Barack Obama cannot afford to rest easy.

Trey Gowdy is digging into one of his worst scandals.

And now he's uncovered an awful secret that is bad news for Obama and his henchmen.

Republicans are still trying to dig out the full extent of Obama's spying and unmasking

scandal.

A key player is now former U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power.

She made 260 unmasking requests – an insane number for someone whose job did not really

have an intelligence function.

But in an interview on Fox News, Gowdy revealed a secret that shows no one has even scratched

the surface of this scandal.

Gowdy informed Fox News viewers that in her testimony, Power dropped a bombshell that

she did not make all 260 unmasking requests.

Many were made in her name.

POWER IS AMONG THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION FIGURES WHO MADE REQUESTS TO IDENTIFY AMERICANS WHOSE

NAMES SURFACED IN FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE REPORTING, KNOWN AS UNMASKING.

THE FORMER FBI DIRECTOR DENIED GIVING CLINTON SPECIAL TREATMENT; CONGRESSMAN GIVES HIS TAKE

LAST MONTH, FOX NEWS REPORTED THAT POWER WAS UNMASKING AT SUCH A RAPID PACE IN THE FINAL

MONTHS OF THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION THAT SHE AVERAGED MORE THAN ONE REQUEST FOR EVERY WORKING

DAY IN 2016 – AND EVEN SOUGHT INFORMATION IN THE DAYS LEADING UP TO PRESIDENT TRUMP'S

INAUGURATION.

"I THINK IF SHE WERE ON YOUR SHOW, SHE WOULD SAY THOSE REQUESTS TO UNMASK MAY HAVE BEEN

ATTRIBUTED TO HER, BUT THEY GREATLY EXCEED BY AN EXPONENTIAL FACTOR THE REQUESTS SHE

ACTUALLY MADE," GOWDY SAID.

"SO, THAT'S HER TESTIMONY, AND SHE WAS PRETTY EMPHATIC IN IT."

THE SOUTH CAROLINA REPUBLICAN ADDED, "SO, WE'VE GOT TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THAT.

IF THERE IS SOMEONE ELSE MAKING REQUESTS ON BEHALF OF A PRINCIPAL IN THE INTELLIGENCE

COMMUNITY, WE NEED TO KNOW THAT BECAUSE WE'RE GETTING READY TO REAUTHORIZE A PROGRAM THAT'S

REALLY IMPORTANT TO THE COUNTRY, BUT ALSO HAS A MASKING COMPONENT TO IT."

This raises a horrifying question.

Why was someone requesting the unmasking of American citizens in Samantha Power's name?

Only a select few individuals have the authority to submit unmasking requests.

If someone had the authority to request unmask American citizens, why were they impersonating

Power?

And if they did not, why was the Obama administration so lax on verifying who was handling this

classified information.

Some critics would argue all of this was an elaborate set up to cover the perpetrators

tracks so they could illegally leak classified information to the press as part of the Deep

State coup against Trump.

White House Special Counsel Robert Mueller is undoubtedly in full panic mode right now,

as Steve Bannon has reportedly returned to Donald Trump's side with a plan to take

him down.

The Hill reported that Bannon has given a proposal to West Wing aides that calls for

Trump to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and cease all cooperation with

Mueller.

Bannon's plan also states that Trump should retroactively claim executive privilege and

make all previous interviews between his associates and Mueller's office null and void.

The goal of Bannon's plan is to shift the investigation of Russia interfering in the

presidential election to Congress, where Republicans have control and can finally put an end to

it.

Bannon explained that the president "wasn't fully briefed by his lawyers on the implications"

of not invoking executive privilege at the start of the investigation.

"It was a strategic mistake to turn over everything without due process, and executive

privilege should be exerted immediately and retroactively," he told reporters.

Trump may finally be ready to take Bannon's advice this week, as he has been publicly

been slamming Mueller ever since the FBI raided the office of the president's attorney Michael

Cohen on Monday.

"Much of the bad blood with Russia is caused by the Fake & Corrupt Russia Investigation,

headed up by the all Democrat loyalists, or people that worked for Obama.

Mueller is most conflicted of all (except Rosenstein who signed FISA & Comey letter).

No Collusion, so they go crazy!" Trump wrote.

Though Trump has gone after Mueller and Rosenstein many times, it's rare that he actually mentions

them by name.

Earlier Wednesday morning, Trump tweeted that his administration is "doing things that

nobody thought possible, despite the never ending and corrupt Russia Investigation, which

takes tremendous time and focus.

No Collusion or Obstruction (other than I fight back), so now they do the Unthinkable,

and RAID a lawyers office

for information!

Supreme Court Hands Trump The Power To Fire Thousands Of Judges

Perhaps the biggest roadblock to Trump's MAGA agenda has been radical, liberal judges.

These men and women, appointed by previous presidents and other powerѕ, have interfered

with President Trump's lawful authority.

But that's all about to change.

Judges are supposed to be impartial.

They have a solemn duty to uphold our laws.

Decisions made by judges can decide the fate of not just one person, but millions.

Judgeѕ that preside over federal issues can very well affect the lives of every last American.

We've seen how radical judges can harm our country.

Obama-appointed judges have overstepped their bounds by attacking Trump's lawful executive

orders.

They have allowed thеir personal, political views to violate their responsibilities.

Not only that, but certain groups within our government have been appointing judges—without

the approval of the president.

This is clearly a violation of the Constitution.

Thankfully, the Supreme Court felt so too.

Now many questionable judges are about to get their walking papers.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday expanded presidential control over pivotal jobs in

federal agencies, ruling that the way the Securities and Exchange Commission selected

its in-house judges to enforce investor-protection laws was improper.

In a 7-2 ruling, the justices overturned a lower court ruling that had endorsed the SEC's

in-house judge hiring practice that operated autonomously from the president.

The ruling could reverberate through the federal government, which has nearly 2,000 administrative

law judges deciding matters as varied as unfair trade practices, veterans benefits, and patent

infringement.

Such a ruling could also make it easier for some of these judges to be fired by political

appointees.

Six of the justices said the appointments of the judges were unconstitutional.

Liberal Justice Stephen Breyer agreed with the outcome but said it only violated the

federal administrative law.

Liberal Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor dissented from the decision.

The SEC-appointed judges have long been a controversy.

The Commission had the power to appoint their own judges.

These judges were overseeing crucial cases that affected private businesses and the investment

industry.

Clearly, there was a conflict of interest.

It would have been very easy for the SEC to select judges that would only vote in their

favor.

Or, compromised members of the Commission could have picked judges whose rulings would

appease corrupt investment firms.

You see the problem?

The President—who has authority to appoint federal judges—was cut out of the loop.

He would play a crucial role in deciding if judges should stand or not.

Instead, the SEC had free rein.

Not anymore.

This ruling can open the door for Trump to reevaluate numerous, questionable judge seats.

Judges that are clearly letting their bias get in the way of their job might be in trouble.

Trump can allow his cabinet to take stock of sitting judges and decide if they should,

in fact, stick around.

Perhaps we'll see another purge in Washington.

Yet more of the swamp drained.

I'm thinksojoe, this is "Things You Might Not Know," and I think I've

found who I'm voting for in the next election!

Vermin Love Supreme – yes, that is indeed his real name – has run for office in the

United States, both in local and national elections.

I'm not kidding.

This gentleman, shown in the photo to my right wearing a boot on his head, has run for President

of the United States.

Several times, in fact.

His campaign promises are just as bizarre as his look.

He claims that if elected president, he would pass a law requiring people to brush their

teeth.

His campaign platforms have consisted of zombie apocalypse awareness, time travel research,

and free ponies.

Vermin Supreme is quite the mysterious individual.

He changed his name legally in the 1990s, and nobody – save for one anonymous individual,

apparently – seems to know what his birth name was.

It is known that he currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife, and that he recently donated

a kidney to save his ailing mother.

Although he has recently ran for president as a Democrat, he previously ran as a Republican.

His political views are somewhere in between a Republican and a Libertarian.

His free pony campaign promise is an effort to create jobs and reduce American dependence

on foreign oil.

Also, he promises to find an energy source based on "the awesome power of zombies."

Running under a campaign slogan of "A vote for Vermin Supreme is a vote completely thrown

away," Supreme actually managed to finish fourth in the New Hampshire Democratic primary

in 2016, beating out other lesser known candidates such as Rocky De La Fuente, John Wolfe Jr,

and Keith Russell Judd.

However, he was not invited to that year's Lesser Known Candidates forum, as in 2011

he glitter-bombed fellow candidate Randall Terry at a similar event.

Of course, he showed up anyway.

So, what's up with this guy's appearance?

It's not often you see a guy walking around with a boot on his head, after all; particularly

one running for President of the United States.

He claims that it was a "rainy day in Rainbow land" and he decided to wear one of his

galoshes on his head, which turned out to be magical.

He claims the boot stays on his head by a combination of gravity and friction, so as

he moves around, the boot manages to stay on – unless he's in a mosh pit.

In that case, he finds himself having to hold it on.

"… my elbows are high.

Not good in a mosh pit at all."

Man.

A Presidential candidate who promises ponies, protection from a zombie apocalypse, throws

glitter at other candidates, and likes to get in mosh pits?

I am ABSOLUTELY voting for this guy if he runs again in 2020!

Trump tweets immigrants who "invade" U.S. not entitled to court hearings

President Trump says people who "invade" the U.S.

must immediately be sent back to their countries and not be given a court hearing.

Mr Trump tweeted Sunday that the U.S.

immigration system is "laughed at all over the world" and is "very unfair" to individuals using legal avenues to gain entry.

Mr Trump said they should be deported with "no Judges or Court Cases." He also once against blamed Democrats for the country's immigration problems, urging them to not "resist" and instead strengthen security at the U.S.

border. .    .

"Cannot accept all of the people trying to break into our Country.

Strong Borders, No Crime!" he added. .

Last week, Mr Trump reversed a policy of separating families entering the U.S.

illegally at the border with Mexico with an executive order.

The order, however, does not override a 1997 ruling that limits the amount of time migrant children can be locked up with their families to 20 days.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has asked a federal California judge to modify the Flores consent decree to permit the government to detain families together throughout the entire prosecution and deportation processes.

It is unclear how long this will take to litigate or whether the judges would be willing to permit indefinite detention of minors.

The House is also expected to take action on possible immigration legislation sometime later this week after two attempts failed this past week.
