welcome back and in today's video I just wanted to give you guys a little update

because about the how I became the topic of a lawsuit video where we talked about

what some cinnamon was going through and how in the last video about that I said

that I was going to do a full-on investigation video but I read the

comments and I listened to you guys I'm actually a youtuber that does that we do

read the comments in me especially so I had decided not to do a full-on like

investigation video as of yet I didn't since it was an ongoing case it didn't

seem like after reading the comments it was such a good idea because I know that

a lot of people are actually watching my youtube channel probably a lot of the

people that are concerning that and it just it just wasn't it just wasn't a

good idea but we will be doing a full-on investigation video will have all the

evidence all the court handlings you're gonna want to get your popcorn for it's

gonna be crazy but I know the cinnamon was absolutely overwhelmed with the

support and you guys met her in the other days livestream IRL number 16 the

16th successful lost and where I could we go out and about and do things and

she was just stunned in general about the support that you guys just offered

her the rip squad she she witnessed firsthand how amazing the RIP squad was

this certainly so yeah that would be fun are you normal investigator 17 no I am

not an investigator

you should end in 20 minutes hmm devil flamingo please tell them sometime

I will definitely have to do that sometime before we get into that I want

to explain to you how the court dealings went with her so as you heard before the

first time she was in court it wasn't good at all

she was chewed up and spit out by those men but the second time around guess

what her lawyer was there so it was a little bit different the story because

the judge didn't run her over and the other lawyer didn't just you know gutter

so the other lawyer stood up for I can't like I said I can't go to much detail

but the temporary restraining order is no longer active I think they have a

good thing set up for now I don't want to go into any more details on that but

the father of her kids gets to see the kids they meet at a public place I think

the sheriff's office and they exchanged their so everything's pretty much safe

it looks like things are he's abiding by the rules but I said like I said the

case is ongoing and I will update you when that happens and after it's all

said and done with be looking forward for that full on video but cinnamon is

doing much better she's not stressed stressed anymore I see the color back in

her face and it just it makes me feel good that

she's doing so good and I just wanted to let you guys know that everything seems

to be going very well for now talking back about how I introduced her in

yesterday's the other days livestream we e we walked around town we had fun it

was her first experience on the live on a live stream ever and I think we offer

something very unique as the Squad and it was nice to see her smiling

and walking around live-streaming you know she actually grabbed the camera

she was very interactive with you guys and you know it's really hard for

first-timers to interact with an audience like that but she took to it

right away and you guys were very inspirational to her and encouraged her

to open up her own channel and I don't think that's anything that she had ever

thought about doing you see like I said the area that I'm from we just don't do

that kind of stuff here I'm like a black sheep of not only my family but this

entire area and this was like it was like reawakening kicking the dust off of

childhood dreams that she had and she actually felt the possibilities of what

what that direction could take him for the first time we we walked the other

night I actually heard her talking about things that I'd never heard her talk

about before black before she was all about her job but she got a great job

you know she's killing that she's doing a wonderful job but for the first time I

heard her talking about her dreams like the creative side of her brain was

unlocked when she talked to you guys and she wanted to pursue singing and she's a

very good singer and I encouraged her to do that and it would be so amazing if we

could get her to do that I think as the rep squad we're just an inspirational

powerhouse and all the things that are going on in her life right now she'd

like I said she was going through the most stressful experience of her entire

life and working a a ridiculously hot demanding job and she shuffled she

juggles all this stuff really well and it's it's almost inspirational to watch

somebody do that I've never met another person that actually works as hard as I

do a lot of people think that YouTube is not a job and that it's just easy though

to kick back of out a video every single day if you think that you are wrong I

have never worked harder at anything in my entire life I am here

in front of this camera every single day for you guys a lot of creators they'll

put out a video once a week every so often and I'm not knocking that

persistence is key you do what you can when you can

unless you're me then you do what you can when you can and then you push

yourself and you keep on doing it and for a long time the ability to juggle

time management was a very painstaking anxiety-ridden thing I wasn't good at it

and I'm fixing it now but I just wanted to give you guys an update on cinnamons

happenings we are gonna do that video I do not feel like now is the best time to

do a full-on video on an ongoing investigation there was a very very

helpful people in the comment section last time and I'm gonna ask you very

helpful people to help me again I need suggestions for cinnamon this is

this I want this video to be targeted all around cinnamon so I want your

suggestions for that what do you think she should do what kind of channel

should she do if she was to do a channel and how could she do it like I said she

works 12 plus hours 6 days a week sometimes more how can she do a channel

do 12 hour shift work and take care of her two kids is there a possibility how

could she do that I want to know what you guys think about that because I

believe that this the cup I've long thought about how the key to happiness

is unlocking and sticking very close to your creative side what is it the left

the right side of the brain is the creative side I don't know but I truly

believe that unlocking happiness is within that the creative side of your

brain the left field thinking if you will

but with that being said and as interesting as this is there's always

stuff there's more interest to me that's right you guessed it our notes you

Judge Rules Law Key To Sanctuary Cities Crackdown Is Unconstitutional

A judge on Friday declared a law the Trump administration has relied heavily on in many

of its lawsuits against so-called sanctuary cities as unconstitutional.

In a 58-page opinion, Judge Harry Leinenweber rebuked Attorney General Jeff Sessions and

the Trump administration's efforts taken to penalize sanctuary cities, CNN reported.

Leinenweber moved to strike down the underlying law, known as Section 1373, which mandates

that local governments share the immigration status of individuals with the federal government.

The ruling from Leinenweber, an appointee of former President Reagan, currently only

applies to Chicago, though the judge reportedly said he intends for the ruling to be applied

across the country.

Leinenweber previously issued a ruling temporarily blocking immigration-related conditions that

the administration had imposed on federal law enforcement grants in an effort to penalize

sanctuary cities, a ruling an appellate court upheld.

The judge has now made his initial ruling on the grant conditions permanent and is taking

aim at the underlying law the administration has depended on in its sanctuary city lawsuits,

CNN reported.

Leinenweber cited a recent Supreme Court ruling legalizing state gambling laws in his opinion

Friday as justification for declaring as unconstitutional the underlying law used in the sanctuary city

legal battles.

The Supreme Court ruling in question found that the federal government could not prohibit

states from passing laws they choose, which Leinenweber also noted in his opinion arrived

between the time he had considered the case preliminarily and now.

Washington insiders and pundits have been whispering about impeachment for months.

Impeachment is starting to look more like a reality than just a rumor.

And all hell is breaking loose because a top Congressman dropped this bombshell about impeachment.

Congressman Mark Meadows is the chair of the influential Freedom Caucus.

He has a direct line to Donald Trump.

So everyone sat up and took notice when he stated that the impeachment of Deputy Attorney

General Rod Rosenstein was a possibility.

Rosenstein stepped in and took over the Russia investigation when Attorney General Jeff Sessions

recused himself.

And he infuriated Trump supporters when he appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel

to conduct a witch hunt against the President.

But what has Congressman Meadows up in arms is the Department of Justice and the FBI's

failure to produce documents that would explain their conduct in the Russia investigation.

Since Rosenstein is overseeing this probe, their failure falls at his feet.

And Meadows believes it is possible he could pay the ultimate price.

AND THE FBI'S INTERNAL REPORT RECOMMENDING THE FIRING OF FORMER FBI DEPUTY DIRECTOR ANDREW

… IN HIS INTERVIEW, MEADOWS IDENTIFIED TRUMP APPOINTEE ROSENSTEIN AS THE MAIN ROADBLOCK

IN PRODUCING THE RECORDS.

ROSENSTEIN IS ACTING ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION BECAUSE OF ATTORNEY

GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS' RECUSAL FROM THE MATTER.

"WE HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE WILLING TO DO THE JOB.

IF THE DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL IS NOT WILLING TO DO IT AND NOT WILLING TO ALLOW US TO HAVE

OUR CONSTITUTIONAL OVERSIGHT AUTHORITY SUPPORTED, THEN WE'LL FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN," HOUSE

FREEDOM CAUCUS CHAIR MEADOWS SAID.

"IF THEY DON'T [PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTS], HOW DO YOU GET RID OF ROSENSTEIN?"

PIRRO ASKED THE REPUBLICAN.

"THE FIRST AREA IS REALLY CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS," MEADOWS REPLIED.

"ONE OF THE THINGS WE HAVE AS A TOOL IN OUR TOOLBOX IS IMPEACHMENT."

Trump was furious about the Justice Department's inaction and tweeted his displeasure.

By stonewalling the Committee's requests, Rosenstein is participating in a cover-up.

For Americans to have faith in the FBI, citizens need to know that the Bureau's decisions

are guided by their fidelity to the Constitution—and that the rule of law and their motives are

not corrupted by political bias.

Because of everything we now know about how the Russia investigation came to fruition,

Americans' trust in the FBI as a nonpartisan defender of the rule of law has been shaken.

For the FBI to recover, the whole truth—even if it is ugly—must be brought into the open

and the guilty parties must be held accountable.

The now infamous release of the Cohen tape took a wild new twist Saturday evening after

President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani unveiled a new breakthrough regarding it.

Giuliani told FOX News that Cohen's tape of the President discussing payment to a Playboy

model may have been "played" with and is a "recording of the original recording",

as per two experts and retired FBI agents who analyzed the secretly recorded conversation.

The former New York mayor appeared on Judge Jeanine Pirro's show to shed more light

on the latest discovery.

Rudy explained to Judge Jeanine that the latest chain of actions by Cohen is troubling, as

he was loyal to Trump while serving as his attorney for over twenty years.

And he is shocked at Cohen's tactics, but not surprised as he heard stories over the

years about Cohen's character and "things he did."

According to Giuliani, Cohen or his lawyer are the only people who could have leaked

the tape to CNN under the current circumstances.

But it wasn't what was heard on the tape that concerns Rudy.

Rudy said, "He [Cohen] abruptly ended that recording as soon as the President said the

word 'check.'

What we are investigating is how did it happen?

What actually did happen?

What was eliminated?" Giuliani also said they're concerned with how many other recordings

did this happen to.

And they are now seeking to gain access to the raw version of the tapes to get to the

bottom of it.

That's when Judge Jeanine saw exactly where Rudy was going with all of this.

Judge Jeanine pointed out that audio recordings that are not the full version or are tampered

with are not admissible in court.

Rudy said although they are doing everything they can to get the raw tapes, there's a

narrow chance it will happen.

But regardless, Giuliani assured that Trump's legal team is not concerned because what was

released proves Trump did not do anything criminal.
