Hi I'm Gerry from Gerry's Craft Room In this video I'm going to make another

art journal page for my mini album I start with applying distress oxide inks

with an ink blending tool I don't try to blend it perfectly because

it will not be visible later

by the way I added the products I used in the description box for you and

if you are new here don't forget to subscribe

and now I am going to do an ink lift with a stencil and water in a spray bottle

I spray some water from a distance 2 or 3 spritzes are enough

you don't want a puddle

then let it set a bit and blot it with kitchen paper

I added some water splats and blotted with kitchen paper

and now I'm going to add some Vaseline to make sure the distress oxide stays in place

it's not complete water proof but it will work great when I add gesso and paste later

now I dry brush gesso over my page

I keep adding gesso until I still can see the background but it's a bit toned down

Now I'm adding another layer of ink using a stencil

then I move the stencil a bit and I am going to apply ultra sparkle paste

and let it dry

I cut some flowers and colour them with the same ink

and then I move the colours a bit with the ink blending tool

and plastic wrap and some water

I sprinkle some embossing powder on the paste here and there

shake of the excess and then let it dry

some doodling on the flowers it will make them stand out a bit more

this is what it looks like after heat setting the embossing powder

and I'm finishing my page with the flowers and a sentiment

Nemesio Oseguera "El Mencho", es hoy el narcotraficante más buscado por EEUU En una carta presuntamente enviada a la prensa mexicana el líder del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, advirtió a quienes ofrecen recompensa por su captura que morirá peleando y que no tiene miedo de quienes lo persiguen

En las última semanas, el capo se ha convertido en objetivo prioritario para los gobiernos de México y Estados Unidos, que ofrecen millonarias recompensar por su captura

El 17 de octubre, la Administración para el Control de Drogas (DEA) de EEUU aumentó de USD 5 millones a 10 millones el monto que ofrece por información que lleve a la caída del Oseguera, mientras que el gobierno mexicano ofrece 30 millones de pesos (USD 1,5 millones) por su captura

La famosa foto de Rolling Stone de "El Mencho" con sus hijos "Soy mexicano y soy enemigo de quien me ha atacado, no tengo miedo", dice la carta, hecha pública el fin de semana por el periodista mexicano Ricardo Rocha

El grupo criminal encabezado por el capo se ha convertido en una poderosa organización trasnacional "Es cierto que lo que hago a lo mejor no está correcto, pero no me escudo en una charola como lo hace la Marina y pisotear a los habitantes de esta nación (sic)", expresó

Sentenció que el día que lo encuentren habrá muertos de ambos lados (autoridades y narcos)

"Suerte que el día que nos topemos sé que a lo mejor voy a tener bajas, pero también del lado contrario habrá bajas y huérfanos, mis respetos para todos los mexicanos y habitantes de este país", finalizó
