President Trump Hits Robert Mueller Where It Hurts, Could End Investigation.

This is not the news that special counsel Robert Mueller wanted as he prepares to demand

an interview with President Donald Trump, in relation to the seemingly never-ending

probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Trump is now preparing for war, and he is taking no prisoners.

The president came out firing on Twitter on Wednesday as he issued thinly veiled threats

against his Department of Justice, including Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

He followed that with, what many believed was, a threat to end the Mueller investigation.

"There was no Collusion (it is a Hoax) and there is no Obstruction of Justice (that is

a setup and trap).

What there is is Negotiations going on with North Korea over Nuclear War, Negotiations

going on with China over Trade Deficits, Negotiations on NAFTA, and much more.

Witch Hunt!" he said in his first tweet.

"The questions are an intrusion into the President's Article 2 powers under the Constitution

to fire any Executive Branch Employee, what the President was thinking is an outrageous

as to the President's unfettered power to fire anyone Joe Digenova, former US Attorney,"

the frustrated president wrote.

A rigged system!" he said before he sent a tweet that should frighten Mueller and Rosenstein.

"A Rigged System They don't want to turn over Documents to Congress.

What are they afraid of?

Why so much redacting?

Why such unequal justice?

At some point I will have no choice but to use the powers granted to the Presidency and

get involved!" he threatened.

The tweets came on the heels of news that Republican Congressional lawmakers are preparing

articles of impeachment for Rosenstein.

Due to Attorney General Jeff Sessions recusing himself from the investigation, Rosenstein

is the man in charge at the DOJ, and his removal could set the stage for firing Mueller.

The articles of impeachment were drafted by President Trump ally Rep. Mark Meadows and

other conservatives, and they accuse Rosenstein of violating several laws.

They include Rosenstein not complying with a subpoena to provide Congress with documents,

that pertain to the FBI surveillance during the election, and stalling giving documents

to Congress about possible government misconduct, The Hill reported.

"[Rosenstein] failed to act on the behalf of the Attorney General by properly supervising

the administration of [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act], by failing to demonstrate

probable cause to believe that targets of surveillance were a foreign power, or agents

of a foreign power, that a significant purpose of the surveillance was to obtain foreign

intelligence information, and that appropriate minimization procedures were in place,"

one of the charges read.

The fifth count claims that Rosenstein "knowingly provided misleading statements related to

his supervision of the initial Department of Justice investigation, into the Trump campaign's

alleged contacts with Russia when he testified under oath before Congress, on December 13,

2017, that any involvement FBI attorney Bruce Ohr had in the Russian investigation was without

his knowledge."

Rep. Meadows told The Washington Post that the articles of impeachment are "a last

resort option, if the Department of Justice fails to respond" to requests to provide

more information to Congress.

"My frustrations about their inability to respond to simple requests could warrant further

action," he said.

Democrats are crying that firing Rosenstein or Mueller would create a Constitutional crisis.

But the fact is that the investigation is impeding the president's agenda and must

end.

Democrats want it to go on as long as possible in order to affect the midterm elections in

2018 and, possibly, the presidential election in 2020.

It is a game they are playing, and the president is now saying that the game is over.

The DCNF Files Lawsuit To Disclose Comey And Obama

Meetings.

The Daily Caller News Foundation and the watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit in federal

court, Wednesday seeking records to determine the actual number of times, and reasons former

FBI Director James Comey met with then-President Barack Obama.

The request by the two organizations was filed because the former FBI director claimed he

rarely met with Obama, and he was an independent and nonpartisan leader of the nation's top

law enforcement agency.

The parties filed the lawsuit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of

Columbia.

Comey's impartiality about his relationship with Obama was sharply called into question

by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary when its chairman, Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley,

uncovered a private, undisclosed meeting Comey held with Obama on Jan. 5, 2017, two weeks

before Trump's inauguration.

TheDCNF requested, "records that identify and describe all meetings between former FBI

Director James Comey and President Barack Obama," in its Freedom of Information Act

request before the FBI, which it filed Feb. 19.

On May 22, the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch sought records for a broader

set of Comey meetings including Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and top political figures.

Its request included records "written or ordered written by FBI Director James Comey

summarizing his conversations with any of the following individuals: Barack Obama, Joe

Biden, Hillary Clinton, Senator Chuck Schumer, Representative Nancy Pelosi, and Senator John

McCain."

Their timeframe for its request was between Sept. 4, 2013 and May 9, 2017.

Comey has carefully parsed his words about his interactions with Obama.

In his June 8, 2017, testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence he

suggested his firsthand meetings with the Democratic president were rare.

He claimed he only spoke with Obama twice, once in 2015 and another "to say goodbye

in late 2016," according the former FBI director's testimony.

"As FBI director, I interacted with President Obama.

I spoke only twice in three years," he said.

"I spoke alone with President Obama twice in person (and never on the phone) once in

2015 to discuss law enforcement policy issues and a second time, briefly, for him to say

goodbye in late 2016," Comey's opening statement to the Senate Intelligence Committee

read.

Grassley along with South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham, who is a Judiciary subcommittee

chairman, discovered through the National Archives that Obama met with Comey on Jan.

5, 2017, two weeks before Trump's inauguration.

Susan Rice, Obama's national security adviser, recorded the meeting in an email around 12

p.m on Inauguration Day.

She addressed the email to herself.

"President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Comey and Deputy Attorney

General Sally Yates in the Oval Office," Rice stated.

In a Feb. 8, 2017, letter to Rice, Grassley and Graham wrote, "It strikes us as odd

that, among your activities in the final moments on the final day of the Obama administration,

you would feel the need to send yourself such an unusual email purporting to document a

conversation involving President Obama, and his interactions with the FBI regarding the

Trump Russia investigation."

Biden and Yates joined Rice and Obama in the meeting.

By failing to inform the Congress about the Jan. 5 meeting, Comey may have deliberately

misled Congress about his interactions with the former president.

Comey has carefully groomed his image as a nonpolitical arbiter, but his reputation for

fairness came under heated attack during the 2016 presidential election, when he recommended

no charges against Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server

for official government business, in a July 5, 2016, press conference.

Comey called it "extremely careless" but not a crime.

He later infuriated Democrats when he reopened the investigation 11 days before the election.

Comey also wrote the public statement exonerating Clinton in May 2016, well before the FBI ended

its investigation, causing an uproar in Congress.

FBI Agent Peter Strzok, who edited the early drafts of Comey's July speech, replaced

the original phrase "grossly negligent" a term that has criminal implications with

the phrase "extremely careless," which is not a violation of law.

Strzok later joined special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation of Russian interference

in the 2016 presidential election.

Mueller removed from him from the team after uncovering texts that showed he, and FBI attorney

Lisa Page carried on an extramarital affair, held viciously anti-Trump attitudes and favored

Clinton.

Moreover, Comey permitted Cheryl Mills, a long-time Clinton confidant who herself was

a witness or subject of the FBI email investigation, to sit in on the FBI formal interview of the

presidential candidate.

Comey also agreed with Strzok's recommendation not to charge Mills and Clinton aide Huma

Abedin with providing false statements under oath to FBI agents.

The two claimed they did not know Clinton was using a private server while she was secretary

of state, but emails later showed they were aware of Clinton's arrangement.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein recommended Trump fire Comey for usurping the role normally

left to prosecutors at the Department of Justice, in a July 5 press conference.

He accused Comey of attempting to "usurp the attorney general's authority", by

publicly announcing why the FBI case should be closed.

"Compounding the error, the director ignored another longstanding principle: We do not

hold press conferences to release derogatory information about the subject of a declined

criminal investigation," Rosenstein argued in his memo.

"We should reject the departure and return to the traditions (of the bureau)," Rosenstein

wrote.

"The way the director handled the conclusion of the email investigation was wrong.

As a result, the FBI is unlikely to regain public and congressional trust until it has

a director, who understands the gravity of the mistakes and pledges never to repeat them."

"It is essential that we find new leadership for the FBI that restores public trust and

confidence in its vital law enforcement mission," Trump told Comey in a letter firing him.

The FBI has not produced any records of Comey's meetings, well beyond the 20-day deadline

for FOIA responses.

Both groups are asking the court to produce the records by a certain date and enjoin the

FBI from ", continuing to withhold any and all non-exempt records responsive to Plaintiffs

FOIA requests."

In filing the lawsuit, Neil Patel, TheDCNF co-founder and president said, "The growing

evidence of a protect our own mindset at DOJ is beyond troubling.

That's not how America is supposed to work.

The information we have requested is fully in line with the terms of the freedom of information

statute, and we are thankful that Judicial Watch is helping us force the release of these

basic facts."

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said, "Judicial Watch and The Daily Caller News

Foundation are being stonewalled on key documents that could break open this scandal, which

is why we are now in federal court to try to get the truth and accountability."

bias in news shows this is trip I'm going to talk about the bias that I see

that many of us in the news coverage years ago whenever I was young as I keep

saying there's a with a major network news channels they were religious three

as far as television it was NBC ABC and CBS that was the entire alphabet and

those channels really just reported the new Yousef they didn't try to bend

people's opinion so much there was some commentary or opinion and whenever there

was such a thing then the news the news reporters labeled it as such they didn't

try to to spin everything like you find so much off today and we had the great

newscasters like Walter Cronkite John Chancellor Huntley and Brinkley it was

really the Golden Age of good news reporting but today we have so much

advice we have CNN and CNBC MSNBC which is just so biased to the left and under

the side we have Fox News which is so biased to the right it just seems like

there's like the the news reporting has just gotten so slanted I do give kind of

a benefit of the doubt to Fox News and the conservative radio because there's

so there there are no other real not many of the sources of news of news

reporting that that tries to put forward the conservative story

everything is so so generally biased toward the left then major news stations

now are the big three NBC CBS ABC there is a see kind of a slight tendency or

bias toward the liberal point of view with their programming

so benefit of the doubt to Fox News and to the some of the radio some of the

radio conservative shows although they do have their own biases that's pretty

clear to as a couple of they're just so far out

or just as bad as the most left-wing there was an actual sort of a liberal

type or progressive radio channel but it went out of business some years ago and

I'm sorry that it did even though I probably disagree with with much more of

what they have to say I was I still think it's good to have another opinion

from that side why not listen he's had a little bit more I don't know

and one reason that there's those bias if the major news networks the big three

is because a lot of these people they had come from the journalism schools

well I actually enrolled I wanted to major in journalism at one time as when

I was exploring majors when I was young and I decided against it for a different

career type reasons but I I did actually go to the school and I took some time

getting know the people and they didn't seem like there were like there was a

very liberal slant to it at the time I was kind of more of a liberal person too

so I probably found it comforting to me even though in it doesn't really tell

the story you need to different you need to different viewpoints too bad that's

not one in the middle that we can all kind of get behind was something that we

can say well this is really good news and I mean this is real news and there's

no spin to it it's just reporting the facts and that's what I'd like to say

it's just unfortunate that everybody gets into a little news funnel you have

one group at Fox that watches Fox News all the time that's where they get their

their source from another group that that that gets behind CNN and MSNBC or

whatever that's what they get their in the use of it yeah and to me that kind

of creates the more of a political divide in the country but that's just

We need a border wall.

That's just the plain and simple truth of the matter.

Illegal immigration has spun out of control and our defenses at the southern border are

still woefully lacking.

But there is the big question of expense: who will foot that massive bill?

This is a question that has dominated political conversation ever since Donald Trump was elected

President.

And there doesn't appear to be an easy answer.

American taxpayers could pay for some of it, of course, and Trump floated the idea of having

Mexico pay for the wall as well.

However, perhaps there's a better solution.

And when you think about it, this one makes perfect sense.

Rep. Robert Pittenger (R-N.C.) made an announcement regarding the new plan, in legislation titled:

"Make Sanctuary Cities Pay for the Wall Act."

From IJR:

"With well over 300 sanctuary cities across the country, it is past time for Congress

to take decisive action.

Sanctuary cities blatantly subvert the rule of law, incentivize further illegal immigration

and endanger law-abiding citizens.

All the while, criminals and drugs flow across our porous southern border, bringing violence

and crime into our towns and communities.

This poses a critical threat to public safety and America's national security as we know

that Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations are actively operating in Latin America.

Enough is enough.

By simultaneously defunding sanctuary cities and funding construction of a border wall,

this legislation offers a comprehensive solution to one of our nation's most pressing and

persistent problems."

How perfect is that?

Punish those who encourage and protect illegal aliens by making them pay for the country's

defense!

Like we said, it makes perfect sense.

If it passes, the legislation would really put a serious hurt on sanctuary cities:

"…the legislation will withhold 'certain federal funds and grants from jurisdictions

that forbid their law enforcement officials from sharing information with federal immigration

officials or complying with an immigration detainer.'"

Both the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) and NumbersUSA have already

endorsed this bill, so it's off to a positive start.

John McCain has quietly made an announcement that caught people off-guard.

The announcement came in the form of words written in his new book and it contains words

that many had wished were spoken much sooner.

McCain, currently battling c****r, says in his new book that this is his last term and

he wants to finally be able to speak his mind about how the current political climate is.

McCain, 81, looks to end his political career and might discuss what's really going on

and say things that could have previously held him accountable at a much higher level.

He has consistently been labeled as a 'Republican in name only' also known as a RINO.

He previously clashed with the ideals of President Trump, even though Trump has found himself

quite successful in his task of serving the country at the highest level.

McCain's retirement is symbolic in the sense that he felt restrained and as though he didn't

have a freedom of speech due to the position in government that he held and the potential

consequences his voice might bring upon him.

That lack of freedom of speech is what many Americans feel as though they're living

under as the politically correct crowd continues to push weight upon people who say things

that might be considered controversial.

McCain now wishes to voice himself freely, much like everyone would like to do on a daily

basis.

Freedom of speech often comes with consequences, but the politically correct situation is something

that McCain has suffered through as well as many Americans, and it's great to see him

realize the struggle that many of us have had.

It does not excuse him from being a RINO, but finally, someone who objects to Trump

is now seeing the darkness of the free speech that's constantly frowned upon by people

who simply dislike America.

When the Daily Caller posted his announcement on Twitter, it was met by varying replies

from people who simply disliked McCain.

The NY Post said about his retirement: "C****r-stricken Sen. John McCain wrote in his new book that

his current term would be his last so he believed he could speak his mind about the current

political climate.

"This is my last term.

If I hadn't admitted that to myself before this summer, a stage 4 c****r diagnosis acts

as ungentle persuasion," he wrote in the book, "The Restless Wave," read an excerpt

published on Apple News on Monday.

"I'm freer than colleagues who will face the voters again.

I can speak my mind without fearing the consequences much.

And I can vote my conscience without worry."

McCain wrote disparagingly of President Trump, who once mocked McCain, saying the Arizona

Republican wasn't a war hero because he was captured after his plane was shot down

over Vietnam.

"I like people that weren't captured," Trump said in July 2015.

"He has declined to distinguish the actions of our government from the crimes of despotic

ones.

The appearance of toughness, or a reality show facsimile of toughness, seems to matter

more than any of our values," the 2008 GOP presidential nominee wrote.

"I would like to see us recover our sense that we are more alike than different,"

he wrote.

"We are citizens of a republic made of shared ideals forged in a new world to replace the

tribal enmities that tormented the old one.

Even in times of political turmoil such as these, we share that awesome heritage and

the responsibility to embrace it."

McCain, 81, revealed last summer that he had terminal brain c****r, and has been receiving

treatment ever since.

"'The world is a fine place and worth the fighting for and I hate very much to leave

it,' spoke my hero, Robert Jordan, in 'For Whom the Bell Tolls,'" McCain wrote.

"And I do, too.

I hate to leave it.

But I don't have a complaint.

Not one.

It's been quite a ride.

I've known great passions, seen amazing wonders, fought in a war, and helped make

a peace.

I made a small place for myself in the story of America and the history of my times."

It's unsure what McCain plans to say, but it should be something to keep on everyone's

radar.

He's battling stage four c****r, so that's always a sad struggle for friends and family

to deal with.

Many people on both sides of politics will have McCain on their watchlist, keeping open

eyes and ears on the elder politician.

Will McCain spill some beans and give information that everyone wants to hear?

Or will he actually tell the truth about the political climate, lack of freedom of speech

that many Americans suffer through thanks to the intense amount of political correctness?

America is due for a big change and it's time to get rid of the increasing amount of

political correctness that has plagued our wonderful country.

Every position in politics should have term limits and a mandatory retirement age.

If that were the case, we could have watched McCain leave many years ago!

Bad news about the Clintons keep on emerging, one after another.

The FBI agent who was removed from special counsel Mueller's probe for exchanging anti-Trump

text messages, reportedly played part in editing former FBI director Comey's description

of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, effectively exonerating her from prosecution.

Via the Daily Caller:

Electronic records show Peter Strzok, who led the FBI probe into Clinton's handling

of classified information, changed Comey's description of Clinton's conduct from "grossly

negligent" to "extremely careless," U.S. officials familiar with the matter told

CNN.

The modification is significant as federal law concerning the handling of classified

information establishes "gross negligence" as the standard for criminality.

Strzok, who was removed earlier this year after Mueller learned he mocked Trump in text

messages sent to a colleague, was one of a number of FBI personnel who made edits to

Comey's statement, another source familiar with the matter told CNN.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley questioned why last-minute changes were made to Comey's

statement in early November, after obtaining an earlier version of the statement.

But it was unclear at the time who was behind the modifications.

As the FBI's number two counterintelligence official, Strzok signed the document launching

the Justice Department's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 elections,

CNN has learned.

Comey called Clinton's decision to store classified information on a private server

kept in her home "extremely careless" but said "no reasonable prosecutor" would

bring charges against her in his July 2016 statement.

The news comes hours after Circa reported that Strzok participated in a Jan. 24 interview

of then-national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Flynn pleaded guilty Friday to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russian Ambassador

Sergey Kislyak during that interview.

The latest revelations regarding Strzok's alteration of Comey's statement may bolster

the argument of critics, who cast Mueller's probe as politically motivated.

A top House investigator asked: "If Mueller knew about the texts, what did he know about

the dossier?"

Peter Carr, a spokesman for the special counsel, said: "Immediately upon learning of the

allegations, the Special Counsel's Office removed Peter Strzok from the investigation."

Carr declined to comment on the extent to which Mueller has examined the dossier and

its relationship, if any, to the counterintelligence investigation that Strzok launched during

the height of the campaign season.

What liberals fail to realize is that the leftist media is using a tactic made famous

by Karl Marx.

Marx greatly influenced Saul Alinsky, who in turn greatly influenced Hillary, and one

of Marx's most diabolical schemes to assume power was, "Accuse your enemy of what you

are doing, as you are doing it, to create confusion."

When Hillary was running for president, her research team discovered that one of the top

concerns voters had with her was her Uranium One deal with Russia.

So what did they do?

They turned and accused President Trump of crimes against our nation, that they were

committing themselves.

Now a new report has made it apparent that the real people trying to influence our election

are wealthy liberal donors who are seeking revenge because their preferred candidate

lost.

"A group of wealthy donors from New York and California has forked out $50 million

to fund a Russia investigation being conducted by Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS and a former

Senate staffer for Dianne Feinstein.

That bombshell revelation is made in a footnote to the House Intelligence Committee's newly

released report on Russian interference in the presidential campaign.

Fusion GPS hired Steele, a former MI6 agent, to investigate Trump's activities in Russia.

He would go on to produce a 35-page report alleging collusion between the Trump campaign

and Russian government."

And who funded this infamous Russian dossier?

None other than the Clinton campaign and the DNC.

Because the elites couldn't control Trump, they decided to try to destroy him.

The powerful monied interests that influence our government still can't comprehend that

their puppet Clinton was beaten by a man who had a message people wanted to hear.

It is well past time for those opposing our duly elected President Donald Trump to get

out of his way, so that his efforts to make America great again can be successful without

the clouded screen of opposition.

The left should truly be ashamed of themselves for working so hard to stop a true American

leader who is not afraid to do what is right for this country.

But is anyone really surprised that the Left is responsible for this entire fiasco?

Report: Mass Invasion At The Southern Border Is Underway

Thanks to the lax and terrible leadership of President Obama, many consider the southern

border an open door.

Because of that, millions of illegal aliens entered the United States during his time

in office.

Few were deported

Today, despite President Trump's stance, many still waltz into this country.

Because of pathetic democrats' obstruction, the needed wall is far from being built.

It has resulted in a large caravan of illegal immigrants pushing their way towards the U.S.

The caravan has finally reached the border.

The United States urged Mexico to help is sending these people back to their home country.

Surprise!

Mexico did nothing.

Now many aliens are hoping fences to enter the United States.

The "caravan" of illegal aliens is now trying to bum-rush the U.S. border.

Video coming out of Tijuana, Mexico shows illegals scaling the fence in an attempt to

enter the United States.

Amidst the chaos, migrants can be heard cheering, "Gracias, Mexico!" after the country did

nothing to stop the illegal aliens from passing through the country and towards the U.S.

Meanwhile, the Border Patrol says the San is Ysidro port is "at capacity" and unable

to process any additional migrants seeking entry into America.

Guess what's going to happen next?

People will see whether this caravan will succeed in getting into the U.S.

Once they do, many more caravans will force.

Will we see a mass push towards our border, much like what happens in Italy and other

countries?

Aliens will overwhelm our border against, without the wall.

The National Guard is limited in how they can help.

The sheer number of people flooded the border is too much to contend with.

The damage this will cause to communities across America will be limitless.

These migrants are desperate.

They are not interested in finding a better life in the United States.

They simply want to exploit the border to flee their old lives.

Few will make the country a better place.

In fact, they will demand government handouts.

Those that get jobs will work for low wages, leading to lost jobs for Americans.

This is entirely the left's fault.

They refused to work with the President.

Even now, they delay his efforts.

Unless they are replaced come election time, it will only get worse.

Meanwhile our cities and towns will fall apart.
