HAPPENING NOW: Giuliani Makes an Announcement on Mueller That NO ONE Saw Coming

There's a new development happening within the Russia witch-hunt that signals the possible

end to this sham.

President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani has said that Mueller and Trump could

meet as soon as next week.

Rudy Giuliani, the personal attorney for Donald Trump, said the president may reach an agreement

regarding a meeting with special counsel Robert Mueller this week or next week.

"We have negotiations going on with them, we have an outstanding offer to them," Giuliani

said on CBS's "Face the Nation," declining to describe what that offer entails.

However, he said there "is an area of questioning and a group of restrictions on it that we

could live with."

Giuliani said it relates "basically to the Russia collusion thing, which we think there's

no evidence and the president didn't do anything wrong."

"Maybe this week, maybe next week," Giuliani said when asked when an interview would be

set.

Giuliani, a former mayor of New York City, told CBS earlier this year that he expected

to have a decision on July 4 whether Trump would interview with Mueller's team.

"We would like to see it limited to some specific questions about the heart of the

probe — the Russian alleged collusion.

We think that those questions could be answered quickly.

We think two hours.

They probably think four.

So let's settle at three.

That's the way you do a negotiation in good faith in this area.

They have been in good faith," he said at the time.

Mueller has been reviewing Trump's Twitter feed as part of his probe into obstruction

of justice, the New York Times reported Thursday.

The Times said Mueller was also reviewing through negative statements from Trump toward

Attorney General Jeff Sessions and former FBI Director James Comey, whom he fired May

2017.

The president has continually said he would sit with Mueller's team amid his investigation

into Russian interference in the 2016 election and connections with the Trump campaign.

According to Giuliani, of the 13 "Cohen/Trump tapes," Trump is only heard speaking on

1 tape.

The other 12 are Cohen & other people talking about Trump.

That is a much different scenario than what the fake news media is spreading.

Michael Cohen, the former personal attorney for President Trump, recorded 183 conversations,

according to Rudy Giuliani.

Giuliani, the new personal attorney for Trump, said Sunday on CBS News' "Face the Nation"

that the president talks in only one of those tapes.

Trump is "discussed at length" on 11 or 12 of those tapes, he added.

"There are then an untold number of other tapes that have no relation to us, meaning

President Trump," said Giuliani.

"Those tapes, I don't know what is on those."

He added: "Now if they're related to us, the government would have to give them to

us.

There's a lot there for them to investigate."

According to court filings, some of those tapes seized by the FBI in April in a raid

of Cohen's home, hotel, and office have been given to federal prosecutors.

A special master is reviewing the materials seized to determine what can or cannot be

used by the government due to attorney-client privilege in a case against Cohen going forward.

CNN aired a tape from September 2016 this week in which Trump and Cohen discuss payments

to former Playboy model Karen McDougal, who alleged she had an affair with the president

in 2006.

Cohen is under investigation by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York for bank

fraud, wire fraud, and campaign finance violations stemming from a payment he made to Stormy

Daniels, a porn star who has also alleged she had an affair with Trump in 2006.

Another recording between Cohen and CNN's Chris Cuomo was released this week, in which

the two talk about the Daniels payment.

Cohen also secretly recorded several conversations between him and Keith Davidson, an attorney

once represented both McDougal and Daniels.

The raids on Cohen were part of an investigation referred by special counsel Robert Mueller

to federal prosecutors in New York.

Mueller is investigation Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible

connections to the Trump campaign.

Giuliani, who previously described Cohen as an "honorable lawyer," said now that the

tapes have come out, "I don't see how you can believe Michael Cohen."

Nancy Pelosi's number one goal is to take down President Trump.

Since his election, she has done everything in her power to do that.

But one major piece of news that just dropped crushed all of her goals, and she might just

give up.

After realizing that impeaching Trump is very unlikely, Democrats began taking a new approach

to defy the President.

Many left-leaning states, with California leading the charge, have chosen to defy federal

immigration laws.

In response, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the Department of Justice (DOJ)

would sue the state of California for allowing "sanctuary cities" that protect criminal

illegal aliens.

Democrats are fighting back, attempting to claim that the American people are on their

side.

But new polling shows the exact opposite.

A new Rasmussen Reports poll shows the majority of Americans, about 54% do not believe that

states and localities should have the right to ignore federal laws they disagree with.

The poll also reveals that less than 24% of likely voters believe that states should be

allowed to ignore federal laws they don't like.

BE SUING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR ITS "SANCTUARY STATE" LAWS SEEKING TO PROTECT CRIMINAL

POLL REVEALS.

MEANWHILE, LESS THAN 24 PERCENT OF LIKELY VOTERS SAID STATES SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO IGNORE

FEDERAL LAWS THEY DO NOT LIKE.

ROUGHLY 70 PERCENT OF REPUBLICAN VOTERS SAID STATES LIKE CALIFORNIA SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED

TO IGNORE FEDERAL LAW, WHILE JUST 38 PERCENT OF DEMOCRAT VOTERS SAID THE SAME.

NEARLY 35 PERCENT OF DEMOCRATS SAID STATES SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO IGNORE FEDERAL LAW.

SWING-VOTERS, THOUGH, BY A NEAR 60 PERCENT MAJORITY, SAY STATES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED

TO EXEMPT THEMSELVES FROM FEDERAL MANDATES WITH WHICH THEY DO NOT AGREE.

SESSIONS HAS COMPARED CALIFORNIA'S IGNORING OF FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAWS TO THE CONFEDERACY,

TELLING BREITBART NEWS, "WE BELIEVE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE KIND OF RESTRICTIONS

THAT CALIFORNIA PLACED ON FEDERAL LAW OFFICERS, AND WE BELIEVE THAT THEIR ACTIONS EXCEEDED

THE CONSTITUTION, AND WE WILL WIN IN THE COURTS EVENTUALLY."

This is terrible news for Democrats like Nancy Pelosi.

In their anti-Trump stupor, she seems to have forgotten that a majority of Americans voted

Trump into office.

Trump's immigration policies were front and center in his campaign message and the

number one attack against him from Democrats.

This polling makes it clear that Americans will not allow states like California to exempt

themselves from federal immigration laws.
