today's topic is a little bit different
usually I give you some information
about the camera or the video but today
I want to talk about failure I'm surely welcome back today I am in
Pennsylvania and there's a Hindu temple
called Vraj one of the beautiful plays I
came here about 10 years ago but I came
after 10 years and it's amazing they
changed the whole place there's a
beautiful landscape an amazing pond with
some ducks in ade kids can have some fun
they have some slides and swings for
them so this is probably one of the best
place I visited very calm very peaceful
so let me show you
welcome back everyone today as I said
I'm in Pennsylvania and me and the
family we are a temple called Vraj I had
to find a very crowded space as you can
see I'm right in a nice walkway or
whatever this is and I just got a call
so you got a hold on well the call was
wrong number so as I said I had to find
out a darker space because I forgot my
ND filter big mistake on my part
I took the shots I had to add just a
shorter speed so I'm not sure how they
are gonna turn out but I basically kept
the ISO at 100 which is lowest on my
camera kept the aperture at 2.8 so long
story short never forget your ND filters
now today's topic is a little bit
different usually I give you some
information about the camera or the
video but today I want to talk about
failure see what I mean by failure is as
you know I'm I'm born and raised in
India and an Indian family you know
failure is not an option it's not
acceptable and that always kind of left
me in confusion that why can't we fail
why it is so important to be the number
one to always succeed and as I grew
older I realized you have to fail no
matter what you do in life you have to
fail because that's the only way you can
get success the journey to reach your
goal that's that's your success you know
every step you take towards your goal is
a success but that doesn't mean that you
don't feel you have to fail you know
just to give you an example when you are
a child when you start walking how many
times you fall down and you still get up
and you still keep on trying that's
exactly the life is all about no matter
what you're always gonna fail no matter
what do you do you're always gonna fail
but that should not leave you in a dark
that should not discourage you in any
ways because you're always gonna hit
that wall you know you have to break
that wall or climb or jump whatever you
have to do to you know pass that
obstacle towards your goal so you do
that that's your success but a lot of
time people don't really understand an
achievement and success is two different
things
a success is a step forward now you may
fall you may hurt you may break your leg
you may break your hand to take that
step but that does not mean you're not
successful if you complete that step
you're successful your goal when you
reach your goal that's not a success
that's an achievement but the journey
from the day you start and the day you
reach your goal the entire journey
each step is a success but each step
requires a failure so teacher kids tell
them it's okay to fail you should and
you must fail because if you don't fail
you will not understand the importance
of success see couple of days back Cody
posted a video that he got fired from
his own company do you think that's fair
I don't know
how perhaps you don't know but Cody
knows and that's a failure no do you
think Cody's gonna stop or he's gonna
get discouraged no he's gonna push
harder he's gonna be even more involved
he's gonna be hungry he's gonna go out
and utilize every second he has to
achieve that he wants but he's failure
he failed into the partnership of
whatever that happened that failure is
in a ways and success because now he
know exactly what not to do remember
that if you find something positive out
of your failure that's a success
so what I want to tell you guys is
remember this failure is necessary for
your success to achieve your goals no
matter what you have to fail you will
fail but the key is not to get
discouraged keep going forward focus on
your end goal focus on your achievement
plan your success and then be there
you
