so you're planning on doing some work that requires you to dig and you know

that you need to get your utility lines marked beforehand but what is the first

step to the 811 process?

before you contact 811 you first need

to premark your excavation site

premarking is the act of identifying your dig site location

so the utility locators know where you plan on digging

based on these markings the locators will check the area and mark any of

their facilities that may be located near your proposed dig site

premarking should always be done in white to represent your proposed dig site location

premarking can be done with a number of different methods

the most common method is white paint

other acceptable methods are flags, chalk, stakes or even baking flour

you will premark your dig site differently depending on the type of work you are doing

if you're working at a single point like planting a tree or installing a mailbox

you would draw a circle on the ground to identify the hole you plan to dig

if you're working in a continuous line like installing sprinklers

you would need to mark a solid or dashed line to identify the area being worked

if you're working in a large area like replacing a lawn or landscaping

you would mark the surrounding corners of that area in brackets to identify its boundaries

since the locators will only be checking the area in and around your proposing site

it's recommended to pre mark every possible area that you will be digging in

if you have all the information regarding the 811 process and are ready to get going

you can submit your ticket online 24/7 at 811express com

Safely Back In Paris, Brigitte Drops Bombshell After Spending 3 Days With Melania - Duration: 4:40.

Safely Back In Paris, Brigitte Drops Bombshell After Spending 3 Days With Melania.

French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte arrived on Monday for a three-day

visit with President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania.

The couples have become fast friends since President Trump's inauguration, and their

visit this week was a chance to reinforce their growing bond.

However, now safely back in Paris, Brigitte Macron has dropped a bombshell about her American

counterpart.

Melania Trump pulled out all of the stops for her visit with Brigitte Macron this week.

On Tuesday, she successfully threw the Trump administration's very first State Dinner

in honor of the Macrons, and it went off without a hitch.

So, it's not surprising that, now back home in France, Mrs. Macron has already spoken

out about what a gracious host Melania was and what a fantastic personality she has.According

to Daily Mail, the wife of the French president praised the first lady and told of her fun

side after a three-day visit to Washington, D.C.

Although she is portrayed by the media as cold and unfeeling, Brigitte said, "On the

contrary, [Melania] is really fun.

We have the same sense of humor.

We laugh a lot together.

Everything is interpreted, over-interpreted.

She's someone who has a strong personality but she makes an effort to hide it."

It's really no surprise to learn that Melania Trump has such a "strong personality,"

despite the media's portrayal of her.

After all, she would have to be one heck of a strong woman to endure the onslaught of

attacks from outlets that have trotted out every female who allegedly slept with her

husband in the past two decades in a shameless attempt to destroy their marriage.

President Trump has always said that Melania's personality and intellect are what drew him

to her.

The woman speaks five languages — she's no dummy.

Twenty-five years older than her husband, Brigitte Macron offered a glowing review of

Melania's hospitality as she spoke of her own life at the Élysée Palace after nearly

a year there.

Brigitte is a former teacher whose relationship with President Macron began when he was her

teenage pupil. After witnessing firsthand the restricted lifestyle Melania must live now

that she is the first lady, Brigitte also offered her sympathy for the first lady.

"She is much more constrained than me.

Melania can't do anything.

The security is terrible.

She can't even open a window at the White House because immediately the security services

call and say 'close it.'

She can't put a foot outside.

Every day, I go out in Paris," said Mrs. Macron.

Indeed, it is difficult to imagine not being able to come and go as you please or to even

be able to do something as mundane as opening a window.

But, do we ever hear Melania Trump complain?

No.

She is always the picture of class, only speaking up if she has something pleasant and positive

to say.Brigitte Macron's account of Melania's heavily guarded life in the White House sheds

light on what it's really like to be the First Lady of the United States.

Still, even with all of the freedoms she has given up in order to serve her country, Melania

has never once had a negative thing to say about her life in the White House or acted

less than enthusiastic about her role.

President Trump is often lauded for giving up a billionaire's lifestyle in order to

serve as the president — a job he is doing free of charge because he loves his country

so much.

We should applaud Donald Trump's sacrifice.

He could have easily retired to the comfort of a mansion, allowed his children to run

his companies, and watched his grandchildren grow up.

Instead, he chose to open himself up to the scrutiny of an unscrupulous press and constant

assaults from a Democratic Party still resentful over his election victory.Likewise, Melania

Trump made a similar sacrifice when she agreed to support her husband's bid for the White

House, and she should receive a similar amount of recognition for doing so.

Yet, she is constantly lambasted by the media, Democrats, and Hollywood elite.

While her predecessor, Michelle Obama, was featured on every magazine cover under the

sun and given every undeserved award leftists could conjure up, Melania is either ignored

or openly mocked.

Please share Brigitte Macron's kind words for the first lady so that the media can't

sweep this one under the rug.

You Won't Believe What OUTRAGEOUS 'BAN' Pope Francis is Calling For Now - Duration: 4:52.

You Won't Believe What OUTRAGEOUS 'BAN' Pope Francis is Calling For Now.

The progressive Pope is at it again.

This time he's calling for the most outrageous ban yet.Pope Francis wants to ban ALL weapons.

The Catholic Church believes that the presence of any weapon makes us constantly live in

fear of "war."

From Town Hall Today on Twitter, the head of the Roman Catholic

Church called for a ban on all weapons.

Pope Francis asserted that the mere presence of weapons makes us constantly live in fear

of war.

Do we really want peace?

Then let's ban all weapons so we don't have to live in fear of war.

Other Popes have acknowledged that weapons do indeed create a certain environment of

fear.

Church leaders have called for bans on certain types on weapons, such as nuclear weapons,

but none have called for an outright ban on all weapons.

The naiveté of this comment is pretty remarkable for several reasons.

Surely, in an ideal world weapons would not be needed as humans would live in peace.

But, the Pope's comment, taken alone, neglects to recognize the spiritual warfare that rages

in mankind's hearts in the battle against the devil.

It is ultimately mankind's failure in this struggle that creates the bloodshed and destruction

found in the world today.

n 1982, Pope John Paul II addressed this two front battle in a speech to the United Nations

calling for a peaceful ban on all nuclear weapons.

From Pope John Paul II:

"To reverse the current trend in the arms race involves, therefore, a parallel struggle

on two fronts: on the one side, an immediate and urgent struggle by governments to reduce

progressively and equally their armaments; on the other hand, a more patient but nonetheless

necessary struggle at the level of the consciences of peoples to take their responsibility in

regard to the ethical cause of the insecurity that breeds violence by coming to grips with

the material and spiritual inequalities of our world.

With no prejudice of any kind, let us unite all our intellectual and spiritual forces,

those of statesmen, of citizens, of religious leaders, to put an end to violence and hatred

and to seek out the paths of peace."

Sadly, half-baked comments like the tweet today have become par for the course for Pope

Francis.

Not only is it pretty bad advice, but it actually undermines the Catholic Church's Catechism.

The Catechism, the official teaching of the Church, acknowledges there are certain times

when war is justified.

The Catechism obviously gives principles for avoiding war, but 2309 recognizes self-defense

is sometimes needed.Sadly, half-baked comments like the tweet today have become par for the

course for Pope Francis.

Not only is it pretty bad advice, but it actually undermines the Catholic Church's Catechism.

The Catechism, the official teaching of the Church, acknowledges there are certain times

when war is justified.

The Catechism obviously gives principles for avoiding war, but 2309 recognizes self-defense

is sometimes needed.

From the Catechism:

Avoiding war

2307 The fifth commandment forbids the intentional destruction of human life.

Because of the evils and injustices that accompany all war, the Church insistently urges everyone

to prayer and to action so that the divine Goodness may free us from the ancient bondage

of war.105

2308 All citizens and all governments are obliged to work for the avoidance of war.

However, "as long as the danger of war persists and there is no international authority with

the necessary competence and power, governments cannot be denied the right of lawful self-defense,

once all peace efforts have failed."106

2309 The strict conditions for legitimate defense by military force require rigorous

consideration.

The gravity of such a decision makes it subject to rigorous conditions of moral legitimacy.

At one and the same time:

– the damage inflicted by the aggressor on the nation or community of nations must

be lasting, grave, and certain;

– all other means of putting an end to it must have been shown to be impractical or

ineffective;

– there must be serious prospects of success;

– the use of arms must not produce evils and disorders graver than the evil to be eliminated.

The power of modem means of destruction weighs very heavily in evaluating this condition.

These are the traditional elements enumerated in what is called the "just war" doctrine.

The evaluation of these conditions for moral legitimacy belongs to the prudential judgment

of those who have responsibility for the common good.

Furthermore, how exactly would this ban be enforced?

Would the United Nations oversee the destruction of all weapons with weapons of their own?

Then would this world power be entrusted to willingly destroy their own weapons?

Banning all weapons is such a preposterous suggestion it is not even worth going down

the rabbit hole trying to figure out the logistics of it.

North Korea Makes Startling Announcement in Standoff with South Korea Trump Was Right - Duration: 5:10.

North Korea Makes Startling Announcement in Standoff with South Korea Trump Was Right.

The meeting between North Korea and South Korea that took place recently, where they

declared the end of the Korean war, is history in the making.

And it was made possible by President Trump and his administration.

Shortly thereafter, North Korean and South Korean leaders released statements to the

press regarding the standoff and made comments to various media outlets.

Faith Family America reported the following,

"The North agreed to move its clock forward half an hour to return to the same time zone

as Seoul and Tokyo.

But that wasn't the only startling announcement to come out of the diplomatic talks.

South Korea announced Sunday that the North Korean government agreed to dismantle its

main nuclear test site next month.

The Hermit Kingdom also said it is prepared to meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo

Abe, according to The Washington Post.

In a more comprehensive gesture, the North announced that it would work toward the "complete

denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula."

Kim pledged to dismantle its nuclear test site at Punggye-ri, which is located in the

north of the country.

It has agreed to bring in international experts to witness the deconstruction.

"Some say that we are terminating facilities that are not functioning, but you will see

that we have two more tunnels that are bigger than the existing ones and that they are in

good condition," Chief Press Secretary Yoon Young-chan for Moon said.

Kim also said that it would bring in security experts and journalists to the North to witness

the closure of one of its nuclear test sites.

The West may be a little leery of this gesture, considering in 2008 when Kim offered a similar

gesture, but while one site was being closed, another secretive site was being built to

enrich uranium, so he could build more bombs.

However, Kim said he has made no plans to use nuclear weapons against his neighbors.

"Although I am inherently resistant toward America, people will see that I am not the

kind of person who fires nukes at South Korea, the Pacific or America," Kim said during

the summit, which Yoon reported on in Seoul Sunday.

"Why would we keep nuclear weapons and live in a difficult condition if we often meet

with Americans to build trust and they promise us to end the war and not to invade us?"

Yoon quoted Kim as saying."

After the meeting between North Korea and South Korea, President Trump spoke at a rally

in Michigan this past weekend where he indicated that sometime in the next month he would likely

be meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jung Un.

However, he also noted that it might not happen depending on the behavior of the North Korean

leader.

This event took place shortly after President Trump and South Korean President Moon Jae-In

spoke earlier in the week.

Jae-In updated President Trump on everything that had happened with the Summit at the demilitarized

zone.

During this talk, Jae-In credited President Trump for the progress that took place.

CNN reported,

""He gives us tremendous credit," Trump said.

"He gives us all the credit."

Trump said the goal of the talks would be to "de-nuke" the Korean Peninsula and

acknowledged the situation was difficult to predict.

"I'm not going to give you what's going to actually happen because we don't really

know," Trump said.

Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with ABC News' Jonathan Karl, US Secretary of

State Mike Pompeo said Kim indicated he was "prepared" to work towards denuclearization

during their meeting in Pyongyang four weeks ago.

"I had a clear mission statement from President Trump.

When I left Kim Jong Un understood the mission exactly as I described it today," Pompeo

said in an interview that is scheduled to air on the "This Week" program Sunday

in the United States.

The US secretary of state said he and Kim had an "extensive conversation on the hardest

issues that face our two countries."

The Pompeo-Kim meeting was one in a series of high-level diplomatic talks over the Korean

Peninsula, ahead of a potential meeting between Trump and Kim in late May.

In a historic move on Friday, Kim crossed the demilitarized zone that divides the Korean

Peninsula and met with Moon, the first time the leaders of North and South Korea have

met in person since 2007.

Following a full day of talks and symbolic events, both Moon and Kim issued a statement

calling for the end of the Korean War and heralding a "new era of peace."

Speaking with Trump over the phone on Saturday night, Moon told the US President both he

and Kim agreed Trump's "big decision" had greatly contributed to the unprecedented

series of diplomatic talks, according to a readout from the South Korean President's

office."

While Democrats have insisted that President Trump's administration would bring about

the start of World War III, these latest developments indicate the exact opposite.

South Korea has given almost all the credit to the United States and the Trump administration

for bringing about this change in North Korea.
