Hi everyone welcome back to my channel sugarmama TV. if you haven't already

financial motivation and financial inspiration. Today I want to talk to you

guys about market volatility particularly around investing in shares.

So that you understand what market volatility is and you are actually not

scared of it you understand it and you actually see the blessing in disguise

that comes from high levels of market volatility. Alright the first thing is I

want to explain to you what market volatility really is. It is simply the

perceived value of an asset at any given point in time a share might be trading

at say $2.10 cents and something happens in the market where,

the share price temporarily drops to say a $1.90. Now that does not mean that

that value of that company has dropped is just dropped in value in perceived

value at that given point in time. Now if you can look at it that way you can then

start to see the actual blessing or opportunity in that share price dropping

in value you can then potentially pick that stock

up at a great discount. Just like if you were to go shopping to

your favorite shoe shop and you notice that they have a 30% off sale your money

now can but go further you can potentially buy more shoes for the same

amount of money exactly the same with market volatility it means you've got

more buying power for the same 1000 dollars you can now pick up more units

in that company you can earn more of that company which means you're

potentially buying bigger and better passive income streams which are all

going to help contribute towards your financial freedom so in fact market

volatility can actually be an amazing blessing in disguise and a fantastic

opportunity to pick up a bargain the second thing that I want you to think

about when it comes to dealing with share market volatility is time time

heals all wounds when you look back in history and all the major economic

events that have happened where there's been like a GFC eurozone crisis a war a

major health outbreak they've all been little blips on the radar when you look

back at history you can barely see that volatility

because it's been stretched out over time and you can see the human endeavor

and the share market trend onwards and upwards but when you look at that

individual event in an isolated period of time it looks incredibly frightening

and incredibly scary but the thing is over the long run when you stretch that

you realize that opportunities exist within that share market volatility this

can be a very very powerful opportunity to really build your wealth and take it

to the next level so understand that when these periods of market volatility

happen they generally last between 18 to 24 months before the market tends to

recover and did you know that since 1990 only two out of ten years are actually

negative returns so when you stretch out your period of time over the long run

those negative days and months where the returns go backwards are quickly

recovered and your share portfolio has healed the third thing I want you to

consider when it comes to dealing with the share market volatility is actually

a strategy and it is borrowing to invest say I have my share portfolio and it's

going along nicely it's diversified across a whole range of say 20 different

stocks and they're all industrial dividend paying stocks buy a hit share

market volatility the perceived value of my share portfolio has dropped but I see

the amazing opportunity around me but to potentially pick up more stocks but I

don't have any new money ready to invest in that portfolio an opportunity or an

idea that's available to some people in this situation is to borrow to invest

use other people's money to be able to seize these great golden opportunities

to buy the discounted price and increase our holdings and ownership in the

company now when you do this you can be done through a margin loan or a home

investment loan or you use the equity within your property to secure this loan

it is not the type of strategy that is available for everyone or suitable for

everyone is for people who have a comfortable appetite towards growth and

high growth investing but it is a way that you can actually maximize your tax

deductions and continue on building passive income streams through a great

opportunity now I will do a separate video around borrowing to invest

and gearing but I just wanted to give you a quick little introduction into

what it actually involves so that you can see when we hit periods of high

market volatility this can often signal a great time to start looking at this

strategy the fourth thing I want you to consider when you hit share market

volatility is to remember your big picture your long-term goal my personal

financial goal is to build up a passive income that more than covers my

lifestyle and my living expenses so when I see my personal private share

portfolio drop in value I don't worry because I know that my picture in goal

is well into the future it is a long-term goal and again I see that

opportunity I stopped letting fear and panic Drive my emotions and my actions

and my decisions I remove any irrational behaviors and then the fifth and final

thing I want you to consider when it comes to dealing with market volatility

and that is simply to turn down the news we are constantly bombarded with news

alerts and these sensor sized headlines but the truth is often behind those

alerts and those titles the facts are really clouded and they can then trigger

us to make the wrong decision a decision based on emotions and fear which often

they're not coming with regret when it comes to me looking at my own personal

private jet portfolio I definitely don't check it on a daily

or even weekly basis I probably check it once every 4 to 6 weeks and when I'm

checking it I'm looking at as a foot of hoping that there's been some market

volatility so I can continue to pick up more bargains and continue on building

my ownership in these business and building up my passive income streams

and as I said in point 4 I always focus on my long term goal I don't really care

about what my share portfolio is currently valued at I care about what

that passive income is and often when the perceived value of my asset has

dropped my passive income hasn't done anything at all and in fact I can now

buy the same shares at a bigger and better discount and increase and and

build upon that passive income with even more of a key Cup so now I hope this

really adjusts and reframes your opinion around market volatility and the you

guys is nothing to be feared nothing to be scared

and certainly nothing that's going to drive any emotional decisions it's a

blessing in disguise it's a great opportunity and it's something to be

We're standing just outside the wet woodland habitat here at Sandy Ridge and

we'll be walking through that while there are a number of nice passerines to

be seen in spring and fall migrating through here and a limited number of

resident passerine birds the real value of Sandy Ridge is its marshes with the

wetland habitat providing a lot of space, habitat food for ducks, geese, swans,

wading birds, shorebirds, sandhill cranes have nested here in recent years there

is a longtime pair of resident Bald Eagles and other birds maybe other water

birds both birds related to water may be seen here as well.

Hotspot Birding with EBird Occurrence Graphs - Duration: 1:37.

Hotspot Birding will be dictated in some part by our review of eBird Illustrated

checklist which are essentially seasonal occurrence graphs or abundance graphs

giving us an idea of what birds are likely to be at a hotspot at any one

time. So in November, we'll be looking for waterfowl here at Sandy Ridge

Reservation and we know through these occurrence graphs that is the right time

to be here for many dabblers and some divers. For instance, we should have

opportunities to see Northern Shovelers, Northern Pintails, American Widgeon,

Green-winged Teal -- those birds in some abundance based on information we've

gleaned over these historical records taken from EBird and their seasonal

occurrence graphs or what they call their 'illustrated checklists'. In the

winter time, we'll be looking for gulls and we'll be using those same eBird

Illustrated checklists to give us an idea of where to look for the various

gulls, what the likelihood of seeing those gulls is, and working through the

locations where the likelihood of those gulls is greatest. Each of us that uses

eBird should be aware on the hotspot pages of these Illustrated checklists.

They're are terrific tools to help us really focus on one general group of

birds or many but certainly to know what birds are likely at a given hotspot at a

given time.

Waterfowl Hotspot Field Trip at Sandy Ridge Reservation - Duration: 1:09.

On Saturday, November 17th Western Cuyahoga Audubon will be doing a

Hotspot Birding Field Trip here at Sandy Ridge Reservation in Lorain

County. We'll be focusing on waterfowl and water birds primarily. It will be the

heart of waterfowl migration particularly for dabbling ducks, birds

like Northern Shoveler, Northern Pintail, American Widgeon, Green-winged Teal,

Mallards ... should all be a good number here in mid-November. We'll also be

looking for wading birds, Great Egrets and Herons, maybe even some late shorebirds

Dunlin, Yellowlegs, Snipe... those are the birds that we'll be focusing on in our Hotspot Birding.

Marshes here provide terrific habitat and food for birds in their migration and we'll be looking to take advantage of that.

Korea's trade surplus with U.S. drops compared to last year - Duration: 0:43.

South Korea's trade surplus with the U.S. shrank this year due to a surge in U.S. imports.

A report by the U.S. Census Bureau released Sunday shows...

South Korea's trade surplus with the U.S. was down 24 percent during the January-to-July

period... compared to the same period last year, amounting to nine-point-nine-billion

U.S. dollars.

In particular, South Korea's U.S. imports related to the energy industry rose amid higher

international oil prices and an increase in liquefied natural gas generators.

America's trade deficit with South Korea shrank by more than 24 percent on-year to three-point-two-billion

dollars.

Hotspot Birding at Sandy Ridge Reservation - Duration: 1:45.

We're here at Sandy Ridge Reservation in Lorain County. It's a 310 acre property

bought in 1990 now part of the Metro Park system here in Lorain County and we're

standing by a couple of the ponds behind the Nature Center. These ponds are fairly

healthy, they are surrounded by bull rushes and cattails ... we've seen turtles

and dragonflies here in late September and that speaks to the relative health

of this wetland area.The park is as I said 310 acres of mostly wet habitat so

there is some dry fields and some woodlands. The woodlands are wet

woodlands with a lot of water in the springtime.

but the real remarkable thing about Sandy Ridge is its rehabilitated

impoundments this area used to be completely wetlands and then for years

and years convert it to farmland and now has become the wetlands that it used to

be and continues to return to the natural wetlands habitat we're looking

to do a hotspot birding excursion here in November and we're going to be coming

here primarily to see waterfowl the swans the docks geese grieves and other

water related birds should be fairly abundant and we're looking forward to

spending some time going through those identifying them and enjoying them and

what we hope will be some relative abundance

Today we are going to talk about

How to bring your Fiance or Spouse to the USA, on a K1 Fiancee Visa or a CR1 Spouse

Visa.

This video is for those who have not quite decided yet, which path

is best for them.

You are still trying to decide whether to get married first

and apply for a CR1 spouse visa, or stay engaged and apply for the K1 Fiance Visa

then marry once your partner arrives to the USA.

I am going to talk about both paths side by side, so you'll understand what happens

with either, and hopefully this will bring you closer to decide one way or the other.

And by the way last year there were about 40 thousand spouse visas issued, and also

about 40 thousand fiancé visas issued, so there is not a clear cut favorite, in answering

the "which is better question"

Now, lets talk about : How To Bring your Fiance or Spouse to the USA to the USA ?

Your partner needs permission from the US government to

allow her or him to enter the USA.

If you are just married, this is called a CR1 Spouse Visa, if you are planning to marry

after arrival to the USA, this is called a K1 Fiancee visa.

First we work together to produce a thick packet of forms, evidences

and civil documents.

This is required to demonstrate that you are eligible to apply, and that your true

agenda is a genuine life together, not immigration fraud.

The application itself looks pretty simple.

It asks for "name, rank serial number".

This often leads to overconfidence.

Couples who really don't understand what all will happen,

fill in the blanks themselves, submit the petition and usually

end up shooting themselves in the foot.

This typically results in the leading cause of denial, failure to

convince the consular officer who interviews your partner

that your relationship is genuine, is "bona fide".

Sadly, US immigration has had bad experience in the past, with

this type of "romance" visa.

Many who were not eligible applied for fiancé or spouse visa's.

In reality they were not seeking a life together in the USA, but only seeking admission

to the USA.

Their relationship was not real, it was a "sham"

Gold diggers, gigolos, con-men even terrorists have used fiance or spouse visas as a

back door into the USA.

Normally in USA one is considered "innocent until

proven guilty".

But because of the bad apples who have abused the immigration system ahead of you, and have

basically "poisoned the well" , now when you apply for a visa for your partner, regardless

of whether you are married now, or plan to latter,

Sorry, but, NOW immigration takes the attitude you are "guilty until proven innocent"

This is how a lot of couples get in trouble.

They sadly end up shocked at what happens at the

interview.

Because they are "IN LOVE", because they are sincere, because they may have already

Made their vows, they assumed no special, no extra effort to prove their situation was

needed.

They assumed the consular officer would right away recognize their sincerity, and say "yes,

visa approved."

So, they filled in the forms themselves, filing in basic

"Name, rank and serial number" or they hired a cheap online

form printing service.

Those cheap "bare bones" applications, are usually enough to get

one's "foot in the door".

It's usually enough to get your partner sitting opposite a officer for the consular

interview.

Sadly, HOWEVER, just having your "chance at bat", chance to interview,

is rarely enough to win approval.

It is too often, not nearly enough to demonstrate "to the OFFICER" that your application

is "bona fide".

Now without enough information laid out in front of him, the consular officer, must stretch,

must dig, must ask a lot of questions, to hear what he wants to know.

Unfortunately, once you start down the path of multiple questions, the interview can easily

deteriorate into an interrogation, Until the officer FEELS he can make a yes or no decision.

Well, If he is short of time, or impatient or close minded or in

a bad mood, or if your partner is not fluent in English, or fast enough

to provide convincing answers, the simpler course for the officer,

the safer course that does not risk his career or professional

reputation is to deny.

My signature philosophy at VisaCoach is we get achieve success by

"doing the consular officers job for him".

The consular officer has been doing his work for a while at the consulate.

He has been trained.

He has experience.

He "Knows", at least in his mind, what a NORMAL, and eligible couple should look

like.

He expects an honest couple will have done certain things, in certain ways.

And on the flip side he also has strong ideas of what signs indicate they may not be honest.

So, the CLOSER your situation matches his positive expectations,

then the closer your case is to being approved.

So when I work with a couple, I first discuss with them what they

have been doing, then I explain what the consulate they will

be interviewed at expects.

Then I suggest what actions the couple should take, to do "the right thing".

Just Doing the right thing however is not good enough.

Next we need to DOCUMENT that the right thing was done.

I teach my clients ways to create evidences that show what happened.

And I review them to pick and choose the most relevant and effective ones.

But having evidences that the right thing was done still isn't good enough.

Last, we have got to make sure the officer sees the evidences.

And that is what a VisaCoach front loaded application is.

We include with every application high quality evidences, specifically

demonstrating that you have a bona fide relationship, we "front

load" the evidences in the original application, because we know

these evidences will get into the consular officers hands, before

the interview starts.

We know that the consular officer ALWAYS reviews the original

application materials before the interview starts.

My "front loaded" applications are crafted to do the consular

officers job for him.

During his review, before your partner sits down in front of his desk, the consular officer

should have already seen and reviewed the type of evidences

that allow him to confidently approve your visa.

He should be very receptive to say yes, even before the interview officially

starts.

The petition package is mailed to USCIS, the United States Customs

and Immigration Service.

Fiance Visa applications are originally sent to their offices in Dallas Texas, for sorting

assignment to various centers around the USA for processing.

Spouse visa applications go first to Chicago.

Regardless of whether it's a Fiance or Spouse applications, in 2018 USCIS takes about 7

to 8 months to do their part to review your case, including an FBI background check on

the American sponsor.

Sorry, but this amount of time to process is vastly slower than in recent years, and

is due to the executive orders issued by President Trump for USCIS to conduct

more vigorous reviews, so called "extreme vetting" of all cases.

When finished, USCIS hands the case over to the US State Department's National Visa Center

(NVC) based in New Hampshire.

This is where the paths between Fiancee and Spouse applications branch off from each other.

Fiancee visa applications are held only briefly at NVC, usually only

a few weeks, just long enough for NVC to assign a new case number and to

forward the case via diplomatic pouch to the overseas consulate.

For a spouse visa application though, NVC gets really involved.

They ask you to pay additional fees, these are paid online,

and to submit the required civil documents plus proofs of your financial eligibility.

Normally these are submitted via postal mail but NVC is currently experimenting with a

new system that requires direct upload of evidences from the internet.

Some cases are selected for the experiment, the others

follow the traditional path.

Either way it's pretty confusing.

So while the Fiance application went overseas fairly quickly, the spouse visa stays at NVC

for 4 to 8 months, until NVC is satisfied, then the case is passed on to the consulate.

For a spouse visa NVC has already booked a date for the interview about 2 months later,

whereas for a fiancé visa, once the case arrives at the foreign consulate it is up

to you to contact the consulate to schedule the interview.

I update you on what the current procedures are at the consulate.

I guide you and your partner on what needs to be done,

how to schedule the interview (if NVC has scheduled it already), where to take the medical,

what final fees are needed, and what official documents need to be collected.

Finally in the run up to the interview, I provide a detailed, personalized checklist

on what all your Fiance should bring with him or her to the consulate on the day of

the interview.

This is especially important, as forgetting to bring a required document

can cause, weeks of delays.

Even if a missing document is provided the next day, sorry, but the consulate officers

have already moved on to new cases, and for them it is a very low priority

to circle around to re-open a case just to confirm a document has finally been

presented.

One to two weeks before the interview your partner must undergo, a thorough

medical exam and review of his or her vaccinations at a clinic

appointed by the consulate.

Finally your Partner attends the interview at the US consulate.

This is the BIG event.

During the interview, the consular officer must be CONVINCED

your the relationship is bona fide and not a sham for immigration purposes.

As previously mentioned, at the interview, is where the high quality

VisaCoach "front loaded application" typically wins the day.

The consular officer always reviews the case file before

the interview starts.

We craft your application so that he finds many good reasons why he should trust

you and approve the visa.

Even before he invites your Fiance or Spouse to sit in front of his desk,

we want him to have seen our carefully selected and presented evidences and be

mentally prepared to say "yes".

Typically, the interview turns into a fast and friendly, formality.

Most VisaCoach clients hear "Welcome to the USA" in just 3 to 4 minutes

One to Two weeks later your Partner's passport with visa are delivered, to her or him via

courier, and then and your Partner has six months to start the trip to join you in the

USA.

Here again is where the paths between Spouse Visa and Fiance Visas split up.

Arriving on a CR1 spouse visa, your spouse is already approved for permanent residency.

Usually your partners Green Card, which proves permanent residency has been granted

arrives in the mail in about 2 to three months.

You are now temporarily done with immigration, however the new green card is conditional,

only valid for 2 years.

In two years we must go back to USCIS to upgrade it.

More about this later.

Arriving on a K1 fiance visa, you have 90 days to "get to know each other better",

if that is what you need, AND to marry.

You don't have to marry, but if you do not, your foreign fiancé should leave the USA

before the 90 days is up.

After the wedding your Fiance does not have to leave the country, she

or he can remain with you as your spouse, IF you apply to

US immigration for permission for her to remain in the USA as a

lawful permanent resident.

This is called Adjustment of Status.

Your new spouse adjusts her or his status from that

of a temporary 90 day fiance visa visitor to a permanent resident.

At the end of the Adjustment of Status application process your

spouse gets what is known as the Green Card.

But US immigration is still cautious, still skeptical.

The Green card that is granted is only "conditional".

Meaning it is good for only two years.

Now the paths of Fiance and Spouse visas join again.

And from now on there no longer is any different treatment.

In both cases you are married, living together in the USA, and holding Conditional Green

Cards that expire in two years.

Before the two years is up we apply once again.

This time it is called "Application for Removal of Conditions on

Residence" We apply, it is granted and now your spouse gets a regular Green Card

that does not have conditions.

A year later, (after a total of three years as a permanent resident) your spouse, is eligible

to apply for US citizenship and get a US passport.

And don't worry.

Following the defeat of the Noldor Elves in the Nirnaeth Arnoediad, Morgoth's forces

swept through Beleriand, capturing much of the area including Hithlum which was given

to the Easterlings who betrayed the Union of Maedhros.

However the Dark Lord had no intention of rewarding them, instead turning these lands

into a prison by cutting them off from the rest of the continent.

After the siege and fall the cities of Brithombar and Eglarest in the Falas, Cirdan led the

survivors to the Isle of Balar, hoping to establish a refuge for their people, while

in the east the Sons of Feanor lost their lands as well, retreating to Amon Ereb.

Of the great Elven Kingdoms that once existed, Doriath was one of the few to remain, protected

by the Girdle of Melian created by their Queen.

Nargothrond, also remained unconquered, ruled by King Orodreth, who, along with King Thingol,

did not participate in the battle against Angband, instead fighting a secret war from

shadow in order to avoid attracting Morgoth's attention.

As a result Morgoth did not consider these realms as immediate threats to his power,

instead focusing on Gondolin ruled by Turgon, who after the death of his brother Fingon,

became High King of the Noldor Elves.

Yet the location of their city remained unknown to the Dark Lord, and so he tortured and interogatted

his captive Hurin who had travelled to Gondolin in his youth.

Despite the horrors inflicted upon him, Hurin refused to betray King Turgon, and so Morgoth

placed a powerful curse on the man and his family and seated him immovably upon the mountain

Thangorodrim, so he might watch helplessly from afar, as his loved ones suffered their

tragic fates.

With the Easterlings given dominion over Hithlum, including the lands of Dor-lomin, they plundered

and enslaved the last remnant of the House of Hador.

In order to protect Hurin's son Turinn he was sent to Doriath, were he was raised by

King Thingol, while his mother Morwin remained in Dor-Lomin giving birth her 3rd child Nienor.

Fortunately, Hurin's wife and young daughter were largely left in peace, due to a rumour

that stated Morwin was a powerful witch, allied with the Elves.

In Doriath, the boy Turin grew to be a strong, courageous and highly skilled fighter, and

at the age of 17 asked King Thingol for a place among his warriors.

** Throughout his years among the elves, Turin

befriended Mablung the Heavy Hand and Beleg Strongbow, but also made an enemy of Saeros,

councillor to the king.

Eventually Saeros tried to ambush his enemy in the forest, but died in the resulting conflict.

Believing he would be held responsible, Turin left Doriath behind, taking over the leadership

of a band of outlaws where he was soon joined by his friend Beleg who brought him the sword

Anglachel, as a gift from King Thingol.

Unfortunately, leaving Doriath was but the first step down a terrible path for the son

of Hurin, who went on to bring pain and suffering to nearly all of those he grew to love.

First his band of outlaws were massacred in Amon Rudh, after making an enemy of Mim the

petty dwarf, who revealed their location to the Orcs.

Next Turin killed his friend Beleg Strongbow, when he awoke confused and disoriented after

being rescued from captivity.

Realizing what he had done, the son of Hurin nearly went mad with grief, but his new friend

Gwindor, a former captive of Morgoth, took him to Nargothrond, where he reforged Anglachel

into a black bladed sword he named Gurthang.

In time Turin became an important advisor to Orodreth, but again the curse struck, as

he convinced the king to build a great bridge across the river Narog, and fight openly against

the Dark Lord Morgoth at the battle of Tumhalad.

Unfortunately they were devastated by the fires of Glaurung father of Dragons, resulting

in victory for the forces of Morgoth, who killed King Orodreth, sacked the city, slaughtered

their warriors and enslaved the population.

During the battle Glaurung used his magic to place Turin into a hypnotic daze, and twisted

his mind, convincing him that his mother Morwen and younger sister Nienor needed him in Dor-

Lomin.

And so when he awoke from his stupor, he did not try and rescue the Elves, instead needlessly

departing for his people's homeland, where he learned his mother and sister were not

even present, having travelled to Doriath long ago searching for Turin.

Realizing the trick that had been played on him, the son of Hurin grew so enraged he killed

the Easterling Lord Brodda before turning back to track down Glaurung and his prisoners.

Unfortunately, Turin's reckless behaviour in Dor-Lomin proved devastating for the remnants

of the House of Hador, who suffered further abuse and oppression at the hands of their

Easterlings Masters.

Although he failed to protect his people, Turin hoped he could rescue Finduilas, the

betrothed of his friend Gwindor who died in the battle of Tumhalad.

But he arrived too late and collapsed in grief upon her burial mound.

Racked by pain and guilt, Turin returned to the forests of Brethil where he came across

a beautiful woman, crying with sadness and no memory of her past.

She took the name Niniel, and soon they were married, allowing Turin to know happiness

once again.

But soon enough it was all taken away, as he faced Glaurung in battle, mortally wounding

the creature before collapsing unconscious from a magical spell.

While he slept and Glaurung lay dying, the dragon used his final moments to lift the

veil of amnesia set upon Niniel to reveal that her name was actually Nienor sister of

Turin Turambar.

Realizing that she married her own brother, and was pregnant with his child, Nienor took

her own life by leaping into a ravine.

When Turin awoke, he was told what occurred by Brandir the Lame, Lord of the Haladin,

but grew so enraged he refused to believe it, killing the man before many witnesses.

Yet soon his friend Mablung of Doriath arrived, confirming the truth of the tale, and Turin

became so distraught he could no longer abide the misery of his life, and fell upon his

sword.

With his children all dead, the Dark Lord Morgoth feigned mercy and freed Hurin from

captivity, knowing that the man was now broken and might inflict his misery and doom upon

others.

Finally free, Hurin returned home to Dor-Lomin only to find it occupied by Easterlings, with

the last of his people enslaved.

He then set out to take refuge in Gondolin with his friend King Turgon, but when he arrived

he received no response, as the king feared this might be a trap by the Dark Lord.

Feeling betrayed by the king for whom he'd sacrificed so much, Hurin yelled out in anger

and by doing so revealed to Morgoth the general location of Gondolin, which would ultimately

contribute to the cities downfall.

Turned away, Hurin continued on to the Forest of Brethil, where he was at last was reunited

with his wife Morwen, encountering her at the graves of their children.

Yet he found her in rags, so wary from heart-ache and despair that she soon spoke her final

words and died, buried alongside her children.

Hurin, now poisoned with bitterness and hatred in his heart, killed the petty dwarf Mim,

and travelled to Doriath where he confronted King Thingol for failing to protect his son.

But sensing the corruption within him, Melian the Maia the used her magic to clear his mind,

leaving Hurin to realize all the harm he'd done and how his actions only served to help

the Dark Lord.

No longer able to cope with the curse that destroyed his family, Hurin Thalion, hero

of the House of Hador and rightful Lord of Dor-lomin, ended his own life, throwing himself

into the sea.

Yet Hurin's influence lived on, as before his death he had recovered a precious necklace

called Nauglamir, and gave it to King Thingol before departing Doriath.

The King then took the necklace along with the silmaril given to him by Beren, and hired

the Dwarves of Nogrod to combine them into one magnificent piece of jewelry.

However the beauty and allure of this creation was too powerful, and when the work was complete,

the dwarves demanded the necklace itself as payment.

When Thingol refused to pay their price violence erupted, resulting in the death of the King.

Heartbroken by the loss of her husband, Queen Melian left middle-earth and returned to her

homeland of Valinor, leaving her kingdom vulnerable to attack, no longer protected by the magical

barrier she had maintained.

As for the Elves of Doriath, they were so enraged by the death of their King, they tracked

down the escaping dwarves and slaughtered all but two who managed to return to Nogrod.

Once arrived in their homeland, the survivors lied about what had occurred, claiming Thingol

had refused to pay them for their work and had attacked them.

Enraged by this apparent betrayal, the Dwarves gathered an army and marched on Menegroth,

sacking the city in a terrible battle with heavy losses on both sides, including the

death of Mablung who guarded the silmaril necklace, which was then taken by the invaders.

Yet the victory of the dwarves was short lived, as Tol Galen soon heard about the death of

Thingol and attack on Doriath, prompting Beren to leave their sanctuary with an army of Green

Elves to slaughter the Dwarves returning to their mountain and recover the precious necklace,

which was then worn by Luthien until her death, when it was passed to her son Dior, who inherited the rule

of Doriath.

last 30 days his views are down his subscribers are down the growth rate is

unprecedented now the growth rate has stayed pretty pretty much the same up

and downs normally throughout the year we can see its daily averages is 919

subscribers a day today racking around 660 subscribers now you can see we have

it's incredibly doubtful that things would get better but I still find myself

hoping now this is the common mindset for a lot of longtime fans for yandere

believe the reason that it's still perpetuating because there has been no

other game like it until watashi no Moana which was an inspired Fame game

that actually knows what he's doing and is progressing the game even faster than

the game it was inspired from it would on the other end of the controversy it

does seem like since watashi no mono was as a fan man game inspired off how

does the Andre feel about this well he will stop me from the yandere devs email

please remove my name from your disgusting rip-off game I do not want my

name anywhere near your stupid game my game is the original in superior yonder

reeking you're probably doing this to troll people like new yandere dev and

those Kiwi farm I hope you this is very much like the Andre dev there's half of

the people think that this is fake half of the people think that this is real I

also want to know what do you think you think this is something that the yandere

dev would send orders just just a drama perpetuated post watashi no mono is a

game that was inspired from yandere simulator epic mill dev is the creator

behind it his patreon is lacking of what the yandere dev has himself with FML

getting more done in a shorter time period than the andre dev with his

people still support them if now they're starting to switch over to the epic nil

increasing like it's already better than yandere simulator a lot of people are

catching on to that the andre does patreon used to be around 5000

concurrently always now it's dropped down to 3,000 I don't think this is a

coincidence I believe four years the under a dev has been taking advantage of

his patreon taking advantage of his fan base and has been just doing nothing

with a game that he knows is not ever going to be completed and he's just

racking in money off that probably saving money for when it ultimately

fails but now that tom has probably come as watashi no mono is doing in making

more progress in feeling the void of that of that new simulation feel that

Andre Andre simulator originally was capturing now my thing is how come are

there so many people still supporting the Andre dev when epic mill dev is

obviously trying so much harder and actually is a decent developer and my

thoughts are because at the rate as so many people are catching on to yandere

simulator there's there new people so they don't know anything they have no

idea of what the yandere dev has done in the past and so they blindly begin to

fall in but I think that since watashi no mono is starting to pick up some

steam a lot of people in the exposing videos on him are starting to circulate

even more it's kind of like a warning sign like hey if you guys didn't know

this guy is a fraud and he's not doing what he's supposed to do but this guy is

so my in my honest opinion I would take my patreon image away from the Andre dev

and I would go support somebody that's actually doing the work and I will put

the epic mill devs patreon in the description below

you can see you can see look how good and crisp and clean everything is

there's so many features the designs are good

nothing's flat and itchy and square because nothing is stolen as you can see

And we chose to do all the drive without paying tolls

So we had to choose some alternative routes

And the roads were really good actually

only ended up increasing the driving time

in about 30 to 40 minutes, right?

For most of the time we drove in the main freeways

Only in the Orlando metro area we needed to find different options, which is not difficult

You just put 'avoid tolls' on Google Maps

We slept in Tallahassee and today we'll drive all the way to Austin. It's about 12 to 13 hours, depending on traffic

We're back on the Interstate 10 - the I-10 - and this is such a beautiful road to drive, look at all this green!

And we just gained an hour! Back on the Central time zone

This time I wanna see what we missed in northern Florida and Alabama

as when we came here, we drove all this at night

First stop, Pensacola

Pensacola reminds me of a TV show

There was a series called Pensacola - Wings of Gold

Do you guys remember that?

I never really watched but I remember it had to do with the military and in fact,

Pensacola is a very important military base here in the U.S.

In Pensacola they have the Naval Air Station, the first in the United States

To arrive in Pensacola, we chose the Scenic Highway. You go seeing the ocean

Wow, look at this view!

Because of the strong military presence here in Pensacola, drones are extremely forbidden everywhere

Rumor has it that they even have technology blocking drones from flying. In certain areas, at least

The beaches are located that way on islands here

It's easy to arrive, there are roads connecting, but for us it would add an extra hour, if not more, to the drive

To go and return... So we'll end up skipping this time

But I hear that they're beautiful! White sand beaches and the ocean with Caribbean like colors

We're excited about returning here

One day we''ll be back

The beach is absolutely beautiful, but of public space, only this little part here, at least here where I am

This side belongs to a resort

and this other side belongs to another

They're suffering from an invasion of lionfish

Wow, it looks like it's destroying the ecosystem here

And now we continue along the coast

I bet there are more public beaches along this coast

Miles and miles and miles of white sand dunes

We're about to enter the Gulf State Park in the city of Gulf Shores

You can come here to launch your boat or to fish and there's no one here actually to collect the fee

They just trust you're going to pay, look at that. Three dollars for boat

Two dollars for fishing, and there's the box

Gas prices are already way cheaper in Alabama

We stopped here in between Battles Wharf and Fairhope, Alabama

Nice waterfront. You can see the bay and it's a butterfly sanctuary. Look at all these species here

From here we can already see Mobile across the bay, right there

It's the most important city in southern Alabama

First of all and very important: it's "Mo-bile" not "Mobil" not "Mob-ile"

Look at me! A Brazilian talking about English pronunciation

But actually the word is in French. Mobile was the first capital of Louisiana

You heard me right. Louisiana, not Alabama

At that time, Louisiana was huge. It used to occupy one third of the area of today's United States

Mobile had the first Mardi Gras ever in the United States, in 1699

In New Orleans it was just like thirty years later. This I learned at the Mardi Gras Museum in Lake Charles

But listen to this. At that time, as I explained, Mobile used to belong to Louisiana

So Louisiana is proud to have had the first Mardi Gras ever as a state

But when you come to the city level, it was Mobile, Alabama

There are no main cities along the road here in Mississippi, so we're just going straight through the state

Here we are again at Atchafalaya National Reserve

OOPS! Fox News Poll Shows Voters Don't Think Republicans Care About America - Duration: 4:07.

Recently FOX News did a viewer poll were they were hoping to show the country just how unlikeable

the Democratic Party is and, you know what, they did a pretty decent job it because only

44% of the respondents believed that Democrats put the country over their party, whereas

43% said they put party over country.

So, by only a one point margin, people said no Democrats love the country more than they

love their party.

That's pretty bad for the Democratic party, right?

I mean, if FOX News presented that information to us, that would make them look really bad,

but the reason you're not hearing more about his poll is because the numbers are actually

even worse for Republicans.

According to FOX News' own numbers, 36% of voters say that Republicans put country over

party, that they care more about the United States than they do this thing called the

Republican Party, but 52%, a majority of people in this country, say, no, the Republican Party

absolutely puts their party over their country.

Now, here's why all of this is important, first and foremost, think back to a few of

the recent campaign slogans that Republican presidential candidates have used.

We had McCain and Palin, 'Country First'.

Yeah, the voters don't buy that anymore.

Donald Trump, 'Make American Great Again', which we now understand is make me even richer

than I was before I ran for president.

It has nothing to do with making America great and the majority of people in this country

understand that while only a third think Republicans actually care about the United States of America.

That is a remarkable poll and if I were a Republican strategist or a Republican politician,

I would be freaking the hell out right now and you know why?

Because we've got mid terms just a few weeks away and when you have a majority of voters

questioned by FOX News, who say that your party values the party over our country, yeah,

that spells certain doom for you in November.

That's not exactly something you can turn around in the next six months, especially

with what you're doing with Brett Kavanaugh.

You wanted to confirm this guy even though there were multiple women coming out on a

daily basis for the last week, accusing him of sexual misconduct, and you didn't care.

Every time a new woman came out you would still say, "Well it doesn't matter, I'm still

gonna vote to confirm him anyway, because it's not about country, it's about party",

and the American public has been paying closer attention to what's been happening than they

really ever have before, and I think that's why we're getting a little bit of this awakening

is that people are paying attention.

You know, we're kind of weeding out the fake news, except for FOX, but even though FOX

is the highest rated cable news show, if your highest viewed program only gets three million

viewers a day.

It seems like a lot especially compared to everybody else, but when you consider there's

almost 330 million people in this country but only three million watch one FOX program

each day, eh, not really that influential are you?

None the less, people understand, people are paying attention, and people know exactly

what the Republican Party is all about and that is going to be revealed, it's gonna be

seen in the results that start coming out during the mid terms.

I personally can't wait to see it because these Republicans need a wake up call.

They need to understand that their party is not the most important thing in this country,

in fact it's one of the least important things in this country and the American voters are

ready to prove that to them.

Everyone loves the Ryder Cup, but it has a special significance for Rory McIlroy and his wife Erica Stoll.

The couple first met in 2012 after Stoll kept McIlroy from missing his Ryder Cup tee time.

Maggie Budzar, who worked with Stoll at the PGA Tour at the time, detailed the story to The Guardian.

It was 10.30am, I knew [McIlroy's caddie] JP Fitzgerald had left about an hour earlier.

I knew Rory's tee time was 11.25 and he was the third group to go off.

And we still hadn't seen him.

I started getting worried that something had happened to him or that he had taken a different ride to the course.

There was only one room still in use when housekeeping checked and a male voice said not to come in.

We figured it had to be him because by now we knew he wasn't at the course.

I called the guys at the driving range to see if they had seen him.

They hadn't so I called the European Tour officials to alert them.

At first I was going to drive him to the course because I knew the way and we didn't want to put a volunteer under stress in the courtesy car.

I then asked a trooper at the front if he could take him with the flash light on.

He said that would be OK.

I gave Rory the choice and he went straight to the front seat of the trooper's car.

That was about 10.52.".

Rory & Erica Are Reunited With the Ryder Cup For the First Time as a Married Couple.

Six years later, the couple is back at the Ryder Cup, but this time as husband and wife.

Stoll and McIlroy got married at Ashford Castle in Ireland in 2017.

Stoll is in Paris rooting McIlroy on as he is one of the star golfers for Europe.

McIlroy credits his wife for pulling him out of a post-Masters funk.

McIlroy had a chance to win the 2018 Masters, but did not play up to his standards on the final day.

"But it got to the point where Erica had to drag me out of the house," McIlroy explained to the New York Post.

"She just said we're going to go out and do something.

And once I got back into my routine, I was fine.

Before, there were a few quiet moments when you catch yourself thinking back on the round, even though I was trying to immerse myself in anything but golf.".

Prior to his wife's intervention, McIlroy was binge-watching shows and drinking red wine.

"When I got back home I sort of threw the clubs in a closet and I spent about a week decompressing and trying to get over it," McIlroy told the New York Post.

"I was binge-watching a couple of shows, I read a couple of books, drank a few bottles of wine — no, not like that, not all at once! That sounds really bad.

It wasn't that bad.
