WOW!!!

Some homeowners in one of Colorado's nicest communities are angry about one homeowner

because he has a lot of parties at his house.

These aren't your run of the mill parties, no- these are SEX PARTIES!

The house is located on Avery Way in Castle Rock which is an upscale neighborhood with

normal families but these sex parties have neighbors pretty pissed off.

In fact, they say it's time to take action.

The residents are complaining about parking problems and noise.

But their biggest concern is that the children could be exposed to the sexcapades.

Fox 31 Denver reports that one neighbor, who declined to provide her full identity, said

she received a copy of a party invitation from an anonymous person who is concerned

about the events.

It shows 400 guests were invited with 87 people, including 35 couples, sending a "yes"

RSVP.

"I think it is disgusting," she said.

The invitation references the "Thunderstorm Play Palace" and boasts a 7,500-square-foot

dwelling with every amenity, including alcohol, food (complete with a vegetarian menu) and

chocolate fountain.

The risqué invitation also advises guests to bring their own condoms and show respect

for the "new furniture."

The neighbor described guests as being from all walks of life.

"Some of them are so old that they struggled walking up the stairs," the neighbor said.

She adds the attendees even brought their own festive refreshments.

"(One) had four crockpots showing up like they're going to a Bunco party or something,"

the neighbor said.

The invitation showed donations are taken at the door, $70 for couples and single men,

and $20 for women.

The party organizer does not want to reveal his identity but said he is the victim in

the controversy.

"There was significant harassment so far I've received from the neighbors," he

said.

He said neighbors tried to block his driveway with trash cans and a guest's car was keyed,

resulting in expensive damage.

The party organizer, who is a father and husband, said he understands his neighbors' concerns

and has made efforts to conceal anything that might be offensive.

"There are no open areas you can see outside to have the children or anyone see what they

don't want to see," he said.

He said he has also installed sound-proofing in the home with close attention paid to the

basement windows.

Still, neighbors say they can hear disturbing sounds coming from the home — sounds they

don't want their children exposed to.

"You can hear people doing what they're doing," one resident said.

The Castle Rock Police Department said it is working with the neighborhood homeowners'

association (HOA) and city officials to investigate the issue, but the party organizer is not

breaking the law because he is only taking donations and the events are contained to

the privacy of his home.

Pretty crazy stuff!

Video footage has been released, exposing a former Hillary Clinton ally.

Her actions towards police were so shocking, it's put her in hot water, but it also reveals

something deeply troubling.

This is more bad news for Democrats.

We can't go very long before we learn about the wayward behavior of someone on the left.

For years, they ran this country.

I guess they got accustomed to that.

Many Democrats thought they owned the United States.

They could do anything they want, with zero consequences.

At least that's what Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton taught them.

However, not every liberal is as immune as those two.

In recent years, we've learned about numerous liberals who have been caught committing dirty

deeds.

From sexual harassment to money laundering, they have been found guilty of a litany of

ethics violations.

Enter Caren Z. Turner, who is a one-time Gov. Chris Christie appointee.

This Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Ethics Committee Chairwoman served as a financial

adviser to Hillary Clinton, Kirsten Gillibrand, and Jon Corzine.

Yeah, she's what we call a dyed-in-the-wool Democrat.

She also seems to think her position on the left gives her some kind of privilege.

When her 18-year-old daughter was pulled over without car insurance, police required someone

to drive her home.

Turner arrived on the scene.

Instead of complying with police wishes and taking her daughter and friends home, she

became belligerent.

Using her position within the Port Authority as a chip, she demanded answers from the cops.

When the cops — following procedure — did not comply, Turner got nasty.

Of course, the encounter was captured by the police dashcam.

Now, Turner is forced to face the music.

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Ethics Committee Chairwoman Caren Turner has

submitted her resignation to the bistate agency following a traffic stop involving her daughter.

Her resignation came after Turner showed up and flashed her Port Authority badge at a

recent traffic incident involving her daughter, according to two sources familiar with the

incident.

The Port Authority was subsequently alerted to

the incident.

Police released a video Tuesday showing a former financial adviser to Hillary Clinton

getting involved in a heated, profanity-laced confrontation with several officers.

"You may shut the f— up!" the woman, Caren Z. Turner, 60, shrieks at an officer

at one point…

According to a police report from March 31, Turner's daughter had been pulled over on

Route 9W by Tenafly, N.J., police, but allegedly could not provide proof of insurance or registration.

So Turner was called to the scene to help resolve the matter, NJ.com reported.

Police video then shows Turner demanding to know what was going on, and brandishing her

credentials as a Port Authority commissioner…

The officers tell her that they are under no legal obligation to provide details because

her daughter and the daughter's passengers were all over age 18.

Turner appears to grow increasingly frustrated, and demands that the officers refer to her

as "Commissioner" rather than "Miss."

[Source: Fox News] It's really shocking to see this woman — someone

who's served in official positions for years — lose her cool so quickly.

I'm sure it's frustrating to learn your daughter was pulled over by the police, but

that doesn't excuse her behavior.

Flashing her badge and trying to coerce an explanation from the polices is considered

abuse of her authority.

Notice how calm the police officers are in the video.

They know how quickly a situation like this can spiral out of control.

Any reaction from them might make it go from bad to worse.

But they held their ground.

They weren't obligated to explain the situation to Turner, given the driver was a legal adult.

Considering how she was acting, they did the right thing.

Giving Turner — who was clearly volatile — too much information could work against

them.

"The Port Authority has zero tolerance for ethics violations," said Port Authority

spokesman Ben Branham.

"This is the basis of the tough, systematic integrity reforms the Port Authority has implemented

over the past year.

Immediately upon learning of allegations that Commissioner Turner violated the board's

newly-enacted Code of Ethics, an inspector general investigation was begun.

The investigation revealed conduct that was profoundly disturbing.

After Commissioner Turner became aware of the investigation, she resigned."

They've only implemented this code of ethics last year.

Pray tell, what happened last year?

Oh, we got a new President.

So only after Donald Trump took office did the Port Authority feel the need to enact

strict ethics rules?

It's almost as if they didn't feel the need to hold their people to a high standard

when Obama was around.

That tells you something about how our government was being run.

The Democrats are on a path to complete party destruction, and Bernie Sanders is driving

the train straight off the rails.

Sanders, who is out of touch and out of his mind, is set to introduce a COMMUNIST "jobs

plan" that would have every American working for the government.From Breitbart

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is set to unveil a plan that would give American workers who

want or need jobs guaranteed government jobs that pay at least $15 per hour and have health

benefits.

The progressive Vermont senator's guaranteed jobs plan would entitle any American a job

or job training in U.S.-funded projects in infrastructure, the environment, caregiving,

and education, but he did not provide a cost-estimate or plan to fund the proposal, the Washington

Post reported.

A representative from Sanders' office said no funding estimate was available for the

project because staffers were still crafting the proposal.

Two other potential 2020 presidential candidates—Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Sen. Kristen Gillibrand

(D-NY)—have expressed interest in crafting similar proposals.

"The goal is to eliminate working poverty and involuntary unemployment altogether,"

said Darrick Hamilton, an economist at The New School who expressed support for a guaranteed

jobs program.

"This is an opportunity for something transformative, beyond the tinkering we've been doing for

the last 40 years, where all the productivity gains have gone to the elite of society."

Critics of the plan have said guaranteed jobs proposals would not be sustainable or affordable,

and would cause massive job losses in the private sector.

Studies have shown that states and cities which choose to enact a $15 per hour minimum

wage trigger job losses.

A December 2017 study found that once California's minimum wage hike takes effect in 2022, the

state would lose 400,000 jobs.

"It completely undercuts a lot of industries and companies," Brian Riedl, a senior fellow

at the Manhattan Institute who opposes the program, told the Post.

"There will be pressure to introduce a higher wage or certain benefits that the private

sector doesn't offer."

The proposal is unlikely to gain favor with Republicans in control of Congress, and even

most Democrats have slammed similar plans as unrealistic.

"It would be extremely expensive, and I wonder if this is the best, most targeted

use of the amount of money it would cost," said Ernie Tedeschi, an economist who worked

for the Treasury during the Obama administration.

The Vermont senator's proposal comes days after he declared President Trump's agenda

"dead" if the Democratic Party wins the majority in the House or Senate.

to read sometimes they don't always give us guys clear signals. It's just not in

their nature to tell a guy when to make the move. She's probably not gonna tell

you... Laura: "Okay I want you to kiss me now!" Matt: or Laura: "Yes, you can take me back to your place now."

Matt: Women don't usually do that. They just expect the guy to know when to make

the move and it's all about reading her sub communication. You see, women do

certain things to let a guy know that she's interested, so let's break that

down. But before we begin I want to mention two things, number one, subscribe

to this channel right now because we're always coming out with fresh new videos.

And number two, I want to make a disclaimer. Because I see a lot of new

students falling into a deadly trap when it comes to this. A lot of guys when

they're talking to a girl will constantly look for signals to see if

she's interested. They're trying to look for any clue to see if she likes them, a

lot of guys won't even approach a girl unless they know that the girl likes

them. It's because they don't want to get rejected. And I get it man,

rejection sucks. Hey baby... how's it going? But here's the deal, if you're with a girl

and you keep thinking.. Does she like me? Oh she just flipped her hair does that

mean she likes me? Oh she just stepped back! Does that mean she doesn't like me?

She touched my arm! I think she likes me! Oh she's going back to her friends, maybe

she's not interested? What you're doing here is putting her on a pedestal, and

making her the prize, and unconsciously you're trying to prove yourself to her,

and win her over. And I can tell you right now that if you do that, you're not

gonna get the girl. So when you first see a girl that you want to talk to, don't

care about signs of interest, don't wonder whether this girl likes you or

not, instead wonder whether you are gonna like her or not. Have the attitude of "hmm

let's go see if this girl is special" or "I wonder what's special about this girl?"

Let's go find out. You have to assume that she wants you

man! And that she needs to prove herself to you. You want her reacting to you, you

need to have the mindset that you are the prize, and that she'd love to be with

you. She just doesn't know it yet. That's the mindset of a guy that actually gets

girls. So now that I've given you the disclaimer,

let's go over the signs that tell you if she's interested. According to

anthropologist Helen Fisher, the human body decides if they find someone

attractive within one second of looking at them. Literally the instant she sees

you, she knows whether she's DTF or not. Doesn't mean she'll go home with you

right then and there, you still got to do some work but you'll put you in the

potential lover category or not very very quickly. Again, women

don't tell you straight up if they're into you or not, you just have to look at

their body language. When human beings are attracted to someone blood flows to

their cheeks and they can't help but blush. If her cheeks are red and she's

blushing, there's a good chance she's into you, or she just put on a lot of

blush. Prolonged eye contact is another huge indicator of attraction, but don't

think that just because a girl looks away, it means she's not interested. Often

women look away because they're just nervous, or they don't want to seem too

interested in you. You know it's kind of creepy or weird if you just keep staring,

if a girl does keep staring at you and never looks away.... then run like hell!

She's probably crazy and we'll be waiting for you in your bushes when you

get home. Let's face it, those guys are just not that perceptive especially when

it comes to women, so I gotta clarify again if you're waiting around looking

for these signals for her to, you know, tell you to come approach her, just go

approach her. If you wait around trying to make sure that you see all the right

signs, then you're gonna miss out on a lot of opportunities, and probably work

yourself into a frenzy from all the waiting around and chicken out. Now

once you've made your approach, and you're talking to a woman, there's a few

more signs that you can look for to tell if she likes you. When you're attracted

to someone, your heart starts pumping faster. So you can either break out your

stethoscope, or listen to hear if she's breathing heavy. You can also check out

her pupils. Our pupils tend to dilate when were attracted to someone. Look down

towards her feet, if her feet are facing you, then she's subconsciously trying to

align herself up with you. If her feet are pointing away, there's a good chance

she wants to leave. Check out her arms, specifically her sleeves. Women that are

attracted to someone tend to roll up their sleeves as a subconscious way to

show off more skin. Another thing that women tend to do when

they're attracted to a guy is close the distance between her and the guy but

this goes beyond just her moving closer to you, if she moves a glass or a menu

closer to you that could be a subconscious sign that she wants to be

closer to you. Or she just wants you to buy her something off the menu! If a

girl's into you, she'll likely touch her hair or back of her neck. This isn't a

conscious decision, rather, a primal instinct to expose her armpits which

release sex hormones designed to turn you on. That's right, it's a not B.O.

it's sex hormones... Well, that being said, I can't stress enough that you really

don't need to worry about all these signs. The problem is that most guys

don't notice any of these signs, and so they don't make a move and they end up

losing the girl, because she gets tired of waiting around for the guy to man up.

So I say if you like a girl then go for it! Make a move. If she's not into you

then she'll make it perfectly clear. The only sign you really need is whether

she's staying with you or not. If she's not interested then she'll probably excuse herself.

So quick story, one time I met a girl on the streets of London and we went on an

instant date together. I went like this like to go arm in arm like the

chivalrous man that I am, and she kind of like did this, and like, you know, showed a

lack of interest. And I grabbed her hand later to cross the street and she pulled

it away quickly, she wasn't touching at all and was not

receptive to my touch at all, she wasn't really asking me a lot of questions on

the date, which by the way is another sign of interest, if she's asking you

questions. And basically not showing any signs including the ones that I talked

about here, and at one point at the second venue, which was the W Hotel, I was

thinking about bailing because I wasn't getting any of these signs. But I

remembered she's coming with me to every venue that I suggest, you know, she's here

with me so she probably likes me maybe she's just not a touch sure and she's

just not social, whatever. So eventually I said, "Hey let's go back to my place" and

she complied and I would have missed out on a pretty fun experience if I would

have just given up because I didn't see any of the standard signs. So if one way

of making the move or escalating doesn't work, for example in that case, it was

touching her was not working, she was not a touchy girl, try a different form of

escalation. In that case, it was moving from venue to venue and see if that

works. Of course if she's not receptive to any form of, you know, moving the

interaction forward, then she's probably not interested. So to help you escalate

In the most hotly contested and closely divided cases, his vote often decides the outcome.

With every passing day, it has become more clear that President Trump's first Supreme

Court nominee, Neil Gorsuch, is probably even more conservative than the justice he replaced,

Antonin Scalia.

Whilst it would be nice to get a new Conservative justice in straight away.

It may be strategically better to wait until mid-terms, so that the Republican base has

a reason to turn out

to endeavoring to pass herself off as a "Local American" minority and flopping wretchedly.

In an advancement for her new book, Warren vulgarly stole an expression utilized by previous

Alaska Governor, Sarah Palin in a speech she gave amid the 2008 presidential election.

The expression, "fight like a girl" was proposed by Palin to rally Wisconsin conservatives

to battle against liberal thuggery from union individuals debilitating a state government

closed down finished their conceivable loss of impact in Wisconsin legislative issues.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) tweeted "fight like a girl" to her followers Tuesday.

She later used the same phrase in an interview with National Public Radio promoting her new

book.

The line may seem familiar.

It was a popular catch-phrase for a woman called "progressives" who loved to mock

and reveled in ridiculing since her explosion on the national political scene in 2008: former

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.

Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but when Governor Palin learned of Warren's

cribbing her line, she told Breitbart News, "I do not know.

Coming from the liberals who urge women to claim victimization, 'Fight like a girl'

just does not sound the same as when legit fighters for equality say it, mean it, live

it, and will never give it up.

"

Warren delivered the line electronically, standing beside the art installation "Fearless

Girl," and a copper figure of a little girl in a pouty pose.

The little statue has caused a big stir on the left-wing since it was installed on Wall

Street in front of the much more famous 1987 work "Charging Bull" by Italian artist

Arturo Di Modica.

While supporters of the "Fearless Girl" see it as a symbol of feminist resistance

to the greed of institutional finances, they might be surprised to learn the little statue

was financed by multinational finance giant State Street Global Advisors, the world's

third largest asset manager with Over $ 2.4 trillion – with a T- under its authority.

State Street Global claims their motive in funding the addition was to promote its ongoing

"Campaign for Enhancing Gender Diversity in Corporate Leadership Roles."

Professional feminist activists, politicians like Senator Warren, and their friends in

the mainstream media were quick to seize on the diminutive Statue as an important symbol

of female empowerment.

Palin's use of the phrase "fight like a girl" had a completely different purpose

than Warren's:

In more than just a tweet, the self-described "hockey mom" belted the phrase out in

front of the Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin after thousands of public sector

union members threatened to shut down the state down over the measures designed to curb

their outsized Influence in Wisconsin politics.

She spoke to ordinary Wisconsinites after their refusal to give in to the leftist thuggery

yielded a historic victory.

Warren's modest endeavor to take hold of Palin's coattails essentially made her give

the idea substantially more urgent to discover an issue she can take point on and rally her

female liberal partners to wind up noticeably significantly more radicalized than they as

of now are.

Any business owner knows that, in order for a company to be profitable, fraud and waste

must be eliminated wherever they exist.

However, when fraud and waste exist because of intentional negligence or mismanagement,

it's time to do some house cleaning and get rid of the people that are ripping off

the company.

When the company getting ripped off is an agency of the federal government, funded by

us taxpayers, that exists to provide low-cost housing for low-income families, someone needs

to be held accountable for the fraud and waste.

The problem is the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Inspector General (IG), the government

watchdog created by (HUD) to oversee and report such fraud and waste abuses, has been hiding

the information contained in at least 14 reports.

And Ben Carson is on the warpath!

The Daily Caller revealed:

The reports concern issues plaguing the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including

felons illegally living in federally-funded homes, tax fraud and millions of dollars sitting

in unused bank accounts for years.

The department's 2017 budget is $48.9 billion and it has 8,375 employees.

The HUD Inspector General (IG) posted its systemic implication reports – documents

that reveal opportunities for fraud in agency programs – to its website.

A comparison between that listing and another The DCNF previously obtained through a Freedom

of Information Act (FOIA) request showed 14 reports from 2011 through 2014 were excluded

from the IG's the website.

At least three of those reports were also kept from HUD, meaning top department officials

may not even be aware of the problems and suggested remedies.

One unreleased 2011 report revealed that 1,300 fugitives – including rapists and murderers

– were illegally living in HUD-funded homes, and local authorities managing the properties

refused to evict them, The DCNF previously reported.

The IG withheld another 2011 report, this one about a rural Missouri town that had not

spent $78 million of federal tax dollars it was awarded in 2008 for disaster funds.

Apparently, there is much more to the story, and the agency tasked with keeping tabs on

waste and fraud has dropped the ball, or maybe spiked it after receiving a few payoffs, bribes

and perks!

Any time there is criminal activities occurring in the government, find out who is profiting

from it and you have your culprit.

The HUD IG should be on Ben Carson's list of people to investigate next!

Shocking new revelation shows how the Army and the FBI just prevented a very dangerous

situation, and the most alarming thing is that it comes form the military itself.

The U.S. Secretary of Defense, Jim Mattis must be feeling very relieved and content

right now, as reportedly, the FBI and the Army, together managed to stop a dangerous

turn of events.

According to Library Writers, this dangerous situation was a U.S. military member who was

allegedly working with ISIS.

The 34-year-old, Sgt. 1st Class Ikaika Kang, was in the Army since 2001 and has now been

arrested at Schofield Barracks in Honolulu, by an FBI SWAT team, for accusation of being

involved with the terrorist group.

The soldier was reportedly under investigation for about a year, because there were some

concerns that he had been radicalized.

He was on duty in Afghanistan and Iraq, and according to his father, during the time he

spent there, he became interested in the Islam religion and began studying it.

The FBI reportedly arrested him because he tried to hand classified documents to some

undercover agents, for whom there are beliefs that are members of ISIS.

A Special FBI Agent Jimmy Chen, claimed that Clifford Kang swore an oath on Saturday to

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who is an ISIS leader, known under the name of bayat.

This occurred prior to the arrest.

Kang allegedly said that he wanted to "kill a bunch of people" with his rifle.

Nevertheless, the FBI Special Agent in Charge, Paul Delacourt reportedly announced that none

of the classified documents made their way to the hands of terrorists.

He confirmed that there was an attempt but that the information was "old and no longer

posed any harm to the United States."

Just the thought of it is terrifying, that someone who is supposed to protect you could

do something like this.

The President is putting so much effort into trying to stop them, and his own military

is turning against him.

Though beer was successfully brought over to America, its production in the new land got off to a rocky start due to lack of resources

Beer ingredients were often in short supply.

Luckily, apples were plentiful and could be fermented to make hard cider

The ease with which cider be made caused it to become just as popular as beer, if not more so, in young America

Ale and cider remained favorable drinks for many years

until waves of German and Czech immigrants came to America in the early 1800s

With many of these newcomers well-versed in the latest brewing practices,

they brought with them different beer recipes and even their own strains of lager yeast

Light, drinkable lagers became so in-demand that ale practically died out

and an era of commercial brewing was jump-started

It's during this time that some of the most well-known breweries of today got their starts and hit their peaks

Their businesses grew so rapidly that they were able to provide their products on a very large scale to the welcoming masses

But not everybody was thrilled with lager's growing popularity

Some people were of the mindset that beer is dangerous

With beer now wrapped up in the temperance movement

things were about to get much harder for brewers and beer drinkers alike
