ROBERT MUELLER JUST HIT WITH ANOTHER MAJOR L.OSS,SPECIAL COUNSEL GOT SERVED

This is a bombshell if true.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, a current attorney for President Donald Trump,

told "Fox & Friends" on Sunday that special counsel Bob Mueller was the insurance policy

mentioned in the texts between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

The two FBI employees who were lovers had texted about an insurance policy against President

Trump in case he won the 2016 presidential election.

Coincidentally, as Giuliani said, Strzok was one of the first investigators hired by Mueller

for the Russian collusion investigation.

"All those texts of Strzok and Page deleted after they find out Strzok is texting that

he hates Trump, that he's going to get him, that he's going to stop him, and if he can't

stop him, he has an insurance policy to get him out of office," Giuliani said.

"I believe Mueller is the insurance policy to get him out of office," he said.

"I'm not just saying that.

Strzok was his first investigator.

How is it that all the ones that are eliminated are the ones he did when he was working for

Mueller?" Giuliani said of the texts that have been deleted.

And he had a message for Mueller.

It is time to show your cards.

"My ultimatum is put up or shut up, Bob.

What do you have?" he said.

"There are those of us who believe you don't have anything on collusion," he said.

"Do you have anything that shows the president was involved in a conspiracy to hack the DNC

with Russia?

Of course you don't.

But if you do, let the justice Department review it, put out a report.

We're ready to rebut it.

I've had report ready for two months," Giuliani said.

"First he was coming out in March, and then in May.

We're in, now, the fourth-degree of separation from the non-crime collusion," he said.

"We went to the non-crime obstruction to justice.

That didn't work out for him," the former mayor said.

"Then he moved on to campaign contributions which, by the way, are not a violation of

the campaign finance law.

You can pay a judgment or a claim against you.

That's not a campaign expense," he said.

"The Edwards case determined that.

That's another non-crime they're investigating.

And then they're looking at now the Russia tower.

Well, they should go to Moscow.

There is no tower," Giuliani said.

"The whole

thing is

a phony," he said.

BIG HIT!

WHITE HOUSE DROPS BOMBSHELL ON MUELLER And MEDIA STUNNING

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was dealt a blow in court when a judge denied the Justice

Department's request to stay a hearing in a $350 million lawsuit.

The case was brought by Jerome Corsi who says he is being harassed and unfairly targeted

in the Mueller probe," CNN reported..

Jerome Corsi is suing Robert Mueller in federal court in the District of Columbia.

Previously, the Roger Stone acquaintance testified before the Mueller grand jury and publicly

released a draft version of a criminal false statements plea with the Special Counsel's

Office — to which he refused to agree.

Now in the lawsuit, Corsi says federal authorities have unconstitutionally searched his electronic

records and his phone.

However, Corsi's claims in the lawsuit appear to contradict his role in the probe so far.

For instance, Corsi previously openly admitted he cooperated with investigators and handed

over his computers.

"I handed over my cell phone, signed to the FBI permission to look at all my email

accounts.

When the FBI was having trouble downloading my tweets and Google, I worked by phone with

the FBI from Quantico so they could get access to all my tweets," he said on a radio show

last month.

The lawsuit is the latest example of pushback from individuals called upon by Mueller to

provide information in the Russia probe.

Corsi claims that because he investigated Hillary Clinton's missing emails in 2016

and guessed Wikileaks would leak hacked emails from Clinton's campaign chairman, Mueller

has unfairly targeted him.

"Defendant Mueller has threatened to indict Plaintiff Corsi and effectively put him in

federal prison for the rest of his life unless Plaintiff Corsi would provide the false testimony

that they demanded, even after being informed that the testimony desired would be false,"

Corsi wrote in the lawsuit.

The Department of Justice requested a stay in the case due to the current government

shutdown.

The judge gave the department a resounding no, CNBC reported.

A federal judge on Thursday denied a request by special counsel Robert Mueller and several

other federal agencies to delay an upcoming hearing in a lawsuit brought by Roger Stone-linked

conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi.

Government attorneys had argued in a United States district court filing Wednesday that

the ongoing government shutdown hamstrung their lawyers by cutting off funding to the

Justice Department.

"Absent an appropriation, Department of Justice attorneys are generally prohibited

from working, even on a voluntary basis, except in very limited circumstances," they claimed

in the filing in Washington, D.C., District Court.

A lawyer for Corsi, 72, retorted that the request for a delay was being "proffered

tactically," and asserted that "it is highly doubtful" DOJ attorneys "are actually

prohibited from working."

Judge Richard Leon denied the request for a stay in proceedings, and reaffirmed that

a hearing will be held in a Washington, D.C. courthouse next Thursday

at 3 p.m. ET.
