All Purpose Flour: 3 Cup, Salt: 1 Tsp, Refined Oil: 2 Tbsp
Mix Well
Water
Refined Oil: 1 Tbsp
Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes
Make small balls of dough
Roll it with the help of roll pin
Fold it from two sides
Put some Mozzarella Cheese and Onion on it.
Apply some water at the sides of the Paratha
Fold the Paratha and close it from all the sides.
Now Grill this Paratha on a grill pan until its golden brown from both sides
Cheese Stuffed Paratha is ready to be served
