Tragic Announcement About Dolly Parton

Country music legend Dolly Parton has found herself in hot water this week as her theme

park Dollywood is being sued by a mother of two claims to have suffered a spinal injury

on one of the rides.

Fox News retorted that a husband and wife have filed the lawsuit against Dollywood over

injuries they say the wife suffered while riding the RiverRush Water Coaster at Dollywood

Splash Country last summer.

The couple had brought their two daughters to the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee theme park,

but they say their day of fun quickly took a bad turn.

In court documents, the couple alleged that they followed Dollywood Splash Country staff

instructions while boarding the water ride, but as the raft reached the apex of its ascent,

the wife was "propelled off the seat and she then fell down into the raft striking

her spine on the hard surface."

She said in the filing that she heard something pop then felt a burning sensation.

The wife claims that she had no feeling in her legs and was unable to move them at the

end of the ride, and that she suffered a compression fracture and other spinal injuries.

The couple are asking for over $2 million, claiming the park was negligent and failed

to properly warn patrons about the dangers of the ride.

"We are aware of the allegations listed in the suit but do not comment on pending

litigation," Dollywood said in a statement when asked to comment.

This isn't the first time Dollywood has been sued by a couple.

Back in 2014, Tedi and Derryl Brown sued the theme park claiming that the wife suffered

permanent brain injury after falling from a ride called the Waltzing Swinger.

Dollywood fired back by claiming that the wife had jumped out before the ride ended,

and both sides agreed to mediation.

After President Trump and many others have warned California Congresswoman Maxine Waters,

AKA "Auntie Maxine" to stop the violent rhetoric against President Trump's cabinet

and Conservatives it seems things have reached a fever pitch and now we are getting various

reports that the United States Secret Service is investigating the Congresswoman.

This investigation came after conservative Laura Loomer filed an official complaint with

the Secret Service which followed a Judicial Watch complaint against Waters with the House

Office of Congressional Ethics.

The Judicial Watch complaint called to attention her multiple calls for violence against a

sitting president, which is against the law.

The group makes a point to state that lawmakers should in fact vote on whether or not to censure

Waters, which could, in turn, force her resignation.

All this comes as Waters also came under fire for praising the early 90s LA riots, which

resulted in 63 d**d, nearly a billion dollars worth of property damage, and thousands injured.

"The Secret Service is investigating Rep. Maxine Waters after she urged people to harass

and confront Trump administration officials and supporters in public, according to The

American Mirror.

The explosive report came from journalist Laura Loomer, who said she filed a complaint

with the Secret Service against Waters.

Conservative watchdog Judicial Watch has also filed a complaint against Waters with the

House Office of Congressional Ethics, saying her calls for violence against a sitting president

is against the law.

The group argues lawmakers should vote on whether to censure Waters, which could force

her to resign.

She is also under fire for praising the LA riots, which resulted in nearly a billion

dollars worth of property damage.

On Monday, Loomer tweeted that after she filed her complaint, the Secret Service told her

that it was "looking into" Waters chilling remarks.

As reported by Conservative Daily Post, Waters issued a dangerous call to action over the

weekend, urging people to harass and inflict violence against officials who work for President

Donald Trump.

She said those who work for and support the president should not be welcomed or allowed

in society.

Here's part of what she said:

"If you think we're rallying now, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Already, you have members of your Cabinet that are being booed out of restaurants … who

have protesters taking up at their house, who say, 'No peace, no sleep!

No peace, no sleep!'"

"Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from

that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out

and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they're not welcome

anymore, anywhere."

Following her chilling and disgusting comments, Judicial Watch filed a complaint on Monday

against Waters for inciting violence against members of Trump's cabinet.

In a letter to the House Ethics office, the watchdog group said Waters was encouraging

people to attack and use violence against members of Trump's administration and those

who support him.

The group said no member of Congress should be allowed to make such sickening comments,

arguing that lawmakers should vote on whether she should be censured.

Her calls for violence also came as pro-Trump Florida Republican Attorney General Pam Bondi

was spit on by liberals while being chased out of a movie theater over the weekend.

Prior to that, a mob of deranged liberals swarmed the home of Department of Homeland

Security Secretary Kristjen Nielsen, putting her family at risk of being attacked, harassed,

and confronted.

Many would agree Waters' dangerous rhetoric should result in an investigation by the Secret

Service.

Lawmakers should also be forced to vote, on the record, about whether they believe any

actions should be taken against Waters.

This dangerous rhetoric has resulted in Republicans and members of the Trump administration being

targeted, attacked, and harassed.

Threatening violence against an elected official or member of the president's administration

is a felony, and Waters should be held accountable."

President Trump also chimed in on Monday the best way he knows how to reach his supporters

without the censor and spin of the Liberal Mainstream media, with a tweet.

All this controversy comes after Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was kicked out of a

Virginia Red Hen restaurant by the owner last Friday night, and Florida Attorney General

Pam Bondi was shouted down and chased out of the theater as she tried to attend a movie

screening in Florida with her family.

President Trump is 100% correct.

Us conservatives are very logical and calm, unlike our liberal counterparts who are all

bark and no bite.

But this kind of rhetoric has no place in the public discourse, especially when it comes

to a congresswoman like Waters who has no business being in public office to begin with.

Be careful what you wish for "Auntie Maxine," you can only rattle a cage so much until the

caged dog rises up and strikes back in defense.

Mike Huckabee is a popular conservative figure who is not afraid to say what he means and

mean what he says. He also apparently has a sense of humor and is not afraid to use

his humor to call out folks for their idiocy or ruffle feathers when he does so.

Huckabee took to Twitter to troll House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi with a photo of MS-13

gang members calling them Pelosi's "campaign committee" in a tweet on Saturday. Naturally,

Twitter exploded as the left came out of their safe spaces to screech and cry about Huckabee's

supposed "racism."

Huckabee is not known for pulling punches or sugar coating anything. With faith-based

sensibility and a genuine affection for facts, Huckabee was once named one of America's

five best governors by Time Magazine nearly a decade ago. The magazine noted that the

Republican governor of Arkansas was "a mature, consensus-building conservative who earns

praise from fellow Evangelicals and, occasionally, liberal Democrats."

He is a former presidential candidate, Christian minister, author, and commentator who served

as the 44th governor of Arkansas from 1996 to 2007. He is also the father of current

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

As the leftist progressive, self-appointed PC police attempted to meltdown the internet

with their faux outrage with cries of racism, Huckabee asked the obvious question – "Wasn't

aware that criminal was a 'race'" when he called out the Washington Post's Karen

Tumulty after she attempted to draw a correlation between Huckabee's obvious satirical poke

at Pelosi and his tweet calling out the Red Hen in Lexington, Virginia for asking his

daughter to leave the premises.

Tumulty tweeted a picture of Huckabee's MS-13 tweet juxtaposed with one in which the

former Arkansas governor accused the Red Hen's ownership of bigotry for turning away his

daughter, Sarah Sanders, because of her job working with President Trump.

He replied – Yes @ktumulty because MS-13 is not a race but an illegal gang who rapes,

murders, and mutilates children as sport. Nancy Pelosi defended them because she said

@realDonaldTrump insulted them. Are you defending them too? Wasn't aware that criminal was

a "race." Huckabee's tweet comes after Pelosi attempted to defend brutal and murderous

MS-13 after President Donald Trump referred to MS-13 as "animals" during a May 16

roundtable discussion on sanctuary cities.

As the Daily Wire reports – "The media and the Democrats lied about Trump's remarks

and claimed that he was referring to all illegal immigrants when it was clear he was referring

to MS-13.

Pelosi then gave a press conference where she continued to spread that lie, and she

indirectly defended MS-13, saying, "And so when the president of the United States

says about undocumented immigrants, 'These aren't people, these are animals,' you

have to wonder, does he not believe in the spark of divinity, the dignity and worth of

every person?"

Immediately after twisting Trump's comments, Pelosi left the press conference without taking

any questions from the press.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) followed up Pelosi's remarks by releasing a brutal

campaign ad against the Democrats, saying: 'Democrats' Midterm Message: MS-13 Killers…They're

Not So Bad.'" Makes sense. Nancy Pelosi recently defended MS-13 while trying to go

after President Trump. Nothing wrong about this picture, right? Nope! Not according to

the left! Droves of lefty loonies reported Huckabee for racism and widely criticized

Huckabee for the tweet, it was also liked by more than 15,000 Twitter users and retweeted

over 6,400 times as of Saturday afternoon. While these "delicate flowers" report

Huckabee for racism, the FBI reports that MS-13 gang members "are known to engage

a wide range of criminal activity, including drug distribution, m****r, r**e, prostitution,

robbery, home invasions, immigration offenses, kidnapping, carjackings/auto thefts, and vandalism.

Most of these crimes, you'll notice, have one thing in common—they are exceedingly

violent. And while most of the violence is directed toward other MS-13 members or rival

street gangs, innocent citizens often get caught in the crossfire."

MS-13 is an international criminal gang that was formed by El Salvadoran refugees in Los

Angeles during the 1980s and has since spread throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico

and Central America. The gang is known to be comprised of mostly Salvadoran nationals

or first generation Salvadoran-Americans, but also Hondurans, Guatemalans, Mexicans,

and other Central and South American immigrants.

Many Americans have fallen victim to MS-13's own special brand of brutality, victims like

Elizabeth Alvarado, Robert Mickens, Evelyn Rodriguez, and Freddy Cuevas, the parents

of Nisa Mickens and Kayla Cuevas. Victims like Mickens and Cuevas were young girls police

believe were chased down and brutally murdered by MS-13 gang members on Long Island, New

York, in 2016. Suffolk County Police Commissioner stated that the "murders show a level of

brutality that is close to unmatched."

The White House reports that nearly 40 percent of all murders in Suffolk County, New York

between January 2016 and June 2017 were tied to MS-13.

In January 2017, MS-13 members were charged with k*****g and hacking up a teenager in

Nassau County. MS-13's animals reportedly saw the m****r as a way to boost their standing

in the gang. In April 2017, police believe four young men were brutally murdered by MS-13

animals on Long Island. One victim was a young man in town visiting family during an Easter

week vacation. Just last month, in April 2018, MS-13 reportedly called for its members on

Long Island to k**l a cop for the sake of making a statement.

MS-13 violence and m****r is not confined to New York either. In Maryland, MS-13's

animals are accused of stabbing a man more than 100 times and then decapitating him,

dismembering him, and ripping his heart out of his body. Police believe MS-13 members

in Maryland also savagely beat a 15-year-old human trafficking victim. The MS-13 animals

used a bat and took turns beating her nearly 30 times in total.

In Houston, Texas, two MS-13 members were charged after the kidnapping and sexual assault

one girl and murdering another. The two MS-13 animals laughed, smiled, and waved for cameras

in court as they faced the charges.

While the current Trump administration is working to bring these murderous thugs to

justice, the left is defending them, crying racism if men such as Huckabee dare speak

up about their vile and violent behavior. It seems we are witnessing the beginnings

of what is occurring currently across Europe.

Black voters in Santa Clarita, California who support President Trump's illegal immigration

policies have been taking their case to the city council to voice their disdain for California

effectively becoming a sanctuary state.

One Trump supporter made a viral video of a woman lambasting that city council over

the issue.

The video was taken in May, but the sentiment is even stronger today there.

The unidentified woman speaking in the video describes herself as a "Christian, Conservative,

Wife, mum."

An African-American herself, she says she wants to lead the "mass #Blaxit from the

Democratic Party."

The video was posted to Twitter and went uber-viral after that.

I have heard this sentiment not only from the black community but from the Hispanic

community as well.

Either come to America the legal way or don't come at all.

The woman wore a red Make America Great Again cap to make her point obvious.

She is part of a group of citizens who turned out to speak against California's "sanctuary

state" policies.

She was losing her voice, but she didn't mince words over it either.

The damage that illegal immigrants in California have done to the black community and others

is immense.

And it doesn't matter where the illegal immigrants come from… the result is the

same.

They take jobs and housing from actual Americans.

They bring crime and poverty into the cities and wherever they settle.

They also bring disease.

One of the most emphatic parts of this woman's speech had to do with separating children

from parents at the border.

She made a huge point over the number of people who have been separated from their families

by illegal aliens and how "they gotta go to the grave.

You tell me how that's fair."

It's a good point.

Family members who lose loved ones to crimes committed by illegal aliens never get to see

them again.

But you don't hear that from the left.

You also don't hear that of the 12,000 children that have come over the border, 10,000 did

so without parents.

You also don't hear about how many Americans have been k****d by illegal aliens.

Where's the justice in that?

Nowhere to be found.

"The black community is most adversely affected by illegal alien activity," the woman hoarsely

said.

"Because when these people — and I don't care if they're Swedish, Mexican, Nigerian,

Nicaraguan, Arab, I don't care — when you come here illegally, they don't get

trucked into Brentwood.

They don't get trucked into Beverly Hills.

Hell, they don't even get trucked into the fairly modest upper-class suburb where I live.

"They get trucked into Watts.

Here in California in SoCal, they get trucked into the streets of Crenshaw.

The Jungles (Baldwin Village, an underprivileged Los Angeles community).

East LA.

"A lot of black people don't have the privilege that I have," she continued.

"A lot of black people are already suffering academically.

Thus they suffer economically.

Thus they suffer in abject poverty and crime.

"Their schools are beyond a disgrace already," she added.

"When those schools get pumped with illegal aliens, (black students are) even more likely

to drop out."

She pointed out that money had to be spent on Spanish-language textbooks "because the

illegal alien minors cannot speak the king's English."

"I, as an American citizen, born and raised in Los Angeles, cannot get a job if I want

to do something different than what I do, which is fight for American people — I have

to learn two languages," she said.

"Specifically Spanish.

In my own country.

You tell me how that's fair."

The video first surfaced on Twitter when someone responded to a tweet from MSNBC's Joy Reid.

She was trying to stir up outrage over illegal immigration.

She got that and much more, but I don't think it was what she had in mind.

According to sanctuary policies in California, police cannot inquire about an individual's

legal status even after arresting them for having committed a crime.

"Americans are dreamers too.

We're paying for welfare, for section 8, you costing us our jobs.

We're paying for you," the woman stated in the video.

"Respect Americans.

This is America!

This is our home and this is our country."

The room agreed with her overwhelmingly.

"Respect Americans.

This is America!

This is our home and this is our country."

The people agreed with this woman, but the city council obviously didn't.

Figures.

The people who spoke were against Senate Bill 54, which "blocks state and local law enforcement

agencies from using their resources — whether that be money, properties, equipment or personnel

— to help with federal immigration enforcement."

It also blocks state and local police from cooperating with federal immigration authorities.

"The black community is most adversely affected by illegal alien activity," she exclaimed.

"When you come here illegally, they don't get trucked into Brentwood, they don't get

trucked into Beverly Hills.

They get trucked into Watts, they get trucked into the streets of Crenshaw."

Which is exactly right.

No wonder she's upset.

I don't blame her in the least.

Allowing unfettered illegal immigration is destroying California.

Mexican cartel gangs control the prisons in Los Angeles.

Heck, they basically control the streets there now.

It has become a degraded, violent area of the country to live in.

Black communities are being devastated by this.

And yet, all Jerry Brown and California elitists do is raise taxes and bring in more illegal

immigrants.

It will take the Golden State down eventually.

Share a meal?

Share a table or even a restaurant?

In order for a republic to function properly a diversity of thoughts, ideas, and expression

is necessary.

This is only possible with freedom and civility.

When it becomes more profitable to simply make fun of someone or berate them for beliefs

different than your own rather than offer constructive alternative, intellectual discourse

is threatened.

When civil discourse can no longer be relied upon, society will fall.

Such is the case with what is happening across the United States currently and was epitomized

recently when White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her family were

asked to leave the Red Hen in Lexington, Virginia because she works for President Donald Trump.

Sanders opened Monday's press briefing by addressing the restaurant she was asked to

leave on Friday.

In Sarah's typical inimitable style, she was direct and to the point and she did not

attempt to sugarcoat anything.

Sarah stated bluntly –

"Many by now have heard that I was asked to leave a restaurant this weekend where I

attempted to have dinner with my family.

My husband and I politely left and went home.

I was asked to leave because I work for President Trump.

We are allowed to disagree, but should we be able to do so freely and without fear of

harm.

And this goes for all people, regardless of politics."

Then she turned her attention to vile, disgusting words of has-been actor Peter Fonda and chose

this opportunity to publically address his tweets in which he advocated her children

be kidnapped along with Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) calling on supporters to harass

members of the Trump administration wherever they go.

"Some have chosen hate and vandalism toward the restaurant that I was asked to leave from,"

she said.

"A Hollywood actor publicly encouraged people to kidnap my children, and this weekend a

member of Congress called for people to push back and make clear to those serving their

country in this administration that they are not welcome anywhere, any time, for anything."

Sarah then went on to offer a blistering critique of the state of political discourse in America,

hammering her point home with an undeniable truth – "Healthy debate on ideas and political

philosophy is important, but the calls for harassment and push for any Trump supporter

to avoid the public is unacceptable.

America is a great country, and our ability to find solutions despite those disagreements

is what makes us unique."

Sarah even received a public apology from Rep. Bob Goodlatte (VA-R) and Del.

Ben Cline (VA-R) as they took to Twitter to rebuke the Red Hen.

Goodlatte represents the sixth congressional district which includes Lexington, stated

the rude reception she received at the Red Hen restaurant didn't reflect the "kind

and caring people" of his district.

"What @PressSec experienced in Lexington last night is very unfortunate and doesn't

reflect accurately upon the kind and caring people of Lexington that I know.

There are many great and innovative businesses in #VA06 that I hope you'll come back to

visit."

Cline is a Virginia state delegate and a Republican who also is running for the U.S. House this

November.

He criticized Stephanie Wilkinson, co-owner of the Red Hen, and dropped the bombshell

that Wilkinson is related to Hollywood actress Meryl Streep.

"On behalf of my hometown of Lexington, I want to apologize for the rudeness of one

liberal New York transplant (who also happens to be Meryl Streep's cousin).

We hope you will come back and enjoy our area's true southern hospitality."

"Virginia is for lovers of political correctness, as we learned this weekend when White House

Press Secretary Sarah Sanders was thrown out of The Red Hen in Lexington, Virginia, on

Friday night.

The restaurant's owner sanctimoniously declared the establishment has to uphold "certain

standards."

Evidently she means the standard of resisting President Trump, by refusing to serve steak

or french fries, or a hen that's red – or whatever it is that they serve – to an employee

of the man they loathe because they're "tolerant," or something like that.

This political correctness is quickly approaching dangerous and irrational levels the likes

of which we've never witnessed before.

In the age of social media anyone can seize an opportunity to publicly take a stand against

President Trump, and know that it could easily become national news and give them their 15

minutes of fame in the process.

Shortly afterward employees were lighting up Twitter with tales of how their boss gave

Sarah the boot, on moral grounds of course.

This quest for media attention is becoming all too common, and as it does, we continue

to see people cross the line in potentially dangerous ways.

Make no mistake, this isn't just about President Trump.

Even if Vice President Mike Pence was president, this would still happen.

The PC liberals in this country increasingly seem to believe that they can bully their

way to public policy goals.

Celebrities instigate the behavior, the far left mimics the behavior, and the media enables

it all.

The result is the public now thinks this is the new normal.

It is not normal.

It is dangerous.

Peter Fonda sent out a series of tweets this week, calling for Barron Trump to be ripped

from his mother and put in a cage with pedophiles, then he went after Sarah Sanders and Kirstjen

Nielsen tweeting that Sanders' kids should be taken from her and Nielsen should be put

in a cage, stripped naked, and whipped publicly with it filmed for posterity.

Paging #MeToo.
