Mueller Blasted By Federal Judge For Extreme Overreach 'Power'

Robert Mueller's special investigation has dragged on for nearly a year, and to many

it simply seems like it's little more than a fishing expedition, hoping to find SOMETHING

that President Donald J. Trump did wrong.

Even famous leftists like Alan Dershowitz agree with that claim.

Today, it seems that the judge in the Manafort case agrees that there are issues with the

extreme overreach for "unfettered power" by the special investigation.

In a shocking turn of events, a federal judge rebuked Mueller and his team, accusing them

of lying to target the President, and of vastly expanding the scope of the investigation beyond

what Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein empowered them to investigate.

He suggested that they may not even have the right to charge Paul Manafort in federal court,

and that they are lying about their mandate and seeking "unfettered power" to bring

down the President of the United States of America.

U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III, a Ronald Reagan appointee, took a very strong stance

against the case presented to his court in Alexandria, Virginia.

In the beginning, he pointed out that the charges against Manafort, charges of bank

fraud stemming from his work for Ukranian President Viktor Yanukovych, seem to be outside

the mandate Rosenstein's memo laid out for the investigation.

This is a point that Kevin Downing, the attorney for the former Trump campaign associate, has

repeatedly made, although a partially redacted version of Rosenstein's memo allegedly gave

the investigation the power to look into suspected crimes related to payment for work in Ukraine.

Judge Ellis also said that he doesn't believe the special investigation actually cares about

prosecuting the bank fraud at all.

Rather, he seems to believe that Mueller and his investigators and prosecutors are simply

hoping to 'squeeze' the former member of the Trump campaign, hoping he might "sing,"

and that the information he gives up could be an actionable or impeachable offense.

The judge outright said that the investigation didn't care about the defendant, but rather

they cared about "what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and

an impeachment, or whatever."

The federal judge said that he was worried that Manafort might not just 'sing', but

also 'compose,' providing information that the investigators want to hear to save

himself, rather than providing necessarily accurate information.

In order to clear up the actual limitations of the scope of the mandate provided in the

Rosenstein memo, the court demanded access to the unredacted memo.

According to the Mueller investigative team, the August 2017 scope memo, and the May 2,

2017 letter appointing the former FBI Director to lead the investigation, provided the team

with a broad mandate to investigate essentially whatever they felt like investigating.

Even if that is the case, the fact that the special investigators are relying on information

from an earlier Department of Justice probe in their attempt to indict and convict Manafort,

according to Ellis, may place the charges outside their scope.

The investigative team also said that they couldn't show the judge the unredacted memo

because it contains some powers that are secret because they involve ongoing investigations,

as well as information on national security matters that cannot be publicly disclosed.

Ellis, in an amused and unpersuaded response to this claim, said that the argument of the

special investigative team was essentially "we said this was what the investigation

was about, but we are not bound by it and we were lying."

He also issued an order to the team, saying that they had two weeks to provide him with

an unredacted copy of the scope memo, or to provide him with a better reason why he couldn't

see it.

When the prosecutors claimed that the scope contained material not pertaining to the Manafort

charges, the judge replied, appropriately, "I'll be the judge of that."

Ellis also suggested that this kind of limitless power to investigate whatever they could conceive

of was not in the best interest of the nation or the courts, and that it was extremely open

to abuse.

He even asked when, exactly, the investigation would finally conclude, and at what point

special counsel attorney Michael Dreeben would be satisfied that they had investigated enough.

The special counsel refused to speculate or provide a clear answer.

The judge then asked him why the Manafort case remained a part of the special investigation,

while a similar case against Michael Cohen, the President's personal lawyer, was spun

off and handed over to the U.S. Attorney's Office in New York.

In asking such a question, Ellis is doing precisely as a wise judge should do, especially

considering the nature of the court case thus far.

If the case that the prosecution is trying to bring against the defendant is entirely

out of their scope, they must turn the case over to the proper authority.

They cannot decide that they will use the case to bully Manafort into some sort of confession

when they don't even have the right to run the case.

Judge Ellis made a strong statement that he would not cosign an arbitrary and infinite

special investigation attempting to squeeze people for information.

The judge has been impartial throughout the process.

When the case began, he warned the defendant that he could face punishment as stiff as

a life sentence in a federal prison, and during bond hearings pointed out that the defendant

was a significant flight risk due to his ties to foreign nations and his wealth.

It's time that the Mueller investigation either bears some sort of fruit against its

intended target, or that the special counsel admits that it's a fishing expedition hoping

to find something wrong

to prosecute

the President for.

BREAKING THEY JUST ANNOUNCED HIS REPLACEMENT AND LOOK WHO IT IS!!

PBS has finally announced the replacement for fired anchor Charlie Rose and it's a

CNN schill.

Rose was fired as a casualty of the #Metoo movement after he hugged a woman too long.

As reported by thehill.com CNN veteran Christiane Amanpour will replace

Charlie Rose, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by more than 30 women, on PBS.

The decision was made official on Tuesday, CNN reported.

A rebroadcast of Amanpour's 30-minute CNN International program has been airing as an

interim replacement for Rose's 11 p.m. talk show on the public broadcasting network.

"Amanpour & Company," a collaboration between CNN and New York City's WNET, will expand

to an hour in July.

"I'm delighted to expand my role at PBS from interim to permanent along with this remarkable

diversity of voices and views," Amanpour said in a statement.

"Never has the time for exploring our world and America's place in it been so urgent."

Amanpour also noted that she was "thrilled" to be a female filling the role.

What do you think?

Good replacement for Charlie Rose?

Or did the network

Former Bill Clinton Adviser Links & Implicates Barack Obama Directly To Trump Wiretapping - Duration: 11:54.

Former Bill Clinton Adviser Links & Implicates Barack Obama Directly To Trump Wiretapping

Woe!

Slow down Western Journal!

Dick Morris, a former Clinton adviser is telling it like it is!

And it's almost too much to process all at once!

This is going to blow you away.

Not that you probably didn't already suspect it was true already!

We will just jump right in!

Read what Western Journal is reporting!

Dick Morris writes, "According to GOP Rep. Mark Meadows of North Carolina, a member of

the House Oversight Committee, "The text messages that I've had the privilege of

reviewing and some of the other correlating information" suggest that the Obama administration

— and the president himself — were "involved in the whole narrative of investigating Donald

Trump" during the election."

Morris continues, "He also said the Obama administration was involved in "drafting

some of the action of the Department of Justice and the FBI" during the election to surveil

Trump."

"Moreover, Meadows said, not only was former President Barack Obama aware of the surveillance

of Trump during the election, but he was personally involved in ordering it."

But – there's actual evidence now that Obama may have personally ordered the surveillance

of Trump campaign during the 2016 General Election for the President of the United States

of America.

Let that sink in.

Are you outraged yet?

WOE!

That is a serious accusation!

And if true, should cause every American grave concern!

And who can forget when the media spent two months and millions of dollars trying to make

it look like POTUS was wrong when he tweeted the following: "Terrible!

Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory.

Nothing found.

This

is McCarthyism!"

Nunes Hatches Brilliant Plan to Get the Goods on Dirty Dossier Scandal - Duration: 11:54.

Nunes Hatches Brilliant Plan to Get the Goods on Dirty Dossier Scandal

There's more than one way to skin a dirty dossier.

Devin Nunes has hatched a new plan to get to the bottom of the dossier scandal and get

the answers he needs.

Nunes sent a letter to more than a dozen current and former U.S.

Government officials, asking about their knowledge of the debunked Hillary-funded dossier.

He lists 10 questions in the letter, and warns recipients, that if they don't provide answers

voluntarily, they are forced to answer before a committee.

From Daily Caller

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes sent letters Tuesday

to more than a dozen current and former U.S. government officials asking about their knowledge

of the infamous Steele dossier.

In the letters, Nunes submitted 10 questions covering when the officials learned of the

dossier and how they handled the salacious and unverified document written by former

British spy Christopher Steele.

The identities of the recipients are redacted from the letter, which a congressional source

shared with The Daily Caller News Foundation.

The recipients were described as "high-ranking" current and former government officials.

Between one and two dozen letters were issued.

Nunes, a California Republican, threatened subpoenas if the officials did not comply

with the letters.

"If you do not provide timely answers on a voluntary process, the Committee will initiate

compulsory process," he wrote.

In the letters, Nunes asks how the Steele information was presented to the government

officials and whether they shared it with anyone else, including reporters.

Nunes is also asking whether the officials took any official action or convened any meetings

after receiving the dossier.

The letters also suggest that members of the Obama administration are being pressed for

answers.

Nunes asks whether President Barack Obama was aware of the dossier prior to Jan. 5,

2017, when he was reportedly briefed by then-FBI Director James Comey about the report.

The dossier alleges that Russian government was blackmailing Donald Trump and that members

of the Trump campaign colluded with the Kremlin to sway the election.

Comey briefed then-President-elect Trump on some of the allegations on Jan. 6, 2017.

After CNN reported the briefing, BuzzFeed News published the dossier four days later.

Nunes has led the Republican inquiry into the document, which remains largely unverified

more than a year after its release.

He issued subpoenas in 2017 that led to the revelation the Clinton campaign and DNC paid

$1 million to Fusion GPS as part of the dossier project.

Nunes and other House Intelligence Committee Republicans also produced a four-page memo

last month that alleged the FBI and Department of Justice relied heavily on the dossier to

obtain a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant against former Trump campaign

adviser Carter Page.

Republicans have cried foul over the warrant because the dossier remains largely unverified.

Nunes' memo, which cites the FBI application for the Page FISA, also noted that a Sept.

23, 2016, news article based on information from Steele was used to help justify the spy

warrant.

But the application failed to note that the article came from the same source of information

as the dossier.

The FISA application also failed to note that the Clinton campaign and DNC funded the dossier.

Instead, the application only acknowledged that the dossier was a part of politically-motivated

research against Trump.

Hillary Announces She's MOVING Out Of U.S. Because Of Trump, Isn't Going To Like Place She Picked! - Duration: 4:47.

Hillary Announces She's MOVING Out Of U.S.

Because Of Trump, Isn't Going To Like Place She Picked!

Hillary Clinton was recently talking about moving out of the United States after she

lost the 2016 election.

She was likely devastated by the loss as Donald Trump won the election, stopping Hillary from

becoming the first female American president.

Her stunning loss came at the hands of a man with no political experience, but that of

reality television and business and people were left in tears when she lost.

People still complain today, over a year after the election and with disregard to Trump making

wonderful progress, on some issues important to Americans.

Hillary's talk of moving out of the country saw herself moving to New Zealand, all the

way on the other side of the planet from her comfy home here in America where she's persistently

criticized, and possibly faces legal trouble after being caught up in a money laundering

scandal with the Democratic National Committee.

Hillary might claim it was only a joke that she's moving out of America, but sometimes

jokes are later revealed as truth.

Even though her comments were jokes, for now, many wonder if they'll turn out to be true

if there are any pending legal actions.

It makes sense for her to pull a Roman Polansky and run from the country if she faces legal

actions.

Breitbart reported more on Clinton's joke about moving out of America: "Hillary Clinton

joked on Monday that she thought about permanently relocating to New Zealand, after her crushing

2016 presidential election loss to Donald Trump.

"I received a number of invitations from Kiwis to permanently relocate here," Clinton

said in Auckland.

"I must say I really appreciated the offers and gave them some thought, but I'm going

to stay put because we have work to do in my country as well."

Clinton said she wanted to help Democrats "crack the code" to beat Trump the "reality

TV" candidate" in 2020.

"Part of our problem was this unprecedented reality TV campaign and him being the first

reality TV candidate in our history," she reportedly said.

Clinton said reporters were acting like they "were watching a car wreck or train wreck

all the time" in 2016, and "they couldn't take their eyes away."

"They didn't know what to make of it," Clinton said, referring to Trump's "insults

and his scapegoating and his horrible comments about people with disabilities, and Latin

Americans and immigrants and everybody."

She added, "It was just so hard to understand."

Clinton then said it took a "perfect storm" of events for Trump to defeat her: "Deep

currents of anger and resentment flowing through our culture.

Our political press that told voters my emails were the most important story.

The unprecedented intervention in our election by the FBI director.

The information warfare waged from within the Kremlin."

She added that the "forces at work in the 2016 election in the United States are still

with us" not only in the United States but around the world.

"We're having a very important struggle in the United States right now," Clinton

said.

"It's difficult to fully grasp because there are 20 stories and people are getting

overwhelmed by the strange goings on we are living through."

What's very funny is that Hillary and her fans still complain about Trump winning the

election and they continue to "resist" the election results.

The resistance to accepting the presidential election results shows a great weakness, and

an ignorant amount of arrogance on one side of politics.

Donald Trump needs support from the politicians who work for him and even those who challenge

him.

Constructive criticism is good, but blatant ignorance and delusional sideshows show where

true failure is, and those people who participate in the shenanigans are the same people halting

further progress for Americans.

Will Hillary ever move out of the United States?

No one truly knows but her.

She might be more likely to move if there's any chance of her facing legal charges for

any of her alleged crimes.

If she's about to be prosecuted and finds out about it earlier than expected, then she

might get in a plane and really leave for New Zealand.

Will she like it there?

No one knows that either.

These are all unknown bits of information until Hillary Clinton reveals them herself.

Of course, that's if citizens find out on the mainstream media when something happens

legally.

Although many people find Hillary Clinton to be untouchable, so the people she worked

with might be the first to suffer any legal penalties for various incidents, in particular,

the alleged $84 million that was laundered and recently reported on.
