Jerron Herman: NEW YORKERS FOR DANCE - Duration: 0:47.
Hi, my name is Jerron Herman. I'm a writer and dancer with Heidi Latsky Dance.
And I'm a New Yorker for dance because
growing up with Hemiplegia Cerebral Palsy,
it's not really known that people like me could be on stage.
So I thought I would just be somewhere in the background, but now that I'm performing,
I've seen myself and I've seen others
start to press beyond what boundaries we've created in society.
I'm just excited to be a part of a moment that is so overdue, uh,
and I'm really ready to take on New York in a more expansive way.

Dance matters.

iana kasian|iana kasian instagram|iana kasian facebook| iana kasian autopsy report - Duration: 1:43.
Murdered model, 30, found next to her baby daughter 'had her face ripped off and was completely drained of blood by her evil millionaire boyfriend' Iana Kasian, 30, who is originally from Ukraine and moved to LA in 2014, was found dead next to the couple's baby daughter in a West Hollywood apartment
A MODEL who cops claim was tortured and killed by her graphic-novelist boyfriend was scalped, had parts of her face torn off and had been drained of all her blood, an autopsy revealed. Iana Kasian, 30, who is originally from Ukraine and moved to LA in 2014, was found dead next to the couple's baby daughter in a West Hollywood apartment in May 2016.
Her boyfriend, Blake Leibel, 36, the son of wealthy Canadian real estate tycoon and Olympic sailor Lorne Leibel, has been charged with her murder and could face the death penalty if convicted. He has pleaded not guilty. An autopsy reported cited by ABC 7 states she suffered blunt force trauma to the head and her skull was exposed after parts of her scalp and one ear were either cut or ripped away.
Her scalp was never found. The report shows there was also an injury to Kasian's jaw that appeared to be human bite marks. According to Los Angeles County sheriff's officials, Leibel was arrested a week before her murder on suspicion of felony rape and was out on bail. The National Post reported that Kasian was not the alleged rape victim.
At least one of Leibel's graphic novels has drawn unsettling parallels to the murder case. The book Syndrome starts with flashbacks of a serial killer slashing throats and draining blood, the New York Daily News reported. Detectives found Kasian lying next to her two-month-old baby, who was not hurt. Their child has been placed in the care of Kasian's mother. Leibel also worked as a writer and director, according to multiple reports.
