Good morning everybody.
This is Rachael Caine.
I'm saying it's morning even though you may not be watching this in the morning because
I'm having coffee.
I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be on board the CruisingWriters.com cruise
in October of 2018.
It's October thirteenth through 20 and leaves out of Galveston, Texas and I'm going to be
on board as one of the instructors with wonderful Kristen Lamb, author, marketing Jedi extraordinaire.
I will also be on there with Deidre Knight, the head of The Knight Agency.
I happen to be a Knight Agency client.
So how about that?
And I will also be on there with Alex Sehulster from St Martin's, assistant editor at Saint
Martin's.
That's a pretty cool cruise right there, but think about this.
For a whole week, we're going to talk about writing and we're going to have such a wonderful
time.
I'm going to be talking about writing cross genre because as you might know, I'm a little
bit cross genre.
You can just look it up.
It's true.
Uh, and then also I'm going to be giving a talk on marketing and PR and how to navigate
all of those channels to the betterment of your book.
Uh, I'll also as a bonus, the, you know, I, if we have time and I hope we do, we're going
to also do a segment on media training because that's something they don't teach you in the
imaginary writer school.
You will need to be able to talk naturally about your work and talk about it on camera
in settings that are pretty frightening like studios in New York.
So let's get together on this wonderful cruise and I promise we'll have wonderful time.
