Hi everyone

Today is Monday December 24th, so it's Christmas Eve

no snow...I think that regarding my question in yesterday

we won't have snow for Christmas, but it's ok

but the weather is beautiful, it's cold with lots of sun

Today

dinner preparation will be happening

we'll get ready

then we'll go to Christmas mass

and then it'll be Christmas Eve dinner

yeah, it's been pretty cold

we'll put some warm clothes on and go for a walk later on

once more, look at that view

it's so pretty - And the sun...

We explained last year, the Christmas card tradition

that many people send them

from family and friends, for Christmas

and another tradition is the letters

to go to Christmas mass, because it's a tradition here

to go to Christmas Eve mass

we're going to sing Christmas Carrols

it's so nice, I went last year and we sang all the famous Christmas songs

and when we come back we'll go and see Christmas lights

And then it'll be Christmas Eve dinner

so you'll see that later

Here we're approaching a house

they are linked with the radio station

you have to turn on

a specific radio station

and the lights are synchronized with the music

you'll see, it's pretty cool

We're back from mass

and the Christmas light tour

we're warming up dinner, setting up the table

we took our Christmas pictures

and of course we'll change

we won't keep our fancy clothes for dinner

it'll be more comfortable to eat

so it's time for our Christmas pyjamas

Last Friday, Robert Mueller dropped a ton of documents involving President Donald Trump's

former attorney Michael Cohen.

The one thing missing: anything indicating there is any collusion with Russia.

But, the documents did reveal how desperate the Special Counsel is to "get Trump"

at any cost.

Don't listen to the ranting Democrats and their cohorts who are spewing lies.

Mueller just revealed his weak hand against Trump, and it all goes back to Stormy Daniels.

There is no Russian collusion, and even Robert Mueller and his entire team of Trump-hating

attorneys know, as much as they twist facts, they can't prove otherwise.

How do we know?

The big three — Paul Manafort, General Mike Flynn, and former Trump attorney Micheal Cohen

— are not charged with any conspiracy crimes.

And there is simply no other way for Mueller to prove the president "conspired" to

commit Russia collusion.

Poor Mueller has come up empty-handed.

But he's not through.

Come hell or high-water, Mueller has now changed the scope of the entire investigation.

According to what we do know (based on the documents released on those defendants), he

plans to prove Trump violated campaign finance laws.

It looks like this witch hunt will all come down to payoffs to Stormy Daniels and another

woman named Karen McDougal.

Even stranger, it seems Mueller will allow the Southern District of New York to file

the charges against Trump.

It's quite simple.

Since Mueller can't prove Russian collusion, the anti-Trump deep state forces will try

to get him in another way.

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy, who appears regularly on the Laura Ingraham

show on Fox News, explains, "The major takeaway from the 40-page sentencing memorandum filed

by federal prosecutors Friday for Michael Cohen, President Trump's former personal

attorney, is this: The president is very likely to be indicted on a charge of violating federal

campaign finance laws."

"It has been obvious for some time that President Trump is the principal subject of

the investigation still being conducted by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District

of New York," reported McCarthy.

"Cohen has stated he did the hands-on work in orchestrating hush-money payments to two

women who claim to have had sexual liaisons with Trump many years ago (liaisons Trump

denies)."

"But when Cohen pleaded guilty in August, prosecutors induced him to make an extraordinary

statement in open court: the payments to the women were made 'in coordination with and

at the direction of' the candidate for federal office – Donald Trump," added McCarthy.

Before we get to what these deep state rats are going to use against Trump, in contrast,

let's look at what happened to Barack Obama.

When it was discovered that Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign was guilty of violations

involving nearly $2 million – an amount that dwarfs the $280,000 in Cohen's case

– the Obama Justice Department decided not to prosecute.

Instead, the matter was quietly disposed of by a $375,000 fine by the Federal Election

Commission, reported Fox News.

In real life, these campaign finance charges aren't taken too seriously.

Obama got away with a $2 million dollar violation.

And in Trump's case, these are two payouts by Cohen to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal,

totaling $280,000 dollars.

And here's where it gets tricky to prove.

This has nothing to do with if Trump had sex with these women.

It has to do with was the act of paying them off a "campaign contribution by Trump?"

If the president can prove that in the past he has had to pay off women for any reason,

to go away and not blackmail him, this case is done.

Then, the past payments stand as evidence that Trump has a history of these payments,

the payments to Daniels and McDougal are not campaign contributions.

Former Federal Prosecutor Joe diGenova said, "Paying hush money is not illegal.

The question is was it done to further the campaign or was it done to avoid embarrassment?

That actually makes it impossible to prove it's a crime because either one of those

scenarios is possible, therefore, a jury would have to guess at that."

And a jury can't.

There is no way to surmise someone's state of mind.

He added, "Not only that, there's no evidence that the president ordered it through a corporation,

which is the only way to make this illegal, the payment itself would be perfectly proper.

It only has to be disclosed if it is a personal campaign contribution by the president.

If it's meant to keep the women silent, there is no..that is not a campaign violation."

Is this what the American people really want to spend their hard-earned tax money on?

After 18 months and millions of dollars spent on this Special Counsel, it all comes down

to paying off two lowlife women who tried to extort money from the president?

That's all Robert Mueller has?

For years, Stormy Daniels tried to extort money from Trump.

Same thing with Karen McDougal.

But what does any of this have to do with the president running the country?

It's common knowledge that men who have millions of dollars and are in the public

eye will have women throw themselves at them.

And many of them will attempt to extort money.

By and large, Americans don't care.

And we surely don't want our tax money going toward highlighting these dubious events.

This is going to backfire on Mueller and his Democratic supporters.

Considering Obama's real campaign finance violations, if they try to pin this on Trump,

Americans will immediately see this witch hunt for what it is: one big farce to take

power away from our duly elected

President

of

the United States.

For weeks, the liberal media has been salivating for the forthcoming results of Robert Mueller's

2-year-old Russian probe.

Democrats are hoping for something that will finally take down President Donald Trump.

With each passing day, that seems less and less likely.

But what is likely is that Mueller will be exposed for wasting tax dollars on a witch

hunt.

Now, the special council is facing troubles of his own — and heads are going to roll.

Russian probe went on.

As Donald Trump makes history in restoring America's strength and economy, this probe

has lingered as a dark cloud over our country.

Democrats frequently point to Mueller's investigation as proof that Trump is an illegitimate

president.

Yet over the last two years, nothing of substance has come out.

There has been nothing to suggest that there was any collusion between Donald Trump, his

campaign, and the Russian government.

That hasn't stopped Democrats from boasting that collusion did in fact happen and that

Mueller will provide the evidence that will not only remove Trump from office but throw

him in jail.

To think, this is all because Democrats cannot except the results of an election that happened

over 2 years ago.

Speculation has grown since word came out that Mueller is preparing to release a report.

Democrats and anti-Trumpers are hoping that he will provide the final nail in Trump's

coffin.

But after all this time, it's becoming less likely that Trump will be in any danger.

What we have learned in recent weeks is that Mueller was possible coercing Trump allies

to testify against him.

Now, a man investigated by Mueller is hitting back with a lawsuit.

It might cost Mueller a pretty penny.

Conservative author and conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi on Sunday filed a lawsuit against

special counsel Robert Mueller, alleging that Mueller illegally surveilled him as part of

the investigation.

Corsi, in the document filed in the District Court for the District of Columbia, also claims

that Mueller's office leaked confidential information surrounding Corsi's testimony

before the special counsel's grand jury.

"Defendant Mueller and his prosecutorial and media staff, acting in their official

capacity and personally, also illegally released grand jury information to harm Plaintiff Corsi

by attempting to destroy his reputation and personal and professional well-being and livelihood,

thus also attempting to drive him into bankruptcy," the document reads in part…

Corsi has previously filed a complaint with the DOJ over the Mueller investigation, requesting

that criminal and ethical investigations be opened up into the special counsel's office.

Larry Klayman, Corsi's attorney and the founder of conservative watchdogs Judicial

Watch and Freedom Watch, claimed in a statement that Mueller and his team "are allegedly

themselves acting in a criminal manner to further their attempted 'legal coup d'etat'

to remove the president from office by any illegal means."

The document claims that the DOJ, FBI, NSA and CIA – in addition to Mueller – "have

engaged in ongoing illegal, unconstitutional surveillance" on Corsi, violating his Fourth

Amendment rights as well as other U.S. laws.

The conspiracy theorist also claimed that Mueller's team had leaked information about

Corsi to the media…

Corsi is requesting an injunction in his case, as well as $350 million in damages.

Last week, Corsi claimed Mueller's team tried to bully him and others into giving

false testimony against Trump.

He even filed a criminal complaint against the special counsel.

Corsi is putting forward the idea that Mueller — desperate to get dirt on Trump — is

breaking the law in order to do so.

We know that Trump did not work with Russia.

The results of the 2016 Election have everything to do with Americans taking their country

back.

It had nothing to do with "Russian bots" or Russian agents "stealing" our democracy.

Mueller's probe was supposed to look at possible Russian meddling in 2016.

Clearly, they found very little.

But the probe has continued going on for years, without any results.

Corsi claims that Mueller moved from investigation Russia to shaking down Trump allies to get

testimony against the president.

Now, Corsi is accusing Mueller of violating his Fourth Amendment rights and leaking personal

information to the press.

He is claiming Mueller's investigation has harmed his career and livelihood, which is

very possible.

If you are the public target of a federal probe, it's likely few people will want

to hire you.

Right now, it's impossible to prove that Corsi's claims are true.

It's possible this man is just trying to get back at the probe, which he believes hurt

him.

But the timing is very important.

Mueller and the media are hoping for a smoking gun to take down Trump.

Instead, we are seeing evidence that Mueller is the one breaking the law and violating

the Constitution, solely for political reasons.
