In the U.S. we have a lot of holidays: we have Mother's Day, Father's Day
Friendship Day, Bosses Day, Valentine's Day. But Rakhi is a little piece of India
that we'd like to take with us. It symbolizes the love between a brother
and a sister. Hey Laura and Jenny! There's an Indian festival called Raksha
Bandhan and this is the celebration of brothers and sisters. So from the other
side of the world, I'll be thinking of you today. Miss you both and love you very much.
Roses are red violets are blue, I'm so
lucky to have a brother like you!
Hey Morris and Alfie. It's your sister. I'm here in India celebrating Rakhi and
I got these two for you because I miss you guys so much and I love you
She always cheers me up when I think I can't cheer myself up.
Happy Rakhi everybody!
