It's purr-fect! Tiger tries to snatch a three-year-old's cuddly toy through the glass at a zoo

This is the moment a tiger spots a three-year-olds cuddly toy and decides he must have it.

The adorable footage, filmed at a zoo in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the USA, sees the tiger stalk towards the cuddle toy with Ruby, three, screaming in panic and running to her toys aid.

Luckily, there is a wall between them and the tigers massive paw crashes into it. The footage was filmed on January 31 by Rubys mother.

At the start, we see the predatory tiger notice the cuddly toy and start to stalk towards it. At this point, Rubys mother calls out to the little girl, making her aware of whats about to happen.

A tiger at a zoo in Tulsa, Oklahoma saw a three-year-olds cuddly toy and decided that he had to have it. In an adorable reaction, Ruby runs bravely towards her toy, temporarily forgetting that it is protected by the zoos glass.

The tigers paw crashes against the glass and Ruby shrieks before she realises what has happened. Slowly, she moves the toy out of the way as the tiger continues to paw at the glass.

The tiger seemed infatuated as he gazed longingly at the toy, pawing at the glass that separated them as the toys owner Ruby, pictured, watched on. Other onlookers can be heard laughing at the scene.

The tiger then crouches and bows his head but keeps its eyes firmly locked on the toy. As the girl starts to move the toy around the glass, the tiger follows, reaching out and trying to snatch it away.

Rubys mother can be heard telling her daughter: He likes your toy Ruby. As soon as the tiger saw the toy it stalked towards it, deciding straight away that it wanted to have the cuddly orange toy.

Another onlooker can be heard describing the tiger as cute while another says it is the sweetest thing shes ever seen.

At the end of the video, Ruby puts the toy down and steps back, leaving the tiger to gaze longingly at it. Her mother asks: Are you gonna give him your toy Ruby?. The little girl replies: Maybe.   .
