USA news on Youtube Apr 25 2018

hey everybody welcome back to our Channel today we're doing something a

little bit different as you can see Eamon is not joining us just kidding it's

gonna be an awesome video I'm gonna sit down walk you through my wardrobe and

how I managed to look put together while living in a van for me my journey with

minimalism began when I started backpacking so about five years ago

Eamon and I took the plunge and we packed everything we thought we would need into

tiny little backpacks mind you we still had at our parents houses you know heaps

of clothing that we had collected over the years because I was definitely one

of those people that thought buying even if it was a cheap piece of clothing just

to have something new to wear out to the club or whatever it might be was

worthwhile and would fulfill us me in some way a big shift in perspective that

I gained from going to places like Asia Southeast Asia and just seeing all of

the amazing happy people living with so much less and I started to realize that

I didn't need all of the material possessions that I had I came home and I

realized it was so crazy that I had drawers full of things when I wasn't

using them and there was people out there who could better use the things

that I had so I think that's where minimalism began for me and ever since

then I've just put such an emphasis on experience and travel and doing stuff

over having stuff and I think for me decluttering my closet has also declared

my mind my closet is all about being comfortable

being versatile but also allowing myself to show my personality so while a lot of

it is monochromatic I also have color and crazy types that you'll see which

might not fit in a traditional minimalist wardrobe but it

fits in mine and I'm cool with it so let's get started okay socks one more

thing before I really jump into it Amon and I have been vegans plant-based

people for almost a year and a half to two years now so while not everything in

my wardrobe is technically 100% vegan I do try to shop ethically I do buy

quality over quantity so I buy things that are long lasting but go easy on me

let's start with bathing suits really quick

I own two bathing suits both from a company called mozzie swindler I think

the reason I really like the bathing suits is they're reversible so I can

wear this bikini this way or this way and it gives it a completely different

vibe so especially living in a van it's almost as though I have two amazing

suits when I only have one and then the other one that you see me wear a ton is

this one-piece bathing suit if I'm not finding a brand that's really quality or

really ethical I will go to op shops op shops is a word I learned while living

in Australia because that's where I first started shopping at thrift stores

but I guess it's like a secondhand shop here in Canada or North America um which

leads me to where I got my first sweater I'm going to show you this is something

I wear all the time I'm sure you guys have seen me in it it's just a white

kind of turtleneck type of sweater this sweater is just from H&M but I've had it

for a really long time this one I found at an op shop in Vancouver a man and I

went out west last summer and I just saw it and thought it was so cute this new

truly pinkish color by the way I'm pretty colorblind Amon and I see colors

so differently so to me this is a light pink I'm not sure what it is for you and

it says it's all good this is again like a pale pink long-sleeved sweater and

must have been in a pale pink phase at some point this one I was gifted at

Christmas from a man's mom and I really liked it

these I find are so good like it could be hot out and I just want to cover up

and I'll wear it or it can be freezing cold and I need another layer

and I find this is really great as well again even called this black today so I

don't know purple black then the last shirt is kind of a new addition but you

if you follow me on Instagram or I think I wore it in our last video we posted

it's the adventure shirt so it's from those merch sales that we did we had to

wait until we got back to Toronto to get one because we didn't have an address

while we were in Mexico but I've been living in this it's super soft super

comfortable my two t-shirts are both from Lululemon as well one's just a

striped t-shirt and the other is a black one the recent company I have been

loving I discovered I think it was three years ago no it's called knixwear

and they're a Toronto based company so I've always hated bras so when I

discovered this company I fell in love pretty quickly three Christmases ago a

man gifted me one of their bras which is actually what I'm wearing under this

right now and I used it so much that I finally took the plunge and got a few

more of their items so here's one as an example oh I don't know if you guys can

really tell but the material is super comfy you don't get that feeling of oh

my god I need to take off my bra right now and even at the end of the day you

know that feeling of oh this is good it feels nice to take it off but it

doesn't feel like oh my goodness I've been constricted all day and I'm so

uncomfortable this is sort of like a sports bra crop top like I could go to

the gym just wearing this in my tights feel really good in this and this is

from NYX wear as well while we're on the topic of NYX where I just wanted to show

you the tanks that I wear buy them a lot of you have followed us through the

hello Mexico series have sent me messages asking about these tanks and I

really can't say enough good things about them this is what they look like

here I feel like I don't know where the black one is so I have this gray color

this kind of let's call this oh do you think like a purple emo and a

black what happens is sometimes things end up in a man's closet but I'm not

gonna look through that right now so potentially that's where that is

um these tanks are so comfy as I said you can see that they've kind of got

this light lining in them but they they're not like a padded uncomfortable

padding and yeah I really love these so I've got three of them and the black one

that I don't know where that is right now

oh here's the black mix where I found it told you I've had one black mix where so

most of these tanks actually all of them are from Lululemon again so I've got a

navy blue one a grey one and then another white one and this kind of what

color is this what shall we call this I'm actually dark salmon before we go

any further I can't believe I haven't talked about them yet my overalls you

guys are always damning me asking me about these overalls

they are Vancouver again at that same option I'll have to try to figure out

what it was called they're actually men's overalls and I live in them you

already know that but yeah mint overalls check it out I have a few dresses white

and black stripe and then it comes like a cross and I tie it in the front Amon

calls that my staple dress because if ever I'm in a pinch I throw that on and

then one last just long playing dress whoa stretch out my legs I have a few

pairs of pants that you might be like coming back not so neutral these ones

here are made from recycled water bottles I found them at a yoga show that

we are vending at for our chai business what do you guys think I think there are

little bit's ethers so that's a bit of an issue but I just wear my long gray

tank with these a lot last pair of these I got secondhand from my sister I don't

even know if she knows I have these sorry mo but if I had them for years and

they're literally just like black flare pants

and I wear them again all the time these are my black lulu tights they're

full-length I've had them for honestly four years they've come at least the

entire time that Amy and I traveled together I've had these pants so there

are six six years strong and many many countries strong and then in terms of

jeans I've got the overalls I'm wearing one pair of black jeans and one pair of

light jeans with like big holes in the knees which my mom expressed some

concern about the other day but I think are pretty cool

these are Lululemon black shorts I've got purple Lululemon shards I've got

just some jean shorts you guys saw me wearing these every day in Mexico for

sure and then I've got my short jean overalls you can see a theme here I'm

obsessed with overalls I think they're so cute I don't know if it's very

adult-like of me to love them so much but I do so that's that and then these

pants every time I go somewhere I try to go to a local market and pick up these

pants now this kind of defeats the purpose of buying quality over quantity

because I've had quite a few pairs of these in my time and they always end up

ripping in all sorts of places the last pair I picked up was from our trip in

Africa you can see that they're coming apart and I have to hand wash these so

they're more of a pain than anything but my gosh I'm obsessed with these pants

they're kind of like Genie pants so so comfy I wear them as pajamas lounging

around hanging out my last thing is my actual pajama set which again is from

NYX where I'm completely obsessed with this pajama set it's so comfy and it

makes vlogging in the morning a little bit more enjoyable because I wake up in

something that I find really cute so this is the top of the pajama Saturday

31 32 it looks like I'm about 32 items plus

what I'm wearing I don't really know if underwear and socks counts and all of

this but I have a few pairs of underwear and socks as well okay one of the other

things I get asked a lot about is my winter jacket this was bought secondhand

for five dollars a couple of years ago before that I had owned the same winter

coat for I think 10 plus years um this jacket with my big Jedi hood five

bucks this jean jacket that I wear all the time

especially now it's coming into spring is actually something my grandmother

bought me from the gap when I was in grade six do you believe I still own

that and still wear it all the time then I've got my Patagonia coat again this

was purchased long before we were vegan so it is a down jacket but I have heard

that Patagonia has come out with a vegan alternative so I'm really interested

when this one goes in checking that out but what I do love about Patagonia as a

company is they believe in fixing your where instead of just buying new stuff

so they actually fix everything for free if you just bring it back to the shop

from a little local maker you guys know I if I do have a soft spot for spending

money it's with locally made goods this girl her company is called Madame Babu

and you've probably seen me wear this too I dress up my dresses with this

kimono or shorts and my tank tops or whatever it might be

whoa I feel like that brings me to the end of the Wardrobe tour

I really really appreciate you guys sticking this out with me I know it was

my first time chatting to you guys alone but I would really like to pursue doing

more of these videos I feel like it's a really great way to sort of check in

together you guys get to know me a little better and hopefully I'll get to

know you a little better if you did enjoy this video please make sure that

you give it a big thumbs up and if you haven't already you should subscribe to

our channel this is a channel all about alternative living we

in this then we have really big news and I'm sure Amon doesn't want me saying it

alone on this channel so stay tuned for Sunday's video because some stuff is

going down yo and we're really excited about it

thank you so much for watching and I'll see you later I need a glass of water oh

boy oh boy good to know yeah I just did laundry specifically so that I had

everything clean for this video I'm sure you guys could smell the clean laundry

through the camera

DOJ Issues GAME CHANGING Announcement on Mueller-Cohen Raid - Duration: 5:00.

DOJ Issues GAME CHANGING Announcement on Mueller-Cohen Raid.

The DOJ just made a game-changing announcement, that likely has Democrats, and Mueller shaking

in their boots.

In a shocking twist, Attorney General Jeff Sessions has revealed he will NOT recuse himself

from the Trump-Cohen investigation, unleashed by Russia witch-hunter, Robert Mueller.

You'll recall that Sessions recused himself from the Russia investigation, leaving Deputy

Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in charge.

From Conservative Tribune

The Justice Department's Southern District of New York and the FBI acting on a referral

from the Robert Mueller Special Counsel investigation, recently raided and seized documents from

an office, home and hotel room associated with President Donald Trump's former personal

attorney Michael Cohen.

Bloomberg just reported that Attorney General Jeff Sessions has decided not to recuse himself

from that particular investigation, though he reportedly did leave open the option of

stepping back in regard to certain aspects of that investigation, if warranted in the

future.

In the eyes of the liberal media, that non-recusal stands in stark contrast to Sessions' prior

recusal from the Mueller-led Russian collusion investigation, and other matters related to

the 2016 presidential campaign.

Asked about the non-recusal by Bloomberg, the DOJ released a statement that read: "The

attorney general considers his potential recusal on a matter-by-matter basis as may be needed.

To the extent a matter comes to the attention of his office that may warrant consideration

of recusal, the attorney general would review the issue and consult with the appropriate

Department ethics experts."

Bloomberg fretted that Sessions' involvement with the Cohen investigation would allow him

to be briefed on its progress, which in turn could allow him to divulge such information

to Trump if requested.

Furthermore, Sessions' involvement would also permit him to play a decision-making

role in the investigation, particularly in regard to if subpoenas or indictments are

issued in the matter.

CNBC noted that the non-recusal by Sessions also stood in contrast to how SDNY lead attorney

Geoffrey Berman had recused himself from the Cohen investigation and handed it off to his

deputy, Robert Khuzami.

Berman had been personally interviewed for the position by Trump and was appointed by

Sessions.

In seeking confirmation of the decision by Sessions to not recuse himself, CNBC received

this response from a DOJ spokeswoman: "We don't confirm or deny recusals as the AG

said in his testimony in November.

To do so could be used as a way to confirm the existence or scope of an ongoing criminal

investigation, which we have a policy of not doing as you can read in the United States

Attorney Manual."

Nevertheless, that hasn't stopped the liberal media from speculating on their own about

the "existence or scope of an ongoing criminal investigation" as it pertains to Michael

Cohen.

The Hill surmised that the raid on Cohen's office, home and hotel room was related to

an alleged payoff he gave to former porn star Stormy Daniels real name Stephanie Clifford

in order to purchase, her silence in regard to an alleged consensual affair she had with

then-businessman Trump a dozen years ago.

It is thought by some in the liberal media that such a payoff could implicate Trump in

some sort of campaign finance violation, and is the latest saga in their perpetually evolving

"We've got him now!" mantra.

Pushing that narrative even further, there has been speculation that Trump could eventually

issue a pardon for Cohen, a potentiality the White House hasn't totally ruled out but

which was also called a "stupid question" by Trump himself, when asked if he would consider

pardoning his former attorney.

In the end, RedState noted that this move by Sessions even if correct, and to be applauded

has poured fuel on the anti-Trump left's conspiracy theories regarding Trump being

the real focus of the investigation, and his administration's efforts to cover up or

obstruct that "truth" from emerging.

A much more likely reason for Sessions' non-recusal from the Cohen investigation is

that it doesn't have any real links to Mueller's Russia investigation or the 2016 presidential

campaign, in which case Sessions would probably have recused himself, which in turn would

have implied that Trump was under investigation as well.

Of course, it is also plausible that Sessions decided not to recuse himself simply, because

he didn't want to become the target of accusatory tweets from the president, as has occurred

in response to his prior recusal from matters involving Russia and the campaign.

Regardless, Sessions is doing the job that he was appointed and confirmed to do, and

unless there are clear indications of a conflict of interest or appearance of impropriety,

there is no reason whatsoever for the attorney general to recuse himself from this particular

investigation.

Shannska Atis, MS-PhD Dual Degree student - Duration: 1:56.

Nursing is an art and a science.

And I've been a nurse since I was 18. I was an LPN at first.

And this is just- this is the career that I've grown in and I've loved and I want to continue.

and also give back. Earning my PhD is my way of giving back to the nursing field.

I first decided to come here because I wanted to get my master's and my PhD.

So I was looking for programs that offered both degrees.

And there were very few programs.

I contacted the PhD program director here

at the school and I had a great conversation with her.

I got my undergrad degree from a very big university

and so I was looking for something very different from that.

I was looking for a close connection...

with the advisers for a graduate program.

I definitely feel like this was the best decision for my career in terms of getting the master's and the PhD.

Love the Dual Degree program here.

I've collaborated with both my peers and with my professors

in my academic work here.

First, I am working with Dr. Hyekyun Rhee on her asthma research with adolescents

and I'm bringing in the mental health perspective.

My academic work - it gets recognized by other professors at the School of Nursing.

And it does not just stay within my peers and my professors.

And that's a good feeling because it seems like the entire School of Nursing here in some way

are raising me to become a better researcher.

So the support is definitely there.

The University of Rochester School of Nursing is where I belong.

Bias in News Networks - Duration: 4:24.

bias in news shows this is trip I'm going to talk about the bias that I see

that many of us in the news coverage years ago whenever I was young as I keep

saying there's a with a major network news channels they were religious three

as far as television it was NBC ABC and CBS that was the entire alphabet and

those channels really just reported the new Yousef they didn't try to bend

people's opinion so much there was some commentary or opinion and whenever there

was such a thing then the news the news reporters labeled it as such they didn't

try to to spin everything like you find so much off today and we had the great

newscasters like Walter Cronkite John Chancellor Huntley and Brinkley it was

really the Golden Age of good news reporting but today we have so much

advice we have CNN and CNBC MSNBC which is just so biased to the left and under

the side we have Fox News which is so biased to the right it just seems like

there's like the the news reporting has just gotten so slanted I do give kind of

a benefit of the doubt to Fox News and the conservative radio because there's

so there there are no other real not many of the sources of news of news

reporting that that tries to put forward the conservative story

everything is so so generally biased toward the left then major news stations

now are the big three NBC CBS ABC there is a see kind of a slight tendency or

bias toward the liberal point of view with their programming

so benefit of the doubt to Fox News and to the some of the radio some of the

radio conservative shows although they do have their own biases that's pretty

clear to as a couple of they're just so far out

or just as bad as the most left-wing there was an actual sort of a liberal

type or progressive radio channel but it went out of business some years ago and

I'm sorry that it did even though I probably disagree with with much more of

what they have to say I was I still think it's good to have another opinion

from that side why not listen he's had a little bit more I don't know

and one reason that there's those bias if the major news networks the big three

is because a lot of these people they had come from the journalism schools

well I actually enrolled I wanted to major in journalism at one time as when

I was exploring majors when I was young and I decided against it for a different

career type reasons but I I did actually go to the school and I took some time

getting know the people and they didn't seem like there were like there was a

very liberal slant to it at the time I was kind of more of a liberal person too

so I probably found it comforting to me even though in it doesn't really tell

the story you need to different you need to different viewpoints too bad that's

not one in the middle that we can all kind of get behind was something that we

can say well this is really good news and I mean this is real news and there's

no spin to it it's just reporting the facts and that's what I'd like to say

it's just unfortunate that everybody gets into a little news funnel you have

one group at Fox that watches Fox News all the time that's where they get their

their source from another group that that that gets behind CNN and MSNBC or

whatever that's what they get their in the use of it yeah and to me that kind

of creates the more of a political divide in the country but that's just

what I think you know what do I know Mesa's trip I hope you'll watch videos

subscribe and give me your opinion thank you

Democrats Vow To Begin Impeachment Process If The President Doesn't Accept Their Ultimatum - Duration: 12:44.

Democrats Vow To Begin Impeachment Process If The President Doesn't Accept Their Ultimatum

The already steaming political world is only getting hotter.

Sunday on Fox News, Rep. Devin Nunes dropped a bombshell during an interview with Maria

Bartiromo.

"We now know that there was no official intelligence that was used to start this investigation.

We know that Sidney Blumenthal and others were pushing information into the State Department.

So we're trying to piece all that together and that's why we continue to look at the

State Department," Nunes said.

Nunes continued, "This is really important to us because the intelligence investigation

uses the tools of our intelligence services that are not supposed to be used on American

citizens.

He then went after the Obama DOJ, "So, we've long wanted to know what intelligence did

you have that actually led to this investigation.

So what we found now after the investigators have reviewed it is in fact there was no intelligence.

So we have a traditional partnership with what's called the Five Eyes Agreement…"

Maria Bartiromo followed up to his comments, "Mr. Chairman you've got to explain what

you just said.

I think this is extraordinary.

That you're telling us that in order for the FBI, the Department of Justice to launch

an investigation into so-called collusion between President Trump and the Russians there

was no official intelligence used.

Then how did this investigation start?"

Watch the interview below:

According to Fox News:

Nunes doesn't know whether the former secretary of state and then-Democratic challenger to

Trump in the election, Hillary Clinton, was pulling the strings of the investigation launched

against her political opponent.

However, he said it is known that two long-time Clinton associates – including Sidney Blumenthal

– were "actively" giving information to the State Department, which "was somehow

making its way to the FBI."

All in all, it's not looking too great for the FBI and Obama DOJ.

When you have then Attorney General Loretta Lynch meeting with Bill Clinton privately

on an airplane and James Comey allowing it to all happen, you have to be a bit skeptical

of the political bias at the DOJ and FBI.

The Strzok texts also tell the story of coordination between FBI, DOJ, and others prior to and

during the Trump Russia collusion investigation.

Here's How Obama And Rice Avoided Unmasking Subpoena, This Explains A Lot … - Duration: 17:09.

Here's How Obama And Rice Avoided Unmasking Subpoena, This Explains A Lot …

Individuals from time to time conceal things that they are pleased with or which put them

in a decent light. These are the things that individuals, particularly government officials

who survive and flourish with the open endorsement, as often as possible try to make as open as

could be expected under the circumstances. So when some endeavor has been made to cover

a story or conceal a few reports, you can be certain that the government official is

referred to has been included in some demonstration that is either humiliating, untrustworthy,

or criminal.

The investigation concerns whether Mr. Obama and his partners occupied with illicit acts

in regards to the reconnaissance of the Trump campaign proceeds.Endeavors by Obama and his

group to cover records or generally hinder that investigation proceeds too.

Now, it gives the idea that Mr. Obama may have won one round of this fight, despite

the fact that that remaining parts to be seen.

What is at issue is the endeavor by Judicial Watch to acquire the unmasking reports of

Obama's National Security Advisor Susan Rice.

Helpfully for Mr. Obama and Ms. Rice, these records have as of now been moved by the NSA

to Obama's Presidential Library where, by government law, they stay fixed for a long

time.

"Judicial Watch today announced that the National Security Council (NSC) on May 23,

2017, informed it by letter that materials regarding the unmasking by Obama's National

Security Advisor Susan Rice of the identities of any U.S. Citizens associated with the Trump

presidential campaign or transition team 'were removed from the government's possession.

"

Here's the reply that Judicial Watch received from the NSA to their request for these documents:

"Documents from the Obama administration have been transferred to the Barack Obama

Presidential Library.

You can send your request to the Obama Library.

However, you should be aware that under the Presidential Records Act, Presidential records

remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.

"

It would appear that Obama and partners got these records moved in the nick of time to

keep their being made open.

The majority of this planning must and a fortuitous event, obviously.

President Tom Fitton of the Judicial Watch stated that "[w] e are considering our legal

options but we hope that the Special Counsel and Congress also consider their options and

get these records."

Maybe there is trust that by exhibiting in court that the development of these archives

was done particularly to hinder an investigation, that the "five-year" manage would be resolved

not official for this situation.

Whatever the outcome, we can make certain that if these records contained data harming

to the Republicans and particularly President Trump, that they would be on open show on

the web as opposed to being covered up in some secured piece of the Obama Library.

Comey Must Be Worried Sick After Trump Reveals Truth About Special Counsel - Duration: 12:44.

Comey Must Be Worried Sick After Trump Reveals Truth About Special Counsel

Former FBI Director J

Breitbart reports:

President Donald Trump speculated about the nature of the Russia special counsel on Friday,

pointing out that it was the result of an illegal leak to the media.

"James Comey illegally leaked classified documents to the press in order to generate

a Special Council?" Trump asked on Twitter.

"Therefore, the Special Council was established based on an illegal act?"

Trump made his comments after news broke that the Justice Department inspector general was

investigating if Comey leaked classified information by giving a friend memos of his conversations

with the president.

Trump raised questions about Comey's behavior, but the investigation continues.

"Really, does everybody know what that means?" he wrote on Twitter, suggesting that the entire

special counsel investigation was fraudulent:

ames Comey must have surely thought this would be the best and most lucrative week of his

life.

While the former is probably true, there's no doubt at this point that this is most certainly

not the best week he's ever lived.

From leaking classified information to potentially illegal special counsels?

Things are not looking up

Big Jim.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES IN CANADA//CANADA HAS NO BORDERS??// - Duration: 3:50.

Canada is fucked let's talk about why Justin Trudeau the handsome dashing

feminist and the supporter of LGBTQ efg hijk LMNOP qrs tuv wxyzi he is preparing

to destroy the sweet little cousin of America which is obviously Canada the

way the Canada is taking in refugees and illegal immigrants whoa horrified

definitely more horrifying than congealing coming to Canada has become

easier than ever okay forget Passport forget visa all you need is a sad face

one man fed up with waiting just walks on by undeterred seemingly oblivious to

the RCMP warnings which sets the others in motion some of these families appear

to have flown into New York City bust up here maybe on us tourist visas others

have been living temporarily in the u.s. like Lilian and kids this is how you

protect your own border by letting everyone in your country Canada has no

walls no good protection the guards are like welcome ma'am welcome sir welcome

to Canada please feel free to enter our country and increase the crime rate do

you want coffee sir ma'am should I help you with your luggage please ma'am don't

feel shy tell me whatever you need I am there for you yes guys this is a legal

point but please don't be afraid feel free to come in come on come on feel

free now here is the interesting point these refugees are denied and sent back

when they tries to enter the country legal immigration borderline but just

few miles from there we have canned an illegal immigration borderline and from

there as you just saw in the video almost everyone is allowed in the

country because Canada has a loophole in their safe third country agreement which

means everyone is free to come in even if he is from the US which by the way

fun fact u.s. is considered as the safest country

in the world by all international refugee standards while some people from

Canada is marching we have space for more they have no idea that first of all

they are not refugees okay they are illegal

immigrants most of them does not even fit into the criteria to be called as

refugees so actually not only you are fucking up your own country but also

when there will be real refugees Canada won't be able to help them there should

be a limit to everything you just can't simply allow everyone in

your country right if this continues then the people who are marching that we

have more space will be the one who won't have space in Canada itself there

is a reason kids why you don't have open borders and Canada needs to understand

that shit see what is going on in Sweden Germany France UK and take a stand for

your own country I'm not saying that Canada should be ante refuge or anti

immigration I'm just saying they know to mass immigration too much of everything

is not good Canada the world is laughing at your country by the way can die is

protecting their border take a red pill and start doing a March

just like Poland did it was just an idea you can apply it you can you cannot who
