today we will make fresh fenugreek curry
we can make so many types fresh curry
like Radish, spinach and tanjaliya leaves
so that i prepared 100 G fresh methi
2 tsp gram flour
2 tsp jaggery and 2 tsp dry garlic
salt
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp roasted cumin % coriander powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
and 2 tsp oil
first we roast the gram flour
roast for two minutes
stir comtinues
take in a bowl
put 2 tsp oil in that same pan
put garlic in it after heat the oil
more garlic will give more taste in bhaji
cook till color change
add asafoetida in it after color change of garlic
turmeric powder
now put fresh methi in it
mix well
salt by taste
add jaggery
you can add sugar instead of jaggery
red chilly powder
dhana jiru
mix well
spring the gram flour on it after mixed well
cover and cook for a minute
check it after one minute
mix well
