Dershowitz Reveals Mueller's SINISTER PLOT After Reading His Leaked 'Trump Questions'.

The questions that special counsel Robert Mueller has planned for President Trump were

leaked to the media.

After examining them, Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz points out that the questions

were designed to "trip up" the President, in hopes that he's give a long, rambling

response and ramble out detail that could be twisted and used to the witch-hunt's

Famed lawyer Alan Dershowitz said Monday the list of open-ended questions special counsel

Robert Mueller reportedly wants to ask President Trump may have been specifically drafted to

trip Trump up if he provides long-winded responses.

"They are really designed to let him ramble and talk, and I suspect that's the strategy

of the special counsel because they know that may be President Trump's weakness," Dershowitz

told CNN."If they were to ask him direct, tough questions to which he can answer yes

or no, that might not give them the advantage they are seeking," he continued.

The list encompasses inquiries about former national security adviser Michael Flynn, fired

FBI Director James Comey, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and possible Trump campaign

coordination with Russia, according to the New York Times .

Dershowitz also advised Trump's personal attorneys to respond to as many queries as

possible in writing, if permitted by Mueller, in order to prevent the president from making

statements that could expose him to legal risk.

While most of the questions were predictable, Dershowitz added the line of inquiry about

Trump's business transactions before he was elected could pose a problem."He can

refuse to answer questions based on executive privilege that focus on reasons why he engaged

in activities that are covered by Article of the Constitution," Dershowitz said.

"The problem is those are the easy questions and he can answer those whereas the hardest

questions, the one about his financial dealings, he has no executive privilege."

The Obama administration knowingly let in at least 16 admitted MS-13 gang members who

arrived at the U.S. as illegal immigrant teenagers in 2014, a top senator said Wednesday, citing

internal documents that showed the teens were shipped to juvenile homes throughout the country.

Sen. Ron Johnson, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, said a whistleblower turned

over Customs and Border Protection documents from 2014 detailing the 16 people who were

caught crossing the border.

"CBP apprehended them, knew they were MS-13 gang members, and they processed and disbursed

them into our communities," Mr. Johnson, Wisconsin Republican, said.

These 16 gang members have been connected with all manner of serious crimes, including

murder by beheading, amputations by machete, rape, extortion, racketeering, drug smuggling,

and human trafficking.

Obama and Democratic Party were guilty of knowingly supporting this violence against

the U.S. citizens.

This makes the Obama administration complicit in any crimes committed by these gang members.

Obama and his cronies did everything they could to promote chaos, violence, crime and

division in America.

They armed the drug cartels during Operation Fast and Furious while trying to disarm American

citizens.

They have armed affiliates of al-Qaeda and let in terrorists with no vetting.

They did everything possible to create racial animosity and have fueled hatred toward the

police.

Knowing that, it's no surprise that these MS-13 gang members were welcomed in by Obama

with open arms.

But now the president is undoing the years of damage caused by Obama by restoring law

and order, and holding these criminals accountable.

classified information and are expected to be fired by President Trump before the long

holiday weekend ends, according to two news organizations.

"CBS News has confirmed from two sources that three leakers of classified information

at the White House have been identified and are expected to be fired," CBS News reported

this week, adding, "Officials within the Trump White House believe leaks of Mr. Trump's

conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov are a 'deliberate attempt'

by officials who are holdovers from President Obama's administration and are trying to

damage the Trump presidency."

Now that these traitors in the White House have been exposed, they must be severely punished.

Doing so will send a message to anyone else that wants to try to obstruct the president

that these actions will not be tolerated.

Liberals need to get it through their heads that Donald Trump is the President.

He was elected by 61 MILLION Americans through the same electoral college that elected 44

previous presidents.

No amount of crying, whining and protesting will change this fact, but the left still

seem determined to try.

They are playing dirty because they have nothing left to lose.

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich called-out disgraced FBI officials James Comey

and Andrew McCabe Wednesday; blasting the bureau bosses for their outright "dishonesty"

and self-serving, reckless behavior.

"It is very sobering and a little frightening to realize that the top two officials of the

Federal Bureau of Investigation were dishonest," writes Gingrich.

"You don't have to believe me, you only need to read three sources: the memorandum

written by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that led to Comey's firing, the Office of

the Inspector General's report investigating McCabe's actions as deputy director and

Stewart Baker's recent article, "The Low Tragedy of Andrew McCabe,'" he adds.

The former Speaker goes on to highlight Comey and McCabe's sordid history of troubling

behavior; detailing the "serious mistakes" made by the FBI officials throughout the 2016

investigation into Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified material.

It is very sobering and a little frightening to realize that the top two officials of the

Federal Bureau of Investigation were dishonest.

To fully understand just how dishonest, self-serving and reckless former FBI Director James Comey

and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe were during their service, you don't have

to believe me, you only need to read three sources: the memorandum written by Deputy

Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that led to Comey's firing, the Office of the Inspector

General's report investigating McCabe's actions as deputy director and Stewart Baker's

recent article, "The Low Tragedy of Andrew McCabe."

Reading and examining these three documents together will give you a sense of just how

vast and dangerous the swamp has become.

Rosenstein's memorandum outlining the "serious mistakes" made by Comey during the 2016

Clinton email investigation concluded that Comey was wrong to overstep his authority

as FBI director and announce his recommendation that the investigation be closed during a

press conference.

According to Rosenstein, Comey's public recommendation to the Justice Department was

an abuse of Comey's power and an overextension of his authority.

The FBI's role in a federal investigation is to determine if there is enough evidence

to prosecute a case, while the attorney general designates authority to a federal prosecutor,

who then makes a prosecutorial decision.

Rosenstein, quoting former attorney general Michael Mukasey, who served under President

George W. Bush, stated that Comey " 'stepped way outside his job in disclosing the recommendation

in that fashion' because the FBI director 'doesn't make that decision.'

" The memo also quotes President Obama's attorney general, Eric Holder, who asserted

that Comey's decision, "Was incorrect.

It violated long-standing Justice Department policies and

traditions."

Holder determined that it ultimately "broke with … fundamental principles" and

"negatively affected public trust in both the Justice Department and the FBI."

Many other attorneys generals and deputy attorneys general quoted throughout the memo

strongly objected to Comey's actions, bringing Rosenstein to the conclusion that "Almost

everyone agrees that the Director made serious mistakes; it is one of the few issues that

unites people of diverse perspectives."

Rosenstein came to the conclusion that trust in the FBI could not be restored "until

it has a Director who understands the gravity of the

mistakes and pledges never to repeat them."

This was the report President Trump received just before firing Comey.

More recently, the report issued by the Office of the Inspector General investigating the

allegations directed toward former Deputy Director McCabe further weakened public and

congressional confidence in the FBI.

It reaffirmed that Comey's improper ways were not the activities of an outlier but,

more than likely, representative

of

the norm.

Former FBI Director James Comey may have just been hoisted by his own petard.

It looks increasingly likely that the now-fired director tried to use internal memos of meetings

and conversations with Donald Trump to undermine the president, but those very memos are now

making Comey look like the guilty one.

That's certainly the view of former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey.

He served in that respected position during the final years of the George W. Bush era,

and knows a thing or two about the legality of classified information.

During a Friday appearance on Laura Ingraham's program, the former attorney general pointed

out that by leaking memos during his time in office, Comey may have done something highly

illegal: Break the rules regarding classified documents.

"I think we ought to put to rest something one of your guests said in the last segment

about how well the memos weren't marked classified at the time," Mukasey told Ingraham.

"They were classified as soon as he wrote them," the legal expert explained.

In simple terms, it didn't matter whether or not Comey's memos were marked as secret;

they were classified as such automatically.

Mukasey used an example of his own time as attorney general to illustrate the point.

"I had an experience when I started as AG of taking notes at a meeting at a top secret

procedure.

And when I got up to leave the meeting my then chief of staff leaned over and wrote

in big block letters at the top TS/SCI meaning 'top secret, secured compartmentalized information,'"

he recalled.

"In other words, those weren't my notes, those were the government's notes," he

clarified.

"And those weren't Mr. Comey's memos, those were the government's memos."

And now it appears to be confirmed that James Comey leaked classified memos… memos that

belonged to the U.S. government.

After weeks of defending Comey, the media was forced to admit on Friday that, yes, the

disgraced former director did leak classified material.

It may have been a rhetorical question, but "what it means" is very serious.

In the past, the leaking of classified material has led to serious prison time for government

officials who break the law.

"Former CIA officer Jeffrey Sterling was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison Monday

for leaking classified information to a New York Times reporter," reported The Washington

Post back in 2015.

Coincidentally, the Times is the same newspaper that received Comey's leaked memos, after

the director reportedly used a friend as a courier.

That Post article goes into detail of the sentences, ranging from probation and fines

to lengthy prison time, given to past government officials who have leaked classified documents.

Once again, reality seems to be on the side of President Trump.

It seems that every time a group tries to tear him down, they are the ones who end up

with egg on their face… and if this case keeps unraveling, that egg just might be served

to James

Comey

on

a

prison platter.

The Department of Justice Inspector General report on the "lack of candor" by FBI

deputy Director Andrew McCabe also documents for the first time the Obama administration's

effort to shut down the bureau's investigation of the Clinton Foundation, according to a

review of the report by The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group.

The inspector general (IG) confirmed in its long-awaited report released Friday that in

2016 the FBI had ongoing field investigations of the Clinton Foundation in New York, Los

Angeles, Little Rock, Arkansas and Washington, D.C.

The multi-city investigation was launched when agents found "suspicious activity"

between a foreign donor and Clinton Foundation activity in the Los Angeles area, as TheDCNF

reported in August 2016.

The report, authored by Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, an Obama appointee, chronicles

the Justice Department's effort to to shut down the FBI's investigation on Aug. 12,

2016.

The pressure allegedly came in the form of a phone call to McCabe from a Justice Department

principal associate deputy attorney general (PADAG) who pressed McCabe on the continuing

investigation.

The IG did not identify which PADAG made the call.

Jeff Sessions needs to re-open this investigation.

Alright so the part that we're gonna do on the ground is done now it's time to jump on the roof

You've got to make sure the mast is level

Now you got to use a compass to point it in the right direction

Alright the antenna is on the roof it's pointed in the direction that the

internet says is right for my house to get the most channels and now we're

scanning four channels. It found 117 channels which is way more than I found

with this indoor 1byone antenna but that doesn't necessarily mean that these are

good channels and washable channels they could just be a bunch of foreign

channels that I can't understand so go look at that. As I suspected most of the

stations are foreign but I get CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX and a couple other important

local channels so that was really what I was after this RCA ANT 751 outdoor

antenna seems to be rocking it. The picture looks great although you're

watching it on YouTube so it's probably can't really tell but it looks fantastic

and I'm super pleased with this thing
