Stormy Daniels' lawyer files motion to depose Trump, lawyer Michael Cohen

The move comes days after a "60 Minutes" interview in which Daniels detailed the alleged affair

with Trump. The lawyer for adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who says she had sex with

Donald Trump in 2006, has filed a motion in federal court asking for permission to depose

the president and his lawyer, Michael Cohen.

The move comes amid a lawsuit against Trump, alleging that he never signed a nondisclosure

agreement that his lawyer had arranged with Daniels, and just days after a revealing interview

on CBS' "60 Minutes" in which she detailed an alleged affair with the married mogul and

claimed she was threatened in 2011 if she went public.

The request was filed late Tuesday in a Los Angeles court and will be heard on April 30,

Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tweeted Wednesday morning. In the court filing, Avenatti

said each deposition would last for no more than two hours.

He also filed a motion seeking a jury trial in no more than 90 days.

"We expect to be placing the president and his fixer under oath in the coming months,"

Avenatti said in a statement.

The White House did not immediately comment about the motion.

David Schwartz, an attorney for Cohen, said in a statement that the filling is a "reckless

use of the legal system in order to continue to inflate Michael Avenattis deflated ego

and keep himself relevant."

"His statements are ludicrous when he asks where Michael Cohen and Donald Trump are?

He knows they are following the rules of the court," he added.

"They are handling the case in a court of competent jurisdiction and as a lawyer, he

needs to do the same.

This is politically motivated and people see through this charade.Daniels, whose real name

is Stephanie Clifford, has said that Cohen paid her $130,000 in October 2016 just

days before the presidential election not to talk about her encounter with Trump.

But Daniels said the "hush agreement," as it's referred to in her lawsuit this month,

is invalid because even though she and Cohen signed it, Trump never did.

Cohen earlier this year downplayed Daniels' claims as "rumors."

While he has acknowledged making the payment allegedly out of his own pocket he

has repeatedly declined to tell NBC News what it was for.

Avenatti said on the "Today" show earlier this week that ultimately, he wants Daniels

to have the right to "tell her story."

"If she's not telling the truth, let the president take to the podium and call her a liar," he

said Monday.

"Let the president come forward and say it never happened."

Trump himself has not publicly addressed the alleged relationship.

The White House has denied that Trump had an affair with Daniels, and White House Press

Secretary Sarah Sanders said this month that the president was unaware that Cohen paid

Daniels the $130,000.

March For Our Lives (Washington, DC) | VLOG - Duration: 5:53.

-that's a nice hat

-thank you

-so what did we do this weekend?

-we went to the March For Our Lives in DC

(national anthem plays)

Our University provided busing there and back

and that was a bit of a process

but I'm really glad we got to go in Washington DC specifically

-what was the march like?

-The March was a lot different than I expected

before we went I did a lot of research on how to stay safe

how to take care of yourself if you are tear gassed

so I went in with these expectations but once I got there I quickly found out that I was very wrong

this march was organized to make sure that everybody feels safe

which is very appropriate for what we're marching for

-how big was the crowd?

-Crowd was huuuuge

it really messed with my ideas of what like a "march" was

because I was just expecting to nonstop be moving

But there was very little space to actually move around

because it was PACKED

you cannot understand just how big it was unless you were there

like these overhead shots don't even do it justice

we were crammed! there was- I thought it was just gonna be students

It was children: elementary school age, middle school aged! Parents, grandparents, everyone was there

every background, every shape, every size, every age

-what's your big takeaway from the march?

my takeaway...

obviously things like this shouldn't happen

but when there's such devastation the unity that comes afterwards

it can't be replicated, it can't be recreated, it can't even be described in words

just the feeling when you're there- it was incredible.

the amount of love and support and need and desire to change our country!

From the other side, if you don't believe that gun reform should happen,

(these) people will say that we're just criticizing America and that we don't like to be American

that we should just leave!

I have never felt more patriotic than when I was at that march!

because I think being a true patriot, somebody who really loves America,

is somebody who wants to see America be better

and I feel like everyone at that march didn't want to leave

they want to make our home be better

a place where we can feel safer

a place where less children have to deal with this

Now that I've talked to you about my experience and takeaways

I'm going to be playing some clips from the protest with volume

so you can experience some highlights for yourself

stick around after these clips so you can experience some of our other DC shenanigans

(Miley Cyrus singing) You'll never reach it

every step I'm taking

and every move I make feels

lost with no direction

VOTE THEM OUT!

VOTE THEM OUT!

VOTE THEM OUT!

VOTE THEM OUT!

(gospel choir singing) Ohhh in DC!

oh in DC I'm gonna let it shine!

Oh in DC we're gonna let it shine!

Oh in DC we're gonna let it shine!

Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine!

(Yolanda Renee King speaking) A great generation!

(crowd cheering back) A GREAT GENERATION!

-Now I'd like you to say it like you really, really mean it!

SPREAD THE WORD!!

-SPREAD THE WORD!!

-HAVE YOU HEARD?

-(me mishearing) SPREAD THE WORD!!!

so the first thing we had to do after the March was go on our quest for food

which was very difficult because a lot of places were shut down

If you're going to a march and you only have a few hours...

ummm screw that

get a hotel room!

Why would you-

yeeees

there's a pencil in the sky!

there's a pencil in the sky!

the first thing we have to do at Madame Tussauds was go to the bathroom

and on all the stalls at said actress, musician, cultural icon

and I made a lame joke about how I was all of the above

oh no this march is getting pretty serious

This the OG Ben

-you know.. Thomas Jefferson looks nothing like Daveed Diggs!!

-this was me apologizing to "crooked Hillary" about all the bullshit she had to deal with throughout her life

here's Ben's impression of Nixon

-(Ben as Nixon) I'm Richard Nixooon

I am not a crook!

Not a crook!

-He does look like he'd sound like that

Can you believe he's the most highly paid actor??

'cause neither can I!!

(me as Jimmy Fallon) yeah!! I break character all the time and I keep laughing

and no one calls me out for it 'cause I'm Jimmy Fallon

(me as Stephen Colbert) I'm here with Athena who was here today for the March For Our Lives!

this is us walking back to the busses

and I was complaining about how we did not spend enough time in DC

you're walking in front of the Capitol!!

do you know how many f*cked up things happen in there?!

-Too many!

-do you know how unprepared we were for this trip?

way too unprepared!!

here is us walking on a narrow strip of sidewalk-ish land on the side of the road

because we went to the wrong parking lot trying to find out where our bus is!

that's such a weird note to end on!

why would you do that?

because I want you to know that if you're planning on going to a different state to go to a march

plan better than us

please

Things 2 Do B4 Graduation P2#17NTج2أشياء ضرورية تسويها قبل التخرج In English وقت_الدوافير# - Duration: 5:11.

Greetings everyone

Welcome to a new episode of "The Nerds' Time" with me your host, Fatimah Aljawi

If this is the first episode watching me, don't forget to hit that red button to subscribe to the channel!

and the notification bell to get notified by my weekly episodes

Yes, weekly episodes

As promised the previous episode,

in this episode, we will finish up by talking about the medical, routine and psychological steps

For those who are graduating and going back home

" The Arabic version of Coming Home song "

Let's get started

speaking about the routine, if you had a specific routine that you are used to it,

and from this moment, start looking for alternatives

For ex, if you are the type who wakes up at 4 in the morning for the gym

start looking up for a gym that opens this early where you are planing to move

Or, you prep yourself to change such a habit

another ex, if you had a specific type of coffee that only available where you go to school

start looking for an alternative or find someone who can deliver it for you

Honestly, speaking of myself, I cannot go without such a thing

Most important thing in life

the same thing applies to the services you need

meaning, if you need a high speed WiFi,

if you are the type who makes YouTube vid

and download vid

I am just giving some hints for my sake

You do not wanna me to retire from Youtube this early , JK

Medically speaking, collect all medical reports

for any doctor you have visited that you think it is important to have

for ex, X-rays, analysis , anything that matters

Dental related papers are highly recommended to collect or have a copy of

Let them know ahead so they either email you the reports or mail them to you

and those who has chronic conditions as well

Also, do not forget about prescriptions and so on

psychologically,

This could be the hardest that you deal with

but you should fight for it

The families who do not have an accommodation yet,

start looking for a place ASAP, or ask someone to start looking for one

The reason is, by the time you find a place, you will start settling down and feel more comfortable

and you will get yourself busy prepping the place and so on

Singles

Talk to your family/parents, if moving back to them

"Hi, I know that my room turned to something else"

"like the guests room or something"

Would be lovely to find a new bedroom set, new mattress, new stuff

Treat us Graduates just like newlywed

" WHAT"

The most important to take from this episode and the previous one

that you prep yourself psychologically by yourself

meaning, have a talk with yourself

anticipate what's going to happen when you are back there like

the new environment, the culture shock, the people you haven't seen for ages

anyways

if you got a specific routine, it is cool to tell your family about

and let them know what you wanna

It could be something like

" Hey, I nap the afternoon so I would like it to be quiet that time, do not disturb, do not turn off the AC"

Just saying

or something like " I have my own hour that time" , " I need some time "

I find these stuff important coz..... you gonna know why

This sums up the end of our episode for this week

Smart people, go and watch the previous episode as well

and never wait to the eleventh hour before your, graduation, flight or trip back

and do the list, coz YOU WILL REGRET IT

who took notes since the previous episode and who did not?

Lazy ones who did not

I included in the description box a PDF that has a list of whatever I spoke about since last episode

Things that you gotta do before graduation

TWO Months AHEAD

if you liked the episode, do not forget to give it a thumb up

and hit the sub button and

Don't forget to share this episode with anyone who's about to graduate.

coz they might send you some blessings since they will not regret

See you in the next episode, peace.

*Dramatic Arabic music*
