Winter/Summer Sunscreen For MATURE WOMEN'S SKIN - Duration: 4:04.

Hi there it's Judy from Judy Dee beauty and I wanted to share a little bit about

a sunscreen with you it's January it's Canada it's cold and so a lot of times

we don't think about sunscreens but we have to there is the thought that if

it's not that the if you're not at the beach then you don't need a sunscreen

but that's not true we do need a sunscreen I'm on the west coast and the

Pacific Northwest and we have a little thing that here because it rains so much

we don't tan we rust which you know lately hasn't been true we just went

through an ice storm and we have a lot of cold and if it gets a little bit

colder wait'll snow and we do get snow we have

beautiful mountains and a lot of skiing here we're known for skiing we have

Whistler and all kinds of beautiful scales but that's where you have to

remember your sunscreen so I do go away I get a little bit of a getaway most

times in the winter and that's great but I'm not gone the whole winter and when I

do get away even going for a walk the snow really can reflect up and you can

burn you can get a wind burn but you can really get some damage when you're out

on the scales so especially if you're a little drier there's an awesome

sunscreen I want to let you know about and that is this one here

it's Clinique and it's a number 30 it's oil free but it really doesn't feel like

it's oil free it's really quite rich and creamy it's a

mineral one as well and it has cha it's chock full of antioxidants

so it's for the face which I really like because I don't think that just because

you're using a sunscreen you have to you know not get the benefits of a face

cream so this one here I'll show you it's very nice I'll put some on my hand

there we go so if you've seen any of my other videos I really am quite picky

about sunscreen so I'll use it when I go away to Maui so

that's awesome but I really will use it here because in the winter we tend to

get a little bit drier because of the cold and we're indoors at least I am a

kind of a weather whip so I don't tend to go out as much so you know with the

forced dry air the heat and all that I tend to not go out as much so our skin

does get drier with the cold air so you want something a little bit richer

especially if your skin generally is a little more mature it does tend to get a

little drier this one I found really quite nice so see it disappeared in my

hand really quite nicely it just absorbs it's velvety and you can use this

anywhere but you know but I it's for the face so you want to use it on your face

don't forget your neck or whatever else is exposed in that coal depending on how

cold it is but it's a beautiful face cream with the sunscreen of 30 I use the

30 but there is a 50 the higher the sunscreen it tends to be a little bit

thicker but this one here it didn't leave a big white film you could see it

just disappeared like right away so I would try this one if you're looking for

something that's pretty good for sensitive skin I have quite sensitive

skin but again it's trial and error but I just you know really really liked this

one so it's the Clinique and it's called

Clinique 30 face cream and it has Sun smart it's called the Sun smart so it's

chock full of antioxidants nice for your skin and I really found it was quite

nice and rich especially for the winter time or if you're gonna be you know in a

little bit drier climate it really worked nicely for me so give it a whirl

"Faster, Higher, Stronger" -

the unimpeachable motto of the Olympic Games.

Yet for Lance Larson, a 20-year-old American swimmer

at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome,

being fastest didn't necessarily translate

into gold.

The story of why that was so

remains one of the most controversial

in Olympic Games history

because, in 1960,

for all the stopwatches, timekeepers and cameras,

you still had to convince the judges

that you were the winner too,

and that was something Larson couldn't quite manage to do.

10,000 fans flocked

to the spectacular swimming arena

in Rome that night,

the first weekend action of the Games.

Two of the sport's brightest stars

were ready to shine

beneath the open skies.

Larson had clocked

the fastest time in the heats.

His closest challenger

was John Devitt of Australia.

Everyone knew it was head-to-head

between Devitt and Larson

for the gold.

With all eyes on the middle two lanes,

the Brazilian, Manuel dos Santos, in lane six,

flew into a healthy lead down the first 50 metres.

Dos Santos led at the turn,

but Devitt and Larson were just getting started.

Devitt hauled himself into the lead,

but Larson carved himself

through the water too

and pulled alongside his great rival.

The two men touched the wall.

Everyone seemed to agree, Larson had edged it.

But an official told him it wasn't the case.

Here was the problem.

In 1960, there were three timekeepers

at the end of every lane,

measuring the time of each swimmer.

The three stopwatches

measuring Devitt were all agreed.

The three stopwatches recording Larson

were only slightly different.

The rules state that if two times were the same,

that was official.

Larson was one tenth of a second quicker than Devitt.

But the swimming authorities of 1960

didn't believe the instruments.

They had judges too, 24 of them,

12 in each side of the pool,

whose job it was to decide

who finished first.

This was much closer.

Three judges were asked

who they thought finished first.

Two said Devitt and one said Larson.

Then three judges were asked

who they thought finished second.

Two said Devitt.

One said Larson.

Six judges - three thought Devitt won, three said Larson.

It was a dead heat.

The rules said that ties like this

should have sent the officials to the timing machine.

But instead, the chief judge,

Hans Runstromer of Germany, stepped in.

Runstromer said that both Devitt and Larson

should be given the same time,

but that Devitt alone was champion.

The American team appealed.

It was thrown out,

but the incident had shaken the sport to its core.

The Olympic Committee decided

to replace those fallible humans

with electronic sensors.

By 1968, stopwatches and judges

were a thing of the past in the pool.

And 40 years later,

the greatest Olympic swimmer of all time

was very grateful for that.

In 2008, US swimmer Michael Phelps

was on course for the best Olympic Games performance

ever achieved by an individual.

He was going for a seventh gold medal of the Games

in the 100 metres butterfly.

Standing in the way was Serbia's Milorad Cavic,

who was not interested in the Phelps fairy tale.

And is it Cavic or Phelps?

It's too close to call.

It's Phelps by one one-hundredth of a second.

Gold medal number seven.

Phelps went on to win eight gold medals in Beijing,

breaking Mark Spitz's record.

It was one of the greatest Olympic Games stories

ever written, and perhaps that story owes a credit

to John Devitt and Lance Larson.

Neither man would return to the Olympic Games,

but the legacy of their famous race lives on.

If you had the chance to watch last night's State of the Union address by President Trump,

you know that it was an emotionally charged event.

The President honored some very deserving service members, police, and families who

had lost someone this year.

He also did what we all expected, which was to re-cap the nation's victories this year

as pertains to jobs and the economy, and stressed our need for more border security and immigration

reform.

Also, just as expected, the left retained their seats for most of the night, handing

out applause in stingy amounts, and generally looking like they were born drinking pickle

juice and had been sucking lemons ever since.

The queen of the sourpuss brigade was, of course, their real-life leader, Nancy Pelosi.

The Washington Times reports that she is making headlines, just with her facial expressions:

President Donald Trump delivered what most hailed as a very strong State of the Union

speech that hit the high points, addressed the low points and soothed and smoothed over

the partisan points — and through it all, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi managed

to maintain a scowl.

Other Democrats may have their hands-sitting, but when it comes to expressing distaste with

this president, Pelosi takes the cake.

Bluntly put, the woman looked pissed.

Now it's true, others in her party managed to convey dissatisfaction during the speech.

There's this, from former White House spokesman Sean Spicer: 'The group not clapping for

historically low black and Hispanic unemployment are Democrats.

In case you were wondering.'

But nobody did dour like Pelosi.

Somebody ought to make a montage of her State of the Union face.

It's classic Democrat disgust and can no doubt be used time and again as a pictorial

expression of scorn in future news and blog reports."

However, Pelosi's sour faces weren't the end of her delightful surprises for the evening.

As we all know, Pelosi is rather advanced in years and as much as everyone in Congress

wants you to believe that they're a bunch of spring chickens, still functioning at one

hundred percent, that might not be the case.

As it turns out, Pelosi let a little bit of her age slip when she didn't know that the

camera was on her.

The Daily Wire reports that cameras and comentators alike were shocked, and a little grossed out

by what they saw Pelosi doing while the President was speaking:

"House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) put on her sour puss face for President Donald

Trump's first State of the Union address and appeared to be playing with her dentures.

Pelosi, who sat and did not clap for much of the night, was caught on camera appearing

to be adjusting something in her mouth as several media personalities quickly pointed

out that they believed she was playing with her dentures."

As disgusting as Pelosi's gross habit is, it appears to just be an absent-minded habit

that she has when she's thinking/plotting about something important.

Her entire body language shows just how frustrated she is with the entire night, and she wasn't

alone.

Everyone who watched Tuesday night's speech could tell that the Democrats were not at

all happy with with the President had to say about the State of the Union.

At a time when the President called for unity, they couldn't be bothered to stand, or show

appreciation, even when the President talked about a decrease in unemployment among the

minorities that they so loudly cater to.

The Washington Examiner reports that White House Press Secretary, Sarah Sanders spoke

on this very issue in an interview with CNN:

"White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Wednesday that House Minority Leader

Nancy Pelosi is a symbol of Democrats' bitterness toward President Trump, and said Democrats

would be better off if she smiled sometimes.

She was reacting to a question on CNN about Pelosi's dour reaction to Trump's State

of the Union address, during which she was mostly unresponsive.

'I think Nancy Pelosi looks like that all the time,' Sanders said on CNN.

'I think she should smile a lot more often, I think the country would be better for it.'

She seems to kind of embody the bitterness that belongs in the Democrat Party right now,'

Sanders added.

Sanders also said Pelosi and Democrats have to make a 'big decision' about whether

they will continue to let their hatred of Trump get in the way of getting things done.

'They need to decide … do they love America more than they hate this president, and are

they willing to put some of those differences aside, come together and do what's right

for this country?' she asked."

Every President wants the other party to "come together".

That's what they all say because they want to be able to unify the two parties, it helps

them get more done.

But usually, it's on big diplomatic issues that both parties will never agree on.

In this case, it's on issues that are going to make the lives and pocketbooks of every

American better.

But since it's not something that they were given permission to be happy about, they kept

their seats and any chance of standing for change.

Democrats will scoff at this, calling it ridiculous, but is it?

James K. also says he thinks that the only reason she wanted to keep off the govt servers

is to hide her illegal activity.

The only reason the server was discovered was a Benghazi FOIA that led to the discovery

of the server in HRC basement.

We know Hillary intended to keep off the "state dot gov" servers for one reason, and that

was because she said she didn't want her illegal activities subject to a Freedom of

Information Act (FOIA) requests.

It should be noted that it was exactly FOIA requests into Benghazi by Judicial Watch that

led to the discovery of her private server.

how to fix the contour on lips if you plan

to have a natural technique like watercolor.

Todays's theme of the video is the fixation of

the contour on the lips with the technique of tight filling.

There're two ways of fixing the contour

1.

You can use the same way as with natural technique.

Work with airy shading.

But there must be much more strokes per millimeter,

and they need to be drawn much more densely.

So you need to get a contour more dense

than the most translucent, which we do

when we fill with watercolor.

Or the second possible way: 2.

When you fix a contour with a dense thin line,

I mean, slowly moves forward and backward, continiue moving forward.

In each case, the choice of technique depends on

the properties of the skin, how good the pigment comes inside the skin.

If it comes well, the best way is the first,

when there are a lot of tightly drawn strokes.

In this case, you will get a thicker line along the contour,

from which it'll be easier to draw

the rest of the surface of the lips.

If the pigment comes badly, only the second way will suit you

thin line, but it'll be clear enough,

vivid and then you will also start slowly drawing the rest of your lips,

going faster to the center

and waterline.

PWInsider are reporting Triple H made the call to hire him to work on NXT, though it's

not yet known whether that'll be in front of or behind the camera.

There's hopeful speculation that he'll contribute to Woken Matt Hardy's storyline

on the main roster, as Borash produced his Broken segments on Impact.

Borash worked for TNA from its very inception in 2002, and he'll be a major loss for the

promotion - who reportedly planned on him doing commentary with Don Callis going forward.

Sasha Banks Heat With Ronda Rousey?

The biggest WWE debut this week, though, still remains Ronda Rousey - who turned up at the

end of Sunday's Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

A debut which, if you ask Triple H, everyone backstage is super happy about and not upset

at all - as he told USA Today he thinks the rest of the roster is "thrilled" with

Ronda joining the promotion.

Someone might want to tell that to both Nia Jax and Nikki Bella, who criticised Ronda's

debut for overshadowing Asuka winning the first ever Women's Royal Rumble.

And now we can add Sasha Banks to That List, who when asked about Rousey's debut on Busted

Open Radio replied: "I have nothing nice to say, so I can't say anything at all."

Co-host Bully Ray then pushed the matter further, asking if there's really nothing positive

about Ronda joining WWE, and Banks just reiterated: "I've got nothing to say.

I'm going to keep it at that".

While this could be genuine negativity directed at Ronda from the women's roster, it's

also important to remember this is professional wrestling - and Banks, Nikki and Jax could

all be working us.

Considering how volatile WWE can be towards anyone who steps out of line, those three

likely wouldn't say anything potentially damning without clearing it with management

first.

Poor Adam "Shifty" Schiff is literally having a nervous breakdown after Congress

voted to release the "Nunes memo," which most reports say will incriminate high-level

FBI and DOJ officials, finding them spying on President Donald Trump.

Schiff knows this will make the Democrats, who covered it up, look just as guilty.

Well, Shifty Schiff ran away crying from the floor of Congress after suffering an epic

failure, trying to salvage his career.

The now-famous "memo" is something many misunderstand, thanks to the Democrats'

propaganda.

Since it is a report written by GOP Rep. Devin Nunes, the Democrats, led by Schiff, are alleging

it's just an opinion piece, a nothing burger.

In fact, it is written by Nunes, only because the information it is reporting is highly

classified and can only be looked at by the gang of eight who sit on the House Intel Committee.

This memo is a result of what Nunes saw in March 2017.

"Our research indicates that in February and March 2017 Chairman Devin Nunes, a gang

of eight member, reviewed intelligence reports (most likely Presidential Daily Briefings)

that were assembled exclusively for the office of the former President (Barack Obama).

That is why he went to the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB) Information Facility

to review," reports The Conservative Treehouse.

Nunes viewed these highly classified documents in a "SCIF" – a Sensitive Compartmented

Information Facility.

The documents are brought to the SCIF and cannot be taken out.

Adam Schiff is also a member of the gang of eight and had the same access to these documents.

From these documents, Nunes wrote a "memo," summarizing what he viewed.

Now, Nunes got permission for Congress to have access to read the memo, and the shocking

thing is that only four Democrats took the time to read it.

Schiff declined.

Isn't that strange?

After over 100 GOP Congressmen read it, they were stunned.

Immediately, there were calls from Congress to de-classify the memo so the public could

read it as soon as possible.

So, we have to ask ourselves what is in it that is causing the Democrats to freak out?

Congressmen who have viewed it say it's "explosive" and that it proves the Obama

administration weaponized the FBI and DOJ to illegally spy on then-candidate Donald

Trump, and this spying continued after Trump took office.

At the center of it are FISA warrants, which were illegally obtained using the fake dossier

paid for by Hillary Clinton.

Ok, so only four Democrats read the Nunes memo, and those who have not read it are saying

it is just a load of "conservative propaganda."

Well, if it was nothing, then why are they freaking out?

And, why did Adam Schiff try to write his own "memo" when he has never looked at

the classified information Nunes' memo is based on?

But, there's more.

Shifty Schiff actually took his bogus memo and tried to get the House to vote to release

it.

"After representative Adam Schiff ran to the microphones to decry the lack of GOP support

for releasing his 'minority memo,' Congressman Lee Zeldin shares the back-story.

Adam Schiff wouldn't even allow the intelligence committee to see Schiff's 'minority memo,'

yet he was demanding they vote to declassify it," further reports The Conservative Treehouse.

Zeldin says, "How can Adam Schiff present this minority memo when he did not allow the

House Intel Committee to read it, before voting on it, to declassify it and publicly release

it?

I think the American people are pretty smart and can figure out what is going here.

And it's fascinating to watch the Democrats on the committee after we meet, run out and

go to the cameras, to give their narrative.

At no point when they were mentioning they were outraged that we voted to release the

memo, did they mention they had a minority memo."

He goes on, "What we want is for the American people to get the facts, read the memo and

let them decide for themselves on this FISA abuse."

So, Shifty Schiff hastily writes some propaganda piece that no one can read and then he runs

away crying when the majority GOP says "get the hell out of here with that fake memo of

yours."

We the people will read the Nunes memo.

Either it will have facts and outline abuse by the FBI and DOJ or it won't.

The American people are capable of deciding if it reaches the explosive nature that has

been reported by those who have read it.

From the actions of Shifty Schiff, I think somehow it's going to blow the lid off of

the entire bogus Robert Mueller investigation.

It was so damning that only 12 hours after FBI Director Christopher Wray read it Sunday

afternoon, Andy McCabe, the Deputy Director of the FBI under James Comey, "resigned."

High-level sources confirm he is named in the memo, and he will probably be facing criminal

charges.

So, Adam "Shifty" Schiff has been lying to the American people for political purposes,

and it's all coming out now.

add naval, select a carrier

with the different BMS version this menu can change

and here is the add squadron menu, and select naval plane like an F18, here is automatic the carrier selected

you can change the base, but we want the carrier, as you can see it´s very easy to do it

look here you can change the munition, the fuel, this fuel value is not saved, this only works when you are in the TE ready to flight to set your fuel

this is the mission commander tool, thanks to Falcons

here you have to be sure to get this lines in the correct Falcon BMS folder

you can select in BMS location and select the BMS .exe

close the program and open it again to be sure all is loaded

directly the directory will be the BMS in korea, and open the desired mission

is korea, because it´s selected down here

here you can activate a ton of things, and you will get some info in the map

normally for tacs you are not going to use this, this is more for campaign

campaign tab you see what have each team, in teams you can create relationships, and make one country friend or allied of other

for example here USA tem is controlled by the user, and is allied of itself, and at war with the others countries

and here you can make to be allied of this other team, but you are not going to let the USA team control this team, for that that stick

in this team you can select if have satellites or not

with a satellite will have more visual info of the enemy territory

and team member have satellites it´s the same, to share that info of the member

this is from the usa point of view, now you have to mach the other team POV, to be coherence

now I match the data, you can make the USA do not share its satellite intel with this team.

in this way you can manage a different types of alliance, use and chinchilla as allied and chinchilla allied of all except DPKR

be careful because you have to apply changes, to get them in use and then save the mision

here in units you can select the different unis, only airplanes for example, here in yellow you can see something

that yellow color means that is an error there, here it´s safe to delete the flights, in that order you can delete that bad flight and solve possible insues

here you can select only one country, flights... what ever

doble click in the flight and you get a new window, you have all the waypoints info, the weapons, and the mision type

here you do not need to delete the flight here it´s safe to change the direfent mision type, when you have to change things of the mission use MC

The fuel, you want to limit the takeoff fuel status, here you can save it easily and it will be keeped when you go to the mision

here you can for example make the plane takeoff with external fuel tanks empty to refuel them

you can add more planes, change the weapons....

for the squadron you can set some options, like the area of expertise

you can delete some munitions here, this is useful for campaign

in TE I ma not sure if this works I think doesn't work

in campaign the problem is when the air resupply come to the base, fill this stores,

now I will check in TE if this values works or not

other thing that could be cool is this tab, to make compatible different TE for different BMS versions

select the installed BMS, and the new version you have, with htat make a kind of conversion that you will need to check for weapons, because may be a plane as no weapons due the conversion

let´s save the mission

again in BMS, there you can see the enemy red plane, the yellow, because have no control, you do not know anithing about them

those F18 survive to the F22, if they found the yellow theme, they will not fight them, because they are allied

down there, the carrier is not shooting to that plane, because is allied

a carrier is like a Sa10

this could be good to simulate civilian airplanes

you can create a new team, and you avoid that list of flight that you do not want to be messing with the player

you set a yellow team, with two airport and you can generate heavy civilian traffic or whatever

of course you will have to get fat airplanes to simula them

if you generate a package of flights in your team you can not generate a mix team allied package

from the mission builder, now you can generate a package with the blue and yellow teams, here are the mirage from yellow team,

you have to set its current flag, because BMS need to know where the airbase is in what color, and now with the blue team, I add teh F18 carrier based

and there is the mixed package, now in the briefing, you can see they are in the same team, also in the ATO is working fine, if you want to join to the other team from the mission you can not

Investigation Ordered Into Larry Nassar-Linked Training Ranch Where He May Have Abused Victims

Abbott ordered the Texas Rangers, the state's top criminal investigations unit, to look into the Karolyi Ranch.

It hosted training camps for more than a decade until earlier this year.

The Walker County Sheriff's Office is already investigating.

Several gymnasts have said Nassar abused them at the ranch.

Nassar was sentenced to 40 to 175 years in prison last week.

More than 150 women and girls have said he had molested them under the guise of medical treatment.

Abbott called the allegations "gut-wrenching.

" He ordered the state investigation because the claims involve multiple jurisdictions and states.

"Those athletes, as well as all Texans, deserve to know that no stone is left unturned to ensure that the allegations are thoroughly vetted and the perpetrators and enablers of any such misconduct are brought to justice.

The people of Texas demand, and the victims deserve, nothing less," Abbott said.

The ranch is owned by former national team coordinators Bela and Martha Karolyi.

USA Gymnastics cut ties with the ranch earlier this month, a few days after Olympic champion Simone Biles and said she dreaded the thought of having to return there to train.

Other gymnasts have also said they were abused at the ranch.

"It is impossibly difficult to relive these experiences and it breaks my heart even more to think that as I work towards my dream of competing in Tokyo 2020, I will have to continually return to the same training facility where I was abused," Biles said in a statement.

Nassar's accusers have said he would use his ungloved hands to penetrate them and other inappropriate touching when they were seeking treatment for back, hip, leg, foot and other injuries.

Victims blamed Michigan State, USA Gymnastics and the U.S.

Olympic Committee for not doing more to stop him earlier.

How To Introduce Two Cats Pt 2! Update On Rags and Godiva! Helping Cats Get Along - Duration: 5:19.

Hi guys! Welcome back to the channel! It is Claire and Rags and we have something

a little bit different for you this week. This is going to be an update on how

things are going between the girls - Rags and Godiva

The other cat in this house. Now a few weeks ago I shared some tips with you on

how to introduce two cats together in a household so that they live together

harmoniously and it's stress free. Now we've been doing this for a few weeks

now and it seems to be working really really well

Now Rags and Godive aren't exactly best buddies, but they are able to be in the house

together and even in the same room together without any aggression or

fighting which is absolutely fantastic, isn't it?

Now I'm going to share with you

a few other tips and just in case you are introducing two cats together

and to have experienced a couple of hiccups. Now we have continued with the

boundaries with our cats so for example Ragsy isn't allowed to go upstairs which

is a Godiva's main teritorry and Godiva isn't allowed in our side of the house

she does try occasionally but Rags is quite good at telling her to carry on walking

Well I have a few other tips for you just in case you need a little

bit of extra help. Now one thing you can do is spend time

with both of your cats in the same room that isn't the room that you introduce them

in so for example a lounge. So on an evening sometimes I've had Ragsy on

my knee in the lounge and Godiva's owners have had her on their side. Now

this is really good so that your cats can get used to each other when in a room

But they have the added security and added comfort of having you in the

room with them. This will do wonders for them being up spend time together

in a room and then you get to spend some quality time with your cats too

Now one thing that is very important is keeping their food and out litter trays at

separate. This is very important cats are hugely territorial and

especially when it comes to when they're feeding or using the litter tray they

want to feel comfortable and safe. Now this is especially important in our

house as Godiva is on a special medicated diet so she isn't allowed to

area in the kitchen where Ragsy doesn't have easy access to and Ragsy's foods and

a litter tray is in our bathroom, which she has easy access to but Godiva

doesn't have so much and it's ensuite and linked on to our bedroom where Ragsy

spends most of their time. Now this is very important for your cat to feel they

have an area where they can go eat and use a litter and have all that

immunities while feeling safe but your cats might get along it is very

important if your cats have their own space to retire to so that feels safe

secure and happy. Now it is very important to keep up regular play

with your cats and if you want your cats to have a positive association with one

another try doing this together in a communal area quite often Rags and I will

play in the hallway where Godiva is either in the background or sometimes

she even joins in. Again this is just so that your cats can get a little

exercise and you bond with your cats, but also they get a positive association

with the other cat of being in the area. This has been really fun with it Rags

and Godiva it took us a few goes and as Godiva is quite a shy cat but we have

had a few instances where I've been playing with Rags or I've been playing with Godiva

and they've joined in. It's been absolutely lovely.

And lastly you need to make sure that you pay attention to your cat's body language and their cues

if you are all together in the house or the cats are in the same room as one

another and your cat is visibly upset or not very happy being in the vicinity of

the other cat. You need to make sure that they have somewhere easy to go to to get

away from that situation either that or you take them outfit yourselves

It's not fair for your cat to be put in a stressful situation just so that you can

feel like you have to buddy cats. Again this is where having their separate food

and litter areas comes in handy because it's somewhere they can go to and

feel completely comfortable. Now these have worked really well for me
