USA news on Youtube Nov 27 2018

Excuse me sir.

What?? I'm busy..

There is something I would like to talk about...

Can't you see I'm busy right now!!!

"Letter of Resignation"

What the hell is this Suzuki ?!?!?!

Resignation Letter????

I'm not taking this!!

What the heck are you thinking Suzuki ?!?!?!

You haven't even been with the company for 1 year and you're ready to quit already ?!?!?!

How much time and money has this company invested in you?!?!?

What the hell are you thinking Suzuki ?!?!?!

You can't quit!

I won't let you quit!

You need to work here for at least another year!!!

Are you crazy!?!? What are you thinking ?!?!?!?

I'm Steve with Steve's POV...

I'd like to explain about the comparison you just saw...

It shows some big differences between Japan and America when it comes to quitting your job.

In Japan you can actually pay someone to deliver a Letter of Resignation on your behalf!

Initially I didn't believe there could actually be a service like that...

But it's not easy to quit a job in Japan...

You may want to quit but you can't due to pressure...

or your boss just won't not let you quit...

I have heard these horror stories before....

and as an American they are almost impossible to believe!

"You are trying to quit but they won't let you ????"

I'm not saying all Japanese companies are that way...

But there are societal pressures which make it hard to quit...

In America, on the other hand, it is very easy to quit your job...

Maybe it's even too easy... as Americans change jobs all the time!!

This is just one of many big cultural differences between Japan and America!

Semi-Final Recap of The X Factor UK - Duration: 1:00.

The start of The X Factor semi-final weekend. The final six sang their hearts out.

By far the best we've had.

There was a real moment in the room there.

I see your fight every time you're on that stage.

I absolutely love you lad, you smashed it.

You have been a revelation.

Absolute mega-star.

But it was the end of the road for two.

Give it up for Danny and Brendan.

Only three can make the final.

It's time to face

Of course I hope my girls are in the final.

Acacia & Aaliyah and Scarlett are in the sing-off, this is it.

The act I'm sendnig through to the finals, sorry girls, is Scarlett.

Gina's special birthday surprise - Duration: 1:58.

Hi, this is Christine Dorchak, President and General Counsel of GREY2K USA Worldwide.

Today I'm here with my rescue greyhound Gina!

Gina is celebrating her 8th birthday.

You know, she was born on a Texas breeding farm and raced nearly

200 times at a Florida racetrack before coming home to me on Mother's Day two years ago.

I have a special surprise for her today and for some of you who may remember a greyhound named Brooklyn.

Brooklyn was born in Australia and was racing at the worst dog track in the world the Canidrome of Macau.

His picture was taken by our board member Charmaine when she went to investigate

this terrible facility back in 2011.

Beautiful Brooklyn became the face of our campaign to #CloseTheCanidrome.

Well years passed and we hoped against hope that Brooklyn had survived and what do you know, a miracle has happened!

Not only have we succeeded in closing the Canidrome, but Brooklyn has survived!

He will be coming home with me next month.

Gina is about to get a big brother!

A very generous supporter of ours would like to see this work continue.

In honor of Brooklyn and to celebrate Gina's birthday,

she will match every donation given to GREY2K this week up to

$25,000. So please give, please help us,

please help Brooklyn and greyhounds like him who have been suffering around the world for far too long.

Please make a donation today, it will be matched.

Happy birthday, Gina!
