FINALLY!!

JULIAN ASSANGE JUST UNLEASHED A HELL ON HILLARY,WORST NIGHTMARE COMING TRUE FOR DEMS

hey welcome back on brian Stelter this is reliable sources last week days before the

opening of the Democratic convention WikiLeaks published a trove of hacked stolen DNC emails

and voice messages indicating efforts by party officials to hinder Bernie Sanders campaign

and assist Hillary Clinton's campaign this bombshell led the DNC chairwoman to step down

but that was just the beginning of this story US government sources and

private security firms strongly suspect that Russian intelligence agents were behind the

data breach WikiLeaks is promising to publish more DNC or Clinton related documents in the

months to come so let's ask what the leaks founder Julian Assange about that and he's

joining me live remotely from London from the Ecuadorian Embassy where he's been under

house arrest for years mr.

Assange let me show you what Hillary Clinton said just a couple of hours ago on Fox News

talking about this data dump here's what she said we know that Russian intelligence services

which are part of the Russian government which is under the firm control of Vladimir Putin

hacked into

the DNC and we know that they arranged for a lot of those emails to be released and we

know that Donald Trump has shown a very troubling willingness to back up Putin so were you suggesting

that Putin would rather see him as president than you well I'm not going to jump to that

conclusion but I think laying out the facts raises serious issues about Russian interference

in our elections mr.

Assange is Hillary Clinton wrong to link this to Russia well she's made several untrue statements

now not surprised I'll get to them it's not surprising unfortunately that Hillary Clinton

makes untrue statements just a few days ago she made a statement that James Kony I did

not say that she was sloppy in the handling of her emails when there's Ridge everywhere

of James

Kony telling the head of the FBI telling Congress precisely that so unfortunately he can't trust

what Hillary Clinton says I'll get to the words that she's used now for WikiLeaks we're

in a very difficult position we have a perfect 10 year record of always presenting accurate

information to the public that's the best in any media whatsoever and we we also have

a perfect record in ever exposing our sources occasionally someone allege sources step for

themselves but web never expose we know I understand new cars have a source protection

organization you're not willing to disclose your sources which is understandable and yet

how can we get leaks claim to promote transparency in politics without being open about the backstage

interests that influence and possibly steer your operation isn't it hypocritical to do

that we're media organization and media

organizations have an obligation to protect their sources amer that's that's one oh that's

101 let's let me take you through a hypothetical let's say hypothetically Russia gives you

access to a trove of hacked stolen emails would that hypothetically give you any pause

ethically would it be an issue for you now let's not talk about hypotheticals let's talk

about about the real case Hillary Clinton on Fox is trying to undermine our publication

trying to draw attention away from the fact that she conspired with the Debbie wasserman-schultz

her former campaign manager was head of the Democratic Party this advert an election in

the United States now there is what is the result of that the result is the free market

of

electoral candidates was ruined instead you had a regulatory organization the DNC abusing

its radiant regulatory function the paper one candidate above another including by pumping

out black media black media campaigns trying to undermine Bernie Sanders in complicity

with a lot of the media and that has been covered that has been covered but what about

your role what is the end result the end result may well be that the less competitive candidates

in an open market competition which is what is coming up in the proper election has managed

to secure the nomination and the result of that could well be the election of Donald

Trump so that all published that news has been reported on but why did we publish voicemails

our jewelry market

why did you publish social security numbers from innocent people why publish that kind

of material doesn't it hurt your cause WikiLeaks has contributed to hundreds literally hundreds

of court cases prosecutions liberating innocent people from prison now we're not going I was

inspired by WikiLeaks I remember interviewing you six years ago I was so inspired by WikiLeaks

but let me put up Edward Snowden this tweet on screen this is I think the key as Snowden

said democratizing information has never been more vital and WikiLeaks has helped but their

hostility to even modest curation is a mistake why publish social security numbers why publish

voicemails from children oh as I just explained we publish pristine archives that can be used

in court cases and I used in court cases one for example was used in the Yukos case which

produced a 56 billion dollar dollar finding against Russia in example in relation to expropriation

of oil assets that had previously belonged to a Russian oligarch so we're talking about

at the highest level in terms of civil cases and at the highest level for example in CIA

rendition programs so it's extremely important to not tamper with the evidence to have a

pristine archive and that's what we do now if you want to talk about the reporting of

personal details it's false there there are not full credit card numbers in what we published

what there is is what you see on 7-eleven receipts the last four digits of credit card

numbers there has been a final decision there is no ability to appeal the decision of the

United Nations the lawfulness of my detention or otherwise is a now a matter of settled

law you can't decide that you

are going to recognize a forum take place in proceedings respond to the other party

and then at the end when you don't like the outcome because you have been breaking the

law and you don't even bother to appeal come out with press statements and say well we

disagree it is now the task of the states of Sweden and the United Kingdom as a whole

to implement the verdict now why they can be attempts for the media for the popular

press to look tough and attempt to undermine that a serious attempt not just for show would

have the effect of undermining the UN system and there are consequences of doing that and

Sweden and the UK know full well that there are consequences those consequences include

not merely weakening a human rights and international law instrument to which both countries have

signed binding treaties but rather it will have the diplomatic effect and upon diplomats

know it the diplomatic effect will be to make life difficult for Sweden and the United Kingdom

to be treated seriously as an international player as international players that obey

the international legal obligations their attempts if they proceed to undermine the

UN system we'll see we'll see various enforcement measures that can be taken by the UN how concerned

are you that the emails that WikiLeaks has has

released could have been hacked by the Russian secret services and could have been released

to you as a way of manipulating or influencing the u.s. presidential elections these are

separate questions Exce experts or so-called experts the Hillary Clinton campaign has been

quoting in terms of analysis they are not analyzing our materials they have been analyzing

previous materials are being published by the hill the smoking gun and Gawker now they

didn't publish emails they analyzed their material it's positive this material given

that it's suspected very seriously that the russians hacked the the DNC accounts it's

possible that this material also came from the Russians and was also

released in order to cause maximum damage to the Clinton campaign well what we try and

do as a source protection organization is we like to create maximum and big Uwe T as

to who our sources up because a big was a hard drive that came from eBay maybe consultants

maybe activist maybe state actors maybe whole lotta but you're not specifically Russian

well perhaps one day the source or sources will step forward and that might be a interesting

moment some people will have take on their paces and will be interesting but obviously

to exclude certain actors is to make it easier to find out who our sources are so we never

do it but but as an open source organization you

encourage material from from whatever source like that was like a vacuum cleaner are you

alright with the fact that it could have been the Russians that have done this to manipulate

the presidential elections but you could have been used by the secret services in Moscow

for precisely that reason are you comfortable with that what we have right now is the Hillary

Clinton campaign using a speculative allegation about

hacks that have occurred in the past to try and divert attention from our emails another

separate issue that WikiLeaks is published now because they are having so much political

impact in the United States and I think this raises a very serious question which is is

that the natural instincts of Hillary Clinton and the people around her that when confronted

with a serious domestic political scandal that she tries to blame the Russians blame

the Chinese etc because if she does that when she's in government that is a met a political

managerial style

EPIC!! DEMS SHAKING IN FEAR After BRAVE Judge SENT THIS HUGE MESSAGE To Trump Over BORDER!

with all due respect I would like to direct my open to the President of the United States

mr. president I understand the pressure that you are under from every side but the wall

at our southern border is a promise that you made ran on got elected on and must keep but

more than that it is your legacy and you cannot allow them to force you to compromise so here

we are days before the Christmas holiday and you are facing the most important issues that

Americans elected you to confront your promise to build the wall now there's never been a

president more dedicated to fulfilling a

campaign promise than you unlike just about every other president in recent memory you

say what you mean and you mean what you say that is why your base is so loyal to you and

continues to grow you have done what no other president has had the fortitude to do the

wall is no different and you must fulfill this fundamental promise to the American people

you cannot buckle now there's no question that On January 3rd your presidency will face

even more obstruction and resistance by the Democrats than you have seen in the last two

years they will stop at nothing

they are callously salivating at the prospect of your collapse the only way to go into this

is to let Pelosi and Schumer know that now they are going to have a fight every step

of the way they will have to deal with the taxes environment they created no one has

your strength mr. president your perseverance or your determination you instinctively understand

what needs to be done and how to do it and you need to build this wall your meeting in

the Oval Office with Pelosi and Schumer was a turning point in your presidency the arrogance

disrespect and condescension by these two members

of Congress was shocking Schumer unable to look you in the eye and pelosi instructing

you the wall was a non-starter and that you did not have the votes against acted you do

not have to vote in the House Nancy I do and we need water she could dance well mr. president

she found out you had the votes she is a liar and an obstructionist and I might add the

whole lot of them are hypocrites illegal immigration is wrong plain and simple I voted numerous

times when I was a senator to spend money to build a a barrier to try to prevent illegal

immigrants from coming in we simply

cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected undocumented unchecked these

hypocrites wanted a wall until Donald Trump wanted a wall until Trump promised a wall

they simply will do whatever they can to stop you from succeeding their hatred of you mr.

president is so intense and so vindictive that they would rather destroy you and America

than destroyed the drug cartels gang members and the human traffickers coming over our

border Schumer Pelosi and their gang of haters ignore the fact that 90% of the heroin coming

into our country killing our loved ones comes from Mexico and Nancy and Chuck you don't

want to put a wall up to stop that we have spent tens of billions of dollars to fight

heroin but you don't want to spend five billion dollars to put up a wall to stop heroin for

good Nancy and Chuck you both know

this year ice agents seized enough fentanyl kill every person in the United States but

you don't want a wall to stop it don't you want to stop the human traffickers the child

smuggling and the coyotes raping young women claiming that their family isn't this what

every law-abiding American wants what is with this open border nonsense and you call us

racists heartless and cruel I'll tell you what's heartless it's a number of Americans

that are killed by drugs pouring over our porous namby-pamby fence border it's the number

of illegals and Democrats sanctuary cities who kill innocent Americans you want to throw

down the welcome mat to illegals and with open arms shower them with health care and

education and housing yes you will have a fight from every side but

what is clear to the American people is that these Democrats have no respect for the rule

of law and want to attack it their sanctuary cities endanger the safety of our citizens

it's just insanity the only time the rule of law matters to these left-wing haters is

when it's the campaign finance law but the protection of our country and its citizens

who gives a damn so we shut down the government okay it's been shut down 20 times let's be

clear all essential personnel continue to work the shutdown does not affect Medicaid

Medicare Social Security the military or other essential branches and after the

shutdown all the other non-essential employees are paid so stop with the rhetoric 75% of

our government is open and the wall is the will of the American people so now there's

talk of compromise for those of you who want a lesser amount than 5 billion that number

is simply inadequate how many caravans need to come through before we realize that we

need wall and the money from last year's budget can only be used to fix a fence and for those

of you who think that's enough consider this an eight-month pregnant woman was able to

scale the fence to get to the American side to deliver her baby do you really think that

that is the kind of wall we need mr. president the American people are

tired of our government standing with illegals over American citizens they are tired of the

destruction of the rule of law in our country and everything our founding fathers fought

for and I don't care who owns the shutdown and neither do they we voted for you and you

have not failed us so while the Senate goes home for Christmas you remain in Washington

I am pleading with you on behalf of the American people who believe with every fiber of their

being that if anyone can get it done you are the one who can and will this is your moment

in history just do it Thank You mr. president and that's why open tell me what you think

on my Facebook page Twitter and Instagram hashtag judge Janine more insight on the impacts

of this partial shutdown let's bring in reactionary

Times editorial director Julio Rivera and former Obama campaign foreign policy advisor

and former State Department official David Taipari Julio David thanks for joining us

here to talk about this partial shutdown that has just begun to get underway well I want

to talk a little about who the winners and the losers are people are talking about this

and looking at this going on in Washington I mean it's you know the weekend before Christmas

people are wrapping frantically they're making their last minute shopping maybe they're thinking

about what cool movie they might see on Tuesday you know our people tune into this right now

Julio well yeah I think that they should be if they do

care about things like border security I mean it was a rallying cry of the 20 Sene election

and people right now are the democrats in particular are playing politics with safety

i mean this is something that's directly attributing to the opioid crisis i mean a gangs a gang

members are pouring in drugs are pouring in i mean how many more you know Kate Steinle

and Molly Tibbets do we have to have you know so I think people are engaged it doesn't affect

people in the way that the Democrats are making it out to be I mean most people don't even

feel a government shutdown in most cases you know that's true a lot of Americans won't

be affected but there are hundreds of thousands of people that do work for the government

could potentially be affected you know the furloughed those

they might have to wait to get a paycheck potentially until after the holidays maybe

money they're expecting that they've already spent you know David do you think people are

watching and UN do you think they're concerned about those government employees at the very

least and in the midst of this partial shutdown I think that this was a big news week and

this is the big news item yesterday and today I do think people are watching I think people

feel frustrated that Congress can't come together with the President on this you know Congressman

Norman underscored at a really important point in his interview just a little bit ago he

mentioned that you know the federal budget in 2019 is

going to be four point four trillion dollars and Congress and the president are basically

arguing over about three and a half billion dollars for border security that's less than

1/10 of 1% it's such a small amount of money given all the things that Congress and the

president need to do so they ought to come together and I think when the American people

put that in perspective I think they get angry at everyone in government yeah you know there's

this idea that the government should run it should function that the shutdown shouldn't

happen but but they haven't historically particularly in the 70s and 80s far more common less common

in recent era with the exception of last January of course let's talk about what

this could potentially mean for the President of the United States he's gone back and forth

about who gets the blame for this the Democrats have tried to build this as the Trump shut

down but take a listen to the president I am proud to shut down the government for border

security Chuck I will take the mantle I will be the one to shut it down I'm not going to

blame you for it and of course he shifted gears on Twitter writing the Democrats now

own the shutdown in short order dancy just put out a statement not too long ago calling

him a failed deal maker with the temperament of a toddler so it's a pretty harsh dig here

on Christmas weekend as everyone's supposed to be negotiating up there and on Capitol

Hill and working towards a

solution uh Julio what do you think can we get close to things if there's this sort of

seeming animosity between the sides well they definitely need to the one thing that will

say is this the president has extended the olive branch on several occasions even at

his own peril you know he's been criticized by conservatives and members of the Republican

Party for having Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer in at the White House trying to work these

things out he extended the olive branch three weeks before daca expired he was willing to

grant with some semblance of legalization to upwards of 1.8 million illegal residents

so the fact of the

matter is all these issues related to illegal immigration and the fact that we can't do

comprehensive immigration reform falls right on the shoulders of the Democrats because

Donald Trump has been more than willing to come to the table and grant concessions all

right thank you both very much David I'm sorry you raised a lot of important issues when

I'm being told we're running a little short on time here David to furry hooli over there

we appreciate it thanks for joining us both thank you so much and Happy Holidays

you too
