We're in the coffee shop
waiting for the visit in the consulate as I have to get
new visa.
UFC fighters get only workers' wisa,
valid for two years.
Not for 10 years, like the tourist visa.
So every two years we have to get new visa.
The weather is beautiful, sun shines straight in my eyes
and that's why I look kinda stupid...
I was very cold waiting to enter the embassy
but inside
everything went very quick.
I was waiting around 30 minutes outisde
but when I came in everything took 10 minutes.
What's more...
My friend gave me such little present for my birthday...
It looks like a credit card but it's metal...
There's a pocket knife in it...
and other weird stuff.
And as your'e quessing...
they find it in my bag in the embassy...
Fortunately
no one thought I want to hurt someone.
They just let me put it in the locker.
We need to water my steed.
To get safe to Lodz.
First - I'll take a nap...
and after that - training.
We need to prepare something special for Felice.
Maybe I'll bring her to the ground?
It's MMA... You can expect everything!

My friend, Karolina Owczarz has her fight this week.
Girls were recording trailers for it some time ogo.
And big sensation was her form and shape.
Unfortunately on one site Karolina was criticized a lot.
People were saying that she'll lose because of her poor form.
People -
punch yourself in the head!
How can you write such thinghs? How many of you spent in the gym
at least half time of what Karolina did?
I understan that men are judging women only by appearance.
But don't get crazy. Respect other people, respect each other.
And even if you don't like somebody's silhouette
you can use other words to say that someone is not in form.
Please - think before you speak...
We're next to Shark Top Team club
In the past it was machine factory.
As you know Lodz was
a factory town. So we have here a lot buildings
looking like this.
It's one of the biggest in Lodz.
Right now a lot of interesting things is happening here.
Right there were making the movie
and some HBO series.
There's also museum
some studio with activities for kids.
We have Shar Top Team! :)
Some great restaurants.
There are more and more interesting things happening here.
Some scenes for movie "Miasto '44" were recorded here.
Some pursuits, some shooting.
Here's small park.
Maybe not looking to good right now
but during spring and summer it's really nice.
And - we can train here!
So if you want to meet me
when it will get a big warmer
you'll probably see me running around this fountain.
My trainer who is from Bydgoszcz
says that Lodz is
one of the ugliest cities oin Poland.
Unfortunately comparing those two cities Bydgoszcz is much nicer
But thanks to some nice artits
Lodz is getting much nicer and more colourfull.

Go to the end of the road
then turn left
and look for big painting of the dog in the rocket!

The heater heats my back
Before the training I drink
beta-alanine from Activelab
It's the first liquid beta-alanine.
It tastes like lemonade.
When I drunk it for the first 3-4 times
I thought I'll get crazy.
Everything swelled, I was all red.
but now it's ok.
It's historical day!
My head-coach will do the jiu-jitsu training.
I wear long hair but one day my mum decided to cut my hair
as she had a lot of problems with combing me...
And everone took me for a boy...
and it was such a big trauma for me...
since then I always wear long hair!
Soon my friend Anita will become BJJ champion!
I'm sure she'll destroy her opponents!
Jeez... Whe they'll cut it?
Karolina is real profesionalist in what she's doing.
She's the best grappler in the club in my opinion.
She always wanted to fight like this
but of course
not at all costs.
If there's possibility
we can end the fight
with punches.
But I hope she'll get her chance to end the fight on the ground.
Today we treined grappling.
On saturday some of them
are going to Polish jiu-jitsu championships.
Some others are going
to seminaries to Luboń...
...I'm going there for example ;)
It'll be fun.
