DONALD TRUMP JUST COLLAPSED GEORGE SOROS' EMPIRE – IT'S OVER

Earlier this month, liberal billionaire George Soros gave an interview in which he relentlessly

attacked President Donald Trump, saying that since he took office, "everything that could

go wrong, has gone wrong."

Now, this interview has already come back to bite Soros in a huge way.

Right Wing News reported that Soros admitted that he was not expecting Trump to win the

election, and was "apparently, living in my own bubble."

He went on to outrageously allege that the president is "willing to destroy the world,"

of course offering no specifics of what exactly Trump is out to destroy.

In the wake of this interview, Soros' own past has come back to haunt him, as people

are finally learning how monstrous he really is.

In the past, Soros has been accused of being a Nazi collaborator during the 30's and

trying to use his political power and wealth in order to overthrow entire governments and

economies.

A 1998 interview with him has just surfaced in which he admits that he did indeed conspire

with the Nazis:

60 Minutes: [You] went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews

Soros: Yes.

That's right.

Yes.

60 Minutes: I mean, that's — that sounds like an experience that would send lots of

people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years.

Was it difficult?

Soros: Not — not at all.

Not at all.

Maybe as a child you don't — you don't see the connection.

But it was — it created no — no problem at all.

60 Minutes: No feeling of guilt?

Soros: No.

And Soros expects us to believe that Trump is the monster!

Soros is just angry because he wasted billions of dollars trying to stop Trump, yet he was

not able to take him down.

How Copyright Works: Co-Writing & Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) | ASCAP BMI SESAC - Duration: 8:57.

In this video, we will discuss co-writing.

What that mean is to write music with someone else,

how you make the business arrangement of it and as well as what can go right and wrong.

We'll also discuss the performance rights organizations.

ASCAP, BMI and SESAC,

songwriters belong to one of them and

these performance rights organizations pay the songwriter for performances of the music,

so that's very important.

To begin with co-writing,

it is assumed that if you don't state

otherwise and there are two names on a copyright registration,

that the agreement is 50-50.

If I wrote all the music and a person over here wrote all the words,

then we're 50-50 owners.

I own half the words even though I wrote none of them.

She owns half the music even though she didn't write any of the music.

But it's a 50-50 split and that's

if you didn't say anything and there are two names on it.

What's very common though is for people to say,

"We're going to work as a team and let's write a few songs,

or let's write one song and see how it goes."

The issue that comes up is did both people

contribute equally and how do they feel about this?

This can get into sensitive issues as well,

it can be feelings.

You can't exactly quantize when two people contributed music and lyrics.

You can't literally say that was 49.6 percent and this is 51.4.

You can't get into that perfectly so you have to give an estimate.

What most people will say is they all agree that we're going to be co-writers,

The Beetles are great example,

Lennon and McCartney realized that they're going to be,

let's just say, we're co-writing, 50-50 on everything.

Paul song, Getting Better,

great song from Sgt Pepper.

He wrote it completely John Lennon inserted one line,

it was grey, it's very sarcastic.

When Paul says, "It's getting better all the time" and Lennon just says,

"Couldn't get much worse."

In terms of the number of words,

that's not 50 percent of the words but it was just a really cool line.

The Doors, famous American group from the 60's,

the first three albums,

all music in all compositions was by The Doors,

so the four of them shared in the music.

But later on this had to become issues where look,

we're not all equal.

From their fourth album and on,

they decided to break it up and say, "No,

okay, these two wrote this song,

this one person wrote that song."

But these are the issues you have to understand and know how you're going to go about,

are you going to have a formal written document saying that's how this works?

There are a lot of things that can go right and wrong with this.

It could be you again,

do it after the song you say, "Well,

okay, just count me for 10 percent, I didn't do much."

But that's one of the things that can happen with co-writing.

When it comes to co-writing,

another thing to consider is well,

how long is the copyright term?

How long does copyright last?

It lasts for your lifetime plus 70 years after you're deceased.

So, if you write with someone,

you're work is going to go for a long time and a lot of things can take place with it.

Also, you reap the rewards,

the benefits and the disadvantages,

some problems can come from it.

I'll give you an example without mentioning names.

Four songwriters who are very well-known,

have a pretty very well-known song.

The four of them are interesting people live in different places.

One of the writers started not

making intelligent choices in his life and started doing some foolish things.

He through the influence of his partner started saying,

"These people stole our song."

The other three listened and said,

"They didn't steal our songs,

these songs aren't close, what are you doing? "

But, as one of the four writers,

he had the right to go sue,

to initiate a copyright infringement lawsuit against

these other writers and he did and they lost quickly in a motion for summary judgment.

What happens is the other three writers

who had nothing to do with it said, "Don't do this."

They ended up having to pay a significant court costs because of the action of one.

Is just something that goes to show it could occur,

that's kind of rare but it can happen.

Another thing that can happen is say

you go on to be come co-writer with someone else and that first-person you co-wrote with,

might think, "Hey, that new song of yours is like the one we wrote 10 years ago."

So, you could also potentially be sued for infringing what you did earlier.

It can get that complicated.

Those are the worse case scenarios but it's very helpful to know about them.

When it comes to Performance Rights Organizations,

there is three in the United States, three primary ones.

ASCAP is one of the oldest.

It's been around since around 1909.

It was formed by Broadway composers to make sure their music was

being whenever it was played that there would be paid for it.

ASCAP was the American Society of Composers,

Authors, and Publishers, is what the acronym stands for.

But it was created for that kind of music and they excluded a lot of music.

They excluded jazz, blues,

country, they didn't care,

they were more the Broadway the higher-paid composers.

BMI came in 1939,

it's Broadcast Music Incorporated.

It was put together by radio companies.

They had a much different approach,

they thought let's do the music that ASCAP doesn't do.

So, they were more likely to get into Country,

folk, blues, jazz and the music that ASCAP had ignored.

In between those in 1930,

came SESAC as European company and it's for profit.

ASCAP and BMI are non-profit.

So, everything about them becomes public,

the money they're making.

SESAC is for profit,

it always has been and they escaped to this country just to police copyrights.

They were first saying,

the Americans were just dealing,

they were paying royalties on music from European so, that's what they started.

But now all three ASCAP,

BMI and SESAC have so much in common.

They're just trying to look out for their members and trying to get them paid.

So, if you're an ASCAP writer and you want to write with a BMI writer,

I definitely give this advice is something to try.

If your song has some success,

whatever the level success is,

one of you is ASCAP and one of you is BMI.

Well, when the checks come in,

see what they are,

they won't be the same.

Because ASCAP, and BMI, and SESAC,

they are very proprietary and secretive about how they calculate payments.

If you're the ASCAP person working with the BMI person and

the BMI person made a good amount the more money than you did,

then you as the ASCAP person need to go to ASCAP and say, "Hey, look at this.

We are co-writers it's 50-50."

Then ASCAP would likely raise the money so it's the same,

or tell you, "Well, okay,

but we do this kind of performance differently,

so when the music gets here we'll pay more."

They may pay more for television,

they may pay more for certain radio stations.

I mean nothing to understand is the way the PROs work is,

if your music is played on New York radio on a Friday,

that's better than New York City Radio Tuesday at four in the morning.

That's better than the city of Boston which is smaller than New York and then you

take the Moines Iowa which is smaller than Boston and you go on and on.

So, they have different rates for what part of the country music is being played,

how long it's being played and so forth.

So in conclusion, it's very important to think before you get into co-writing to realize

it is legal whether you want to have a written document

that establishes the relationship and the songwriting splits,

that's a good idea.

But whether you do or not it is legal and there's so many advantages to co-writing,

but it's good to know all round what the good things they

can lead to and the mistakes that could occur from it.

HE DID IT TRUMP MAKES LANDMARK IMMIGRATION ANNOUNCEMENT – DEMS FUMING

BREAKING NEWS: Donald Trump finally did what his supporters have been waiting for!

Liberals have been in hysterics this week over illegal alien children being separated

from their parents at the border, ignoring the fact that this policy was actually put

in place during Barack Obama's time in the White House.

Now, President Donald Trump has fired back to let liberals know that his administration

will not be caving to their nonsense when it comes to illegal immigration.

Mad World News reported that Trump came out strong at his latest press conference, where

he made a bold declaration.

"The United States will not be a migrant camp and it will not be a refugee holding

facility," the president declared.

"Not on my watch.

mmigration is the fault, and all the problems that we're having because we cannot get

them to sign legislation, we cannot get them even to the negotiating table, and I say it's

very strongly the Democrats' fault.

What's happening is so sad.

It's so sad."

He explained that the media is misinterpreting the separating of children from their parents

at the Southern border, saying that it's actually meant to be a deterrent to have migrants

stop bringing their kids with them to commit their crime.

"Children are being used by some of the worst criminals on earth as a means to enter

our country," the president said on Twitter.

"It is the Democrats fault for being weak and ineffective with Boarder [sic] Security

and Crime.

Tell them to start thinking about the people devastated by Crime coming from illegal immigration.

Change the laws!"

Attorney General Jeff Sessions explained that while nobody wants to separate kids from their

parents, the laws of this country need to be followed.

"We do not want to separate children from their parents.

We do not want adults to bring children into this country unlawfully, placing them at risk,"

Sessions said.

"We cannot and will not encourage people to bring their children by giving them blanket

immunity from our laws."

Trump Revealed A Deadline That Will Shut Mueller Down For Good - Duration: 12:06.

Trump Revealed A Deadline That Will Shut Mueller Down For Good

Special counsel Robert Mueller was caught by surprise.

Donald Trump made the announcement Mueller fears the most.

President Trump revealed the deadline that will shut Mueller down for good.

Trump made journalists in the fake news media heads spin when the administration announced

the President had instructed National Security Adviser John Bolton to invite Russian President

Vladimir Putin to the White House in the fall for a second summit.

Anti-Trump reporters thought they had beaten Trump into retreat with a solid week of fake

outrage and manufactured crisis surrounding Trump's answers in a press conference with

Putin.

Trump smartly realized anti-Trump reporters were trying to trick him into saying the 2016

election was illegitimate and that Hillary Clinton was the rightful winner and dodged

their gotcha questions about alleged Russian "meddling" in the election.

The media uses the word meddling so news consumers who have not been following every detail of

the story think Russia altered the vote totals and that the outcome is suspect.

Journalists immediately launched into an uproar over a second Trump-Putin summit.

But the White House had a surprise up their sleeves.

The administration released a statement saying the summit with Putin had been postponed until

2019 because that is when the Mueller probe will be over.

Bolton's statement read "The President believes that the next bilateral meeting with

President Putin should take place after the Russia witch hunt is over, so we've agreed

that it will be after the first of the year."

This statement came on the heels of Russian officials wanting more time for the summit.

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov declared "there are other options [to meet] which our leaders

can look at."

"After the [Helsinki] summit you know what kind of atmosphere there is around its outcome,"

Ushakov continued, "I think it would be wise to let the dust settle and then we can

discuss all these questions in a business-like way.

But not now."

The two leaders are both set to attend the G20 summit in Argentina this November.

But what most intrigued political observers was the suggestion that the Mueller probe

will wrap up by the end of the year.

There is increasing pressure on Mueller to wind down his investigation and produce his

findings.

With the midterm elections rapidly approaching, Justice Department guidelines are going to

require Mueller to go dark.

And Mueller has already issued indictments against 25 Russian nationals and 3 internet

marketing companies for alleged election meddling and hacking email accounts belonging to Clinton

campaign chairman John Podesta and the Democratic National Committee.

Both of those indictments stated there were no Americans who committed criminal acts to

aid or abet the Russians.

Mueller's grand jury is still active as evidenced by the special counsel subpoenaing

Kristin Davis – the Madame who ran an escort service and who also worked for Trump aide

Roger Stone after she failed gubernatorial bid.

But observers believe the end is in sight for the Mueller probe.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments

in

the Mueller probe.

It's OVER Joy Behar Is Done - Duration: 11:24.

It's OVER: Joy Behar Is Done

Joy Behar and her fellow liberal hosts of "The View" love nothing more than attacking

the Trump family.

On Friday's show, their target was Melania, but they quickly learned that their attacks

on the First Lady went way too far.

Mediaite reported that the liberal panel slammed Melania with sexist jabs for taking the time

to go to the U.S. border with Mexico.

"Is this just another case of a wife cleaning up for her husband?"

Behar asked.

"She's trolling her husband," Sunny Hostin said.

"Why would she show up?"

"This is the most awkward begin to divorce proceedings that I have ever seen," she

said.

The panel was split on whether the White House was behind this or not.

Behar chose to not give Melania any credit, instead claiming that she was forced to go

to the border by her husband, President Donald Trump.

"We all know is this is a very complicated marriage," said guest host Ana Navarro.

"Look.

I thought she was trying to self-deport from the White House."

Supreme Court Makes LANDMARK Decision – Dems Furious - Duration: 11:24.

Supreme Court Makes LANDMARK Decision – Dems Furious

BREAKING NEWS: With a historic 9-0 ruling, the Supreme Court just sidestepped two huge

cases about partisan gerrymandering.

Right Wing News reported that the ruling will allow controversial district maps to stand

and be used in this fall's midterm elections just the way they are, much to the dismay

of Democrats, who have been arguing that the Republican-drawn maps prevented fair and effective

representation by diluting voters' influence and penalizing voters based on their political

beliefs.

This just goes to show that Democrats will do literally anything to win an election,

including gerrymandering and recruiting illegal aliens and refugees to vote.

Though the Democrats came out victorious in a lower court in this case, which involved

a map in Wisconsin, the Supreme Court's ruling will limit who can bring cases like

this one in the future.

This comes as rumors are swirling that Justice Anthony Kennedy, who is known as a swing vote

on the Supreme Court, is preparing to retire later this year.

This would allow President Donald Trump to appoint a replacement for him, which could

weigh the Supreme Court solidly in favor of conservatives for the first time in years.

Ian Samuel, a Climenko fellow and lecturer on law at Harvard Law School who clerked for

the late Justice Antonin Scalia, said last month that the small number of cases the court

has granted could signal Kennedy is throwing in the towel.

So far, the court has only granted 15 cases for next term, a low number for them.

"One possibility is they are not granting cases because they don't know who their

ninth member is going to be.

… You could imagine Kennedy telling the chief, 'I'd like to keep this between

us, but I'd like to retire,' and the chief saying, 'Let's see who Kennedy's replacement

is before we grant all these cases,'" Samuel said.

No wonder the Democrats have gone into full panic mode!
