How To Make Easy Cat Toy! 2 Easy and Cheap Cat Toy Ideas! DIY Cat Toys - Duration: 5:00.

Hi guys! Welcome back to the channel! It's Claire and Rags and this week Rags and I

have two more easy DIY cat toys for you. These are really easy to make super fun

and your cat will love them. So if you want to know how to make some easy DIY cat toys just carry on watching

okay so for the first one we are going to make

him some pom poms! So for your pom poms all you're going to

need is - some wool or yarn, some cardboard, a pair of scissors and to make

it just a little bit more interesting - some catnip!

so what you're doing - get your cardboard and cut out a rectangle; however big you want to get your pom pom

you can make really small ones or you can make really big ones. I can make a sort

of a medium-sized one so this square here

Alright so I've got my cardboard here

The next thing you want to do is cut out a little slot in the middle of

the cardboard, till about sort of 3/4 of the way. If you're unsure that looks like just watch what I'm doing

Okay, so that's what you're looking for! You want a piece

of cardboard with a slot in there. Right so next thing we want to do is get your

wool and what you want to do is wrap it around the cardboard here

As many times as you want - I'm going to say about 80 times is probably a good idea

All right so once you have wound around as much as you want, take a little bit of yarn and

wrap it tightly around where you have one of these rounds

okay so once that is tied on just slip the wool off the cardboard

and there we have our little bundle door that it's going to turn into our pom pom. Take another bit

of yarn and wrap it round again on the opposite side of the pom-pom

The next thing you want to do is take some scissors and cut through the loops

and then we have our pom pom now to make it a little bit more interesting get some catnip

put your pom-pom in

do a bit of a shake

now that we have our catnip infused pom pom give it to a cat and let the funtime start

okay so for the next one that you are going to need - some pipe cleaners, some feathers and some wool

What I also want you to do is take your feathers and bunch them up together at the end in for a bunch

you can make it as big as you want use as many feathers as you want

Okay so we have our little bunch there. Next you want to take

your pipe cleaners and wrap them around the ends of the feathers to keep them all together

so they're all together - it's super super easy. Next we're going to be attaching a

length of string to feathers. Now what I've done it's got three pieces of

string and I plated them together just to make it a little bit stronger and there

we have our second easy DIY cat toy let's see what the girls think, shall we?
