it to Vladimir Putin in Russia?

Now, this was part of the meeting.

This is what the man said.

As most people who've been paying attention to the situation understand, Russia has been

weaken and undermine NATO for quite some time now.

Basically, Donald Trump showed up at this G7 meeting, threw this temper tantrum in an

attempt to do Russia's bidding here.

Now, this is not Russiagate hysteria.

This is not new Cold War talking points.

This is literally what happened at the meeting that is easily verifiable.

There is no way to juggle around these facts.

This actually happened.

Donald Trump is out there advocating for these countries to hand over Crimea to Russia.

If they don't, he is going to go to a NATO meeting in just a few weeks and basically

make the whole thing about money so that they can't get anything else accomplished.

Donald Trump absolutely on at least this issue, most likely more, is doing Russia's bidding

for no reason, at least on the surface.

We have to assume as rational, thinking human beings that there is a reason why Donald Trump

is out there trying to advocate for Russia to our allies and alienating the people closest

to us.

Hopefully, somebody like Robert Mueller is gonna be able to figure out what that underlying

reason is.

The FISA Court: History, Purpose, and Controversy [No. 86] - Duration: 4:40.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court or FISA Court was established by Congress

in 1978 to oversee the government's foreign intelligence surveillance.

The reason it was established is that in the 1970s, the Church Committee had documented

widespread surveillance abuses by the intelligence community within the United States.

The compromise that Congress struck was to permit the government to continue to target

legitimate foreign intelligence targets, but to subject that surveillance to oversight

to prevent further abuses.

Today, 40 years later, the FISA Court sits in a federal courthouse in Washington, DC

where it continues to issue surveillance orders at the request of the government.

It is secretive by nature, because the government often presents the court with extremely sensitive

details about the individuals it wants to target or the technologies it wants to rely

on.

As originally designed by Congress, the FISA Court was meant to hear individualized surveillance

requests by the government.

The FISA statute allows the government to go to the court when it believes it has probable

cause to believe that a particular individual is an agent of a foreign power.

And if the court agrees with the government, that that individual is in fact an agent of

a foreign power, then the court will approve surveillance of that person for a set duration

of time.

Today, the court hears about one to two thousand of those individualized surveillance requests

every year and it approves the overwhelming majority of them.

In the court's 40-year history it has disapproved of about 40 of those requests.

Although the government points out that in many of the requests that it submits to the

FISA Court, it engages with a back-and-forth process of adjusting the request to comply

with the court's demands.

The FISA Court was originally designed to oversee individualized surveillance requests.

And for the first 25 years of its operation, that's exactly what it did.

But in the years after 9/11, the government asked the court and the court agreed to oversee

large-scales of bulk collection of Americans' information.

In 2006, for example, the government asked the FISA Court to approve the bulk collection

of Americans' call records.

Under that program, the NSA would on an ongoing, daily basis, collect the call records of Americans

from the major telecommunications providers in the country.

In 2015, Congress legislated to end the domestic mass surveillance programs that started after

9/11.

But there's one critical exception,

and that's Section 702 of FISA.

Section 702 forbids the government from targeting known Americans or others inside the United States.

Instead, the statute requires that the government target foreigners abroad.

And it must be targeting those individuals to collect what the statute calls foreign

intelligence information.

That phrase is defined very broadly to include not just information about terrorists, but

information about the foreign affairs of the United States.

The primary complaint of privacy advocates about Section 702 is that in collecting that

information, the government will predictably collect the information of many Americans.

The primary protection that Section 702 provides to Americans is that it requires the government

to comply with what are called minimization procedures.

Those procedures are supposed to be designed to protect American's privacy when they're

swept up in the surveillance.

Once that American's communications are swept up under Section 702, they go into government

databases and there those communications can be searched for by the FBI, for example, in

the course of criminal investigations.

And so long as the government has an argument that accessing Americans' communications is

necessary to understanding so-called foreign intelligence, the government can retain those

communications and use them for many purposes.

Critics of the court say that the mission of the court has crept over time to authorize

increasingly broad surveillance that increasingly sweeps in the communications of Americans

all without any warrant.

They also point out that much of the development of FISA Court law happens behind closed doors,

making effective oversight of the court difficult and making it difficult to assess whether

the legal interpretations that the court is developing in secret are consistent with our

laws.

Proponents of the FISA Court say that the court gives the government a secure forum

in which to present sensitive information, justifying important surveillance requests.

They also say that the authorities that the FISA Court oversees, like Section 702, give

the government important surveillance authority in the context of its fight against international

terrorism and other international threats.

Ride with the PRO - Episode 2 "The MXGP setup" - Duration: 2:40.

My job is to organize the paddock. That means when we come in an area complete flat, as you can see

and we need to choose how we will organize

the access for the public, the ambulance and to choose the position for every team. I use Google Maps, I have a library where

I put all my trucks

and design everything and we decide where to put the roads. And after we put some signs on the floor to be able to put

all the trucks in line, I need one day to put the factory team and the hospitality team in place the first day.

And after that we continue with

all the other teams and we need 3 days.

We have to put all the elements together to create a nice race. Our staff, the tv and marketing, have built

all the

infrastructures that we need to broadcast and to have a good colour on the track and then when the rider arrives he just has

to enjoy the racing and to have the best possible conditions. The secret to make it possible is the collaboration between everybody.

I manage the two bars of the Motocross World Championship venues. I'm in charge of the hospitality team,

we have one kitchen

and 3 other spaces where we serve the catering. Our kitchen feeds about 3.000 people every race.

In the live tv production, we're 30 people. All from cameramen, visual audio engineers, the riggers,

which are the most important, because these guys put all the cables.

If we don't have the cables we can't show anything. We don't have a second shot! What we show on air on that moment,

that you see at home. In motorsports all the cameras are camera 1, the main camera.

If the cameras don't follow the race, if they don't follow what we're telling them and they shoot whatever they want

It will be totally chaos
