USA news on Youtube Jul 26 2018

How's it going all of you most amazing top 10ers?

I'm your host, Landon Dowlatsingh and welcome back to another most amazing top 10 video.

Sometimes instead of our parents looking out for our best interests, they take advantage

or do something so terrible that their own child is forced to sue them in court.

So let's take a look at the top 10 kids who sued their parents and won.

Starting us off in at number 10 with a Young Olympian.

Dominique Moceanu was the youngest member of the 1986 Women's US gymnastics team.

At the age of 17, she ran away from home and sued her parents for stealing her earnings

of over $1 million dollars.

She settled with them outside of court in order for her to gain her independence and

financial independence from them.

Today, she is worth about $2 million dollars and is married to a former gymnast who became

a surgeon.

Wow, it sounds like she did pretty good for herself.

Son sues his mother for hacking into his Facebook account and this makes it into number 9.

A 16 year old boy sued his mother for harassment because he claimed that she hacked his Facebook

account and posted slanderous and incriminating comments.

The mother was charged with a misdemeanor but she plans on appealing that charge.

Number 8 brings us to a Daughter who sued her father because he grounded her.

A 12 year old girl sued her father because he didn't allow her to go on a planned school

trip.

Her father grounded her because she broke his rules.

She went on the internet when she wasn't supposed to, she went onto adult sites that

he had blocked and she has been posting inappropriate pictures of herself onto social media.

Yeah, I'd say the father was right to ground his daughter.

Well the judge on this case ruled in favor of the daughter and now the 12 year old girl

is living with her mother and she is no longer speaking with her father.

The girl who sued her parents for posting embarrassing childhood pictures on Facebook

comes into number 7.

An 18 year old girl took her parents to court and wanted to sue them for posting over 500

pictures of her without her permission.

They posted pictures of her from when she was a toddler, all the way until she was 11

years old.

The pictures were of her sitting on the toilet and lying around naked.

The parents were ordered to remove the pictures and the daughter was financially compensated.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/09/14/austrian-teenager-sues-parents-for-violating-privacy-with-childh/ Number 6 takes us over to The daughter who

sued her parents for naming her Clamidya.

Yeah, I'd have to agree, this is a terrible name and she should change it immediately.

She was a victim of bullying and now she suffers from mental health issues because of her name.

Believe it or not but this woman is suing her parents for 4.8 million dollars.

The parents settled with her in court and Clamidya has since legally changed her name.

The son who sued his parents for a Bar Mitzvah gift comes in at number 5.

A son successfully sued his own mother for $5000 because she promised that she would

give him this money when he became a man at age 13.

Instead, the mother held onto the $5000 and put it into a different account and wanted

to give it to him when he was older.

Well, the judge ordered his mother to pay him the $5000 immediately because it should

have been given to him when he was 13.

Number 4 brings us to Leighton Meester.

You guys probably recognize her from her role on Gossip Girl.

Well you might be surprised to learn that she actually sued her mother and won.

Her mother Constance said that she needed help from her daughter to pay for her brother's

medical bills.

Leighton Meester sent her mother $7,500 a month in order to help pay for the costs.

Well, she later found out that her mother was actually using the money for her personal

expenses and on cosmetic procedures.

So, Leighton sued her mother in 2011 and she even claimed that her mother threatened to

sue her daughter for $3 million if she didn't raise the monthly allowance to $10,000.

Whoa, what kind of mother is this.

Macaulay Culkin makes it into number 3.

When the home alone star was just 15 years old, he sued his parents to remove them as

legal guardians because they were in charge of his $17 million-dollar fortune.

He was concerned that his parents weren't acting in his best interests and that they

were spending his money without his consent.

So the judge granted Macaulay Culkin independence from his parents and the family accountatnt

was ultimately put in charge of his finances until he turned 18.

Number 2 brings us to The case of Gregory K. Back in 1992, an 11 year old boy courageously

took his biological parents to court in order to get legally separated from them.

He had spent the majority of his life being homeless or bounced around so we wanted to

legally sue them for emancipation so that he could be adopted by a loving family who

wanted to take him into their care.

Gregory won his case and he was adopted by the other family and he changed his name to

Shawn.

The worst foster parents ever make it into number 1.

In 2005, a group of 11 foster kids were rescued from terrible living conditions.

They were forced to sleep in cages and they were tortured on a daily basis.

They were beaten with sticks, their heads were stuffed into flushing toilets and they

were hosed down outside in the winter.

The children eventually sued the departments of child protection and they were paid out

$2 million by one Ohio county and $1.2 million by another county.

This is such a sad story and even though they did receive a bunch of money, it will never

allow them to forget what they've been through.

Well there you guys have it…

HORRIFYING NEW LEAK ROCKS TRUMP WHITE HOUSE - Duration: 11:16.

HORRIFYING NEW LEAK ROCKS TRUMP WHITE HOUSE

Liberals lie as easily as they breathe.

Throughout the Obama administration, we were forced to endure Obama's press secretaries

Jay Carney and Josh Earnest telling the American people day after day that their boss wasn't

weaponizing agencies and departments to attack his political opponents.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, on the other hand, has done a phenomenal job being the public

speaker for the White House.

She's sharp, intelligent and most importantly, brutally honest.

In the White House briefing room she is known for cutting men twice her age down to size,

showing no fear.

Recently she appeared on ABC to speak with Clinton acolyte George Stephanopoulos about

Comey's allegations in his new book.

Let's just say, it didn't go well for Stephanopoulos.

From The Daily Caller:

"It's been very clear that James Comey is a self-admitted leaker.

He lied to Congress.

He's been inconsistent," Sanders said.

"What did he lie to Congress about?"

Stephanopoulos asked.

"Look, he said that he opened the Hillary Clinton investigation on its merits, now we're

finding out certainly that it had something to do with the political landscape.

I find it outrageously unbelievable that Jim Comey, the man that takes these copious notes

and recollects every detail of every conversation that he had, can't remember why he would

have specifically opened an investigation into a presidential candidate, particularly

somebody he thought would become the president."

When Stephanopoulos tried to cover and spin for the leaker, saying that Comey did remember

why he opened the Clinton investigation, Sanders went in for the kill.

"[In] the clip you played a few minutes ago [Comey] said, 'I can't be sure.

I'm sure that was part of it.

I think I thought about it.'

I mean, give me a break.

The guy knew exactly what he was doing.

He thought Hillary Clinton would win and he thought that this would give him some cover."

She then brought up the fact that Democrats had also been upset with Comey's handling

of the FBI, and said that there is a "huge bipartisan consensus that James Comey doesn't

have credibility and shouldn't have been leading the FBI any longer."

Much like President Trump, Sanders definitely isn't afraid to tell America the truth!

Top Democrat Arrested Led Away In Handcuffs - Duration: 12:25.

Top Democrat Arrested -Led Away In Handcuffs

Democrats often seem to think they are above the law, which is exactly why so many of their

lawmakers end up in prison.

Now, yet another Democratic member of Congress has been led away in handcuffs.

Right Wing News reported that Rep. Pramila Jayapal, a Democratic Congresswoman from Seattle,

Washington, was arrested along with 575 others as she protested the president's "zero

tolerance" immigration policies yesterday on Capitol Hill.

She marched with the protesters from the Department of Justice to the Hart Senate Office building,

where they sat and chanted in an act of nonviolent civil disobedience.

Jayapal and the other protesters were unlawfully demonstrating inside the atrium of the Hart

Senate Office Building.

"I was just arrested with 500+ women and @WomensMarch to say @RealDonaldTrump's cruel

zero-tolerance policy will not continue.

Not in our country.

Not in our name.

June 30 we're putting ourselves in the street again," Jayapal posted on Twitter.

Democratic Sens. Ed Markey of Massachusetts, Mazie Hirono of Hawaii, Kirsten Gillibrand

of New York and Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut were also all at the protest, but they were

not arrested.

After she was released from jail, Jayapal said that the protest was about "drawing

attention to the tragic situation [of] children who are in cages, separated from their parents,

parents who are seeking asylum, who are in prison."

"I'm just so proud of these women who understand what a serious moment we're in

and what a cruel and inhumane and intolerable and unAmerican thing we are doing thanks to

the Trump administration," Jayapal continued

Report If Mueller Takes On POTUS, Donald's Legal Team Will Play Its Trump Card - Duration: 12:29.

Report If Mueller Takes On POTUS, Donald's Legal Team Will Play Its Trump Card

For a long time now, Democrats have been threatening to go after President Donald Trump for his

alleged involvement with Russia.

They believe they're frightening the leader of the country.

They believe that if they drag him into court, he'll resist because he's guilty.

But there's one giant flaw with this plan:

Trump is obviously innocent.

And because he's innocent, his legal team knows exactly what to do if Special Counsel

Robert Mueller subpoenas Donald as part of the current Russia probe.

At that point, leftists will think they've won but as former Trump campaign manager Corey

Lewandowski told "Fox News Sunday," that won't be the case.

Trump won't run and neither will his team.

In point of fact, they will face their accusers in court:

"They will take it to court, and I believe the court's going to be on the president's

side on this," Lewandowski said Sunday.

Back in January, Trump's legal team wrote a letter to Mueller saying Trump couldn't

be forced to testify, which sounded the wrong note.

It made him appear guilty and Democrats pounced.

But now, Trump is taking the direct route and fully plans to show up in court.

If the two sides can't reach an agreement and a subpoena is issued, the President wouldn't

defy a court order and as Lewandowski says, Trump "clearly respects the rule of law

in this country."

This means that if Mueller and his cronies are willing to put Trump in court, Donald

will go … and prove everyone wrong.

This is because the President's "trump" card is in fact his innocence, and that will

be revealed to all of America if Mueller is dumb enough to actually subpoena the leader

of the free world.

Perhaps this will ultimately be the only way to rid ourselves of this ridiculous Russia

conspiracy theory.

And besides, Trump would be taking the correct approach: the only way to prove your innocence

to the world is to do it in a court of law.

And Donald is fully prepared to do exactly that.

So, take note, liberals: President Donald Trump won't be running.

He won't hide.

He'll face whatever you've got, so bring

it on!
