ICE Director Says American People Are Being Lied To

ICE Director Thomas Homan shared his concern about American people being lied to about

media and politicians for the family separation on the southern border.

"The American people need to understand that you're being fed a falsehood here by

many people in the media and the Hill, and it's just really sad where we're at as

a country on this issue," Homan established during an interview on "Fox & Friends"

on Wednesday.

"The president's hands are tied.

There is legislation, there are court decisions on this that limit how long we can detain

children," he went on.

"Congress really can fix it.

Congress is placing the blame.

I've been doing this for 34 years.

Immigration has been a problem 34 years."

ICE has faced many critics for separating immigration children from their parents at

the Mexican border and try to illegally enter the country.

One woman tried to defend ICE, saying, "rather than vilifying the men and women of ICE — rather

than call us Nazis and racists — sit down, do your job and fix it.

One change: let us detain the families.

I want them to have their hearings too.

I want them to see a judge, but when we release them, they don't show up in court."

MSNBC SEGMENT GOES BAD WHEN BORDER COUPLE INSISTS ON TELLING TRUTH

The mainstream media is currently doing everything in their power to try and spread hysteria

over the "crisis" at the border, which they are attempting to blame solely on Donald

Trump.

On Tuesday, MSNBC headed to the border to interview a couple who live there in the hopes

of getting them to bash Trump, but things didn't quite go according to plan for them.

Western Journal reported that Presnall and Stephanie Cage are a married couple who own

a ranch on the Rio Grande River, and they saw right through MSNBC's nonsense as soon

as the interview with them began.

"When you see parents and children separated, why do you support the policy that, to many

people, appears to be heartless?" asked MSNBC's Kerry Sanders.

"It's basically the laws of our land," Presnall fired back, refusing to take the

bait. "Trump, I believe is going in the right direction.

I believe it's going to be a deterrent to keep this from happening."

Sanders then tried to shift the discussion by appealing to maternal instincts and shame

women into agreeing with the liberal stance.

"You're a mother, you're a grandmother of seven," the reporter said to Stephanie,

setting her up to answer in the way he wanted.

"How do you react when you see that the families are being split apart?"

"Of course it is very upsetting, but I'm as equally upset with the parents for exposing

their children to the dangers of smuggling their children across the border," Stephanie

replied.

Presnall then explained that the stories of Hispanic immigrants all fleeing violence are

"very much exaggerated.

Very few cases are caused by that, I think most of them are coming over here to try to

make a better life in this country and all this country has to offer."

Former Secret Service Agent Gary J. Byrne, an outspoken critic of the Clintons since

he left the White House and their employ, has filed a RICO lawsuit against former Presidеnt

Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and a list of others.

The nature of the suit, according to the filed documents, is "racketeer-influenced and

corrupt organizationѕ."

In addition to the Clintons, Byrne names a number of Clinton associates and supporters

as defendants, including:

John Podesta Byrne also names fellow veteran Secret Service

Agent and CNN Law Enforcement Analyst Jonathan Wackrow as a defendant in the suit.

As of Wednesday, electronic summons had been issued to all named defendants and Byrne had

filed a certificate of disclosure titled "Corporate Affiliations and Financial Interests."

Among the numerous charges that show up within the at times nearly ambiguous recording is

the charge that a criminal syndicate including the Clintons, David Brock, Donna Brazile,

and George Soros killed Seth Wealthy.

Byrne is reportedly seeking damages of $1 billion and refused to provide an address

because he feared assassination.

Byrne threatened to file suit against several of the defendants in 2016 following the release

of his tell-all book, "Crisis of Character."

Media Matters and David Brock had referred to Byrne at the time as a "smear merchant,"

and he responded during an interview with Breitbart's Alex Marlow, "Everything in

the book is true.

I want to set the record straight.

And since I can't get on mainstream media to set the record straight, I'm going to

have to do it in court."
