According to Daily Caller, John Kerry is under heavy scrutiny after it was revealed that

he has been actively working with his Iranian counterparts to keep the Iran Nuclear Deal

in place.

Kerry's string of secret meetings with politicians and diplomats around the world to preserve

the nuclear agreement have now earned him a harsh warning from President Donald Trump.

Fox News reports that Trump sent out a message on Twitter on Tuesday morning as a warning

to Kerry that he has overstepped his bounds.

"John Kerry can't get over the fact that he had his chance and blew it!

Stay away from negotiations John, you are hurting your country!" Trump wrote.Clearly,

Kerry's meddling with the Iran Deal is an attempt to undermine the current administration,

and I could not agree more with our President.

Kerry had his chance to do something productive with Iran, and he "blew it."

Yet again, we are seeing the problem with the political ruling class.

Even after they are voted out of office, we can't get rid of them.

Kerry's recent escapades where he pretends to be an ambassador of our country is a national

embarrassment, and in my opinion, the Democrat should be dealt with harshly by the Trump

administration."I think every American would want every voice possible urging Iran to remain

in compliance with the nuclear agreement that prevented a war.

Secretary Kerry stays in touch with his former counterparts around the world just like every

previous Secretary of State," a Kerry spokesman told Fox News in an email on Monday.

"Like America's closest allies, he believes it is important that the nuclear agreement,

which took the world years to negotiate, remain effective as countries focus on stability

in the region."

President Donald Trump will be making a big announcement in regard to the Iran Deal.

Many expect that he will reveal whether the U.S. will preserve Barack Obama's failed

nuclear deal with Iran.

With just days to go before the May 12 deadline is reached, many expect the President to re-impose

sanctions on Iran that would likely bring the bad deal to an end.

Trump could impose sanctions on Iran's central bank and target the countries oil exports.

Some speculate that those doing business with Iran would be given a six-month grace period

to wind down business and avoid running into problems with the new sanctions.

Trump also blasted Kerry a day earlier on Twitter for his meddling in Iran, labeling

Kerry's actions as "possibly illegal shadow diplomacy."

The President's tweet read, "The United States does not need John Kerry's possibly

illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very badly negotiated Iran Deal.

He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!"

President Donald Trump's harsh words for John Kerry came after it was reported by The

Boston Globe that the former Secretary of State had met with Iranian Foreign Minister

Javad Zarif a number of times over the last few months.

Kerry also met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, French President Emmanuel Macron,

and several members of Congress.

In response to Trump's signaling that the bad deal with Iran may be terminated, Iranian

President Hassan Rouhani has warned the U.S. of "grave" consequences should President

Trump decide to withdraw from the nuclear deal.

In my opinion, the days of catering to the radical Islamic leadership of Iran are over.

American patriots had more than enough of Barack Obama licking the boots of Iran's

leaders and embarrassing our country.

It's time for Trump to get tough on Iran and for Kerry to take a seat.

ALEXANDRIA, Va.

— The federal judge hearing the case against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort

presses Justice Department lawyers on Friday to explain why they think they did not exceed

the scope of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russia meddling.

Manafort's own lawyers argued that Mueller has gone too far by seeking charges relating

to Manafort's actions that took place well before he worked with Trump.

And in Alexandria, Va., Friday morning, U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis, III sounded sympathetic

to those arguments.

"This investigation that had led to this indictment … has nothing to do with Russia

or the campaign," said Ellis.

The judge consistently pushed back against Michael Dreeben, the deputy solicitor general

who was arguing on behalf of Mueller, to explain why the charges he was pursing related to

bank and tax fraud charges dating back to 2005 and 2007.

Dreeben admitted that Manafort had been under federal government watch before the appointment

of Mueller in May 2017, and which time his team took over the investigation, but made

it a point that the special counsel is still part of the Justice Department.

"We are the Justice Department.

We are not separate," Dreeban said.

But Manafort's lawyer Kevin Downing argued that the special counsel was operating with

"unfettered power."

At one point, Manafort leaned over to mouth those two words to his defense counsel as

the government was arguing.

Ellis picked up on that term.

"We don't want anyone with unfettered power.

It's unlikely you are going to persuade me the special counsel has unlimited power,"

Ellis said.

"The American people feel very strongly about anyone having unfettered power."

Ellis did not decide whether to dismiss the charges against Manafort, and instead said

he wants to see an unredacted copy of the Aug. 2, 2017, memo signed by Deputy Attorney

General Rod Rosenstein.

The memo, signed by Rosenstein, was made public in federal in Washington, and details Mueller's

jurisdiction beyond the May 17, 2017, public memo originally appointing

the special counsel.

It's clear they want an open border for illegal aliens.

For years, Democrats have exploited illegal immigration.

They turned a blind eye, hoping illegals would support them politically.

It's created nothing short of a disaster.

Early in Trump's presidency, it looked like things were improving.

Attempts to cross the southern border were down.

Border Patrol was doing an excellent job.

Many would-be illegals weren't even trying.

But after recent months of a slow-walked border wall, it seems illegals — and their activist

supporters — have gotten much bolder.

We learned of a large caravan of people pushing their way towards the border.

Despite warnings from the President himself, these people continued to make their way through

South America.

Mexico did nothing to stop them.

Illegal immigration advocates aided this group, promising they would be able to enter the

United States.

Now, Attorney General Jeff Sessions has made an announcement.

He has made it clear that the Department of Homeland Security has a "zero-tolerance"

policy towards illegals.

Anyone caught trying to enter will be fully prosecuted by the Justice Department.

And those liberals who help them?

They're in big trouble too.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Monday that the Department of Homeland Security will

refer anyone caught entering the U.S. illegally from Mexico to the Justice Department for

prosecution.

"If you cross the border unlawfully, then we will prosecute you.

It's that simple," Sessions said.

"If you smuggle illegal aliens across our border, then we will prosecute you.

If you are smuggling a child, then we will prosecute you and that child may be separated

from you as required by law."

Sessions' so-called "zero tolerance policy" raises the possibility that immigration authorities

could separate parents from their children whenever a family is apprehended attempting

to cross the border.

The Wall Street Journal, citing the Department of Health and Human Services, reported earlier

Monday that 700 children had been separated from their families since October of last

year.

On paper, it sounds like a harsh policy, but it must be done.

If we don't secure our borders, then all hell will break loose.

Already, we've seen a massive caravan force its way toward the border.

They had the audacity to push through numerous countries, expecting to enter the U.S., no

questions asked.

What would happen if they were let in — regardless of our laws?

Many more would follow.

Much like the migrant crisis in Italy, Germany, and other European nations, we'd see thousands

of people flooding the border openly.

These wouldn't just be innocent families seeking a new life.

Among the many refugees would be fugitives from justice, cartel members, and terrorists.

Sessions is taking a tough stance because the opposition is so fierce.

Liberals in the United States continue to break the law.

They ignore the federal government's immigration laws.

They welcome illegals and hide them from prosecution.

Its clear Democrats don't care about the welfare of American citizens or the very laws

of our country.

They put outsiders, non-citizens, ahead of everyone else.

The Attorney General made it clear that any "bleeding heart" advocate that helps illegals

will receive the same prosecution.

The attorney general added that making false statements to an immigration officer, filing

a fraudulent asylum claim or helping others do so would be prosecuted as felonies.

The left has made our laws and borders a joke.

That's why Sessions also sent 35 attorneys to aid in the prosecution of illegals, along

with 18 judges to clear a backlog of asylum claims.

He's putting his money where his mouth is.

CBS News correspondent Paula Reid Monday that special counsel Robert Mueller's office has

rejected proposals to allow Mr. Trump to answer questions from investigators in writing.

The president's legal team has signaled that this would be their preferred format for a

possible interview, since it helps protect Mr. Trump from the possibility of lying or

misleading investigators, which is a criminal offense.

Giuliani told CBS News it will take up to three weeks for him to get fully up to speed

on the facts of the investigation and be prepared to engage in formal negotiations with the

special counsel about the terms of a possible interview with Mr. Trump.

Giuliani told Reid that he and the president's legal team continue to be in communication

with the special counsel, but that he wants to have a better sense of the facts before

engaging in formal negotiations about a possible interview.

Mueller knows he has nothing on President Trump and will try anything to find

a crime.

The assembly in California could vote on a bill that would legitimately ban books up

to and including the Bible as well as shut down churches, and close psychiatric offices

all over the state in what some people may consider an attack or ban on Christianity.

Assembly Bill 2943 would make it an "unlawful business practice" to engage in "a transaction

intended to result or that results in the sale or lease of goods or services to any

consumer" that advertise, offer to engage in, or do engage in "sexual orientation

change efforts with an individual."

The bill then defines "sexual orientations change efforts" as "any practices that

seek to change an individual's sexual orientation.

This includes efforts to change behaviors or gender expressions, or to eliminate or

reduce sexual or romantic attractions or feelings toward individuals of the same sex."

The pro-LGBTQ bill is rapidly moving through the state assembly after being approved on

the floor on Thursday.

The bill will now go before the California state Senate for a vote.

If passed, Assembly Bill 2943 could ultimately end free speech and freedom of religion as

we know it for Christians.

The bill also suggests that any attempt to change behavior or gender expression amounts

is tantamount to a crime.

The law uses the state's consumer fraud statute to restrict religious freedom and

free speech when it comes to issues of homosexuality and gender identity.

This means the bill would make it illegal to distribute resources, sell books, offer

counseling services, or direct someone to a biblically based model for getting help

with gender confusion and homosexuality.

The state of California would essentially criminalize any and all parenting, religious

instruction, or teaching that does not follow a leftist, progressive worldview bullet point

by bullet point.

Randy Thomasson with SaveCalifornia.com says the bill is very broad and could affect just

about anything helping people overcome same-sex desires.

Thomasson states of the bill: "So, this is a pastor speaking, you pay a ticket to

hear him speak.

He speaks about overcoming same-sex desires.

Hey, that could be outlawed.

A church sells a book about overcoming same-sex desires.

There's a sale, there's a transaction, that could be banned.

This is very expansive, very tyrannical and absolutely squashing free speech, religious

freedom and basic choice of people.

This is an anti-freedom, anti-American bill.

"Well, you could see this law going into effect.

A church bookstore selling the Bible, of course, selling a book about marriage or sexual purity

or overcoming homosexuality or overcoming trans-sexuality.

You could see a member of the public or even a member of the state government coming and

saying, 'Hey, that's illegal.'

Even the Muslim community should be against this, too, because of what is said about sexual

perversity in the Koran."

It is a clear and undisputed fact that many Christians, as well as other religious groups,

believe that orientation and behavior are two different things.

Meaning that while urges may exist, that does not necessarily mean that one must act upon

them – that is in and of itself a choice.

Yet the state of California now wants to make that very thought process a jailable offense,

or at the very least fineable.

The bill also seeks to ban biblically based counseling for those wanting to get help.

Additionally, if one happens to be the parent of a small child that perhaps feels more like

a boy today, rather than a girl despite her biological gender, those residing in California

are now forbidden from teaching their children that this is a phase they may grow out of

despite it being statistically true.

They are also forbidden from seeking counseling for assistance for their child for any treatment

other than the "approved treatment" promoting transgenderism as "normal."

It comes six years after California deemed it illegal for minors to receive counseling

for same-sex attraction, even if they and their parents wanted help.

Now, this bill would also address adults.

"AB 2943 would start by saying, ok, nobody can get counseling to overcome same-sex desires…

ok, so no help for adult children, adults who were molested as kids and now they are

adults and they say I want help to overcome these feelings.

No help for you," Thomasson explained.

The bill states that "contemporary science recognizes that being lesbian, gay, bisexual,

or transgender is part of the natural spectrum of human identity and is not a disease, disorder,

or illness."

This law would effectively outlaw the buying and selling of Bibles due to its teachings

on homosexuality.

This law could also make it illegal to send your children to a religiously affiliated

school, or even homeschooling as the case may be.

This affront and antithesis to freedom has already passed two separate committees by

a large margin.

It is wildly unthinkable that such a law could or even would be held up by the Supreme Court,

yet stranger things have happened and continue as advocates of personal and religious liberty

continue to lose traction.

One of the many institutions the plotters of the slow-motion coup against President

Donald Trump have egregiously corrupted is the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court,

which was created in 1978 to oversee the extraordinary powers of our spy agencies.

Having used this court for political purposes, the Deep State cabal is now trying to cover

up its misdeeds.

Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department

of Justice (DOJ) for all hearing transcripts of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)

warrants related to Carter Page and Michael Flynn (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of

Justice (No. 1:18-cv-01050)).

Judicial Watch sued after the DOJ failed to respond to a February 26, 2018, FOIA request

for:

Copies of all transcripts of hearings before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court

regarding applications for or renewals of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants

relating to Carter Page and/or Michael Flynn.

On February 7, 2018, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) wrote a letter

to Judge Rosemary M. Collyer, the presiding judge at the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance

Court (FISC) requesting transcripts of "any relevant FISC hearings associated with the

initial FISA application or subsequent renewals related to electronic surveillance of Carter

Page."

Page is a former foreign affairs advisor to President Trump.

On February 15, Judge Collyer replied that the FBI and DOJ "possess most, if not all,

of the responsive materials the Court might possess, and we have previously made clear

to the Department, both formally and informally, that we do not object to any decision by the

Executive Branch to release any such FISA materials to Congress."

It is outrageous that the Justice Department is covering up key FISA court transcripts

that would shed light on how the Clinton-DNC dossier was used to obtain surveillance of

the Trump team.

Frankly, President Trump should order that the DOJ and FBI release all documents about

the FISA court process that was subverted by the corrupt use of the Clinton-DNC dossier.

In January 2018, Judicial Watch sued the DOJ for text messages and other records of FBI

official Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of

Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00154)).

Strzok reportedly oversaw the FBI's interviews of former National Security Adviser General

Michael Flynn; changed former FBI Director James Comey's language about Hillary Clinton's

actions regarding her illicit email server from "grossly negligent" to "extremely

careless;" played a lead role in the FBI's interview of Clinton; and is suspected of

being responsible for using the unverified dossier to obtain a FISA warrant in order

to spy on President Trump's campaign.

In February 2018, Judicial Watch sued the DOJ for FBI documents regarding the FISA warrant

application submitted to – and responses from – the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance

Court related to alleged collusion between Russia and Trump campaign associates (Judicial

Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00245)).

In May 2017, we sued the DOJ for records of communications and payments between the FBI

and former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele and his private firm, Orbis Business

Intelligence (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:17-cv-00916)).

And last month, Judicial Watch sued the DOJ for records about top Justice Department official

Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie Ohr's involvement in the Trump dossier authored by Christopher

Jay Sekulow clarified that the President was only "responding to what he's seeing in

the media in a way in which he thinks is appropriate to talk to those people that put him in office."

The lawyer also said that "He's not afraid of the investigation — there is no investigation."Adding,

Mrs. Obama basically said women failed Hillary because they didn't practice identity politics

and vote with their vaginas (instead of wearing them as hats on their heads).

Wednesday when he told Carlson: "That's pretty typical of Washington, isn't it?

While Vice President Pence was applauding the excellence of President Trump's populist

message, the widespread media had different points of discussion, glorifying Arizona Senator

John McCain in sabotaging the repeal only version of health care amends.

A group of back-stabber Republicans accompanied by McCain voted contrary to the direct repeal

of Obamacare this past week.

John McCain crossed the line and requested greater clarity when a passing legislation

comes to question.

McCain left in typical high fashion and concluded his show by claiming that Obamacare should

not be withdrawn by Republican-only votes, New York Times reports.

It can be argued that the biggest blemish on President Trump's record so far has been

his inability to pass any kind of legislation on health care.

It is shameful that in a republican nation our lawmakers are given the right to pass

legislation that does not impact them whatsoever.

In today's America, there is one law for the people, and one law for Congress.

Vice President Pence struck a chord with all Americans this past Wednesday when he told

Carlson: "That's pretty typical of Washington, isn't it?

While Mr. Pence was extolling the virtues of President Trump's populist message, the

mainstream media was busy lionizing Arizona Senator John McCain for tanking the repeal

only version of health care reform.

McCain and other turncoat Republicans voted against the direct repeal of Obamacare this

week.

For his part, McCain crossed the aisle and demanded greater transparency when it comes

to passing legislation.

McCain ended his show by mounting his high horse and claiming that Obamacare should not

be repealed by Republican-only votes, via New York Times.

Of course, Obamacare was passed with Democrat-only votes, thus reminding every Republican who

stands on "principle" that he or she is tacitly supporting a party that does not play

by the same rules.

If Republicans want to keep losing, then they should follow McCain's path.

All told, the existence of Obamacare is a direct thumb to the eye of the American people.

Not only is the former president's health care bill failing fast, but Republican lawmakers

have proven to be great liars, for many were voted into power in 2010, 2012, 2014, and

2016 on the idea that they would repeal Obamacare.

Vice President Pence is right.

Let's make it so Congress has skin in the game when it comes to healthcare.

If we do not, they'll keep playing with our lives.

Since the day it started, Americans were outraged over the Mueller "special investigation."

We know President Trump did not "collude" with Russia to alter the 2016 Election.

The case was opened by former FBI head James Comey—a man with obvious suspicious motives.

After over a year, Mueller's probe has found zero evidence proving the Democrats' claim.

Yet we still have to put up with this ridiculous probe.

Mueller has used it as an excuse to go after anyone remotely connected with Trump.

He's gone after lawyers, former campaign partners, anyone that might have some dirt.

Clearly, he's trying to find some way—any way—to take down the lawfully elected POTUS.

Things might be turning around, though.

After Rudy Giuliani joined Trump's team, he announced the investigation must end.

Now, a federal judge is weighing in on the matter.

His decision might spell doom for Mueller and every swamp dweller.

case in Virginia against President Trump's former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, and

openly questioned whether Mueller exceeded his prosecutorial powers by bringing it.

"I don't see what relationship this indictment has with anything the special counsel is authorized

to investigate," U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III in the Eastern District of Virginia

At a tense hearing at the federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia, the judge said Mueller

should not have "unfettered power" in his Russia probe and that the charges against

Manafort did not arise from the investigation into Moscow's alleged meddling in the 2016

U.S. election.

"It's unlikely you're going to persuade me the special counsel has unfettered power

to do whatever he wants," said Ellis, who was appointed to the bench by Republican President

Ronald Reagan.

Since is pretty significant.

Obviously, Mueller's team hasn't found evidence of collusion with Russia.

That probably became clear months into the investigation.

Yet they've dragged it out, to abuse what power this special consul has.

Why?

Because they are corrupt D.C. swamp dwellers, who want to destroy the President.

Manafort's case has nothing to do with investigating Russia.

The alleged charges have to do with things he did years before the election.

They are in no way connected to the Trump campaign.

So why did Mueller's people target him?

It would be like police who are investigating a murder, using the same warrants to bust

someone else, for another crime.

The judge's comments can quickly lead to a ruling.

That might throw out Manafort's case.

From there, they might question the entire Mueller probe might.

Congress and the judicial system can demand hard proof from the special counsel to justify

this on-going charade.

Since they can't provide evidence, it will have to be shut down.

It's about time.

a person familiar with the matter."

Furthermore, Bloomberg asserts, "By staying involved in the Cohen probe, Sessions is entitled

to briefings on the status of the investigation, which is being conducted by the U.S. Attorney's

Office of the Southern District of New York."

Additionally, Bloomberg says, "Sessions could also weigh in on specific decisions

by prosecutors, including whether to pursue subpoenas and indictments."

Could it be that the five lawmakers who sent 'the letter' to Sessions put pressure

on him to NOT recuse himself from the Cohen probe?

Two days ago Congressmen, Lee Zeldin, Jim Jordan, Mark Meadows, Matthew Gatez and Ron

DeSantis sent a letter directly to the Attorney General of the United States.

In the letter, the lawmakers ask AG Jeff Sessions, if he "approved' or was "consulted"

or had any involvement in the decision to raid the offices and homes of Michael Cohen.

Finally, the lawmakers say Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who "approved the

decision to seek a warrant."

The letter explains, "since the raid was distinct from the Russia investigation, Special

Counsel Robert Mueller referred the matter to the Southern District of New York."

By NOT recusing himself from the Cohen probe, Session's is telling America that he is

on and above-board!

Moreover, Geoffrey Berman the original Attorney on the case, recused himself in the Southern

District of New York.

Currently, the Cohen probe will now be overseen by Robert Khuzami, Berman's Deputy.

In this video we're going to cover the goals and objectives of construction

projects, that's coming right up

Hi my name is Chris Konkle and welcome to my

channel this channel is all about helping you master construction so that

you can become an industry leader. Today we're going to be talking about the goals

and objectives of a construction project alright so right away a construction

project needs to be successful and profitable, seems fairly simple right

straight forward maybe? Well it's not okay so successful can mean many things

the successfulness of a project is measured based on the quality,

the owners happy, it was finished on time all of these things, the

objectives that we're about to go over will

determine whether or not your project is successful or not.

The number two goal is profitable so profitable means two things,

the one thing that it means the most is the owners happy because the building

produces as expected every owner or business who

hires a contractor and designers to build a building for them what they're

really trying to do is increase productivity. Increased productivity means

increased profit for that company and every business wants maximum profit

available right? Number two, profitable means that the construction project

itself is profitable if it was finished on time and there was good cost

control all of these things are objectives that we're about to talk

about, and they went in the contractors favor and the contractor made a profit on the

build. Okay so successful can mean many things but it generally means that the

construction project itself was completed within the time frame as expected and the

customers happy meaning the quality workmanship everything's good and

there's no outstanding legal issues or liabilities, liens or lawsuits anything

like that. Okay so now objectives are definable tasks that support the

goals. So remember our goals, profit and successful. Completion

within the expected time frame. If a project goes over the expected time frame

there's going to be additional overhead costs and additional cost to the owner which

in turn is going to directly affect the profit of the of the contractor the

profit made. Overages such as things like liquid damages and all these things are

going to take into effect. liquidated damages, we're going to talk

about in later videos but for now we don't want the project to run over

because there's an additional cost to the owner and to the prime contractor.

Quality, quality means a couple of things as well so number one is

the materials and equipment furnished are what were specified in the contract

documents, the specifications and the drawings that is important also the

workmanship the owners generally don't want to have

any evidence of the installation itself so good clean work is always a

goal and objective of a construction project you don't want the

owners to see any any evidence of the installation so you want it to be nice and

clean and complete as expected. Cost control. Effective cost control

assures that the build is as per budget or under. This reflects the effectiveness of its

management. The fourth objective is safety you need to

have effective management of the job-site safety program. Let's say that any

kind of incident happens whether it's a person injured that is going to directly

affect the the schedule because there's going to be delays if things get damaged

there's going to be additional cost so the safety program is a loss prevention

program it needs to be administered flawlessly and because it could really

affect the overall profit of the project. An accident will affect the overall

profitability of the project and can affect the future of the company that is for example,

the prime contractor, it can affect their ability to get future

jobs and accidents can actually close down a company depending on the severity of it

All right! Number five is customer satisfaction now

customer satisfaction is achieved by completing all of the previous

objectives that we've talked about right so it's completed on time, it's on

budget, the quality is good meaning the materials and equipment

furnished are as what we're specified in the contract documents and the workmanship

is good so there's no evidence of the installation and effective cost control

and safety. However it takes special management attention to achieve this so

you have to have good salesmanship and customer service with the owners so that

they're happy the whole way through the project. An unsatisfied customer can

definitely delay payment, it can hinder the prime contract prime contractor from

gaining future jobs as well okay so the final objective of a construction

project is effective management of the sub trades. Now there's going to be so many

sub trades working on a project it's going to be very difficult to do

this so you have to make sure that all of the subcontractors have the same

objectives right so that they're meeting those objectives.

If the subcontractors don't meet their objectives then the prime contractor is not going to meet

the objectives either so it's very important to make sure that they're on

schedule and that they're using the proper materials and they also have

their own cost accounting and safety programs and that everything is

good right you want everybody to be on the same page because all of these objectives

that we just went over are all interrelated. So say that the

quality and the workmanship is poor well that's going to affect the schedule which will

affect the cost accounting which will honestly affect safety

because there is going to be a push push so they're going to compromise safety and

when the safety is compromised then an accident happens and then yeah you're shut down

and schedule... Everything is interrelated so everything works together all of

these objectives work together. So now that we know the goals and objectives of

a construction project my next video is going to be on the management techniques to

achieve these objectives and goals. Management is necessary to control the

building of the project in order to achieve the goals and objectives.

Irony: Turkey Issues Hilarious Threat if US Won't Sell It Weapons

For being a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the nation of Turkey doesn't

always act as though it is a close ally of the United States, instead holding American

citizens prisoner on ridiculous charges and cozying up with NATO rivals like Russia and

Iran.

According to the Washington Examiner, the diminishing relationship between the U.S.

and Turkey has led Congress to consider cutting off future weapons sales to the increasingly

belligerent "ally," a move that has prompted Turkey to threaten retaliation if those weapons

systems aren't sold to them as initially promised.

As part of the debate over the $717 billion 2019 National Defense Authorization Act, Congress

has requested the Department of Defense to compile and deliver a report documenting the

current state of the relationship between the two nations.

A provision in the legislation would halt all weapons sales to Turkey until that report

is complete.

That places on hold the planned purchase of 100 Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike fighter

jets and other weapons by Turkey, a moved which has infuriated the Turkish government.

"If the United States imposes sanctions on us or takes such a step, Turkey will absolutely

retaliate," said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in an interview with CNN

Turk, according to Reuters.

"What needs to be done is the U.S. needs to let go of this."

The Turkish official declined to offer specifics as to what sort of retaliation his nation

might seek, but he is tentatively scheduled to meet with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo

within the next week to hash out the matter.

Along with a halt to the sale of the fighter jets, the move by Congress would also halt

the sale of Patriot missile batteries to Turkey.

A big sticking point that prompted the move — aside from the holding of several American

citizens hostage — is that Turkey recently purchased a number of S-400 surface-to-air

missile batteries from Russia, an anti-aircraft weapons system that is wholly incompatible

with those used by NATO member nations, which the U.S. harshly criticized and suggested

could lead to consequences.

But Turkey remained defiant.

"Turkey is not a country under your orders, it is an independent country," Cavusoglu

said.

"Speaking to such a country from above, dictating what it can and cannot buy, is not

a correct approach and does not fit our alliance."

Aside from the Russian missile batteries, Turkey has drawn closer to Russia — as well

as Iran — in other ways.

UPI reported in April that Russian President Vladimir Putin traveled to Ankara to oversee

the groundbreaking of a new $20 billion Russian-funded nuclear power plant, of which the Russian

government will hold a majority share in ownership.

An important subtext beneath all of this is the case of Andrew Brunson, an American Christian

missionary who has lived in Turkey since 1995 and was arrested in 2016 without charges on

suspicion of collaborating with terrorists following the failed "coup" against President

Recep Tayyip Erdogan, according to an insightful piece from The Atlantic.

Brunson is alleged to have worked with and supported the Kurdistan Workers Party — labeled

a terrorist organization by Turkey — and followers of the Pennsylvania-based exiled

Turkish cleric Fethullah Gulen, who Erdogan asserts was behind the failed "coup" that

resulted in a brutal crackdown on the Turkish populace by his regime.

The American missionary faces up to 35 years in prison if convicted of the "crimes"

he has been accused of, and along with about a dozen other Americans held prisoner in Turkey

is being used as a pawn in a game of "hostage diplomacy" by Erdogan to force the return

of Gulen to Turkish custody.

The holding of Brunson and others — among other actions by Turkey — is part of the

move by Congress to block weapons sales to the erstwhile ally, according to Aaron Stein,

a senior resident fellow at the Washington-based think-tank Atlantic Counci.

"You do have a Congress that's very upset with Turkey and wants to do something, and

Brunson is a galvanizing factor" toward a harsher stance toward Erdogan's regime,

Stein said.

President Donald Trump took to Twitter in April to call for the release of Brunson,

and hopefully he will instruct his administration to use the halted weapons sales as leverage

to gain his return.

Turkey has not been acting like an ally of America or a member of NATO, and until it

makes more of an effort to do so — such as releasing American hostages and distancing

themselves from our main rivals like Russia and Iran — there is no legitimate reason

for us to sell it advanced weapons systems or continue to consider the country a friend

and reliable partner.
