USA news on Youtube Oct 25 2017

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel "Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com! Extra-extra very very excited tonight

I'm going for my first win in the state of Utah which will be state number 43

and overall win number 465. I'm at Scrud's Gourmet Grub here in Ogden, Utah which is

north of Salt Lake City I'm taking on their Bodacious Burger Challenge now

it's about a five pound burger total along with this massive side of fries

but it is my second ever stuffed burger challenge and it sounds and looks

delicious from what I've seen but it's this massive burger patty completely

stuffed with cheese bacon onions and garlic and then it's topped with some

delicious looking pastrami, and then a bunch of healthy vegetables, we've got

tomatoes we've got pickles, onions and then along with there's a ton of bun but

yes I've got one full hour to finish this thing if I win I'm going to get the

meal free I'll get a sweet t-shirt and I'll be one of the few elite people up

on their Wall of Fame let's get this challenge started!

All right first of all I have a new favorite shirt thanks to my friends Jack

and Tracy from Woodland, Utah they made this shirt for me it's basically got all

my favourite girl pop singers we've got obviously Ke$ha

we've got Taylor Swift we've got Miley we've got Avril Lavigne, Katy Perry we've

got everyone they found pictures of them all eating and I'm in the center which

is freaking awesome they also made this poster here but my

friend Jamming Joe Laroo, he's got the record for this challenge which is just

over 30 minutes it's like 30 minutes and 1 or 2 seconds or something so we're

gonna try to smash that give them something give them a reason to come

back and try to beat my record but like I said we've got one hour the main thing

is to get the win my first in Utah but this Scrud's

Bodacious Burger looks awesome. 1, 2, 3... Boom! All right gonna do the

fries last!

I just separated it from the bottom bun to make sure all the juices and stuff

don't soak in but that'll be better later but let's get this patty down

that's frickin awesome so far it's definitely safe to say this thing has

loads of cheese!

Well that stuffing was falling out it's just over seven minutes seven minutes

ten seconds in the patty and everything was awesome love the bacon and

everything in there the pastrami on top please really get cheese here too

I probably won't want to do these later so I'm going to do them now let's get

this side of fries down... the part that all the ladies love!

Eleven and a half minutes in awesome challenge so far love that burger fries

we're good too! Now we just got to eat the bread I think

I'm gonna start with the bottom bun this will be the easiest double go at the top

and we've got our diet soda to help get everything down let's get the win and

smash Jamming Joe's record!

Eighteen minutes 55 seconds I was originally trying to break 20 but that'd

be forcing myself there would not be a good thing but we'll still get a good

time!

22 minutes and 54 seconds is the official new record for the Bodacious

Burger Challenge here at Scruds Gourmet Grub here in Ogden, Utah delicious

delicious challenge! Like I said earlier only my second stuffed burger challenge!

It was awesome! Liked everything on there the pastrami,

the fries, tons of bread, glad to be done with that but overall is an awesome

challenge for winning, I'm gonna get the meal free I'll get a sweet t-shirt and I

will be on top of their Wall of Fame as the new record holder and now my friend

Shooting Long Exposures for Waterfalls - Duration: 4:01.

All right, we're here at Falls Creek, Alaska, and we're hunting for some waterfalls

And I want to talk a little bit about shooting long exposures for waterfalls

Want to show how you can get different looks with waterfalls

So what you'll need is a camera with a tripod ND filter. I have rain boots on

Xtratufs because i'm going to get wet

If your lens has

Stabilization make sure to turn that off if you're on a tripod

You don't need that stabilization and sometimes and will kind of work against you and introduce a little bit of blurring

also

Because I have a heavy hand I usually set my two second timer

So that I'm able to click my shutter button and then step away

Let the camera kind of come to a rest before it snaps a picture

If your water is moving really fast you can get away with a half second shutter speed or even something a little less

But you want to make sure that you preserve the detail in the rushing water a lot of times if you shoot it really long

You'll lose some of the details in the white and I want to keep those details

So here's an example of what I'm talking about on the left hand side we have a picture taken with about a quarter

Second shutter speed and on the right hand side a two-second shutter speed so

The one on the left you can see there's a little more detail

It shows a little bit more motion a little more action, and the one on the right is

Smoother more ethereal either one will work. It just depends on what look you're going for

So it's actually dark enough out here where I didn't need any ND filters. I was shooting at f-22 and anywhere between

1/10 of a second one second up to two seconds, but like I said

Depending on how fast the water is moving will dictate how much shutter speed you want to apply to it

like I said more always isn't better and

The water that was moving today, I was keeping it right around

Bug I was keeping it right around a second and that was yielding the best results at least for me

It's always a preference thing, but just go out and try it try for yourself, and if you have any questions just comment below

Ex-Taliban hostage says terrorists killed her unborn baby | news 24h - Duration: 11:11.

Hijab-wearing American woman held captive by the Taliban says they killed her unborn baby - which she named 'Martyr' - by dosing food with hormones after her husband refused their recruitment efforts and says Pakistan and US are lying about rescue

Caitlan Coleman, the American woman held hostage by Taliban-linked militants for five years before being rescued on October 11, has spoken of her time in captivity in an extraordinary first interview.

The 32-year-old spoke to The Toronto Star on Monday to describe how terrorists murdered her unborn daughter and explained why she and her husband Joshua Boyle had three children in captivity, a decision many have criticized since they were saved.

Wearing a hijab as she was photographed with her months-old daughter Grace on her lap, Coleman also claimed that both the US and Pakistani governments were lying about how the family were rescued.

The woman from Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, refuses to reveal whether or not she has converted to Islam.

In 2012, Coleman was five-months-pregnant with the couples first child - a boy they named Naejeshi Joanah - when they were kidnapped in Afghanistan.

At the time they had told their families they were on a hiking holiday in Central Asia. .

After their rescue earlier this month, Boyle revealed that he and his new bride at the time were there to bring aid to remote areas of the country that were being terrorized by the Taliban.

After the birth of their first son, Caitlan welcomed another boy and a daughter while being housed in Taliban prisons.

They were planned pregnancies. Another pregnancy resulted in her miscarrying a daughter who she and her husband named Martyr. .

Coleman believes the pregnancy was deliberately ended by her captors who she claims put high doses of estrogen in her food.

It was payback, she said, because her husband had refused their recruiting attempts.

They were very angry because Joshua had been asked to join them, to work for them, and he said no. They killed her by dosing the food.

They put massive doses of estrogen in the food, Caitlan told the Star on Monday.

She knew about their attempts, she said, through her husband who understands Farsi and who listened in on them boasting about sabotaging the pregnancy.

High levels of estrogen is known to harm fertility in women but it is not known how it can affect a woman who is already pregnant.

Coleman did not explain where she believed the captors obtained the hormone from. .

Explaining why she and her husband chose to have sex in captivity, Caitlan said she always wanted to become a mother and did not know when else she would have the chance.

It was a decision we made.

We did think about it and talk about it and it's difficult to explain all the reasons, but, for me, a large part was the fact that it has always been important to me to have a large family. .

This took our life away from us — this captivity with no end in sight.

And so I felt that it was our best choice at that time. .

We didn't know if we would have that opportunity when we came back.

We didn't know how long it would be, she said.

The couple were rescued along with her and her husband when Pakistani officials ambushed the vehicle they were being driven in by their captors who were members of the Haqqani Network, a sophisticated branch of the Taliban.

President Trump celebrated the mission as a joint effort with Pakistani forces and a show of improving relations between the two countries.

Pakistani officials said they intercepted as the family was brought over the border from Afghanistan - a claim Coleman put down on Monday.

She insists they had been in Pakistan for at least a year before they were saved.

We were not crossing into Pakistan that day.

We had been in Pakistan for more than a year at that point, she said of their October 11 rescue. .

Right now everybody's shunting blame and making claims.

Pakistan says, no they were never in Pakistan, until the end.

The U.S.

says, no they were always in Pakistan; it was Pakistan's responsibility.

But neither of those are true, she said. .

She also shared a glimpse of their in captivity where they were sometimes separated and moved around prisons - which they called houses - several times.

When they were apart, their oldest son stayed with her, she said.

They first took us out of Afghanistan; it was several days' drive.

They took us to Miran Shah, in Pakistan, where we were kept for more than a year. .

It was very bad.

My husband and I were separated at that time.

He wasn't allowed to see Najaeshi or spend any time with us, she said. .

In the second location where they were kept, she said their captor was very nice and took their son out for sunlight - a luxury they were not afforded.

He would take Najaeshi out to get him sunlight and nobody else did that at any other point, she said.

She claims she was raped while being held away from her husband between 2014 and 2015, by which time she says she had already miscarried Martyr.

The rape was punishment for giving notes to anyone who was not involved in the abortion, she said.

We had a pen they didn't know about and we were taking little scraps of paper and trying to hand out notes to anyone and everyone that wasn't one of the guards or commanders involved in killing Martyr.

But then they took us, separated us, and beat us and that was when the assault on me happened because they wanted us to stop, she said.

In their final location, she said they watched as militants carried out training and laughed as one recruit struggled to grasp their commands.

Outside every day they were doing some training, or something was going on, and some guy was shouting and we laughed because whoever Musa was, he was not doing a good job.

He was always yelling, No, no, no, Musa Musa..

Coleman and her children were taken to hospital in Canada after they returned to North America on October 12.

Colemans father Jim previously said it was unconscionable for her husband to take her to Afghanistan when she was five months pregnant in 2012.

The family had refused to board a US military plane, despite the USs involvement in their rescue, because Boyle feared he would face arrest if he was brought back to America.

Before he was kidnapped or even married to Coleman, he was married to Zaynab Khadr - the daughter of Canadas first family of terrorism whose father was a close friend of Osama Bin Laden.

Friends of the man have told how he was fascinated with Afghanistan and had an academic obsession with terror when he volunteered to be an advocate for Zaynabs younger brother Omar, a teenager who was jailed in Guantanamo Bay over his involvement in a battle in Pakistan when he was 15.

Colemans own father condemned the decision during an interview with Good Morning America after they were released and said it was unconscionable for his son-in-law to have taken his daughter to Afghanistan when she was pregnant in 2012.

His daughter did not address the controversy or reveal if shed seen her parents since settling back in to life with her in-laws in Canada.

Her husband Joshua previously said the older children were adapting well to life in Canada.

He previously explained their decision to have children in captivity by telling The Associated Press: We always wanted as many as possible, and we didnt want to waste time.

The rooms battling to be Britain's ultimate 'man-cave' | news 24h - Duration: 6:20.

Are these Britain's best man-caves? Inside the lavish boltholes battling it out to be named 'Games Room of the Year' (and, sorry ladies, no girls allowed)

Dubbed the Pink Panther Bar, this space really has the Sin City feel about it.

A neon-lit games room full of memorabilia, it also boasts a pub-style fruit machine and dart board.

Impressively, almost everything in it is handmade, with the contestants father making the pool table from scratch in 1978.

He also made the bar using an old kitchen worktop.

Outside, theres a dedicated beer garden with space to play football.

Forget all the cliches about man caves.

This stylish space is clearly designed for the more discerning gentleman, especially if he happens to love Hollywoods biggest blockbusters.

The purple-themed room features a pool table, bar and home cinema, which centres around an epic flat-screen television.

Clearly dedicated to the beautiful game, Graemes entry was voted in by the public in a wildcard vote.

A loft bar inspired by his passion for Aberdeen FC, it has all the markings of a shameless football fanatic.

Fitted with memorabilia covering the walls, a seating area and a TV, theres also a bar which comes complete with fully-functional beer pumps, no less.

Another good-looking approach to guy design, Ryan Bishops take on the man cave is very professional.

Doubling as an interior design dream, the white theme makes it very clean and sophisticated, while simultaneously making the room look spacious.

Taking centre stage is the pool table, which is perfect for entertaining family and friends.

Like many of his competitors, Johns black-and-white themed room incorporates a myriad of features, including: a pool table, bar, TV, dartboard and much more.

He originally built the space to entertain his friends and get everyone together for big sporting events.

The bar even has its own beer taps, giving the room a real pub feel to it.

Bens Wonky Donkey games room is named after a drawing that his  nine-year-old nephew made for him, which the pub sign is also based upon.

The space is filled with a pool table, dartboard, bar, TV and much more.

Its the perfect place for Ben and his mates to relax.

Outside, theres modest seating space, which adds additional room to relax.

In case it isnt abundantly clear, this man cave is clearly built for purpose - it brings the pub into your own home.

Fitted with a pool table, jukebox, arcade machine, quiz box and fully-functional bar, its also devoted to West Ham FC, making it perfect for hammers.

In addition, the walls are covered with boys toys: specifically, music and Star Wars memorabilia.

Eddies arcade-themed games room is inspired by numerous visits to them as a child.

With pinball and classic machines a major feature, theres also the obligatory pool table to ensure all the bloke boxes are ticked.

The spray-painted writing on the walls also gives this room a completely different feel.

Simons pub-style games room, named Randalls Tavern, is jam-packed with fun, including a fully-stocked bar.

Clearly determined to win, this is the third time he has entered Games Room of the Year after coming very close in previous years.

But will it be third time lucky?.

The games room is the central-hub for regular round-table gatherings and charity events, too.

Destined for the shortlist, Johns entry was voted in by the public wildcard vote.

No stranger to DIY, he built the man cave from scratch alongside his father.

Naturally, it features a pool table, beer fridge and plenty of football memorabilia. .

Clearly proud of his efforts, John even hosts pool tournaments for himself and friends there.
