Nancy Pelosi Crossed The Line With One Sick Demand Of Trump

Democrats believe Trump's illegal immigration crackdown is their winning issue.

The media's liberal bias has never been more blatant as journalists collude with Democrat

politicians and pro-amnesty activists to produce misleading coverage on the issue.

And it all came to a head when Nancy Pelosi demanded this Trump cabinet official resign.

The left is training their ire on Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

Nielsen – who defended the administration for enforcing immigration law at the White

House Press briefing on Monday – is described by the left-leaning website Politico as "the

face" of the administration's policy.

Democrats – who are eager to claim a scalp – are now pushing for her ouster.

And Nancy Pelosi led the charge.

Pelosi wrote:

Nielsen drew the wrath of the left for simply stating that the administration did not have

a blanket policy of separating families at the border.

She wrote:

"For those seeking asylum at ports of entry, we have continued the policy from previous

Administrations and will only separate if the child is in danger, there is no custodial

relationship between 'family' members, or if the adult has broken a law."

This is 100 percent true.

If a family shows up at a port of entry and requests asylum, they remain together as the

claim is processed.

Children are only "separated" from their parents if they are caught illegally crossing

into America.

This is a crime and the Trump administration is treating it as such.

Nielson also declared during a speech in New Orleans that, "We have to do our job.

We will not apologize for doing our job.

This administration has a simple message: If you cross the border illegally, we will

prosecute you."

The left choosing to make Nielson their chief target on this policy is strange because Nielsen

is seen as a pro-amnesty member of the administration.

Reports have surfaced that Trump does not trust her because she worked in the George

W. Bush administration which regularly championed amnesty and open borders.

The Washington Post reported that three sources told the paper that Trump had berated her

in a meeting over the increase in border crossings which occurred after she was confirmed as

head of Homeland Security:

"Trump lashed out at his Cabinet, and Nielsen in particular, when told that the number of

people arrested for illegally crossing the Mexico border topped 50,000 for the second

consecutive month.

The blowup lasted more than 30 minutes, according to a person with knowledge of what transpired,

as Trump's face reddened and he raised his voice, saying Nielsen needed to "close down"

the border.

"Why don't you have solutions?

How is this still happening?" he said, adding later, "We need to shut it down.

We're closed."

This is a completely manufactured crisis by the media and Democrats who are exploiting

it for political gain.

There are fewer than 1,200 children who have been sent to holding centers after their parents

were arrested for illegal border crossings.

The media is concocting an emergency to try and damage the Trump administration for merely

enforcing American law.

And Democrats – led by Nancy Pelosi – are scheming to exploit this fake catastrophe

to draw political blood.
