USA news on Youtube Nov 26 2017

hey guys welcome back in this video I'll be doing a test and review of Nord VPN

which is regarded by many industry experts as the best VPN out there I'll

also go over some basics on what is a VPN why you might want to use one and

how VPNs affect the streaming community so if you are in the market for a new

VPN or you're just interested in what VPNs are all about I think you'll find

this video helpful so with that being said let's get started okay so let's

start right at the top what is a VPN so VPN stands for virtual private network

and it's a method of connecting to the internet or to a network in a secure

manner where your traffic is encrypted so let's put that into real life when I

want to access the Internet I make a connection to my ISP who then assign me

an IP address from pool of IP addresses that they own I then use the IP address

and then say let's say for example access Netflix I can do that if want to

use Kodi or streaming sites I can do all of that with the IP address assigned for

my ISP but what that means is they know what I'm looking at so they have logs so

they know at this particular time techdoctor was allocated this IP and this IP

was looking at this content or browsing these sites or looking at this stuff now

people are really concerned about their privacy rsps have been known to sell

browsing preferences to sell browsing data basically selling custom

information on top of the ISPs have been known to throttle user connections

self-deceit coming in accessing streaming sites or p2p torrents that

have been known to throttle that bandwidth what that means is you end up

having a slower connection so this is where a VPN comes in so the way the VPN

works is so once again you make a connection to your ISP which will give

you an IP address we then use the IP address to make a connection to a VPN

server and from that VPN server you'll be given a completely different IP

address and any connection you make from that VPN server onto Netflix or

streaming sites or using Kodi all of that traffic will be totally encrypted

and your ISP won't be able to see what you're using and if they can't see what

you're doing they can't sell your browsing data and the definitely can't

talk to your bandwidth which means you end up having a faster connection so if

somebody asks me right now hey tech doctor why should I be using a VPN also

probably the four main reads for using a VPN our number one to stay

anonymous so this means your ISPs can't see what you're doing they can't monitor

your data and they can't sell your information so this allows you to keep

that anonymity online number to access geo restricted content so if you are in

America for example but you want to watch BBC iPlayer that requires you to

have a uk-based IP address so you can use a VPN server based in the UK and

access that content so number three accessing torrents so in certain

countries this is not allowed your ice P may ban you or you may get letters of

warning so again using a VPN because that data is encrypted they're not gonna

be able to see what you're doing and it would like to access us torrents without

any problems and lastly popular Wi-Fi so if you're

accessing the internet from a coffee shop like Starbucks or from an airport

or wherever you can get free public Wi-Fi I personally do not want to be

doing any banking or accessing important information over public Wi-Fi so again

using a VPN it means that my data is encrypted nobody can see air and that

way my identity my data everything is kept private let's look at some of the

key features that Nord VPN provides so they use military-grade encryption so

you know your traffic is being encrypted by the best standards out there this

Arbortech is quite interesting so once you enable is your connection will be

automatically protected and shielded from intrusive advertisements malicious

popups and other malicious online threats now double VPN is another really

interesting features so what this means is instead of your connection going to a

VPN server first and now a VPN server taking to a website or Netflix or

something else that VPN server will actually connect you to another VPN

server so you end up having two VPN servers before you get to your desired

content giving you that extra layer of protection so since it protects your IP

address that is a very basic feature so pretty much all VPNs as soon as you make

the connection from your public IP address should change and you should now

be using an IP address from the VPN server you're connected to they also

have a strict no locks policy which is pretty standard across the main VPN

providers like private access ipvanish expressvpn

the only difference with the nord VPN is because the company is based away from

EU and jurisdiction it means that those governments cannot force this company to

give up your customer data so if your current VPN provider is based in one of

those two regions in theory those governments can force

your VPN provider to give up your private data and also start tracking you

without letting you know so if that is of concern for you then you definitely

need to use a VPN provider outside those two regions and Nord VPN definitely

checks that box because it's based out of Panama this VPN also supports

automatic kill switch so as we know we can assign this to applications if

anything happens to your VPN the VPN will kill those applications so those

applications will not be allowed to run unless the VPN is running the browser

proxy extension is also quite interesting so what it means is without

me actually using the top software actually inside Chrome or Firefox I can

initiate VPN connection and make sure whichever website I'm looking at is

going through a VPN so another great feature I think so in terms of servers

we're talking about 2069 server spread across 61 countries so I think that's a

huge amount so what that means in reality when you're trying to find a

server there's gonna be plenty of service for you to choose from and on

top of that if low people are using a service it's not gonna affect your

performance just because there's so many service to choose but they can be doing

a speed is at the end of this just so you can see when using a VPN how much of

your speed ease would use because at the end of the day it's never gonna be as

fast as connecting directly going through a VPN you are gonna lose some of

your bandwidth but lets us see exactly how much that's affected okay so let's

install the software now show you the interface and let's do a speed test okay

so let me take you to the install so I've downloaded the Installer from the

website I can change the default path view if I want to but this part is fine

for me I can just click on install okay click on run here so known VPN is

actually famous for being extremely easy to install and I think as you can see

with the installer it literally is two clicks and it's ready to use so this is

the main interface of node VPN as you can see has a really nice clean layout I

really like the way they've done this so you pretty much have a world map and you

can just choose whichever location you want to choose a server from solicit for

example I want to connect to a server based in South America like Brazil I can

come down here I can click on that and then see at the top this is connecting

to Brazil then you get a message you are now connected to Brazil so now my

traffic has been routed from the UK into Brazil and then from

zero is being encrypted and I can access anything I want and whatever service our

access they'll think I'm actually coming from Brazil that's really the beauty of

a VPN and we can see the topic we've been assigned a new IP address which is

based in this country let me just take you through some of the settings so if

you click on settings on top left say for example you have the cyber SEC

option I mentioned before so if you do want your VPN connection to protect you

from from malicious popups from you know adverts sites and everything else you

can enable this which is good you good option to auto connect so as soon as

your computer turns on you can get it to establish your VPN connections if you

want that extra layer of security basically you do not want to use your

computer without a VPN this is the option to turn on ok so then this is the

kill switch I mentioned so if we go into this for example we can say about google

chrome's if i add google chrome to the kill switch it means i can only use the

application if the VPN is running they also have an Advanced Settings section

so if you do know what you're doing you can choose things like I don't connect

with TCP I want to use UDP or vice-versa you can choose a custom DNS so really

for that Rick user you don't need to look at this but if you are interested

if you if you have that level of experience you can also change some of

the settings here so back in them if you don't use the map to connect you also

have the country section so here we can see so using this layout this is another

way you can get to whichever VPN server you want to choose so let's say for

example we want to choose a server in New Zealand we can go to that we can

click on this and this will basically choose one for you but if you want to

choose yourself you can press the hamburger menu here so we can see in it

there's quite a few servers to choose and also down here we can see server

number seven is overloaded which is what this is currently a 100% so you

definitely want to be choosing that server we can go up and choose this one

which is only at 25 percent utilization so just having this extra level of

visibility and extra information I think it makes this VPN a cut above the rest

so I think it's a really handy feature that has you also have some of the

speciality service as mentioned before they support double VPN dedicated IP

servers some extra service or PT P so if you are looking to connect to some of

those servers you'll find them in here so say for example were looking for my

double VPN server and go there click on this and this will show you all the

servers are currently support the double VPN connectivity so you can't do one VPN

server first and now automatically connect another VPN server before you

actually start you just to give you the extra double layer

of protection I guess on to the speed test so on the left-hand side we're

using no VPN on the right-hand side I've connected to node VPN now for the speed

test server I'm using the exact same one just to make it a more of an accurate

test okay so without the VPN we can see my ping time is 8 millisecond and I'm

pushing around about 74 megabits of data now with the VPN can you believe it I'm

only losing a couple of Meg so I'm getting all of that security all of that

protection per hardly losing any speed whatsoever

there has to be one of the best features of Nord VPN I mean that speed is really

impressive and we can see for the upgrade we lost just about a Meg so

again guys really really impressive I think it's safe to say now with Nord VPN

you're not gonna have any issues with your speed so how much does this all

cost so as we can see on the screen guys they do currently offer three plans you

can sign up for a month or for a year but hit the maximum 72 percent discount

if you sign up for two years that only works out as three dollars twenty nine a

month so really at that price point I don't think you can argue so in some

regards it's a fantastic VPN I'm really impressed with the features so some of

the highlights said that what the no logs policy they go global network of

more than 2000 servers across the world so wherever you are you're gonna find a

self that you can connect to they do support PTP with unlimited bandwidth

they claimed how blazing speed which I've demonstrated you know that that's

not an overstatement that's not a marketing term it really is one of the

fastest VPNs I've ever tested you can have up to six simultaneous connections

so if you do have a couple of five sticks a fire TV and an Android box

animal bar phone all those can be protected at the same time with just one

account but really you can have all these amazing features but I think all

of them are overshadowed by this thing up here so they give you a 30 day no

quibble moneyback guarantee that means you can try the VPN out give it a go and

if for whatever reason if you're not happy with their you can contact the

customer support which is available 24 hours a day so contact us up or ask for

your money back and you can get a full refund no issues

so to give you that kind of guarantee I think it just shows you how much

confident they are with the software overall guys this definitely gets a

double thumbs up from me that's all for this one guys many thanks for staying to

the end do leave me a comment below let me know a VPN you use

what it is do you recommend it or not let me know if you're not using anything

whatsoever leave me a comment below and I'll catch

up with you guys real soon bang that's it guys I hope you find that

video useful give me a thumbs up if you did comment below let me know if this

worked for you and please subscribe for more content thanks again for watching

guys oh and if you're interested in VPN if you click on that link on the bottom

left you'll get a great 46 percent discount if you are worried about your

privacy and you want to stay safe online I do recommend you check out our VPN

thanks again guys see you on the next one

Hillary Just Slapped With A Wrongful Death Lawsuit — And Clinton Thought It Would Never Happen To - Duration: 4:22.

The loss of American lives at the embassy in Benghazi, Libya, was a terrible tragedy

that few believe could not have been avoided, if only those responsible for issuing orders

to send readily available help had done so when help was requested.

We've all heard about the claims from special operations SEAL teams that wanted to go help

the ambassador, and the soldiers acting as his bodyguards were ordered to "stand down"

by persons unknown in the Obama administration.

Believe me, we all have our suspicions about who the unknown person or persons might be.

The parents of two of the soldiers killed do believe they know who is responsible and

are filing suit against that person to get some legal relief.

From Fox News Politics:

The parents of two of the four Americans who died in the Benghazi attack in 2012 filed

a lawsuit Monday against Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, alleging her "reckless

handling" of classified information contributed to their deaths.

The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by Larry Klayman

of Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, and Charles

Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods, for allegedly wrongfully causing the death of their sons

as well as for defamation and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit suggests that Clinton's use of a private email server contributed to the

deaths of Smith and Woods, adding that terrorists were able to "obtain the whereabouts of

Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. State Department and covert and other

government operations in Benghazi, Libya and subsequently orchestrate, plan, and execute

the now infamous September 11, 2012 attack."

"Having used a secret private email server that we now know was used to communicate with

Ambassador Christopher Stevens with confidential and classified government information, and

which we also now know was likely hacked by hostile adversaries such as Iran, Russia,

China and North Korea aligning with terrorist groups, it is clear that Hillary Clinton allegedly

negligently and recklessly gave up the classified location of the plaintiffs' sons, resulting

in a deadly terrorist attack that took their lives," Klayman said in a statement announcing

the suit.

In addition to the wrongful death and negligence charges named in the suit, the parents also

claim that Clinton defamed them in statements to the media, according to court documents.

"During her campaign for President, Defendant Clinton has negligently, recklessly, and/or

maliciously defamed Plaintiffs by either directly calling them liars, or by strongly implying

that they are liars, in order to protect and enhance her public image and intimidate and

emotionally harm and silence them to not speak up about the Benghazi attack on at least four

separate occasions," Klayman wrote in his complaint.

"The Court finds that Secretary Clinton was acting in the scope of her employment

when she transmitted the emails that are alleged to give rise to her liability," Jackson

wrote in her 29-page opinion.

"The untimely death of plaintiffs' sons is tragic, and the Court does not mean to

minimize the unspeakable loss that plaintiffs have suffered in any way.

But when one applies the appropriate legal standards, it is clear that plaintiffs have

not alleged sufficient facts to rebut the presumption that Secretary Clinton was acting

in her official capacity when she used her private email server."

For the purposes of the suit, "it…does not matter whether Secretary Clinton used

a private email server lawfully or unlawfully.

Instead, the relevant inquiry is whether Secretary Clinton's electronic communications with

State Department personnel about official business during her tenure were within the

scope of her employment as the head of the State Department," the judge said.

"Her actions – communicating with other State Department personnel and advisors about

the official business of the department – fall squarely within the scope of her duty to run

the Department and conduct the foreign affairs of the nation as Secretary of State."

Patricia Smith has previously spoken out against Clinton, most recently at the Republican National

Convention in July.

Hopefully this will finally be the lawsuit that takes her down!
