IT'S OFFICIAL: Stormy Daniels Just Lost Her Lawyer.

Pornstar Stormy Daniels just suffered another HUGE BLOW in her case against President Trump

and his attorney Micheal Cohen.

Her sleazy lawyer Michael Avenatti just took a huge beating in court yesterday and has

now withdrawn from representing Stormy in the case against Michael Cohen.

Michael Avenatti has withdrawn his request to represent adult-film star Stormy Daniels

in the case centered on the FBI raid of President Trump's attorney Michael Cohen.

Shortly after a conference hearing Wednesday in a federal district court in Manhattan,

Avenatti withdrew his request to weigh in on the case.

Cohen is reportedly being investigated, among other things, for the $130,000 he paid Daniels

ahead of the 2016 presidential election to keep quiet about the affair she says she had

with Trump.

Avenatti reportedly faced tough questions during the hearing from federal District Judge

Kimba Wood, who told him in court on Wednesday he would have to stop his "publicity tour"

if he wanted to participate in the case.

Cohen's attorneys fought hard to keep Avenatti from joining the case, arguing in court filings

that he's has created a "carnival atmosphere" by making public statements and doing national

TV appearances in which he's shared nonpublic information and made misrepresentations about

Cohen.

Earlier this month, Avenatti released bank records leaked to him that showed several

companies had paid Cohen through a shell company for consulting services.

Wood reprimanded Avenatti in court, according to multiple media reports.

"You cannot declare your opinion as to Mr. Cohen's guilt, which you did.

You would not be able to give publicity to documents," Wood said, according to the

New York Daily News.

"You're entitled to publicity.

I can't stop you — unless you're participating in a matter before me."

Wednesday's court conference was scheduled, in part, to discuss the issue of what materials

seized from Cohen are protected under attorney–client privilege.

Wood has assigned a special master in the case to review the documents that were seized

to determine what's privileged.

The judge said in court Wednesday that the review must be completed by June 15 and any

remaining material would be turned over to a government "taint-team," the New York

Daily News reported.

In the document Avenatti filed in court Wednesday, he said he is withdrawing his request to intervene

and will re-file it, if necessary, at a later time.

for me to not crack a smile when I do talk about it because I never thought I

would have a stalker in a million years and it got it got so severe that I

actually had to talk to the authorities about it because the people the person

the person the girl was reaching out to my friends and my family and taking

pictures of me on my live streams and it was getting it was getting pretty creepy

well I decided to take a couple days off because I had a lot of work a lot of

work to do for you guys but oh and I got a lot done and I'll

show you that in a minute but while I was on break somebody else another

person that would that was stalking me and hear me out there they were at it a

while back what I did was I have a Facebook page the RIP Zilla Facebook

page I don't use it that much at all as if you guys follow it you'll know that I

don't updated as much as I update everything else and I accidentally

commented on one of my posts on my personal Facebook account and when I did

this there were several of you guys that added me as a friend and without

thinking I added you and I should not have added you guys on my personal

Facebook account but rather than delete the six or seven

people that I accidentally added I talk to you guys cuz you guys know I don't

mind talking to you guys it was just my personal Facebook account it's got my

friends and my family on there my in real life and you could easily find out

where I live and it is a really dangerous situation for the most part

everyone that I talked to I still talk to we've built a really great friendship

there was one person however that was trying to do YouTube and they were

asking me advice and it was no problem for me to give him advice I didn't see

this person as a big deal but when I went on vacation and I kind of heard it

from other people in the community that this person was leaking information

about me that other people just shouldn't know things about my friends

things about my family doxxing stalking that's what it does is

stalking what's the difference I had this girl that was a stalker she was

taking pictures of me that were not public and posting out there and this

person would did the same thing they took my picture that was not public and

posted it on their their YouTube thumbnails and it talked about me and

put my name in their titles in their descriptions tags and everything and

released messages between me and this person from a personal Facebook account

like like I said I accidentally added six or seven to you guys and so far the

relationships between us have been pretty great like I've never had a

reason to worry otherwise I would have removed you now I

might have to remove all you guys sorry in advance because this person took

personal informations and just like throwing it out there and it's not right

that's stalking it's it's really bad it first started with they were they

were saying to people that but Noah was not caught bad I don't have time to do

that and it's clear to see if you stack the content up next to each other

there is no copying it's completely different there's no way he's he this is

somebody that was helping it but because of us helping him he used it as an

opportunity to tell other people well I'm friends with him on social media oh

he sub to my channel oh he did all this game ain't got nothing to do is I'm just

a good guy and I'm like trying to like just help the guy out like I have

multiple conversations in the personal diems where I'm like helping him out and

that's all it is is just help in fact the difference between mine his content

is visual I spend eight to twelve hours on my videos where he maybe takes

fifteen minutes and I felt bad because I always wanted to share my wisdom with

him because he was an aspiring YouTube channel and I just wanted to do

everything I could to just help the guy out that's all I wanted to do you know

that's what I'm about and I was gonna actually spend thousands of dollars for

him and buy him new stuff just not because of anything other than that's

the type of stuff that I do so while I was on vacation and I was making the

discord channel and I made the the suicide prevention channel the awareness

all the wareness channels of the me2 movement all those things for you guys I

made the emotes everything for live streams this guy was name-dropping using

my name in his videos for views there is no other reason why he would do that but

it was for views like how do I know that well here's the thing if you're watching

guy if you're watching anybody who watched his video leave me alone

it's as simple as that I don't want you to bother me I'm busy I have since

blocked this person from all social medias my YouTube channel and everything

and I asked you like I asked the girl that stalked me well you need to stop I

had to reach out to the authorities with her I will do it with you

it this is serious you're putting me in danger you're putting my friends and

you're putting my family in danger and you're ruining it for everyone like I

make it a point to reach out to my audience my community and have that

close connection and you're showing me how dangerous that it can be and I was

wondering why didn't other content creators talk more closely to their

community is this why is it because the disrespect of the the the fear of what

could happen because it's it's pretty scary and I'm gonna say it again like

stop stop reaching out to me stop doing this it's it's bad the content that you

did make has more dislikes than likes you might be making a couple dollars off

of it that might be your angle you might be getting a couple subs off of it

because you're you're dropping information that you should not have and

that is very illegal out of personal conversations that you had with me out

of the kindness of my heart I read a little bit in the comment section of

that video when somebody calls you out on it you ask them well what makes you

think that you can't play the neutral on this my friend you what you did is wrong

what you did is stalking what you did is stealing private information and I'm

when he issued an ad stating President Trump is more "threatening" than Osama Bin Laden

who was responsible for killing thousands of Americans and other people worldwide.

Laden in an ad released Wednesday.

"After 9/11, the greatest threat to our democracy lived in a cave.

Today, he lives in the White House," Helmer said in the ad posted to YouTube.

Pictures of deceased al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and Trump flashed across the screen

during the voiceover.

"No one, even the president is above the law," Helmer continued.

This isn't the first time Helmer has run into controversy.

The candidate posted a video of himself buying an assault rifle at a gun show "to find

out how easy it is to buy" in April.

Helmer is running against incumbent Republican Rep. Barbara Comstock in Virginia's 10th

district.

Comstock "is a rubber stamp for the racist, sexist and xenophobic agenda" of Trump and

House Speaker Paul Ryan, Helmer tweeted in February.

Police check USC gynecologist's conduct for possible crimes

LOS ANGELES — The University of Southern California has received hundreds of complaints about a former school gynecologist suspected of conducting inappropriate exams for decades, prompting the resignation of the school president and a police investigation.

More than two dozen lawsuits have been filed and police are investigating allegations from more than 50 women, so far.

Whether Dr.

George Tyndall faces charges, though, depends on if complaints about creepy comments, improper photos in the exam room and uncomfortable probing went beyond dubious doctoring and into the criminal realm.

The university has come under fire since the Los Angeles Times reported earlier this month that complaints and comments about Tyndalls care went unheeded by the school for decades and that USC failed to report him to the state medical board even after the school quietly forced him into retirement last year.

Two administrators were fired and President C.L.

Max Nikias agreed to step down Friday after criticism for leadership failures during a string of scandals that included reports by the Times that the universitys former medical school dean used drugs with criminals and was present when a woman overdosed in a Pasadena hotel room.

Lawsuits accuse Tyndall, the schools staff gynecologist for nearly three decades, of using his authority to sexually abuse women between 1990 and 2016.

The suits allege the school concealed the conduct.

Tyndall was a serial sexual predator who groped breasts and used his fingers to penetrate rectums and vaginas for no medically necessary purpose, attorney John Manly said in a suit filed Friday.

Tyndall is also accused of taking close-up photos of genitalia and commenting on the bodies of women, their race and sexual activity.

In some instances, Tyndall is accused of conducting vaginal exams without gloves when students were only seeking birth control.

Tyndall, 71, denied wrongdoing in interviews with the Times.

He didnt return phone calls or an email from The Associated Press.

It wasnt known Tuesday if he has an attorney.

USC concluded in 2016 that Tyndall violated policies on harassment and making racially discriminatory and sexually inappropriate remarks, but two criminal law experts it consulted said there was no criminal activity to report, the school said.

Los Angeles police said they are looking into behavior and practices that appear to go beyond the norms of medical and gynecological exams.

Many of them are just inappropriate comments which, obviously, do not constitute a crime, Police Capt.

Billy Hayes said at a news conference Tuesday asking more women to come forward.

We could look at the issue of penetration as one of the more significant crimes..

The allegations have similarities with the case of Larry Nassar, the disgraced former sports doctor at Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics now serving multiple life terms in prison.

Michigan State agreed to a $500 million settlement with more than 300 of his victims.

One key difference with the high-profile case involving Olympic champions, though, is that Tyndall as a gynecologist could argue his treatments were within the scope of his medical expertise.

Internal investigations by USC got mixed reviews on Tyndalls practice of using a finger before inserting a speculum during pelvic exams.

One expert said it could be considered acceptable, though another review found it outdated.

Some women who have spoken about their encounters — some of whom were on their first visits to a gynecologist — said they didnt realize their treatment was improper until they saw recent news stories.

These women had no idea they were being sexually abused, said attorney Ron Labriola, who is working with Manly.

They said it was odd, it was weird, but thats different from (perceiving it) as a sexual assault..

That could make it challenging but not impossible for authorities to pursue charges against Tyndall, particularly given the potential number of complaints.

A jury in Casper, Wyoming, this year convicted a gynecologist who touched women in ways they said were unusual and made them feel uncomfortable.

Prosecutor Mike Blonigen said there is often no physical evidence or eyewitnesses in such cases and the difference between proper care and a crime can be subtle.

Some of the challenges are distinguishing between clumsy execution in the procedure and illegal touching.

Thats hard to do, Blonigen said.

The thought that my doctor is molesting me is a hard thing to process..

Paul Harnetty was sentenced to 20 to 30 years in prison on two counts of second-degree sexual assault.

Successful prosecutions almost always involve multiple women who can provide corroborating testimony, Blonigen said.

In Harnettys case, six patients testified against him, though he was cleared of several counts.

If theres a single victim, the case can devolve into a he said-she said dispute, said Michele Goodwin, a law professor at the University of California, Irvine.

In the medical environment, a typical defense is that it was part of an exam and there were no supporting eyewitnesses or video.

In Tyndalls case, female nurses or medical assistants known as chaperones who often accompany male gynecologists during exams, had complained about his behavior, including his use of a camera, the Times reported.

Those colleagues could provide valuable testimony.

But Goodwin pointed out that chaperones cant see everything in such an intimate setting.

A gynecological exam can include things that are very graphic, Goodwin said.

That is also what makes these types of cases so frightening for these young women.

The abuse happens to be hidden in the worst way..

If investigators cant find physical evidence of abuse, they will see if women reported incidents at the time to roommates, family members or others and whether medical records match up with when they said they were abused.

One advantage prosecutors have is they can present evidence of similar misconduct the defendant may not be charged with to show a pattern, said criminal defense attorney Robert A.

Schwartz, who is not involved in the case.

Jurors were unable to convict Bill Cosby of sexual assault at his first trial when only one additional woman testified against him.

Cosby was convicted at a second trial after five other women testified about prior bad acts dating to the 1980s.

Most doctors as a defendant in a criminal case would get the benefit of the doubt, Schwartz said.

What tips the scales against the doctor and his testimony would be the sheer volume of complaints..

CHICAGO - The Illinois House voted Wednesday night to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment more than 45 years after it was approved by Congress, putting it one state away from possible enshrinement in the U.S.

Constitution amid potential legal questions.

The 72-45 vote by the House, following an April vote by the Senate, was just one more vote than needed for ratification.

It does not need the approval of Republican Gov.

Bruce Rauner, who has said he supports equal rights but was faulted by Democrats for not taking a position on the ERA.

I am appalled and embarrassed that the state of Illinois has not done this earlier, said Democratic Rep.

Opponents largely contended the measure was aimed at ensuring an expansion of abortion rights for women.

Supporters said it was needed to give women equal standing in the nations founding document.

Opponents also contended the measure may be moot, since its original 1982 ratification deadline has long since expired.

Supporters argued, however, that the 1992 ratification of the 1789 Madison Amendment, preventing midterm changes in congressional pay, makes the ERA a legally viable change to the Constitution.

State Rep.

Peter Breen of Lombard, an abortion rights opponent, called the measure an alleged constitutional amendment and warned it would be adopting an illegal act. But Breen also contended supporters have no other thing they want to do than expand abortion rights.

Isnt that enough for you to realize the historic moment and step back from predispositions youve had and your heels dug in the ground on this issue and that issue and the other issue?.

Whether the amendment can be added to the nations founding document is still a matter of debate among constitutional experts.

Geoffrey Stone, a professor at the University of Chicago who specializes in constitutional law, said its unclear theres an obvious right or wrong answer..

Some critics have also questioned the necessity of such an amendment, saying federal laws have already been passed to extend equal rights to women.

Stone said ratification of the amendment would make some difference in marginal cases where the law allows discrimination today and lock in many of the federal protections women have gained over the decades.

The main reason for adopting the Equal Rights Amendment today if one could legally, constitutionally do it would be the symbolic importance of it, Stone said.

The rejection of it is in some ways insulting.

So, the symbolic importance of it is to who we are as a nation - what our aspirations are, what our values are.

That in itself is an important affirmation of who we are..

in a biodiesel bus that Alsacia has.

Route 126 goes from Metro station Manuel Montt

to La Florida. The journey has

around 15 km.

Today, we will go from Metro station Manuel Montt

to Metro station Macul in rush hour

I tried to find this bus for a long time. Finally, I could find it on Route 126

And I could sit in the first seats

Manuel Montt Avenue usually is a busy street during rush hour

Fortunately,

this time we have a quick trip

and the bus didn't have so many people

Here, we are in Irarrázaval Avenue

You can see one of the former Unitran buses

now this bus is in Buses Vule, it's one of my favourites Busscar models

and you can see an articulated bus of Route 403 too

This bus has a capacity of 102 passengers

24 seats

one of the main innovations is

that it has seats on the first axis

this was not the case in the first Marcopolo Gran Viale buses

that arrived in 2005 to Transantiago

Those buses are bodied on Volvo chassis.

This bus stands out for being wide

For me, it is one of the best buses

thinking about the the buses of that time

and

one of the parts that could be improved

is the high floor part of the bus

it could have more seats. In fact,

if you

put another row of seats on the side of the door

and you put

2 seats in the place where I recorded the video

the bus could have 29 seats

it would be one of the most

comfortable Transantiago's buses.

The bus was introduced here thanks to a partnership

between Alsasia, a Transantiago company; Petrobras,

that provides petrol; and Scania.

And it was the firs Scania bus

to circulate in the public transport system of Santiago

Personally, it is one of my favorite buses. I have a lot of affection for it

For me, it's one of the best buses

that Transantiago has. Even if

it uses normal deasel now

But in its moment it was quite a milestone

While it functioned with the rule Euro3, the bus also had

a particle filter from the factory

And, additionally,

it was

a lot more eco fiendly. The biodiesel emits

much less contaminats

It was a bus with very high standards

compared with the rest of the buses at the moment

We waited for it in Vespucio Norte. We did the whole Route 117

The driver was very kind with us and he...

He answered all the questions we asked him

Until today, it was one of the mest beautiful moments

in this (the public transport)

Illinois High School Students Showcase Robust STEM Knowledge for U.S. Rep. Cheri Bustos - Duration: 2:35.

We're in Canton High School, and we just learned about Project Lead The Way, we learned about

Astellas and their scholarships, their grants that they give to help kids especially in

rural America go into STEM fields, and then toured the school and met some amazing students,

many of whom want to go into science or technology or engineering or math.

It's an area where obviously we need more kids to go into those areas and we met quite

a few who are as a result of Project Lead The Way and then the Astellas funding that

went with that.

It's honestly amazing, because if we didn't have this investment in our school we would

still be doing like the book, like you read from the book, you take the test, that's how

you learn, and this is really hands-on, and it's not just learning from text to text.

It just helps seriously a lot.

So I wasn't sure if I wanted to join the medical field, that's why I tried Biomed, and it definitely

set my mind that I wanted to do that because it's so hands-on, and you learn, we did a

project where we learned about all the different careers in the medical field, and it was amazing

to just know how many opportunities there are with this class and with the information

that you have.

And so I think that it definitely made up my mind.

It is the best thing to happen when a community comes together, so we have a program called

Biomedical Science that they implemented here in Canton, not only in their high school but

they're prepping kids in middle school for that program, and the hospital is a large

employer in this area, and so it really creates a workforce pipeline, along with a community

that supports the hospital efforts.

So programs like Rural Spark and the Astellas Foundation really help level that playing

field so that these rural students have access to the same programs as kids in a larger city.

Liberals are freaking out after President Donald Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani dropped

a nasty truth bomb, on California Congresswoman Maxine Waters.

You won't want to miss this.

Maxine Waters (D-CA) is one of the biggest scam artists in Congress, and yet she continues

to be re-elected by the constituents in her voting district.

Waters is usually known best for embarrassing the Democratic Party with her imbecilic behavior

and most notably her calls for the impeachment of our President without cause.

During a recent interview with Fox News' talk show host Sean Hannity, Trump attorney

Rudy Giuliani had some brutal words for the California Democrat that are too good not

to share.

Giuliani talked first about why some people have attacked him and the way in which he's

going about defending our President.

"Some people have criticized my strategy, which is the President's, of to some extent

playing to the American people.

If this were a regular case, I wouldn't be doing it.

But the people who will decide this are the people of the United States in the 2018 election,"

Giuliani said.

I could not agree more with Trump's attorney.

The midterm elections will likely control the outcome of the Democrats' scheme to

commence impeachment proceedings despite the fact that there is no evidence whatsoever

to support or warrant such action by Congress.

Giuliani nailed Democrats for their wishy-washy tactics and pointed out that while many of

them called for Trump's impeachment early on, they have backed off of this tactic because

they realize how much harm it has done to their party's midterm campaigns.

"They are switching fast, and the Democrats are running for cover.

You don't hear them say the word impeachment anymore," Giuliani said.

Then Giuliani went after Waters who is known for her hysterical behavior and calls for

impeachment.

"I challenge Maxine Waters to say impeachment.

Say it.

Say impeachment, sweetheart.

Just say it.

And you know what's going to happen?

You're going to go down.

Not maybe you because they vote for you.

I don't know why, but they vote for you," he continued.

I could not agree more with Rudy Giuliani.

Maxine Waters has done nothing but embarrass and damage her party's cause with her obsessive

calls for impeachment.

Slimy politicians like Waters only further ruin the character of our government, and

it's good to see Giuliani calling her out for what has been months of incessant whining.

There's no question that most Americans see Waters the way that Giuliani does — as

a spectacle and a fool.

The truth of the matter is that Waters is a relic of the Democratic Party.

In my opinion, her attempt to stay relevant by demanding President Donald Trump's impeachment

only drives more people to reconsider the agenda being peddled by the left.

Giuliani continued to hammer the Democrats with the ugly truth and then hit adult film

star Stormy Daniel's attorney Michael Avenatti.

"But, your colleagues are going to go down and this is the change we brought about by

engaging and not letting them get away with the unethical behavior that has now outraged

Judge Ellis, Judge Wood — you know what she did?

She threw Avenatti, the television star of the leftwing CNN and MSNBC, she threw him

out of court.

He doesn't belong in a New York court.

He's not ethical enough.

You know why?

He's a big liar and he wanted to debate me.

Like heck, he's going to debate me," Giuliani added.

In regard to Giuliani's strategy, it's spot on.

Notably, Giuliani stated that Trump shares his strategy in appealing to the American

people because they know that the true power rests in the hands of the voters.

In my opinion, that is the true value of having a government run by Trump.

Instead of constantly scheming to undermine the will of the American people as Barack

Obama did, Trump gets his support from delivering results and relying on those results to grow

his voting base and the strength of his party.
