Michelle Runs And Hides Her Face After Being Caught At Private Lunch Without Barack.

There are only a few reasons to be in Beverly Hills.

You're a tourist or you either live there or work there.

If you work there, then there's a good chance you're dazzling someone because you're

a Hollywood star.

Even though some Hollywood stars have lost their mind and live in a bubble devoid of

humanity and reality, but it's always fun when a website like TMZ catches someone off-guard

and films them in the process.

This latest bit from TMZ caught Michelle Obama out to lunch in Beverly Hills and she was

with another big name.

It was Kerry Washington.

She's from the show "Scandal" and now the Broadway play titled "American Son."

TMZ tried to get some information out of Washington and the results were somewhat interesting.

The video TMZ captured opened the door for a million levels of speculation and we'll

jump right in and see if we can figure it out.

However, it's important to remember that this is merely speculation and not to be confused

with a fact.

TMZ posted the video and short article and I was willing to jump into the sea of strange

thoughts and "what ifs" just like a scientist trying to figure out weird things in space.

TMZ caught her walking on the side of a building and tried to ask some questions.

Her answers were essentially null and void, so this is where all the potential for speculative

answers comes in.

Only time will tell if anyone's predictions are correct.

Don't be scared to take a guess.

We got the former First Lady and the ex-"Scandal" star leaving the Bev Hills hot spot Thursday

afternoon — eat your heart out, Shonda Rimes.

The meeting is more proof Michelle's instantly become a big-time player in showbiz … on

the heels of the Obamas' deal to produce content for Netflix.

We asked Kerry if Michelle got her to sign on the dotted line for a project.

Her answer was coy, and therefore … interesting.

More evidence they were trying to keep the meeting on the DL — they pulled the classic

Hollywood move of leaving through separate exits.

Michelle went out the front door, interestingly … while Kerry slipped out the back.

We got Mrs. O earlier this month doing another power lunch in Venice, CA.

No word who she wooed that time, but it's now clear … the Obamas are making moves."

First of all, where was Barry Obama?

No Barack around to participate in the lunch festivities?

Was Barack Obama off doing other things like lurching around the D.C. compound?

Did Barack even know that his wife was heading over to Beverly Hills to meet with a Hollywood

celebrity?

What was the lunch all about?

Did it have anything to do with the Netflix deal that the Obama's reportedly signed?

Did it have anything to do with Hollywood or was it about using Kerry Washington as

a mouthpiece for political movements?

What was really going on at the fancy little lunch party they had?

It doesn't seem like TMZ was able to get many answers from Kerry Washington.

She kinda just mushed around the answers and went on her way.

If TMZ can't pry the juice out of a Hollywood peach, then who can?

I tried asking Kerry Washington on Twitter what her lunch with Michelle Obama was about.

She didn't answer me either.

Did it have to do with Netflix, politics, or something else?

Trump's administration has uncovered a frightening, and deadly, fact: the Department of Veterans

Affairs has been letting its hospitals hire doctors and nurses with revoked medical licenses!

Apparently this has been happening for the past 15 years.

Clearly, and for good reason, it violates federal laws.

In direct contradiction to a 1999 law that bars any VA from hiring a healthcare worker

whose licenses had been revoked in any state, in 2002 the VA distributed guidelines that

allowed its hospitals to hire doctors and nurses that had a license in one of the 50

states, even if they had, previously, been subject to a license revocation.

A report by USA Today starts out, "Veteran patients in imminent danger at VA hospital

in D.C., investigation finds."

Among the findings:

• In February 2016, a tray used in repairing jaw fractures was removed from the hospital

because of an outstanding invoice to a vendor.

• In April 2016, four prostate biopsies had to be canceled because there were no tools

to extract the tissue sample.

• In June 2016, the hospital found one of its surgeons had used expired equipment during

a procedure

• In March 2017, the facility found chemical strips used to verify equipment sterilization

had expired a month earlier, so tests performed on nearly 400 items were not reliable

Missal said that the practices have placed patients at "unnecessary risk," though

so far, the Office of Inspector General has not determined if patients were harmed.

"The OIG's work is continuing and will include an assessment of whether patient harm

has resulted from any of these inventory practices in its final report on the Medical Center,"

he wrote.

That report goes on to explain that the conditions at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical

Center in Washington, D.C., are so dangerous that the agency's chief watchdog group actually

put out a report alerting patients about the issues at that organization.

Apparently multiple issues were found at that location, such as lack of critical supplies,

including bone material needed for knee replacement surgeries and tubes needed for kidney dialysis,

due to an ineffective inventory system.

Worse, perhaps, than the lack of an effective system was the fact that the inspector general

found that senior VA leaders knew about the problems for months but did nothing to rectify

it.

In addition to this finding, the investigators reviewed 25 sterile storage areas and found

that 18 of them were dirty.

These types of reports from the inspector general are, in fact, not commonly made, with

the last one having occurred in January 2015.

The Washington V.A.'s medical director, Brian Hawkins, has since been relieved of

his position and placed on administrative leave.

In addition to the immediate danger posed by these issues, there is the larger issue

of whether or not a government-run healthcare system, as promoted by many liberals, would

be able to provide quality healthcare to U.S. citizens.

If this V.A. debacle is any indication, it most certainly would not.

More than a dozen House Republicans are demanding that special counsel Robert Mueller resigns

from the investigation in the Russia collusion probe, amid revelations that have called into

question the FBI's own actions and potentially Mueller's independence.

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, said Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating

Russian influence in the 2016 presidential campaign, should resign.

"He should resign," said Johnson, who is chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security

and Governmental Affairs.

"I take the position that we shouldn't have a special counsel at this time.

We should let the (congressional) committees do their work."

"The federal code could not be clearer – Mueller is compromised by his apparent conflict of

interest in being close with James Comey," Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., who first called

for Mueller to step down over the summer, said in a statement on Friday.

"The appearance of a conflict is enough to put Mueller in violation of the code.

… All of the revelations in recent weeks make the case stronger."

Outgoing New Jersey GOP Gov. Chris Christie, a former federal prosecutor and Trump ally,

also suggested on Friday that Mueller consider stepping aside.

"If the facts that you just laid out are true, then somebody with Bob Mueller's integrity

will step aside and should — if in fact those facts, as you laid them out, are true,"

Christie said on "Fox & Friends," in response to various conflict-of-interest allegations.

Lawmakers haven't yet seen the Russia investigator's first spending report, which must go through

a Justice Department review before being made public.

But they're already setting up a fight over how much the probe is costing taxpayers — and

the fact that there's no end in sight.

"For them to say to us, 'Vote for an open-ended appropriation into a Mueller witch hunt,'

I think you'll see significant objection there," Rep. Steve

King (R-Iowa) said in a statement!

But so far, Trump has refused to interview directly with him.

When President Trump is to meet with Robert Mueller, the President is going to have a

great opportunity to directly confront the man that has been propagating the theory he

colluded with Russia during the 2016 investigation.

Democrats have been citing Mueller as their hope to impeach the President.

A meeting between the two of them will either destroy their hopes or create more Russia

collusion speculation.

It all depends on how President Trump handles the meeting.

The latest texts released prove that there was a coordinated effort among Obama-era federal

officials to shut down President Trump.

This "secret society" evidence is coming out just as evidence of FISA abuses on President

Trump's campaign are in the public spotlight.

Democrats have spent every waking moment since the 2016 election hoping for a silver bullet

that will take down Donald Trump.

Mueller and three Congressional investigations have yet to produce one.

So Warner – who has access to all the intelligence collected – could be setting up Democrats

to prepare themselves for a massive disappointment.

Mueller is unlikely to produce any evidence of collusion.

That is why the special counsel's investigation has branched off into fishing expeditions

about contributions to the inauguration and obstruction of justice.

Will Democrats and the media – who have spent nearly two years building up false hopes

that Trump is on the verge of indictment of impeachment – accept the findings of no

collusion with the Russians.

There is a very real worry that liberals will riot in the streets like they did after the

election and inauguration.

Warner could be trying to smooth the ground so rank-and-file Democrats don't do any

more damage to the country or the party's electoral chances with a violent outburst

when Trump is cleared.

Chuck Schumer's mindless opposition to Donald Trump just came back to bite him.

The Democrat leader came out guns blazing to Donald Trump's decision to withdraw from

Obama's Iran nuclear deal.

But Trump silenced Schumer with one tweet about a secret from Schumer's past.

Trump blasted "Cryin' Chuck Schumer" for opposing his decision to tear up the Iran

deal because three years ago Schumer opposed Obama entering into the agreement in the first

place.

Trump's jab at Schumer was in response to the Democrat leader attacking him for taking

a position he himself once held.

USA Today reports:

"DEMOCRATS SAID TRUMP'S GAVE UP HIS LEVERAGE IN ANY FUTURE NEGOTIATIONS AND SLAMMED THE

PRESIDENT FOR SHUNNING AMERICA'S ALLIES IN THE PACT.

"TO ME, THE GREATEST WORRIES FROM IRAN ARE NOT RIGHT NOW ON THE NUCLEAR SIDE, BUT WHAT

THEY'RE DOING IN SYRIA, WHAT THEY'RE DOING TO ARM HEZBOLLAH WITH ROCKETS, WHAT THEY'RE

DOING WITH" BALLISTIC MISSILES, SAID SENATE DEMOCRATIC LEADER CHARLES SCHUMER OF NEW YORK.

SCHUMER OPPOSED THE DEAL THREE YEARS AGO BUT SAID IT'S A MISTAKE TO WALK AWAY NOW.

"THE RIGHT THING TO DO WOULD HAVE BEEN TO TRY TO COME UP, WITH OUR ALLIES, WITH AN AGREEMENT

ON THOSE ISSUES AND LET THE NUCLEAR PART OF THIS CONTINUE AS IT IS, BECAUSE IT'S NOT

BEING VIOLATED IN ANY WAY," HE ARGUED."

Schumer was one of the many Democrats who flip-flopped on the Iran deal.

Obama did not submit the agreement for ratification as a treaty because it would not have received

the 67 votes necessary.

And the chief reason that was the case was because Democrats – led by Chuck Schumer

– largely opposed the deal.

Schumer explained his decision to oppose the deal in a press release.

He wrote:

"ADMITTEDLY, NO ONE CAN TELL WITH CERTAINTY WHICH WAY IRAN WILL GO.

IT IS TRUE THAT IRAN HAS A LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO WANT THEIR GOVERNMENT TO DECREASE

ITS ISOLATION FROM THE WORLD AND FOCUS ON ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT AT HOME.

BUT IT IS ALSO TRUE THAT THIS DESIRE HAS BEEN EVIDENT IN IRAN FOR THIRTY-FIVE YEARS, YET

THE IRANIAN LEADERS HAVE HELD A TIGHT AND UNDIMINISHED GRIP ON IRAN, SUCCESSFULLY MAINTAINING

THEIR BRUTAL, THEOCRATIC DICTATORSHIP WITH LITTLE THREAT.

WHO'S TO SAY THIS DICTATORSHIP WILL NOT PREVAIL FOR ANOTHER TEN, TWENTY, OR THIRTY

YEARS?

TO ME, THE VERY REAL RISK THAT IRAN WILL NOT MODERATE AND WILL, INSTEAD, USE THE AGREEMENT

TO PURSUE ITS NEFARIOUS GOALS IS TOO GREAT.

THEREFORE, I WILL VOTE TO DISAPPROVE THE AGREEMENT, NOT BECAUSE I BELIEVE WAR IS A VIABLE OR DESIRABLE

OPTION, NOR TO CHALLENGE THE PATH OF DIPLOMACY.

IT IS BECAUSE I BELIEVE IRAN WILL NOT CHANGE, AND UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IT WILL BE ABLE TO

ACHIEVE ITS DUAL GOALS OF ELIMINATING SANCTIONS WHILE ULTIMATELY RETAINING ITS NUCLEAR AND

NON-NUCLEAR POWER.

BETTER TO KEEP U.S. SANCTIONS IN PLACE, STRENGTHEN THEM, ENFORCE SECONDARY SANCTIONS ON OTHER

NATIONS, AND PURSUE THE HARD-TRODDEN PATH OF DIPLOMACY ONCE MORE, DIFFICULT AS IT MAY

BE.

FOR ALL OF THESE REASONS, I BELIEVE THE VOTE TO DISAPPROVE IS THE RIGHT ONE."

Atacan la casa de morenista y roban boletas de una casilla en Puebla; denuncian compra de votos - Duration: 6:29.

 PUEBLA, Pue. (apro).- El robo de una casilla y un atentado con arma de fuego contra la vivienda de un representante de Morena se reportaron en las primeras horas de la jornada electoral

 Además, se detectaron decenas de domicilios donde presuntamente se compra el voto a favor de la candidata de Por Puebla al Frente, Martha Erika Alonso

 En la sesión del Consejo local del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), el consejero presidente Marco Rodríguez del Castillo informó que en Izúcar de Matamoros personas no identificadas robaron el material electoral del domicilio de Teresa de Jesús Hernández Navarro, presidenta de la casilla 0741 Contigua 1

 Precisó que, de las 3 mil 315 boletas hurtadas, mil 659 corresponden al proceso electoral federal, 553 papeletas para cada una de las votaciones (presidencia de la República, Senado y Cámara de Diputados)

 De acuerdo con el consejero, se presentó una denuncia por los hechos y se inició la carpeta de investigación 810/2018/Izúcar/CNPP/1ER

Además, dijo, se tomó reporte de los números de folios para evitar que sean utilizados en alguna otra casilla

 A las 11:15 de esta mañana, el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) tenía confirmada la instalación de 5 mil 190 casillas, de las 7 mil 543 que corresponden a Puebla, es decir, 68

81%.  Entre los incidentes reportados destaca una balacera en la colonia San Manuel de esta ciudad, donde, según los primeros reportes, sujetos que se trasladaban en una camioneta dispararon contra una casa propiedad de Alejandro Villegas Sartillo, representante general de Morena

 A través de su cuenta en Twitter, el candidato a la gubernatura Luis Miguel Barbosa manifestó que los jóvenes eran brigadistas de la candidata a la alcaldía de Juntos Haremos Historia, Claudia Rivera, por lo que calificó la detención de "ilegal, arbitraria e intimidatoria"

 "Le pido a Tony Gali, no sea el vocero de Martha Erika Alonso y Rafael Moreno Valle en este día de la jornada electoral", escribió

 Entrevistado al momento de emitir su voto, el gobernador Antonio Gali Fayad aseguró que la detención de los jóvenes representantes de Morena se debía que se evitó que hubiera "acarreados y camiones"

 Observadores internacionales  A esta entidad acudió un grupo de 22 observadores internacionales por considerar que se trata de uno de los focos rojos de la jornada electoral, señaló Gerardo Romero Luna, coordinador de la delegación

 En rueda de prensa sostuvo que los reportes previos con los que cuentan advierten que las zonas de mayor riesgo están en la región Mixteca y los municipios donde hay presencia del Movimiento Antorchista

 "Puebla es de los estados donde se impone la política del actual gobierno, y sobre todo del exgobernador Rafael de Moreno Valle", declaró Romero Luna, y señaló que al final de la contienda elaborarán un informe que será difundido a nivel internacional

 La delegación está conformada por integrantes de organizaciones como "Podemos", el Grupo Geopolítico 12+, la Unión Interparlamentaria y asesores Europarlamentarios, entre otros

 Señalaron que una de ellas, ubicada en la calle 3 Oriente, es operada por el exsecretario de Desarrollo Social del estado, Gerardo Islas, actual candidato a la diputación local por el distrito 22

 De acuerdo con Figueroa, cuentan con videos y fotografías de la forma en la que han operado estas casas en los últimos días, donde se puede ver "largas" filas de personas que acuden a entregar sus listas de personas "promovidas" a las que supuestamente se paga 800 pesos por cada voto comprometido a favor de Alonso Hidalgo

Aseguró que esa operación fue denunciada en una mesa de diálogo que preside el secretario general de Gobierno, Diódoro Carrasco

Sin embargo, se quejó de que hasta ahora nada se ha hecho para evitar la coacción del voto
