favorite song is by Ke$ha and it's praying what I'm gonna do is give away my
favorite sunblock I know over the years I found some of my favorite different
products and brands by watching videos on other youtubers so today I hope you
find a few things that you'll use I love all these items I went through and
thought about what did I use a lot some of my favorite apps some of my favorite
TV shows podcasts just like a whole variety of different things I'll do
links in the description so if you want to try out any of them majority of them
different services are free and I highly recommend them my first thing out of my
top 10 is my most used app so my most used app is my white noise app I have
used that I was just looking at my phone and I have used it a total of 24 days
which is 576 hours and 34 thousand five hundred and sixty minutes so I use it
when I'm so I'm a flight attendant and so for work I travel a lot and I stay at
a whole bunch of different hotels all over you know the United States and
sometimes it's really loud the walls are thin or there's a party going on or a
convention or you get a room that is right by the restaurant so I like to
listen to white noise or I commute for work so I don't live in my base city so
I like to sleep on airplanes and I'm pretty good at it so what I do is I put
in my earbuds and I'll turn on white noise and it helps I'm gonna go to sleep
really fast so I'll do a link in the description for the white noise app it's
awesome and it helps asleep when I'm in an environment that
is loud it's a great app so with it being summer I use a lot of sunblock
when I'm outside and this is my favorite sunblock and I found it last summer and
it's pretty awesome I was reading consumer reports I had a co-worker who
was going through skin cancer and we were talking about like his favorite sun
locks and I was reading he shared it with me and I was researching this and
they sell it at Ulta so I went and bought it and I've absolutely loved it
so I need to buy another one and this is going to be one of my giveaways but it
is the La Roche-Posay face and body SPF 60 sunscreen and it's the melt in
sunscreen and it's an awesome sunscreen so I've been going through a lot of my
cosmetics and a lot of my life and trying to reduce some of the chemicals
that are in the different products that I that I have and this is fragrance free
paraben free and it's tested on sensitive skin so and it's water
resistant up to 80 minutes it's an awesome sunblock I've tried a ton of
different Sun blocks it's a little thicker it says it is melt in sunscreen
milk so it's just a little thicker I've tried lots of different ones but I
definitely love this so I highly recommend La Roche-Posay SPF 60 and if
you go to Ulta they have a whole section of a bunch of their stuff so I've tried
a few of their different Sun blocks and this is my favorite alright so right now
my favorite a youtube channel because I watched a bit of YouTube that's my
favorite way to get the news and for an entertainment I don't have a TV I
haven't had a TV probably like in maybe like 15 years and I watch all my
shows on my laptop or like if I'm at a hotel maybe I'll watch a show there
because I don't want to wait till it comes out on like Netflix or Hulu or
something like that so my favorite YouTube channel right now
it's Justine LeConte and she is a French how would I describe her she is like a
French fashion designer and she the first video that I saw hers that I
really liked she was talking about how to tell like cheap clothing and she
talks about things like fast fashion and how to make how to pick clothing that's
gonna last how to pick clothing for your body type different things about like a
French style or Parisian style and which is an awesome channel and so I highly
recommend checking out she'll talk about the type of hairstyles that like match
your with your face shape alright so right now my favorite song is by Kesha
and it's praying and I just randomly stumbled across it on YouTube last week
and I absolutely loved it it's a beautiful song that
teaches about like learning your own strengths redemption and although you
have haters or enemies still having compassion and hoping that they turn
their lives around and releasing maybe the negativity that's associated with
that person because you've forgiven them and moved on loving that song it's
gorgeous so check it out and it's really inspirational it's such a good song
alright okay so another one of my favorites
my favorite like go to food right now is veggie sushi and what I do is there a
few grocery stores its grocery store sushi but it's delicious so it's about
five bucks and has like avocados cucumbers carrots rice you know the
seamy a book that I read actually I listened to it on audible so an
audiobook it's the light we lost and it's by Jill Santopolo below so this
book was more of like a guilty pleasure it was a quick easy list and I listened
to it in a day the idea it's a like a love story about this couple and how
their lives intersect from college all the way until like their 40s and the
different ways that it intersected so my favorite podcast that I absolutely love
when I see there's a new episode out is on NPR and it's called how I build this
so Guy Raz interviews different entrepreneurs and these are very
successful entrepreneurs entrepreneurship is something that I'm
really interested in and I just devour these episodes
absolutely love listening to them and it's a great and it's a great podcast
which I highly recommend so check out but that one NPR has a
whole bunch of really great podcast but right now that's my favorite podcast so
a show that I've been watching recently is on Netflix
and it's called the Crown and it's actually the second time that I watched
it season 2 will be coming out soon but it's just really well-made just
beautiful you can tell me my Netflix put a lot of like time and money into the
production of this series and it's about Queen Elizabeth and the monarchy and
Claire Foy is in it and Matt Smith and I think they do an awesome job so if you
have Netflix or if you want to try it out that's a show I've been watching
recently absolutely love it just the dresses are gorgeous and the storyline
and just learning a little bit more about history things that I didn't know
I found myself like hitting pause and then going and googling different stuff
and it was really educational to some different like historical aspects of it
that I didn't realize kind of that we're going on so that's an excellent one and
I've been watching that recently another one of my favorites is where I get my
news so a couple years ago one of my favorite vloggers off of a blog about
love her name is Mara she recommended this site and I'd been looking for a
news source that was wasn't so negative and a lot of times
when I watch the news I get like this really negative reaction because it
feels like it is just really hyped up and a lot of fear-mongering and just a
lot of negativity so what I like about this it's called skimmed and it's a
Monday through Friday I get a daily email when I wake up it's in my mailbox
so and it was started by two female entrepreneurs and it's Danielle Weisberg
and Carly Zakin and I watched a video which I'm going to link in the
description I'll make it for you it's definitely worth watching and they were
on TechCrunch and they were talking about how they started it and it's like
a lets you know everything you need to know about what's happened in the news
within like the last day or different different issues like recently they've
been doing a whole feature on health care and I can learn about like what's
going on with health care it just helps you to be able to be just like a quick
way to brush up on what's going on with the news so I I watch that I watch that
I read that every morning and then I also really liked their video on
TechCrunch so I'll link that down below so the 10th thing on my list of favorite
things is a blog that I've been following probably for over 10 years and
it's Naomi Davis's blog and it's called love taza so she lives in New York City
and the blog just documents her life so there have been different blogs that
I've read over the years and I just didn't like the way that I felt so
either the blogger portrayed their lives in like gosh unrealistic or kind of fake
or a negative when I would read it it would make me feel naked ever made me
insecure you start to compare your life to them I would just pay attention to
how I felt when I read their blog and with Naomi's blog I've never felt that
way so that's why I keep reading it so check it out it's a great it's a great
blog so that was my list of my 10 favorite things what I'm going to do is
give away my favorite so this sunblock has it's fragrance free
paraben free tested on sensitive skin and it's water-resistant so I have
really sensitive skin sunblock always like burns my eyes and this is an
