MUELLER ISSUES MORE SUBPOENAS – THIS IS IT

BREAKING: White House Special Counsel has sent Donald Trump's White House into panic

mode by subpoenaing the Trump Organization for documents as part of the federal investigation

into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

The Hill reported that two sources close to the matter said that Mueller's subpoena

is for documents related to Russian in addition to other topics.

It is not known how far the subpoena extends to topics outside Russia, nor is it clear

why Mueller issued a subpoena to the organization for the documents as opposed to simply requesting

them.

This is Mueller's most direct move yet to go after documents related to Trump's business

empire, and brings the probe closer to Trump.

Trump had said last year that Mueller would be crossing a "red line" if the special

counsel began investigating his family's finances with other countries outside of Russia.

The new subpoena indicates the investigation is evolving after reports Mueller was interested

in an adviser to the United Arab Emirates, suggesting a probe that Trump had hoped would

end soon could carry on for months.

Trump has repeatedly called Mueller's investigation a "witch hunt," maintaining that there

was no coordination or collusion between his campaign and Russia.

This comes after it was reported that Trump's lawyers are reportedly considering making

a deal with Mueller in exchange for him setting a hard end date for his probe.

Though Trump's attorneys are split on the terms of the deal, they would like Mueller

to agree to parameters on the scope of such an interview.

One idea that has been tossed around is that Mueller would agree to end the investigation

within 60 days of interviewing Trump.

Talks between Mueller and Trump's lawyers have reportedly just started.

Though Trump himself has said that he is "looking forward" to speaking with the special counsel's

team, his lawyers have repeatedly said that he would only agree under certain conditions.

Legal experts have expressed skepticism that Mueller would agree to this idea.

"You can't put a timeline on these things," said former federal prosecutor Peter Zeidenberg.

"Someone could walk in the door on the day before their proposed deadline and say, 'I've

got some information that's going to blow your minds.'

to say, 'Oh, too bad, the deadline's tomorrow?'"

Daily Mail reported that Bush, 93, has finally been released from a Houston hospital after

spending 13 days there being treated for an infection that had spread to his blood stream.

"President @GeorgeHWBush was discharged from @MethodistHosp after treatment for an

infection.

His doctors report he is doing well and is happy to return home," family spokesman

Jim McGrath wrote on Twitter on Friday.

Bush himself had taken to Twitter the day before to say that that while he is grateful

to staffers at Houston Methodist Hospital, he can't wait to get out of there!

"Quite moved by this announcement by @MethodistHosp.

The atrium is beautiful, but recent developments notwithstanding I have not taken up residence

here.

The doctors, nurses and support staff are so nice, but the second I get the green light

I'm outta here," Bush tweeted on Thursday.

The announcement he was referring to in the tweet was a new atrium on hospital grounds

that would be named after the Bush family.

"The Bushes have always been a part of our Houston Methodist family and we all mourn

the loss of Mrs. Bush, a truly wonderful woman," Marc L. Boom, M.D., the president and CEO

of Houston Methodist, said.

"We are proud to dedicate this warm and welcoming space in this beautiful new building

to them."

Unhinged liberals are taking to the streets in an unprecedented campaign to terrorize

the Trump administration.

Much like the protests launched in the wake of President Trump's 2017 travel ban executive

order, left-wing thugs are attempting to create chaos in America to force the administration

to back off their plans to enforce federal immigration law.

Liberals are taking their hatred of American politics into a dangerous new frontier.

Deranged left-wing activists are already harassing Trump administration officials in public and

menacing them with threats.

Confronting law enforcement with violence is a strategy of third-world politics, and

many Americans fear the left's conduct will soon escalate into full-scale violence against

the government.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions saw this dangerous intensity in liberal protests and put out

a stern warning.

Political speech and legitimate assembly will be protected – because it is enshrined in

the First Amendment – but obstruction and violence will be prosecuted.

Sessions statement read:

"FREE SPEECH, ASSEMBLY, AND PROTEST ARE AND WILL BE PROTECTED."

"BUT OBSTRUCTING LAW ENFORCEMENT OR COMMITTING OTHER CRIMES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED."

Sessions' warning came on the same day as a Border Patrol agent broke his ankle trying

to protect an elderly illegal alien when protesters attempted to stop a bus from arriving at a

holding facility in McAllen, Texas.

200 protesters had gathered at the facility, and their behavior was anything but peaceful.

Fox News Griff Jenkins reported:

"SOMETHING WE'RE LEARNING JUST THIS MORNING, GUYS, AND THAT IS THAT ONE OF THE AGENTS INSIDE

HERE WHEN THIS BUS WAS MOVING, WHEN THE MELEE WAS GOING ON, WAS TRYING TO CONTROL THE CROWD,

Liberals are pushing America to a dangerous tipping point.

The American people will only tolerate so much behavior that incites violence.

Getting in people's faces and provoking law enforcement could lead to a deadly confrontation.

That could be what liberals are hoping for.

If an armed federal agent reacts to a liberal mob with force to protect themselves when

their lives are threatened, the media will then promote the incident as Trump ordering

his agents to massacre American citizens.

Critics believe liberals are not above instigating such an incident, and don't care if anyone

is seriously injured – or worse – in the process.

That's why Sessions' statement was so important.

Liberals are pushing the envelope on what is considered legitimate political protest

– which is protected by the First Amendment – and mob violence.

The Trump administration and its supporters don't want to see anyone hurt.

Congress Just Blindsided Democrats And Delivers Trump $25B Border Wall Win.

President Trump has fought from the beginning to fix the United States immigration system

and build a border wall to help protect the laws.

He has even compromised with the Democrats on DACA.

Instead of working with Trump and Republicans to help illegal immigrants, the left has sabotaged

every move made in the effort.

Democrats claim that Republicans want to separate parents and children on the border but it

was former President Barack Obama's policies that were doing that, particularly referring

to pictures released from 2014 when a child was seen in what appeared to be a cage-like

structure.

House Republicans have just put forth a "discussion draft" of a sweeping immigration bill that

includes a path to citizenship for young immigrants (DACA), $25 billion in border security, which

includes advance funds for President Trump's wall with Mexico and a provision aimed at

addressing the crisis of family separations at the border.

It blindsided Democrats and delivers Trump a $25 billion border wall win.

It has something for everyone.

This measure sticks to Trump's Four Pillars on immigration while attempting to bring together

the two major political parties and moderate factions on an issue that has divided people

for years.

This is just the beginning and there is no guarantee it will succeed, but it's the

first step towards making progress on both granting citizenship while also protecting

the border from people who wish to break the law.

Speaker Paul Ryan is calling for a vote by next week, so it can be laid to rest before

the midterm elections.

He called it a "very good compromise."

Some conservatives called it amnesty.

No side will ever get everything they want, so this may be the path forward to get something

done for a change.

"Our members felt very, very passionate about having votes on policies they care about,

and that is what we are doing," Ryan said earlier Thursday.

"So we're bringing legislation that's been carefully crafted and negotiated to the

floor.

We won't guarantee passage."

The bill is 293 pages long.

It is a very ambitious overhaul of the immigration system.

It shifts away from the nation's longtime preference for family immigration to a new

system that prioritizes entry based on merits and skills.

It beefs up border security, clamps down on illegal entries and reinforces other immigration

laws.

The bill addresses concerns over the sharp rise of families being separated at the border.

It proposes keeping children in detention with their parents, undoing 2-decade-old rules

that limit the time minors can be held in custody.

The White House sought the change on this.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called the legislation "nothing more than

a cruel codification of President Trump's anti-immigrant agenda that abandons our nation's

heritage as a beacon of hope and opportunity."

Kerri Talbot, the policy director at Immigration Hub, called it a "wish list" from top

White House immigration adviser Stephen Miller that "would allow the Trump administration

to jail children for long periods of time."

That appears to be a very twisted version of what is the truth.

DACA is the primary element of the bill.

It provides a pathway to citizenship for as many as 1.8 million young people who have

been living in the U.S. illegally since childhood.

That's the provision that many might call amnesty.

These are the Dreamers that for so long the left cried over and have now abandoned.

Under the proposal, some 700,000 DACA recipients, as well as a broader group of young people

who didn't register for the program, could apply for legal status, which would be valid

for six years and would be renewable "indefinitely."

This benefits those on the Democrat side while still offering something for Republicans to

work within their own endeavors to strengthen border security.

Eventually, young people, who are under 31 and have been in the country since at least

June 2007, could begin to get green cards based on a point system.

It prioritizes education, English language proficiency, military service and continued

employment.

After that, they could apply for citizenship, as is the situation under current law for

those with permanent legal status.

The new visa program, which is also available to other immigrants, including approximately

200,000 children who were brought to the U.S. legally by their parents, is contingent on

the $25 billion in border security funding being fully provided.

This could be used to fund a border wall.

The program would do away with several existing visa programs.

Among them, family-related visas for the married children or adult siblings of U.S. citizens

as well as the 55,000 visas now available under the diversity lottery system for immigrants

from other represented countries, including many in Africa.

The $25 billion could be used for a wall structure, technology, roadways and enhanced security.

It authorizes National Guard troops at the U.S.-Mexico border.

It also calls for the deployment of a biometric entry-exit system for all entry ports that

has long been under debate.

The bill makes it easier for authorities to deport those here illegally (who have broken

the law), rather than allowing some to be released under certain circumstances.

In other words, it does away with what's referred to as a catch and release program.

This looks like a solid compromise and serious effort to provide greater security and freedom

for all Americans.

Illegal immigration is a crisis in America and it continues to be a hot-button issue

as the mainstream media fans the flames with rhetoric and fake news.

It is an open door for drugs, criminals, and potential terrorists that mean harm to enter

It is a significant strain on resources and the economy, while it adds significant costs

to our judicial, healthcare, and education systems.

We have people waiting to come here legally and we should not be rewarding people who

have come here illegally.

Many have noted the similarities between the United States and the Roman Empire.

It should be noted the Goth or Barbarian attacks on Rome partially stemmed from a mass migration

caused by the Huns' invasion of Europe in the late fourth century.

The Goths had descended toward Roman territory looking for shelter.

The mismanagement of Goth refugees started a chain of events that led to the collapse

of one of the biggest political and military powers humankind has ever known in the defeat

at Adrianople.

What was arguably the most important defeat in the history of the Roman empire had roots

in something else: a refugee crisis.

President Donald Trump took to Twitter late Sunday evening in an effort to address this

crisis, sending out a series of tweets calling for illegal aliens who "invade" the United

States to be immediately deported back to their country of origin "with no Judges

or Court Cases."

He added that the U.S. immigration system is "laughed at all over the world" and

is "very unfair" to individuals using legal avenues to gain entry.

President Trump tweeted –

"We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country.

When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them

back from where they came.

Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order.

Most children come without parents…"

He continued in a second tweet a few minutes later, stating – "….Our Immigration

policy, laughed at all over the world, is very unfair to all of those people who have

gone through the system legally and are waiting on line for years!

Immigration must be based on merit – we need people who will help to Make America

Great Again!"

Many note that while in line with fulfilling his campaign promises, President Trump's

comments are sure to dump jet fuel on the bonfire of controversy created by the mainstream

media and Washington establishment in an effort to distract from the utter corruption revealed

in the recent Inspector General's report.

The controversy began over separated illegal migrant families at the southern U.S. border,

after pictures of children in cages began to circulate via social media, which the left

attributed to Trump's new "zero tolerance" policy of enforcing Clinton, Bush, and Obama-era

immigration laws.

Claims are already being made that President Trump's tweets are a flat rejection of any

right to seek asylum in the United States.

Mercedes Schlapp, White House Director of Strategic Communications, firmly rejects that

notion, stating – "As we have said multiple times before, the administration does NOT

prosecute those who seek asylum at our Ports of Entry."

Others have brought up the fact that there are 9 U.S. consulates in Mexico where Asylum

seekers can legally apply to be in the United States.

They can also start the process of legal citizenship and are significantly less likely to be k****d,

r***d, robbed or separated from their families like most are by cartels and traffickers when

trying to cross into the United States illegally.

Yet despite the reality of the fact that the so-called "caged children" happened under

the Obama administration who is noted to have routinely separated illegal migrant families

and is currently being sued for keeping children in brutal conditions, and despite the fact

that Time Magazine tried to pass off a fake picture of a "separated migrant child"

(who was never separated from her mother) in a concerted effort to propagandize the

Trump administration's immigration policy, which even noted #fakenews purveyor CNN called

them out on, President Trump's Sunday tweets will undoubtedly give the mainstream media

plenty of hysterical headline fodder for the next week.

Rather than report on the ACTUAL news and meaningful analysis on last week's Congressional

testimony by Michael Horowitz, where we learned that the FBI may have tampered with evidence

in the Mike Flynn investigation, or that Peter Strzok has been subpoenaed, or the fact that

James Comey skipped out of Congressional testimony last week, and may be subpoenaed along with

former AG Loretta Lynch, what passes for news whips itself and the easily manipulated into

a frenzy over the manufactured crisis of the week.

Meanwhile, the House is expected to vote on House Speaker Paul Ryan's amnesty bill later

this week.

Rep. Bob Goodlatte's (R-VA) immigration reform legislation —"Securing America's

Future Act," — was shot down on Thursday, with a vote tally of 193-231.

Not a single Democrats voted for the bill, while 41 Republicans voted "yes."

Trump Just Issued 4-Word Order To All Getting In Way Of Immigration Plan And Hurting Americans

Sometimes I really love how President Trump addresses a crisis.

This is one of those times.

This morning, he tweeted out a four-word order today to Republicans and anyone getting in

the way of immigration reform: "…stop wasting their time…"

He's referring to trying to get bipartisan immigration reform through Congress before

the November mid-term elections.

Here's the complete quote: "Republicans should stop wasting their time on Immigration

until after we elect more Senators and Congressmen/women in November.

Dems are just playing games, have no intention of doing anything to solves this decades-old

problem.

We can pass great legislation after the Red Wave!"

Trump is right on this.

It's a huge waste of time trying to get this through when Republicans don't have

the votes to do it yet.

Of course, Mitch McConnell could change the voting rules and go to '51' in the Senate

and that would handle this probably.

But what are the chances of that these days?

Not good, so Trump's logic here is very sound.

Given, as a PR move, it doesn't look as compassionate as the Dems are demanding on

the separation of children from illegal alien parents and guardians at the border.

But frankly, nothing would be good enough for the left except totally open borders and

an end to ICE and the prosecution of those that break the law.

That's communism and that's not going to happen.

It may alienate some moderates and Independents, but Trump's base will love this.

And they will love it because the House failed to pass the Freedom Caucus-supported Goodlatte

bill because of opposition from RINO "moderates."

You know, Paul Ryan's foot soldiers.

The bill was a compromise that would have given DACA recipients legal status.

It would have also ended chain migration, eliminated the visa lottery and funded the

president's border wall.

Ryan wasn't game for that as he supports illegal immigration.

From the Center for Immigration Studies:

"The Ryan bill offers amnesty and a path to citizenship for an estimated 2.2 million

direct beneficiaries.

This includes an estimated 1.9 million aliens believed to be potentially eligible for the

proposed amnesty, which has the same basic qualifying criteria as President Obama's

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program (arrived in the United States before

2007 while under age 16, continuous presence for at least five years, and present illegally

in June, 2012).

This population includes those who could have but did not apply for DACA or who were too

young to apply.

"The Ryan amnesty also includes a group that is brand new to the amnesty debate: adult

sons and daughters of certain guest workers who arrived while younger than 16, who have

lived in the United States for 10 years, and who are too old to qualify for green cards

or temporary visa renewals.

These are adults whose parents were admitted more than 10 years ago as temporary non-immigrants

in one of three categories: Treaty Traders/Investors (E category), Specialty Occupations (H-1B),

and Intra-company Transferees (L).

All of these categories have been controversial because of fraud and/or displacement of American

workers.

Based on official statistics on the number and ages of temporary visa holders admitted

in the relevant years, I estimate that approximately 300,000 aliens could qualify for amnesty in

this category.

"The Ryan bill preserves the largest chain migration categories (unlimited spouses and

parents of naturalized citizens) and eliminates other chain categories (adult married sons

and daughters of naturalized citizens and siblings of naturalized citizens) and the

visa lottery.

These numbers are reserved for use by amnesty beneficiaries and employment-based applicants.

After these applicants are accommodated, the lottery and adult married sons and daughters

categories are eliminated, resulting in an annual reduction of 78,400 green cards.

Meanwhile, the additional green cards from the large amnesty and the additional chain

migration would cause an annual increase of about 220,000.

The result is a net increase of 2.12 million green cards over 15 years (3.3 million amnesty

plus chain beneficiaries minus 1.18 million fewer chain and lottery green cards).

"In contrast, the alternative bill, known as the Goodlatte bill (HR 4760), includes

a more limited amnesty and deeper cuts to chain migration.

The Goodlatte amnesty would be available to about 700,000 aliens who received work permits

and deportation protection under President Obama's DACA program.

The amnesty does not include a direct path to a green card or citizenship, so beneficiaries

would not be able to sponsor family members.

Therefore, there would be no chain migration resulting from the amnesty.

"In addition, the Goodlatte bill would eliminate several large chain migration categories and

the visa lottery.

The categories eliminated (after one year) would be: adult sons and daughters of naturalized

citizens and permanent residents, and siblings of naturalized citizens.

In addition, the category for parents of naturalized citizens would be replaced with a temporary

visa for parents, although the parents of naturalized amnesty beneficiaries would not

qualify.

Together these provisions would reduce legal immigration by approximately 138,000 per year

(accounting for the one-year grandfathering of chain green cards).

This would result in a net decrease of about 1.23 million green cards over 15 years (138,000

times 14 years minus 700,000 amnesty beneficiaries)."

The Goodlatte bill would have resulted "in a net decrease in green cards of 1.23 million

over the next 15 years because it offers a much smaller amnesty and makes prompt, deep

cuts to chain migration categories."

Downtrend points out that Ryan and his attendant RINO moderates now plan to pursue a "compromise

bill" that the center notes "would result in a net increase of 2.12 million more green

cards through amnesty and chain migration over the next 15 years."

That's an open borders invasion, plain and simple.

It is absolutely unacceptable and the wall would not be part of it either.

President Trump does not intend to compromise with Paul Ryan and the RINOs.

Good for him.

It's really tough to make any meaningful progress when you not only have Democratic

leftists against you, but members of your own party led by Paul Ryan.

This is why a number of Republicans want to forcibly oust Ryan and install the Freedom

Caucus' Jim Jordan as Speaker of the House.

I applaud President Trump for having a strong, reasoned stance here and basically telling

Republicans to strengthen their hand before they make their move.

It has now been confirmed by WPTV that a man from Stuart Florida is now behind bars after

being accused of threatening violence against the children of Republican Congressman Brian

Mast of Florida.

Mast represents the state's 18th congressional district and has three young children.

All of them are under the age of 8.

Mast was an explosive ordnance disposal technician with the Army & he served in Afghanistan.

In 2010 he stepped on an IED.

Both of his legs & a finger were amputated.

Laurence Wayne Key is now facing federal charges for the offense of "communication of a threat

to kidnap or injure a person," after he threatened Mast's children in response to

the Trump administration's immigration policies.

The criminal complaint goes on to allege that Key called Mast's Washington D.C. office

and told an intern that he would "find the Congressman's kids and k**l them."

WPTV Reports:

"Key's social media pages show he is very politically active.

He volunteers regularly for the Democratic Party of Martin County and has volunteered

many hours for Planned Parenthood, according to a friend of Key's.

Key is also seen in a picture speaking to Mast at an event.

Friends of Key's call him a 'gentle soul' and do not believe he would ever hurt anyone.

The criminal complaint also shows Key has contacted Mast's office 478 times.

He also contacted U.S Sen. Marco Rubio and U.S Sen. Bill Nelson's offices Monday.

Key is being held at the St. Lucie County jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Mast's office referred any comment to the Capitol Police, however the agency did not

release a statement, citing that it was an active investigation."

The intern then reported the call to a supervisor and the FBI quickly arrested Key for the call.

Key told the FBI he did not actually threaten to k**l Mast's kids but did admit he feels

the congressman should be separated from his kids if he supports President Donald Trump's

immigration policies.

The criminal complaint notes he admitted, "to saying something about Congressman Mast

never seeing his kids again."

The intern who answered the call said he is "150% certain" that Key used the word

"k**l" when referring to the congressman's kids.

"A man from Stuart, Florida is in jail after being accused of threatening to harm the children

of Republican Rep. Brian Mast (Fla.).

Mast, who represents the state's 18th Congressional District has three young children, all under

the age of 8.

The arrested man, Laurence Wayne Key, is facing federal charges for the offense of "communication

of a threat to kidnap or injure a person."

A criminal complaint alleges Key called Mast's Washington, D.C. office and told an intern

He continued, "If you're going to separate kids at the border, I'm going to k**l his

kids.

Don't try to find me because you won't."

The intern reported the phone call to a supervisor, and the FBI arrested Key soon after the alleged

call to Mast's office.

Key told the FBI he did not threaten to k**l Mast's kids, but said the congressman should

be separated from his kids if he supports President Donald Trump's immigration policies.

The criminal complaint notes he admitted "to saying something about Congressman Mast never

The intern who answered the call told the FBI he is "150% certain" that Key used

Key is politically active, frequently volunteering for local Democratic Party activities and

Planned Parenthood.

The congressman is an Army veteran who received the Bronze Star Medal and a Purple Heart for

his service.

While serving in Afghanistan in 2010, he lost both of his legs and a finger as a result

of an IED explosion.

Mast's maternal grandparents legally immigrated to the United States from Mexico.

He recently issued a statement to a Florida newspaper regarding the administration's

immigration policies.

"It is our duty as an American government to deal compassionately with any child from

any nation just as it is the responsibility of foreign families seeking asylum in the

U.S. to choose only legal means to enter our nation so they can avoid family disruption,"

the statement read.

He added that he is "confident this process will be improved."

It was later confirmed that Key is very politically active by frequently volunteering at the local

Democrat Party and in what seems to be the epitome of hypocrisy, Planned Parenthood who

has made separating parents from their unborn children into a very lucrative art form.
