Trump Says 'YOU'RE FIRED' to DEADBEAT Federal Workers.

Another promise kept!

On Friday, President Trump signed executive orders that will make it easier to unload

lazy federal workers and limit the POWER Unions wield.

From ABC

President Trump signed executive orders Friday that take aim at what White House officials

described as an overly bureaucratic and extensive process of firing "poorly performing"

civil servants.

The orders would also limit the power and funding from the federal unions set up to

protect them.

The head of the largest federal workers' union said the Trump administration "seems

hellbent on replacing a civil service that works for all taxpayers with a political service

that serves at its whim."

In a call with reporters, administration officials described the three executive orders taking

a wide variety of actions, including rolling back the amount of time that "poorly performing"

civil servants have to correct their behavior before being fired – and making it harder

for fired workers to move to a separate agency.

A second executive order will create a federal 'Labor Relations Working Group' intended

to analyze government contracts with federal unions and remove "wasteful expenditures."

The third executive order restricts the amount of time federal employees can spend on "union

work," and aims to charge federal unions for rent space in federal buildings and eliminates

their ability to expense their travel to the government.

The order will also halt payments to unions specifically related to their time lobbying

Congress.

The officials pushed back on the idea that the moves were politically motivated, insisting

that it was more about increasing efficiency in government and saving taxpayer dollars.

"This executive order is about promoting better use of taxpayer dollars and helping

support the hundreds of thousands of federal civil servants that come to work every day

to do a great job on behalf of their country and have consistently said the government's

inability to effectively manage poor performing employees is a problem," one official said.

"We don't view this as an administration as a particularly political issue."

White House Director of the Domestic Policy Council Andrew Bremberg said in a statement

that the orders are in line with the public opinion inside the civil service itself.

"Every year the federal employee viewpoint survey has consistently shown that less than

one-third of federal employees believe that poor performers are adequately addressed by

their agency," Bremberg said.

"These executive orders will make it easier for agencies to remove poor performing employees

and ensure that taxpayer dollars are more efficiently used."

Federal worker unions quickly objected.

The American Federation of Government Employees, which represents about 700,000 federal workers,

issued a statement saying "President Trump is attempting to silence the voice of veterans,

law enforcement officers, and other frontline federal workers through a series of executive

orders intended to strip federal employees of their decades-old right to representation

at the worksite."

"This is more than union busting – it's democracy busting," AFGE National President

J. David Cox said in the statement.

"These executive orders are a direct assault on the legal rights and protections that Congress

has specifically guaranteed to the 2 million public-sector employees across the country

who work for the federal government."

As for the amount of taxpayer dollars saved as a result of the orders, the officials said

their current estimates predict that it will save taxpayers "at least $100 million"

annually."

They could not say just how many civil servants would be cut from the federal government as

a result of the orders.

FBI Agent Who Quit Over Comey's 'Rigged Hillary Investigation' Will TESTIFY Before Congress - Duration: 15:32.

FBI Agent Who Quit Over Comey's 'Rigged Hillary Investigation' Will TESTIFY Before

Congress

Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey's biggest nightmare is unfolding as we speak.

The agent who allegedly quit the bureau over Comey's "rigged investigation" into

Hillary's mishandling of classified emails is now heading to the House to testify before

Congress.

Comey's house of cards is falling.

An FBI agent who allegedly quit the bureau over his belief that the Hillary Clinton email

investigation was rigged will testify before the House of Representatives, The Hill reported.

The joint investigation between the House Judiciary and the Oversight Committees — led

by Republican Reps. Bob Goodlatte of Virginia and Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, respectively

— has been a source of consternation for Republicans and Democrats alike.

Conservatives have complained about the slow pace of the examination into how the Clinton

email investigation was conducted, noting that only two witnesses have appeared before

it.

Democrats, of course, have complained that it exists at all, since anything that distracts

from the endless investigation into how President Donald Trump is really a Russian plant is

simply frivolous — particularly if it implicates former FBI Director James Comey, former Secretary

of State Hillary Clinton or former President Barack Obama in any wrongdoing.

Well, now we're finally about to see some fireworks.

Three top witnesses are going to testify before lawmakers: John Giacalone, who was in charge

of the Clinton investigation for the first seven months; Bill Priestap, assistant director

of the FBI's counterintelligence division; and Michael Steinbach, former head of the

FBI's national security division and the man who succeeded Giacalone.

All three are of particular interest, especially since Priestap was the supervisor of FBI agent

Peter Strzok, whose anti-Trump text messages have thrown the objectivity of the entire

investigation into doubt.

However, the real headliner here may be Giacalone.

Shortly after then-FBI Director Comey announced he wouldn't be pursuing charges against

Hillary Clinton for the email server, Fox News pundit Judge Andrew Napolitano wrote

a column in which he claimed Giacalone had quit the bureau because he believed the investigation

was rigged.

In the Oct. 28, 2016 column, Napolitano claimed at that at the start of the Clinton email

investigation, "agents and senior managers gathered in the summer of 2015 to discuss

how to proceed.

It was obvious to all that a prima-facie case could be made for espionage, theft of government

property and obstruction of justice charges.

The consensus was to proceed with a formal criminal investigation."

"Six months later, the senior FBI agent in charge of that investigation resigned from

the case and retired from the FBI because he felt the case was going 'sideways';

that's law enforcement jargon for 'nowhere by design,'" Napolitano wrote.

"John Giacalone had been the chief of the New York City, Philadelphia and Washington,

D.C., field offices of the FBI and, at the time of his 'sideways' comment, was the

chief of the FBI National Security Branch."

"The reason for the 'sideways' comment must have been Giacalone's realization that

DOJ and FBI senior management had decided that the investigation would not work in tandem

with a federal grand jury.

That is nearly fatal to any government criminal case.

In criminal cases, the FBI and the DOJ cannot issue subpoenas for testimony or for tangible

things; only grand juries can," Napolitano continued.

"Giacalone knew that without a grand jury, the FBI would be toothless, as it would have

no subpoena power.

He also knew that without a grand jury, the FBI would have a hard time persuading any

federal judge to issue search warrants."

Napolitano speculated there were several possible reasons that the case went "sideways."

One was that Obama feared having to testify if Clinton went to trial (he had sent emails

to the private server, after all, meaning he was aware of it).

There was also the fact that a Clinton indictment could have led to Trump becoming president,

and Obama simply couldn't countenance that.

(Less than two weeks after Napolitano's column was written, it must be noted, that

reason became moot.)

DNC Chair Just Accused Hillary Of Stealing Money To Fund Her Campaign – They Found It All - Duration: 7:21.

DNC Chair

woman Just Accused Hillary Of Stealing Money To Fund Her Campaign – They Found

It All.

As more time passes since the 2016 Presidential election, the more shenanigans are revealed

on the part of the Democratic National Committee in an effort to rig the election in favor

of Hillary Clinton.

Former interim DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile continues to drop bombshells in an effort

to put as much distance between herself and the Clintons as possible.

Perhaps it is merely an "insurance policy" of sorts to prevent herself from being added

to the Clinton body count or perhaps she has finally had an attack of conscience.

Maybe she is attempting to deflect blame from herself for her own poor decisions, either

way, the revelations are truly astounding!

Brazile began sounding the alarm last year on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's

2016 presidential campaign, claiming Hillary took money from state parties to fund her

second failed presidential campaign.

Brazile revealed in an op-ed published in Politico Magazine that the DNC was broke and

in serious debt all courtesy of former President Barack Obama.

Brazile wrote in her op-ed – "Obama left the party $24 million in debt — $15 million

in bank debt and more than $8 million owed to vendors after the 2012 campaign — and

had been paying that off very slowly."

Brazile then revealed that Hillary's campaign fund known as Hillary for America, as well

as the Hillary Victory Fund, a fundraising organization that worked hand in hand with

the DNC had "taken care of 80 percent of the remaining debt in 2016, about $10 million,

and had placed the party on an allowance."

According to Brazile's own testimony, she states – "The Saturday morning after the

convention in July, I called Gary Gensler, the chief financial officer of Hillary's

campaign.

He wasted no words.

He told me the Democratic Party was broke and $2 million in debt.

"What?"

I screamed.

"I am an officer of the party and they've been telling us everything is fine and they

were raising money with no problems."

That wasn't true, he said.

Officials from Hillary's campaign had taken a look at the DNC's books.

Obama left the party $24 million in debt—$15 million in bank debt and more than $8 million

owed to vendors after the 2012 campaign and had been paying that off very slowly.

Obama's campaign was not scheduled to pay it off until 2016.

Hillary for America (the campaign) and the Hillary Victory Fund (its joint fundraising

vehicle with the DNC) had taken care of 80 percent of the remaining debt in 2016, about

$10 million, and had placed the party on an allowance.

If I didn't know about this, I assumed that none of the other officers knew about it,

either.

That was just Debbie's way.

In my experience, she didn't come to the officers of the DNC for advice and counsel.

She seemed to make decisions on her own and let us know at the last minute what she had

decided, as she had done when she told us about the hacking only minutes before the

Washington Post broke the news.

On the phone, Gary told me the DNC had needed a $2 million loan, which the campaign had

arranged.

"No!

That can't be true!"

I said.

"The party cannot take out a loan without the unanimous agreement of all of the officers."

"Gary, how did they do this without me knowing?"

I asked.

"I don't know how Debbie relates to the officers," Gary said.

He described the party as fully under the control of Hillary's campaign, which seemed

to confirm the suspicions of the Bernie camp.

The campaign had the DNC on life support, giving it money every month to meet its basic

expenses, while the campaign was using the party as a fund-raising clearinghouse.

Under FEC law, an individual can contribute a maximum of $2,700 directly to a presidential

campaign.

But the limits are much higher for contributions to state parties and a party's national

committee.

Individuals who had maxed out their $2,700 contribution limit to the campaign could write

an additional check for $353,400 to the Hillary Victory Fund—that figure represented $10,000

to each of the thirty-two states' parties who were part of the Victory Fund agreement—$320,000—and

$33,400 to the DNC.

The money would be deposited in the states first, and transferred to the DNC shortly

after that.

Money in the battleground states usually stayed in that state, but all the other states funneled

that money directly to the DNC, which quickly transferred the money to Brooklyn.

"Wait," I said.

"That victory fund was supposed to be for whoever was the nominee, and the state party

races.

You're telling me that Hillary has been controlling it since before she got the nomination?"

Gary said the campaign had to do it or the party would collapse.

"That was the deal that Robby struck with Debbie," he explained, referring to campaign

manager Robby Mook.

"It was to sustain the DNC.

We sent the party nearly $20 million from September until the convention, and more to

prepare for the election."

"What's the burn rate, Gary?"

I asked.

"How much money do we need every month to fund the party?"

The burn rate was $3.5 million to $4 million a month, he said.

I gasped.

I had a pretty good sense of the DNC's operations after having served as interim chair five

years earlier.

Back then the monthly expenses were half that.

What had happened?

The party chair usually shrinks the staff between presidential election campaigns, but

Debbie had chosen not to do that.

She had stuck lots of consultants on the DNC payroll, and Obama's consultants were being

financed by the DNC, too.

When we hung up, I was livid.

Not at Gary, but at this mess, I had inherited.

I knew that Debbie had outsourced a lot of the management of the party and had not been

the greatest at fundraising.

I would not be that kind of chair, even if I was only an interim chair.

Did they think I would just be a surrogate for them, get on the road and rouse up the

crowds?

I was going to manage this party the best I could and try to make it better, even if

Brooklyn did not like this.

It would be weeks before I would fully understand the financial shenanigans that were keeping

the party on life support."

Brazile went on to reveal her belief that the Democratic party establishment installed

her has the head of the DNC with the expectation she would simply be an obedient stooge who

would turn a blind eye to the endemic corruption and mismanagement inside the DNC.

Yet, she states she had no intention of keeping quiet when she discovered that Obama's negligence

had left the party in debt, effectively allowing Hillary to play a deciding role in doling

out resources, setting strategy, and effectively allowing Hillary a foothold in her attempts

to rig the 2016 presidential election.

Yet she still lost to current President Donald Trump and nearly two years later, she's

STILL not over it.

Mercedes-AMG unleashes details on U.S.-bound E53 lineup for 2019 - Duration: 6:56.

After an initial reveal in Europe, Mercedes-AMG officially released details of the U.S.-bound

version of the all-new E 53 sedan, coupe, and cabriolet.

Not only does Mercedes-AMG's E-Class lineup get the latest and greatest updates, such

as a state-of-the-art 48-volt electrical system, but it also gains the company's new turbocharged

gasoline inline-six from the recent CLS AMG.

The Mercedes-AMG E 53 sedan specifically replaces the outgoing E 43 sedan while the coupe gains

its first AMG variants for the latest "W213" generation of E-Class.

Here's what's new.

Return of the straight-six

The last time Mercedes-Benz sold a gasoline straight-six engine was back in 1999 with

the "M104."

Since then, Mercedes-Benz resorted to V6 engines for cost and packaging reasons and things

just haven't been quite the same.

Inline-six engines tend to operate far more smoothly than V6 engines, with wider and flatter

torque bands.

Those familiar to the brand certainly noticed — to the point where the M104 is regarded

in Mercedes-Benz world as the best gas six-cylinder ever built by the automaker.

Over time, inline-six motors simply disappeared in favor of the cheaper and more compact V6,

not just for Mercedes-Benz, but for many automakers as well.

That left BMW, Mercedes' arch-rival, as the only maker of inline-six motors for many

years in the new millennium, with a few showing up from joint ventures between Ford and Volvo.

Now that Mercedes-Benz is back with its own inline-six, it marks the re-ignition, so to

speak, of a classic rivalry between the two automakers.

With the latest in engine technology, Mercedes-Benz's newest straight-six comes compliments of its

in-house tuning firm, Mercedes-AMG.

It's a 3.0-liter unit featuring turbocharging and some power bolstering by minor electrification

called EQ Boost, thanks to the new 48-volt electrical system, which we'll get to in

a second.

The result is a total output of 429 horsepower and a peak torque figure of 384 pound-feet

of twist.

It's mated to the latest AMG Speedshift 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic.

Mercedes-AMG's version of 4MATIC+ is standard for the sedan, coupe and cabriolet.

All are said to take only 4.4 seconds to reach 60 mph with a top speed electronically limited

to 130 mph.

New 48-volt electrical system with EQ Boost for the new engine

You've probably heard of various automakers discussing the introduction of new 48-volt

electrical systems.

It's simply means that newer vehicles in the near-future will be getting significantly

more powerful electric systems that enable huge bumps in computing power for automobiles,

increasing the capabilities of handling new technologies.

Current and past vehicles largely depended on a 12-volt electrical system.

In the case of the E 53 AMG, it gains the 48-volt system in addition to the 12-volt.

The 12-volt system remains to power basic vehicle systems such as lights, infotainment

displays, the car's various control units, and other interior systems.

The 48-volt system acts as a separate supply for the engine and its EQ Boost system.

It not only makes the car's engine smarter and more intelligent, it helps improve engine

performance and fuel efficiency while reducing emissions, and provides an extra boost of

electrical propulsion for the EQ Boost motor.

EQ Boost specifically describes a new, powerful electric motor sandwiched in between the engine

and transmission, that also triples as an engine starter and an alternator.

Remember, a motor can both output energy and also regenerate it.

The special motor not only helps to recharge the car's electrical system and battery,

it also enables the engine's turbocharger to work actively.

For instance, the turbocharger can utilize electricity produced by EQ Boost to prime

and build pressure for the turbocharger, essentially eliminating turbo lag.

The EQ Boost also provides electricity to the special motor for slight propulsion when

setting off from a standstill, essentially acting like a hybrid gas-electric vehicle

would (like a Toyota Prius).

This smooths out the function of the engine's automatic stop/start system, which Mercedes-AMG

says makes its operation completely imperceptible.

It can also provide an additional 21 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque for the motor

for when one puts the pedal to the metal.

To compensate for the extra power over the outgoing E 43 AMG sedan, the E 53 benefits

from larger and more powerful brakes.

New styling cues inside and out Rounding out the package of the E 53 AMG sedan,

coupe, and cabriolet are model-specific equipment features and material upgrades, along with

a revised instrument display.

AMG Performance Seats and AMG Carbon Fiber trim bits were redesigned and optional to

spice up the cabin, while a new AMG Performance steering wheel updates the design and modifies

the button layout for easier use of the COMAND infotainment system.

On the outside, the aggressive and sportier AMG body kit benefits from a redesign, along

with revised rear bumper that integrates a new rear lower diffuser and new exhaust tailpipe

design.

Complementing the look are new optional 20-inch lightweight alloy AMG wheels.
