Ingredients: • cottage cheese 5% - 225 g; • kefir 1% - 225 ml; • Egg - 2 pieces; • whole-grain flour - 80 g; • corn flour - 50 g; • a large apple - 1 piece; • Stevia - to taste; • baking powder - 1 teaspoon; • Soda - 1/2 teaspoon • cinnamon if desired
Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl
Add eggs
Whisk everything until smooth
Pour kefir
Add the baking powder, soda and stevia
Stir
Add the cinnamon
Add the flour, mix thoroughly
Peel the apple, remove the core
Cut the apple into cubes
Add apples to the dough, mix
Fill molds with dough
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees
