An associate of everyone's favorite RINO Arizona Senator John McCain took the Fifth

Amendment in order to avoid testifying before the House Intelligence Committee on the now

disproven opposition research Russian dossier which claimed deep ties between Candidate

Trump and the Kremlin.

The committee originally issued the subpoena for David Kramer, who is a former State Department

official and current senior director of the nonprofit Soros funded "McCain Institute"

in December of 2017.

According to Committee Chairman Devin Nunes of California had wanted to speak with Kramer

about his visit to London back in November 2016.

According to court documents during that visit, he met with the author of the dossier, former

British intelligence officer Christopher Steele.

The documents also go on to show that he, in fact, met with Steele at McCain's request,

to view a the pre-election memoranda on a confidential basis.

Kramer then traveled back to the U.S. and gave copies of the memos to McCain, who in

turn handed the documents over to the FBI and many on the Democrat Party.

This fake dossier which was picked up by Kramer at the request of McCain was the basis for

the Barack Hussein Obama administration petition to wiretap Trump Tower while Donald Trump

was a candidate for President.

He chose to operate like the standard-issue politicians he likes to rail against.

In 2008, presidential candidate John McCain bravely proposed a health-care reform that

Fortune magazine said was a giant step toward "laissez faire liberty" in health care.

He wanted to empower consumers to find the best health care and even end the tax break

for employer-sponsored plans.

In 2015, McCain joined all but one other GOP senator in voting to repeal Obamacare.

The next year he ran an ad in his primary campaign against a Tea Party Republican claiming

he was "leading the fight to stop Obamacare."

That ad helped him win 51 percent of the primary vote.

Just this year, McCain introduced a bill to "fully" repeal Obamacare and replace it

with a "free-market approach that strengthens the quality and accessibility of care."

Then, last Friday, McCain faced a choice on the Senate floor.

He could vote with all but two of his GOP colleagues for "a skinny repeal" bill

and get to a conference committee, where negotiators from the House and Senate could devise a bill

that might pass both chambers.

Or he could effectively leave Obamacare in place, dooming any realistic effort at curbing

it given the uniform Democratic opposition to any real reform.

McCain sided with the status quo, killing the "skinny repeal."

Journalists rushed to gush over his vote, cast only a few days after a surgery to remove

a dangerous brain tumor.

The New Yorker's take was typical: "Throughout his political life, John McCain has for many

reasons enjoyed bipartisan respect and even reverence: his independence of mind (usually),

his candor (usually), his decency, his love of country."

McCain's stated reason for killing reform was that the bill in front of him "fell

short of our promise to repeal and replace Obamacare with meaningful reform."

True enough, but this is a perfect example of letting the perfect be the enemy of the

better.

Obamacare is a disaster that, left untouched, will be saved only by a massive taxpayer bailout

of insurance companies.

Premiums on Obamacare exchanges have gone up by double digits annually ever since their

formation in 2013.

Out-of-pocket expenses — including copays and deductibles — rose 40 percent, to $2,649

per person on average, between 2011 and 2014.

Hundreds of counties across the country are likely to have no health insurers offering

plans on their local exchanges next year.

McCain's vote represents a complete reversal of the position he won his Senate election

with.

Far from being a modern-day "profile in courage," McCain's vote against advancing

Obamacare reform represents a complete reversal of the position he won his Senate election

with last year.

John Merline of Investor's Business Daily notes that "In the private sector, promising

one thing and delivering the other could be referred to as 'deceptive trade practice.'

For some members of Congress, it's just another day at the office."

Like every American, I wish John McCain the best in his battle against a brain tumor.

But in what may prove to be one of the most important votes he has cast in his 35 years

in Congress, he chose to operate like the standard-issue politicians he likes to rail

against.

Are we really surprised by the fact that John McCain was working against the Republican

Candidate for President?

He has spent his whole time in the Senate working against Republicans and for the Democrats.

Not completely sure why he didn't just run as a Democrat, except for the fact that under

the Democrat banner he would have never been able to win in Arizona.

So he runs as a Republican cycle after cycle while he milks the idea that he was a POW.

Senator McCain, there have been thousands of POWs and although it does make you a hero,

it doesn't make you honorable, something that you have proven countless times throughout

your political career.

Now please retire already and let a real Republican take your place.

Investigation Into Clinton Foundation Launched – And It Is Getting Serious.

The walls are starting to close in on the Clinton family.

Now, more than one government, including the United States, is looking into the dealings

of the Clinton Foundation and its possible criminal activities.

A New Investigation

In January, The Hill reported that the Justice Department had opened a new investigation

into whether the Foundation engaged in any quid pro quo when Hillary Clinton served as

the Secretary of State.

"The officials, who spoke only on condition of anonymity, said the probe is examining

whether the Clintons promised or performed any policy favors in return for largesse to

their charitable efforts or whether donors made commitments of donations in hopes of

securing government outcomes," The Hill wrote.

"The probe may also examine whether any tax-exempt assets were converted for personal

or political use and whether the foundation complied with applicable tax laws, the officials

said.

One witness recently interviewed by the FBI described the session to The Hill as "extremely

professional and unquestionably thorough" and focused on questions about whether donors

to Clinton charitable efforts received any favorable treatment from the Obama administration

on a policy decision previously highlighted in media reports," it said.

Spokesmen for Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation derided the new investigation.

"Let's call this what it is: a sham," Hillary Clinton's spokesman Nick Merrill

said.

"This is a philanthropy that does life-changing work, which Republicans have tried to turn

into a political football.

It began with a now long-debunked project spearheaded by Steve Bannon during the presidential

campaign.

It continues with Jeff Sessions doing Trump's bidding by heeding his calls to meddle with

a department that is supposed to function independently."

"Time after time, the Clinton Foundation has been subjected to politically motivated

allegations, and time after time these allegations have been proven false.

None of this has made us waver in our mission to help people," foundation spokesman Craig

Minassian said.

"The Clinton Foundation has demonstrably improved the lives of millions of people across

America and around the world while earning top ratings from charity watchdog groups in

the process."

Some watchdog groups have given the Foundation a clean bill of health, but other investigators

contend it is a pay-for-play scheme and critical part of Clinton empire.

National Review writes:

The Clintons get nothing from the foundation except free travel on chartered jets and first-class

airline seats and hotel stays and, oh yes, control over a giant operating budget to steer

to the charities and good causes that they prefer.

Practically nothing!

The International Connection

First, multiple investigations have been launched into the Foundation because of the many indications

that the organization operates primarily to benefit the Clintons.

France, for instance, conducted an investigation between 2009-2011 that attempted to determine

where millions of dollars of HIV Aids assistance money (a good portion of which was given to

the Clinton Foundation) was spent.

The Clinton Foundation has its tentacles in several nations, including Columbia and Haiti,

and during the transition from the Obama administration to President Trump's administration, it

was reported that the new president wanted to pressure foreign governments to investigate.

"A source close to President-elect Donald Trump's transition team told The Post that

the new administration plans to pressure the US ambassadors it will name to bring up the

foundation with foreign governments — and suggest they probe its ­financial dealings,"

The New York Post reported.

"Haiti and Colombia will be key diplomatic posts for this ­because of all the money

­involved," a source told The Post.

"In Haiti, recently leaked ­e-mails indicate "Friends of Bill" Clinton may have been

given priority by the State Department as it prepared to spend some $10 billion in aid

after a devastating earthquake hit the country in 2010.

The State Department has denied any special treatment," The Postreported.

"In Colombia, Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra pledged $100 million to the foundation

in 2005 and later benefited from the foundation's philanthropic work in the country, where he

acquired large parcels of land and set up an oil business, ­according to watchdog groups,"

it said.

There are simply too many examples of corruption and the buying of favors to believe that the

Clintons were merely operating a good-natured charity.

They can run but they cannot hide forever, and the noose is tightening.

Eye-opening Photo Shows Real Reason Disgraced Sheriff Wants to Take Americans' Guns.

The Broward County Sheriff's Office said, they are officially investigating allegations

that multiple deputies failed to enter Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland,

Florida as the suspected shooter was in the process of killing 17 students.

Sheriff Scott Israel told the local area newspaper on Friday that his office is investigating

the allegations, and if they find that their deputies made mistakes and didn't go in

he will handle it.

But the real question here is can we actually trust the sheriff to investigate his own staff?

A picture is worth a thousand words — and it might be worth a thousand explanations,

too.

Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel has found himself in the national spotlight after the

tragic school shooting that occurred in his corner of Florida, and the chief law enforcement

officer has been looking a bit like a politician while appearing on television to push liberal

talking points about gun control.

Too much like a politician, a skeptic might say.

After some pundits noticed that a sheriff who should be primarily concerned with enforcing

the law has been sounding, like he's reading from the Democrat party phrase book, several

photos emerged that may shed some light on Israel's political leanings.

A photo posted on the sheriff's official Facebook page from 2015 show Israel warmly

interacting with then-candidate Hillary Clinton, a strong liberal and gun control proponent.

"So nice to see you again, Sheriff," says a quote on the photo attributed to Clinton,

implying that Israel and the Democrat candidate were already friends.

"Never let a serious crisis go to waste," as fellow leftist Rahm Emanuel once said.

Sheriff Israel and the rest of the Second Amendment opponents are taking that to heart

— and as a result, the rights of the American people are now at stake.

Dana Loesch on her radio show on Friday gave frightening details about what went on during

the shooting.

It wasn't one deputy who refused to go in while this murderer was on his killing spree,

it was four.

And what makes this even more unbelievable is the fact that the neighboring county police

department is now saying they were the ones, who went in first because the Broward County

Sheriff's Department deputies only stood there listening to the shooting, and screams

for over 4 minutes but for some reason decided to not go in, which let the carnage continue

and the shooter get away.

And then we find out that Sheriff Israel was one of the people who instigated the CNN fake

news town hall narrative in which Dana Loesch needed armed security to get out of alive.

People in attendance confirmed that before the official town hall started the sheriff

riled up the crowd against guns by speaking half-truths and outright lies.

This was the part of the "town hall" which CNN didn't broadcast, convenient, don't

you agree?

It's obvious Scott Israel has his own agenda.

And it's not about banning guns, it's about deflecting from the cowardliness his

own deputies, his department and himself showed as children screamed and cried as they were

being killed in cold blood while these people who are sworn to protect us just hung out

outside the building and did nothing about it.

Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel—the man whose agency failed to prevent the Parkland

massacre despite having received a tip last November that Nikolas Cruz was plotting a

mass shooting—has been accused of public corruption.

Two years ago, the Sun Sentinel reportedthat Israel was rewarding top political supporters

by giving them and their family members cushy jobs doing public relations and community

outreach for the Broward County Sheriff's Office.

One such position, outreach manager, paid out a salary of $78,489.

The person who got that job was the husband of Israel's campaign manager.

Israel had been a Republican but ran for office as a Democrat.

He was first elected sheriff in 2012, then re-elected in 2016.

According to the Sun Sentinel:

The outreach workers, who mainly attend community events, are in addition to political activists

and others Israel hired into community affairs roles, writing and designing printed pieces

about the agency, and sharing it on social media.

The employee log shows six hired into community affairs roles, their salaries totaling $388,729.

Israel's opponents say he's built a publicly funded political machine, paying back supporters

with jobs and using them to keep him in office.

They say the money could be better spent, particularly after the sheriff complained

about not having enough funding to secure the county courthouse, where a murder suspect

recently escaped.

Asked about the allegations, Israel responded, "What have I done differently than Don Shula

or Abraham Lincoln or Martin Luther King, Gandhi?"

He also said, "Lions don't care about the opinions of sheep."

That's a paraphrase of a quote from the Game of Thronescharacter Tywin Lannister,

a villainous public administrator known for promoting his family's interests ahead of

the government's or the people's.

Were the employees hired to work at the Sheriff's Office competent?

It certainly seems like a relevant question now that we know the authorities were forewarned

about the dangers posed by Cruz.

The office received at least 18 calls about Cruz's disturbing behavior and possession

of weapons from 2008 to 2017.

BuzzFeed has obtained records related to those calls.

The most recent one, made on November 30, 2017, described Cruz as a "school shooter

in the making."

Broward County referred the matter to the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office but took no

further action—even though a relative of Cruz had warned Broward County about Cruz's

stash of weapons just three days before.

This news follows the resignation of Marjory Stoneman Douglas School Resource Officer Scot

Peterson, who refused to engage the killer while the rampage was underway.

Israel suspended Peterson after watching video footage of the SRO's behavior, saying that

it made him "sick to my stomach."

Given the appalling failures that took place at Israel's office, the "sheep" might

like to ask the "lion" some questions.

Perhaps he could answer them in a less condescending and authoritarian fashion.
