ROBERT MUELLER TO BE ARRESTED NEXT!!

WHITE HOUSE ROCK NATION WITH HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT

new reaction from the White House on the indictment of Roger stone White House

correspondent Kevin cork is live from the North Lawn on this Friday morning Kevin what

are you hearing well in the most 20-19 thing ever we are watching Twitter

very carefully to see if the president has anything to say about this latest

news development although he has repeatedly and vehement ly pointed out that

there was absolutely no coordination and no collusion between

the Trump campaign and Russia but yes we continue to watch Twitter if we see something I promise

to say something but this all goes back to this idea that Roger

stone is a proxy for what a lot of people at the White House feel like is

simply a chance to go after the Trump campaign again the special counsel is looking into

collusion between the campaign and Russia did it happen well the

president has said repeatedly no that said there are questions

surrounding stone the informal campaign adviser namely his alleged contacts with the purveyor

of WikiLeaks as you heard Katherine report moments ago who's a curiously

timed email dumps appeared to have helped the Trump campaign in 2016

here is Sarah Sanders my first reaction is real simple this has nothing to do with the

President and certainly nothing to do with the White House this is something

that has to do solely with that individual and not something that

affects us here in this building I want to share a tweet because I think you'll find

it interesting the president said back on the 3rd of December about Roger stone

I will never testify against Trump this statement was recently made by

Roger stone essentially stating that he will not be forced by a rogue and out-of-control

prosecutor to make up lies and stories about president Trump he

adds nice to know that some people still have guts as of course you all

know at home and in the studio this is just the latest in an ever-expanding string of

individuals associated with the Trump campaign or the Trump orbit if you

will that have been indicted or arrested or charged in relation to the Muller

probe Santa you'll keep track of it all for us as we await developments

this morning on that two other big news this morning the shutdown continues Kevin and there

are new reports that the President may have a back-up plan yeah this

is interesting it let me just say it this way there's a lot of

transactional behavior in Washington but every now and again you want someone to be transformational

not just transactional and you can look at this idea

of maybe calling for a national emergency it's being more

transformational rather than strictly transactional here's the idea behind it and this is cynical

a little perhaps political but it said certainly a possibility

the president's made a few offers Congress rejects all right hey

have a few votes in Congress and they'll fail well now it's possible certainly possible

he could try to solve the humanitarian crisis by way of declaring a

national emergency that would eliminate the problems over on Capitol

Hill here's the president and Kellyanne Conway I wouldn't be happy but we have a

lot of alternatives honestly we have everybody looking for the most part people agree when

I say everybody I would say almost everybody agree we have to

have border security we have to have a wall the president has always said he

has that as an option he has not executed on that option because he would like to work

through the legislative process he'd like to let the process work

itself out but what will happen well House Speaker Nancy Pelosi reacted

late yesterday to the possibility you may have heard of this Sandra that the president

would possibly consider a spending bill if the house were to put down

a bit of a down payment on a border barrier that is not a good sort of agreement between

the Senators so you keeping track of all this we've got Roger stone

news we've got day 35 of a shutdown a possible national emergency just another comb Friday

here at the White House where do you like the president

or not what separates him from every other president is that he's not

one to hold his finger to the political winds before he makes a decision he tries to make

decisions that are right decision that there are best for you and me

they're not always popular and of course the most difficult ones will

always be questioned yesterday's decision was one of them the deal was to reopen the

government through February 15th creating a bipartisan bicameral committee

tasks with negotiating an agreement on border security the

president made clear though he's sticking to building a barrier we really have no choice

but to build a powerful wall or steel barrier if we don't get a fair

deal from Congress the government will either shut down on February 15th

again or I will use the powers afforded to me under the laws and the Constitution of

the United States to address this emergency the attacks were immediate

full-bore and relentless instead of giving the president credit

for recognizing the damage to this country he was attacked by virtually everyone instead

of people saying thank goodness someone in Washington recognizes

the need to compromise someone who actually understands the

purpose of government is to serve the people he sees people who live paycheck to paycheck

having a difficult time buying groceries and paying their bills airports

closed preventing people from business trips visiting family members

as well as the attendant economic hardships and unlike the obstructionist and the Trump

haters who don't give a
