She is "Juanita" the box is missing but it was common that the kids got rid of it.
Also, some kids used the boxes to keep another kind of things so is very difficult to get the original box.

That´s a shame because the art of the boxes is amazing!
"Platimarx" was very important in Mexico in those times because they had all Louis Marx licenses!

I think these figures were made in the same period of time when man reached the moon.

This is a UFO made in 60´s and it was manufactured in tinplate.
It was one of the first ones that represent a flying saucer as we know them.

This was the idea for a flying saucer since the 50´s...
The other one was a futuristic city vehicle...
But this is a spaceship! Based on Kenneth Arnold concept...
And from all those people who had an approach or talked about flying saucers...
This one is interesting because is impulsed by air and have combat weapons!
As I can see, this is a very humanized UFO design, with all that armory.
And look at the dates they used in the printing!

It's amazing how they thought the patrols would be this way in this era.
What I like about these tin objects is the lithography which made the toy colorful!
It´s interesting to see the evolution in the manufacture. First, they were made only with tinplate...
Then they tried to reduce costs by putting some plastic parts!
From those 3 spaceships, that one is the latest version. And then came this one.
I think that they also did this because tinplate was dangerous for the kids, they could get cut while playing.

This one is another enemy of the same toy line: "Cripton" or Crypton in the US.
Finally, we have these Mexican toy jewels, they are very hard to find and very desired...
They were promotions from the 60´s...

These are the famous "Pingüinos Marinela" (snack cakes brand in Mexico) flying saucers.
There is an inscription on the bottom...
Collectors like me call this kind of objects "Holy Grails", because of the complexity of finding them.
Inside of each flying saucer, there should be 2 aliens one is fat and the other one thin.
These legs are a nightmare! For many years I tried to complete them all and now I only need one more.
These are the instructions in which the children saw how to assemble them and there is also the price of it!

I went with some friends there. And we saw 2 fluorescent entities!
I´m not the only one who saw them. We were 6 people!
It´s a shame that in those years the technology on the night vision cameras was not the best!
They were 76 yards from us. They were 2 fluorescent beings and they were moving.
Their eyes were super brilliant or maybe they had something that was covering them.
I think those brilliant things were their eyes...
The first one was there moving, then the other one arrived but we could only see the upper part of his body.
We couldn´t see what they were doing but they got together, after a while, they got separated and then disappeared!
We went there with a guide and he always was making fun of us...
But after the apparition, we couldn´t find him! He was at the tent covering himself and very scared.
He was terrified!
