After Obama Predicts Pelosi Will Be House Speaker, Diamond & Silk Send Him Back To The

This week in California, Former President Barack Obama came out of hiding and attended

a Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee fundraiser, hosted by House Minority Leader

Nancy Pelosi.

And during his time at the event, Obama predicted that Democrats will gain back control the

House of Representatives, with Pelosi being it's Speaker again.

But Diamond and Silk conveniently responded with a brutal slam of the former President

According to Politico, Obama is quoted as saying how much he loves Nancy Pelosi and

went further by saying:

"But Nancy, I believe is one of the greatest Speakers we ever had and will once again be

one of the greatest Speakers we ever have after we get through this cycle."

On Sunday, Diamond and Silk responded to Obama's notion that Pelosi will be Speaker following

the midterms and ripped him to shreds for endorsing her.

With Silk's now of approval, Diamond said:

"If Barack Obama, if he's campaigning for Nancy Pelosi, that means he don't have

a clue.

Nancy Pelosi is not working for Americans.

But she is working for illegal aliens and MS-13 gang members."

"If he don't realize that, there maybe something wrong.

Maybe he just doesn't have a clue of what's going on.

Diamond and Silk Send Obama Back to The Gallows After Predicting The November Elections

Diamond and Silk's come a day after President Trump ripped Democrats for trying to abolish

ICE and exposed them for their Anti-American tactics.

Before Saturday's event in California, Obama was keeping a low profile after the IG report

that was recently released proved he lied in relation to the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

In a world where Obama's legacy has been crushed to pieces by President Trump, it's

no surprise that Obama is holding on to hope that Democrats will prevail in November and

Pelosi can take back over.

Yesterday, we reported that White House Special Counsel Robert Mueller has said that he wants

to question President Donald Trump as soon as possible.

While many initially assumed that this was bad for Trump, there could be a silver lining

for the president after all.

Fox News reported that experts say that reports of Mueller wanting to speak with Trump indicate

that he is nearing the end of his investigation into the president's alleged collusion with

Russia during last year's election.

Prosecutors pretty much never interview their highest-ranking potential target until they

have acquired most of the evidence since they want as much ammunition as possible when they

finally speak with him.

This would mean that it's unlikely that Mueller's investigation will continue for

the next year or two, casting a dark shadow over the White House for that entire time

period.

It was revealed yesterday that Mueller told Trump's lawyers last month that he will

probably seek to interview the president, which set off discussions among Trump's

attorneys about the perils of such a move.

The Washington Post reported that "the president's attorneys are reluctant to let him sit for

open-ended, face-to-face questioning without clear parameters, according to two people

familiar with the discussions.

Since the December meeting, they have discussed whether the president could provide written

answers to some of the questions from Mueller's investigators, as President Ronald Reagan

did during the Iran-contra investigation.

They have also discussed the obligation of Mueller's team to demonstrate that it could

not obtain the information it seeks without interviewing the president."

An unnamed source told the New York Times that Mueller "appeared most interested in

asking questions about the former national security adviser, Michael T. Flynn, and the

firing of the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey — not the broader question of possible collusion

with Russia.

Those topics signal an interest in whether Mr. Trump tried to obstruct justice."

Trump himself has always made it clear that he wants Mueller's investigation to end

as quickly as possible, as he is confident that no evidence of him colluding with Russia

will be found, since he knows it never actually happened.

"We have been very open," Trump told reporters at Camp David.

"We could have done it two ways.

We could have been very closed, and it would have taken years.

But you know, sort of like when you've done nothing wrong, let's be open and get it

over with."

sensitive equipment as part of their work for Democratic members of Congress.

The Daily Caller reports that Awan and his brothers acted strangely at work, routinely

transferred data to an offsite server, and when the criminal probe was announced, they

fled:

"SOON AFTER IMRAN BEGAN WORKING FOR WASSERMAN SCHULTZ IN 2005, HIS TWO BROTHERS AND TWO

OF THEIR WIVES — PLUS ABBAS AND ANOTHER FRIEND — BEGAN APPEARING AS IT STAFFERS

ON THE PAYROLLS OF OTHER HOUSE DEMOCRATS.

COLLECTIVELY, THE AWAN GROUP HAS BEEN PAID $4 MILLION SINCE 2009.

FELLOW IT STAFFERS THEDCNF INTERVIEWED SAID THE AWANS WERE OFTEN ABSENT FROM WEEKLY MEETINGS

AND EMAIL EXCHANGES.

ONE OF THE FELLOW STAFFERS SAID SOME OF THE COMPUTERS THE AWANS MANAGED WERE BEING USED

TO TRANSFER DATA TO AN OFF-SITE SERVER.

SHORTLY AFTER THE CRIMINAL PROBE WAS REVEALED IN FEBRUARY, IMRAN ABRUPTLY MOVED OUT OF HIS

LONGTIME HOME ON HAWKSHEAD DRIVE IN LORTON, VA., AND LISTED IT FOR RENT ON A WEBSITE THAT

CONNECTS LANDLORDS WITH MILITARY FAMILIES."

When the new tenants moved in they discovered the remains of destroyed computer equipment

and recognized it as government issued and quickly called the authorities.

The Daily Caller also reports:

"ONE OF THE NEW TENANTS — A MARINE CORPS VETERAN MARRIED TO A FEMALE NAVY OFFICER — SAID

HE FOUND "WIRELESS ROUTERS, HARD DRIVES THAT LOOK LIKE THEY TRIED TO DESTROY, LAPTOPS,

[AND] A LOT OF BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE TONER."

THE TENANTS CALLED THE NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE AND, NOT LONG AFTER, FBI AGENTS ARRIVED

TOGETHER WITH THE CAPITOL POLICE TO INTERVIEW THEM AND CONFISCATE THE EQUIPMENT.

THE MARINE SPOKE ON CONDITION OF ANONYMITY BECAUSE OF CONCERNS FOR HIS WIFE'S NAVAL

CAREER, SAYING SHE DOESN'T WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH A NATIONAL SECURITY INCIDENT.

"IT WAS IN THE GARAGE.

THEY RECYCLED CABINETS AND LINED THEM ALONG THE WALLS.

THEY LEFT IN A HUGE HURRY," THE MARINE SAID.

"IT LOOKS LIKE GOVERNMENT-ISSUED EQUIPMENT.

WE TURNED THAT STUFF OVER."

Awan returned to retrieve the smashed computer equipment, but the Marine who was now living

in his former residence refused to let him enter.

This isn't the only strange aspect of the case.

The Capitol Police are also in possession of a lap top belonging to Awan, but they have

not checked what is saved on its hard drive.

Wasserman Schultz is also trying to strong arm law enforcement into only examining portions

of the data stored on the hard drive.

Day

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is a central player in the Deep State coup against

Donald Trump.

Rosenstein is overseeing the appointed Robert Mueller counsel and is overseeing the Russia

investigation.

The Deputy Attorney General testified before Congress and Trey Gowdy turned the investigation

upside down with one speech.

Republicans had begun to question Gowdy when the South Carolina Congressman defended the

FBI for implanting a spy in the Trump campaign.

But then Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz released his findings and

Gowdy was appalled.

Horowitz found that former Director James Comey was insubordinate and at least five

high ranking FBI officials who worked on the Clinton email and Russia investigations harbored

deep seeded hatred for then candidate Donald Trump.

The report singled out FBI agent Peter Strzok – who ran the Russia investigation – for

his conduct.

Strzok had sent text messages assuring another agent, whom he was having an affair with,

that the FBI would "stop" Donald Trump.

This chilling text message to use the investigative powers of the FBI to rig the 2016 election

made it abundantly clear what Strzok and Page meant in a previously released text message

where they referred to the Russia investigation as "an insurance policy."

And Gowdy was loaded for bear when Rosenstein appeared before the House to defend the Bureau's

conduct and the Mueller witch hunt.

The South Carolina Congressman proceeded to launch into a fire and brimstone speech that

immediately went viral on social media.

Gowdy declared that Strzok was obviously biased because, "He was talking about impeachment

within three days of Special Counsel Robert Mueller being appointed.

Three days!

That's even quicker than MSNBC and the Democrats were talking about impeaching."

The South Carolina Congressman continued to lace into Rosenstein for overseeing an investigation

that was infected from top to bottom with political bias against Donald Trump:

"We're a year and a half into the Presidency.

We're over a year in the special counsel.

You have a counterintelligence investigation that has become public.

You have a political investigation that has become political.

You have more bias than I have ever seen manifest at a law enforcement officer in the 20 years

I used to do it for a living.

And for other DOJ employees who had manifest animus toward the person they were supposed

to be neutrally and detachedly investigating."

Gowdy then laid into the Democrats for perverting the Justice System's presumption of innocence

and exploiting the Mueller probe for political gain:

"Democrats are using this investigation as a presumption of guilt, which I find astonishing

and in the long for the health of this Republic I would encourage them to go back to the presumption

of innocence that we used to hold sacred.

There is a desire by Democrat Senators to fundraise off your investigation.

"

The public shaming of Rosenstein continued when Gowdy detailed how Democrats already

jumped at using the investigation to push for impeachment even though no findings have

been reached.

"More than 60 Democrats have already voted to proceed with impeachment before Robert

Mueller found a single solitary damn thing," Gowdy roared.

Gowdy's speech rocketed around the internet because he gave voice to the millions of Americans

who are fed up with the Mueller witch hunt being nothing more than a political football

for the anti-Trump

"resistance."

The former Director of National Intelligence also stated that anyone else in Clinton's

position would have been fired:

"SECRETARY CLINTON HADN'T INTENTIONALLY DISCLOSED SECRETS, AS CIA DIRECTOR PETRAEUS

HAD DONE, BUT I WAS SURPRISED THAT SHE'D PARTICIPATED IN EMAIL CONVERSATIONS ABOUT

SUCH SENSITIVE INFORMATION.

IF A LINE IC EMPLOYEE HAD DONE THE SAME, I EXPECT WE WOULD HAVE HELD PROCEEDINGS TO DECIDE

IF THAT PERSON SHOULD KEEP HIS OR HER SECURITY CLEARANCE AND CONTINUE EMPLOYMENT."

Finally, Clapper revealed that members of the Deep State intelligence community were

"legitimately angry" at Clinton for her behavior.

There is a lot to unpack there.

As an Obama loyalist, there is no way Clapper would admit that Clinton broke the law.

Even though former FBI Director James Comey admitted she transmitted confidential information

on 110 emails in 52 chains, Clapper is trying to gaslight the American people into believing

Clinton stayed within the bounds of the law.

Secondly, individuals in Clinton's situation would have been prosecuted.

That is what happened to General David Petraeus when he shared classified information with

a woman whom he was having an affair with who was writing a book.

Another individual who was prosecuted for doing far less than Hillary Clinton was Kristian

Saucier, a Navy sailor who had photographed classified areas of a submarine.

Saucier ended up serving a year in prison before he was pardoned by President Trump.

During the campaign, Trump repeatedly used the examples of Petraeus and Saucier as how

Hillary Clinton benefited from a rigged system.

Clinton escaped accountability for one reason and one reason only.

Former FBI Director James Comey thought she was going to win the election.

Comey admitted the reason he publically announced he was reopening the Clinton email investigation

in late October after emails on the laptop of disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner

were found was because he did not want her victory to be tainted in any fashion.

Critics argue that was not the only time Comey allowed Clinton's perceived political future

to cloud his judgment.

When Comey announced Clinton would not be charged, he wrote the law to include "willful

intent," which is not a phrase included in the original statute.

Everyone knew Clinton's conduct was wrong.

Clapper's book points out even members of the Deep State were furious with her.

It's clear Hillary Clinton belongs in jail.

If Haspel was indeed directly involved in spying on the President, that would be relevant

information for him to know.

And if she knew it was going on, she should at the very least be required to explain herself.

This new revelation could be a serious warning sign about her future in the Trump administration.

She currently has enough support, as a number of Democrats have decided to support her nomination,

and could be confirmed by the end of the month.

But an investigation was launched and now the leaker has confessed to a crime that could

land him in jail for a long time.

Avenatti released a dossier on Cohen's suspicious financial transactions that totaled over 2

million dollars.

None of the transactions were illegal and the payments belonged to companies such as

AT&T and Novartis that were looking to gain insight and access to the new Trump administration.

But the leak was illegal.

It carries a penalty of up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

And the leaker confessed to the New Yorker's Ronan Farrow that he disclosed the confidential

records because two other transactions were missing from the system – and without any

evidence – the leaker believed something was amiss.

The New Yorker reports:

THE PAYMENTS TO COHEN THAT HAVE EMERGED IN THE PAST WEEK COME PRIMARILY FROM A SINGLE

DOCUMENT, A "SUSPICIOUS-ACTIVITY REPORT" FILED BY FIRST REPUBLIC BANK, WHERE COHEN'S

SHELL COMPANY, ESSENTIAL CONSULTANTS, L.L.C., MAINTAINED AN ACCOUNT. THE DOCUMENT DETAILED

SUMS IN THE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS PAID TO COHEN BY THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY

NOVARTIS, THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS GIANT A.T. & T., AND AN INVESTMENT FIRM WITH TIES TO

THE RUSSIAN OLIGARCH VIKTOR VEKSELBERG.

THE REPORT ALSO REFERS TO TWO PREVIOUS SUSPICIOUS-ACTIVITY REPORTS, OR SARS, THAT THE BANK HAD FILED,

WHICH DOCUMENTED EVEN LARGER FLOWS OF QUESTIONABLE MONEY INTO COHEN'S ACCOUNT. THOSE TWO REPORTS

DETAIL MORE THAN THREE MILLION DOLLARS IN ADDITIONAL TRANSACTIONS—TRIPLE THE AMOUNT

IN THE REPORT RELEASED LAST WEEK. WHICH INDIVIDUALS OR CORPORATIONS WERE INVOLVED REMAINS A MYSTERY.

BUT, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL WHO LEAKED THE REPORT, THESE SARS WERE ABSENT FROM THE

DATABASE MAINTAINED BY THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT'S FINANCIAL CRIMES ENFORCEMENT NETWORK, OR FINCEN.

THE OFFICIAL, WHO HAS SPENT A CAREER IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, TOLD ME, "I HAVE NEVER SEEN

SOMETHING PULLED OFF THE SYSTEM. . . . THAT SYSTEM IS A SAFEGUARD FOR THE BANK. IT'S

A STOCKPILE OF INFORMATION. WHEN SOMETHING'S NOT THERE THAT SHOULD BE, I IMMEDIATELY BECAME

CONCERNED." THE OFFICIAL ADDED, "THAT'S WHY I CAME FORWARD."

This leaker's story falls apart when the fact that the transactions that were made

were leaked to a lawyer of a porn star suing the President.

So why did the leaker act?

It may have been due to the fact that Avenatti shares the leaker's hatred for the President.

The leaker holds a strong disdain for all things Donald Trump.

The New Yorker also reports:

"SUSPICIOUS-ACTIVITY REPORTS ARE KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, AS A MATTER OF LAW. "SARS

ARE SECRET, TO PROTECT THE GOVERNMENT AND TO PROTECT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS," THE

FORMER PROSECUTOR TOLD ME. "I DON'T THINK THERE'S A SAFE HARBOR FOR SOMEBODY WHO DISCLOSES

IT." ACCORDING TO FINCEN, DISCLOSING A SAR IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE, CARRYING PENALTIES INCLUDING

FINES OF UP TO TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND IMPRISONMENT FOR UP TO FIVE YEARS.

THE OFFICIAL WHO RELEASED THE SUSPICIOUS-ACTIVITY REPORTS WAS AWARE OF THE RISKS, BUT SAID FEARS

THAT THE MISSING REPORTS MIGHT BE SUPPRESSED COMPELLED THE DISCLOSURE. "WE'VE ACCEPTED

THIS AS NORMAL, AND THIS IS NOT NORMAL," THE OFFICIAL SAID. "THINGS THAT STAND OUT

AS ABNORMAL, LIKE DOCUMENTS BEING REMOVED FROM A SYSTEM, ARE OF GRAVE CONCERN TO ME."

OF THE POTENTIAL FOR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES, THE OFFICIAL SAID, "TO SAY THAT I AM TERRIFIED

RIGHT NOW WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT." BUT, REFERRING TO THE RELEASED REPORT, AS WELL

AS THE POTENTIAL CONTENTS OF THE MISSING REPORTS, THE OFFICIAL ALSO ADDED, "THIS IS A TERRIFYING

TIME TO BE AN AMERICAN, TO BE IN THIS SITUATION, AND TO WATCH ALL OF THIS UNFOLD."

The Treasury Department announced an investigation into the leak within 24 hours of Avenatti

making his dossier of Cohen's transactions public.

The dossier included two erroneous entries belonging to two different Michael Cohen's.

So in addition to breaking the law, the leaker may have smeared two innocent men.

and held accountable.
