Woo what is up? that was a great photo shoot and if you have no idea what I'm

talking about click up here and you can watch the video just get up to speed a little

and then come back to this one

what we're talking about is epic black and

white photos. I'm going to show you guys how I took the pictures from the last

video and I made them like that epic like crisp high contrast black and white

that you see and you know you loved but for some reason your pictures aren't

turning out that way yours are kind of like flat but look a

little bit kind of desaturate it but not mmm

you don't that mmm that like punch you in the face black and white that's what

we're doing today but first I'm gonna go throw some axes with my friends

Oh and to clarify we're not just like going to a park and whipping axes in a playground

or some crazy **** like that we're going to an actual battle axe place so check this out

oh I'm so tired you guys just teach yourselves how to do

it just let's just do it yourself

alright fine I'll do it stop nagging me Jesus

all right who's ready for some epic black-and-whites let's do this

we've got our photo open in Photoshop it's a wicked picture of Lauren

honestly in color I'm totally happy with it we're gonna turn it to black and

white for the sake of the tutorial to show you how to get that high contrast like

punch you in the face black and white so the first thing I'm gonna do is actually

show you it's the wrong way to turn an image black and white and probably a

lot of people do this and this is why you get that like flat black and white

that just doesn't do it for you so what people are doing is a command shift U

that just simply desaturates the photo it is black and white yes but it's kind

of grey and it just it seems washed out that's the easy way if you want mediocre

black and white photos that's all you got to do we're gonna undo that and

we're gonna do it the proper way now what you're gonna want to do is edit

your image in color first get out all the imperfections have the image the way

you like it in color then we're going to convert it to black and white and that's

pretty straightforward make sure your color picker is set to

default where you can just press D on the keypad and you want to select it

black with white in the background and then you're gonna go over to your right

side click the gradient map gradient map will turn it black and

white and create a new layer boom so right away you can see versus the old

one I'll split them up on the screen right here the old ones a little bit

more washed out this version of doing black and white has a little bit more

contrast so to push it even further what you're

going to do is double-click the layer thumbnail

right here and a little box will come out click this gradient bar and another

pop-up will come up and you can actually play around with the slider of the black

and white to get it to where you want it to be so if you want super high contrast

black and white you just drag those blacks and whites in you can make the

white more dominant or you can make the black more dominant you know it's just a

matter of playing around with it and finding something that you're

comfortable with let's say we're happy with this right here

it's punchy but it's not a flat black and white we're gonna select our

background layer and here's where we're gonna actually play with hue saturation

which is right up here and if you check it out even though the image is in black

and white your hue and saturation change the way your image is perceived you see

that so find that comfortable middle ground where you want it to be like do I

want to brighten up the background a bit and you can see a lot more detail in her

hair or do I want to darken it up and make her hair a little bit lighter so I

think I like it somewhere just a little bit brighter in the back the good thing

about this background is it's out of focus and it's not too distracting like

one of the other pictures I'll show you on the screen right now is actually

Lauren in a cityscape and because she's in the cityscape and there's so much

going on it's just too much for you to process in black and white so it doesn't

look good as a black and white photo this one's got a very shallow depth of

field her eyes are looking right at you that's

the focus of the image and that's why it works in black and white so just to

recap it pretty straightforward gradient map to get your black and white make

sure your color picker is set to black and white in the background and just

click that gradient map you're going to get a lot darker and punchier black

and whites and then you just play around with the contrast

levels play around with hue/saturation mess around with some of

the you know the colors in the background it's all a preference thing I

can't tell you exactly how you want your black and whites to look but this is how

you start so my advice to you is to just get in there and get your hands dirty

play with the black-and-white see what you like so you don't like ask people

ask for a critique heck even send them to me I'll let you know how good it is I

mean not that my opinion really matters but do it fire it off I'd love to see

your work boom that's all there is to it you've got sick black and white photos

and it's super simple but just please guys make sure you do it the right way

First Lady Melania Trump was plagued by rumors spread by the mainstream media when she spent

last month recovering from a medical procedure.

of the media still pushed rumors that Melania had actually gotten plastic surgery.

On Monday, President Donald Trump stunned everyone by addressing these nasty rumors

head-on.

The Hill reported that while speaking at a rally in South Carolina for Gov. Henry McMaster

(R), Trump praised his wife for her intelligence and sense of style.

"She had an operation a few weeks ago.

She's fine," Trump said.

"But they had all kinds of projections," Trump continued, referring to the mainstream

media.

"They said she got a facelift.

No.

I would let you know.

They couldn't hide that one for long."

"They said she left me and moved to New York," he added.

"The only thing they wouldn't say is what happened.

And she's private.

She doesn't want to talk about things."

After eight years of having an attention hog in the role of First Lady in the role of Michelle

Obama, Americans simply are not used to having a classy woman in this position like Melania,

who values her privacy.

It's sad that the First Lady could not even recover from surgery in peace without behind

hounded by members of the liberal press.

This came one day after Melania made a surprise appearance at a youth conference in Virginia,

where she promoted "kindness, compassion, and positivity."

"Kindness, compassion and positivity are very important traits in life," Melania

said at the Students Against Destructive Decisions annual conference.

"It is far easier to say nothing than it is to speak words of kindness.

It is easier to judge quickly than it is to understand.

It is often easier to see a glass half-empty than half full," she continued.

The video portrays Abedin as an agent of the Saudi Arabian government.

Huma Abedin was born in the United States, but she moved to Saudi Arabia at the age of

two.

She received an Islamic education in the country that promotes the radical strain of Islam

known as Wahhabism.

Abedin was on the board of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs before she started

to intern for Hillary Clinton in the mid-90s.

It is not clear exactly why Clinton was willing to work with the radical young lady – but

millions of dollars from Saudi Arabia surely helps.

The Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs is a branch of the Saudi-funded Muslim World

League.

This group is dedicated to spreading Sharia globally.

It is the offensive wing of Saudi foreign policy.

Abedin's mother and brother still work for the Muslim propaganda network, which was created

by Abedin's father with the help of Omar Naseef.

Omar Naseef created the Muslim World League in addition to the Institute of Muslim Minority

Affairs, on whose board he sat, alongside Abedin, for seven years while Abedin was working

for Hillary Clinton.

Naseef was a major financier of Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda as determined by the US

State Department.

A secret plan for the Muslim Brotherhood uncovered by the FBI reveals the group has plans for

America; to launch a "grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from

within."

Huma Abedin, therefore, must be viewed as an agent for the Muslim Brotherhood and a

part of the attempt to destroy America from within.

Hillary Clinton received 25 percent of the funds for her presidential campaign from interests

sympathetic to the Saudi mission.

The millions of dollars likely convinced Clinton not to ask any questions about her top advisor.

We dodged a huge bullet when Clinton was defeated last November.

Not only because the greedy Clintons were prevented from selling out our country, but

because the Muslim Brotherhood was thwarted from infiltrating our government.

How to use Mommy's Little Helper Concealer as Foundation - Duration: 7:53.

I'm Debra Rubin-Roberts, founder of Mommy Makeup.

And right now I want to talk about our Mommy's Little Helper Concealer.

Up until this point, there have been three ways to use Mommy's Little Helper Concealer:

as an under eye concealer, as a face cover up and as an eye shadow base when you wear

powder eye shadow.

Well now, because of all of you, there is a fourth way to use it: as an all over foundation

with full coverage.

Mommy's Little Helper Concealer is really a spot concealer, but many of you wrote in

asking for us to come out with a liquid foundation for when you had a special occasion or an

evening out.

Though I've been a professional makeup artist for over 15 years, and most of my clients

say that they did not like the feel of liquid foundation on the face.

So when I came out with Mommy Makeup, I did not want to include that product in the line.

But since several of you asked for another option, we figured we would take what we had

and build up on it.

So now, with our new Velvet Veil Smoothing Soothing Primer and our Teardrop Blending

Sponge, you can create a full coverage foundation from our Mommy's Little Helper Concealer.

You're about to see me do so.

I have no makeup on my face.

I'm just wearing a little mascara and a little brown tint.

So now I'm going to apply our Mommy's Little Helper Concealer all over my face as a foundation.

And I'm going to start by first using our Velvet Veil Smoothing Soothing Primer.

You need a tiny amount of this; like less than a pea.

I'm going to take it and rub it between my fingers.

And I'm going to spread it on my cheeks, down my nose, around my mouth and my forehead;

all over my face.

Velvet Veil seals in your moisturizer and fills in those little fine dry lines, so it

goes on smoothly and makes the Mommy's Little Helper Concealer go on more smoothly too.

Now I'm gonna take our Camouflage Concealer Brush and our Mommy's Little Helper Concealer

and I'm going to put it on as if I was just doing normal concealing—what I call spot

concealing.

So I'm going to put it in the corner of my eye and right here under my lash line.

The brush lets me get it right in there; under the lash line.

Watch it there—see how I do that.

Can you see I got in here and right under my lash line?

Let's do the other side.

Inner corner and right under that lash line.

Mommy's Little Helper Concealer is oil-free, talc-free and paraben-free.

I'm going to get the corner of my nose and the corner of my mouth.

Your own features create little shadows there, so when you put Mommy's Little Helper Concealer

there, it softens those shadows.

Let's do the other side.

So I'm just painting it on with the Camouflage Concealer Brush, and now I'm just gonna get

these little darker areas over here that I have.

These are spots I need extra concealing.

So that's why I'm doing the brush first and then we will use our teardrop blending

sponge to make the Mommy's Little Helper Concealer become a foundation.

And if I wasn't using it as foundation, and I was just spot concealing, I would then just

blend it out with a regular makeup wedge and then apply our Mineral Dual Powder.

Okay.

So here I have all the little spot concealing finished.

I'm going to take our Teardrop Blending Sponge, and I have this little bowl of water here,

right here.

And I'm going to take the Teardrop Blending Sponge and dip it in the water.

Now, you could just do this at your sink, but I don't have a sink here.

And I'm draining out the excess water from the sponge so it's just a little slightly

damp.

And now, I'm gonna take our concealer, take the sponge and I'm gonna tap it in, and then

I'm going to do what I call 'bouncing'.

I'm gonna bounce the sponge on my face.

And I'm getting my entire face with the Mommy's Little Helper Concealer and the Teardrop Blending

Sponge.

Now because I put the Mommy's Little Helper Concealer more concentrated on those areas

that I wanted the extra coverage, I'm going to get a really complete coverage there.

Now this is not something I would do every day, I would do this maybe for a special occasion,

if I'm going out in the evening, If I… when I do on-camera work, but daily I would just

do the spot concealing and then put the Mineral Dual Powder on.

Now we came up with this whole concept because people were asking us to come out with a liquid

foundation.

Now most people say that they find liquid foundation makes them feel like they have

a coating on.

So this, with the sponge, permits us to get an idea or an effect of liquid foundation

but with our Mommy's Little Helper Concealer.

And I think I've gotten most of my face.

Pretty much done.

So now I'm just going to take my ring fingers and I'm going to tap down where I had put

the Mommy's Little Helper Concealer on my under eye area and get my… blend out my

inner corner.

And now the little bit I had left over, I can put on my lid.

And now, so that it stays looking fresh like this all day, I'm going to set the Mommy's

Little Helper Concealer with our Mineral Dual Powder.

I'm gonna swirl it in the Mineral Dual Powder, and I'm not going to buff it, I'm just going

to gently press it in.

Welcome back to Psych-Minded.

I'm your host Kalley Marie and today we are going to continue on with the eating disorder

series and talk about Bulimia Nervosa.

Bulimia Nervosa is a life-threatening eating disorder that can affect any demographic of

person, any gender, any class of people, and can be very severe.

The main symptom of Bulimia is uncontrollable eating, followed by a period of essentially

making up for the intake.

So the individual with Bulimia will have a period of time where they feel uncontrollable

in their eating and then eventually either make themselves throw up or use diuretics

and laxatives to help the food exit quicker.

It sounds very uncomfortable to talk about or think about, but for someone with Bulimia,

this a compulsion -- an obsessive thing surrounding food and is deeply rooted in a lot of different

issues.

The behaviors of somebody with Bulimia Nervosa are going to be, typically, revolved around

dieting, weight loss, obsessions and preoccupations with food.

You may notice that they take frequent trips to the bathroom after eating meals or before

meals.

Along with disappearing after meals, you may notice that they skip meals entirely.

Part of someone's Bulimia might be that they're afraid to eat in front of other people.

And so a lot of their eating is secretive.

This can only add to the problem because they feel a sense of shame surrounding their food

intake to begin with, and do it in secret -- only adding to the guilt that they feel.

So socially, Bulimia can be a huge roadblock to leading a normal social life and maintaining

Someone who has Bulimia is going to be constantly worried about what their body looks like,

if they've lost weight, if they're gaining weight -- there's going to be a constant preoccupation

similar to Anorexia or any other eating disorder, where it seemingly overtakes the mind of the

individual.

At a certain point, someone with Bulimia might feel completely out of control, and as though

they are unable to stop these behaviors and these thoughts; which is why it is imperative

to get help with eating disorders, whether through therapy or support groups in order

to help combat some of these negative thoughts and these obsessive behaviors.

Additionally, someone with Bulimia may have bad mood swings due to blood sugar levels

being off.

They may show weight fluctuations, whether losing weight or gaining weight.

And this may happen in a very short period of time.

They may also complain of stomach cramping, of feeling dizzy, or being unable to concentrate.

One of the most damaging symptoms of Bulimia is the damage that it does to one's esophagus,

teeth, and gums.

When you're forcing yourself to throw up, you're forcing your body to do something that

typically isn't always natural.

It's a mechanism the body uses for a specific purpose and certainly not to get rid of nutrients

that the body needs.

So when you're forcing yourself to do those things, it can cause a lot of damage to one's

throat and to the teeth.

This is due to the stomach acid that is regurgitated and can hit the gum line and start to erode

and decay the teeth of someone with Bulimia.

Additionally, the stomach problems from taking diuretics or laxatives can be absolutely detrimental

and cause severe pain and serious medical problems.
