BREAKING Hillary's Worst Nightmare Is Coming True

Despite the fact that Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 presidential election she often remains

a part of the headlines of mainstream news outlets.

Especially given how much she comments on political issues related to the Trump administration.

Now she is in the news because of the controversy surrounding her emails.

Given the speculation that she will run again in 2020 this is not looking too good for her.

The Department of State got a rude awakening regarding the emails that Hillary tried so

hard to get rid of.

Judicial Watch reported,

"Judicial Watch today announced that a federal court judge ordered the State Department to

speed up processing and production of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's emails.

U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg recently ordered the State Department to complete

processing the remaining documents that were recovered by the FBI in its investigation

into Clinton's illicit email server by September 28, 2018.

The Court's latest order accelerates State's production rate which would have continued

until 2020.

Last year, the FBI uncovered 72,000 pages of documents Clinton attempted to delete or

did not otherwise disclose.

The State Department had been processing the documents at a rate that would have required

Judicial Watch and the American people to wait until at least 2020 to see all the releasable

Clinton material.

Prior to the FBI investigation, Clinton repeatedly stated that the 55,000 pages of documents

she turned over to the State Department in December 2014 included all of her work-related

emails.

In response to a court order in another Judicial Watch case, she declared under penalty of

perjury that she had "directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody

that were or are potentially federal records be provided to the Department of State, and

on information and belief, this has been done."

Clinton failed to turn over at least 627 emails in that 55,000-page production, further contradicting

a statement by Clinton that, "as far as she knew," all of her government emails

had been turned over to department.

Judge Boasberg's November 30 order came in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information

Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on May 6, 2015, (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687))

seeking: All emails sent or received by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton

in her official capacity as Secretary of State, as well as all emails by other State Department

employees to Secretary Clinton regarding her non-"state.gov" email address.

The court also ordered the State Department to identify and explain the basis for all

documents withheld in full from both the 55,000 pages of emails turned over by Clinton and

the 72,000 pages of records recovered by the FBI which have been processed thus far by

April 6, 2018.

"How ironic it is that the Trump State Department had to be ordered by a federal court to stop

slow-rolling the release of Clinton emails," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

"Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act lawsuits – not Congress or the media – uncovered

Clinton's email cover-up and related crimes.

Now it is up to the Justice Department to finally follow up with an honest and independent

investigation."

In November 2016, Judge Boasberg ordered the State Department to process no less than 500

pages a month of records responsive to Judicial Watch's request.

The following year, in October 2017, Judicial Watch asked the court to increase the State

Department's processing requirement noting that under its current pace of production,

the Clinton emails would not be completely released until at least 2020.

At the October 2017 hearing, the State Department reported to the court that they were revamping

their FOIA processing and reallocating resources.

Judge Boasberg then issued an order instructing the State Department to explain "how its

anticipated increase in resources will affect processing of records in this case …" In

a related case, Judicial Watch found at least 18 classified emails in 806 documents recently

produced by the State Department from the FBI's investigation of Clinton's elicit

email system.

The emails were found on the laptop of Anthony Weiner, who is the husband of former Clinton

aide Huma Abedin."

The American public deserves an answer to this issue, yet time and time again Hillary's

camp does nothing to answer those questions.

It is 2018 and this issue was something that took place between 2008 and 2015.

It has been almost 10 years now and the American public deserves a conclusion.

Taxpayer dollars could be better spent being utilized towards others who are in need instead

of being wasted on Hillary Clinton.

The American public deserves better and that is exactly why President Trump was elected

into office.

Barack Hussein Obama Reemerges to Make Despicable Announcement

Most former presidents have enough class to retreat from the spotlight after they have

left office and allow their successors to lead the country unchallenged.

Unfortunately, former President Barack Obama has no class, and he has instead spent the

past year traveling the world bashing President Donald Trump.

This week, during an interview with David Letterman, Obama once again spoke out about

the president and cast doubt on the legitimacy of last year's election.

CNN reported that during the interview, Obama ranted about Russia and slammed Fox News as

he desperately tried to make Trump look bad.

"What the Russians exploited, but it was already here, is we are operating in completely

different information universes," Obama told Letterman.

"If you watch Fox News you are living on a different planet than you are if you listen

to NPR."

"One of the biggest challenges to our democracy is the degree to which we don't share a

common baseline of facts," Obama continued.

Being the self-centered egomaniac that he is, Obama went on to talk about the way he

used social media in his 2007 presidential campaign.

"We were some of the earliest adapters of social media," he said of his campaign staff.

"And we were reliant on a bunch of 22- and 23-year-olds, and volunteers … they were

communicating entirely through social media.

We essentially built what ended up being the most effective political campaign probably

in modern political history.

So I had a very optimistic feeling about it.

I think what we missed was the degree to which people who are in power … can in fact manipulate

that and propagandize."

Obama claimed that social media has led to political polarization, not acknowledging

that it was he himself who divided our entire country like no leader had before.

"If you are getting all your information off algorithms being sent through phone and

it's just reinforcing whatever biases you have, which is the pattern that develops,"

he said, "at a certain point, you just live in a bubble, and that's part of why our

politics is so polarized right now.

I think it's a solvable problem but I think it's one we have to spend a lot of time

thinking about."

Clearly, Obama still can't accept that he is no longer in the White House and therefore

has no power.

BREAKING TREY GOWDY GOES NUCLER ON COMEY,IT'S OVER - Duration: 13:00.

Gowdy: Comey's Book Is 'Beneath The Dignity' Of The FBI- VIDEO

Yeah you read right James Comey is a leaker and that was confirmed today by our President!

President Trump on Friday blasted James Comey as a "LIAR & LEAKER" who "should be

prosecuted" after the former FBI director's book portrayed Trump as a power-hungry man

unfit for the presidency.

In a pair of tweets, Trump accused Comey of leaking classified information and lying to

Congress "under OATH" about it.

"James Comey is a proven LEAKER & LIAR.

Virtually everyone in Washington thought he should be fired for the terrible job he did-until

he was, in fact, fired," Trump wrote.

Trump continued in a follow-up tweet, calling the former FBI director a "weak and untruthful

slime ball" and saying it was "my great honor to fire James Comey!"

Also today Trey Gowdy decided to give his view on the latest fiasco from James Comey!

In an interview with Fox News Friday, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) lamented the chilling effect

that James Comey's book tour was having on the FBI.

"I can't think of anyone who's done a better job of politicizing the FBI than

he has in the last 36 to 48 hours, by talking about tanning bed goggles and the length of

a tie," the Republican lawmaker told the hosts of "Fox & Friends".

"That is beneath the dignity of the offices that he held."

"I'm really disappointed, whether or not the intelligence community vetted this book,"

Gowdy said.

"I hope he let them do it so he's not disseminating classified information.

My guess is he did," Gowdy added.

"But the writing of the book in general and then some of the things that he's talking

about are just frankly beneath the dignity of some really important offices he once held."

Comey is a disgrace!

Money and power were more important to him than his oath of office.

Unfortunately, his actions make the FBI look bad.

Do you agree with James Comey?

BREAKING WITNESS TO MAJOR HILLARY CRIME JUST AGREED TO TESTIFY - Duration: 13:00.

BREAKING: Witness to Major Hillary Crime Just Agreed to Testify

The web of lies Hillary Clinton wove so carefully is finally unraveling.

Thanks to the focus President Trump has put on the Clintons' wrongdoings, the Senate

is investigating the criminal relationship between Clinton and the anti-American firm,

Fusion GPS.

This is the company that put out the fake Trump dossier.

They also have ties to the Russian lawyer who met with Donald Jr.

Now, the head of Fusion GPS has agreed to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Their crimes will be exposed!

This absurd Russia investigation has gone on long enough.

The American people are sick of the side show because we know that Trump has not colluded

with the Russian government on anything.

However, the investigation into Trump has served to highlight the real criminal acts

of the Clintons!

It all comes back to Fusion GPS.

The Washington, DC-based "opposition research" firm has been on the Democrat payroll for

years.

Remember the debunked dossier?

It alleged that Trump was surrounded by prostitutes as he urinated on a bed Obama had slept in

at a Russian hotel.

That ridiculous story destroyed the credibility of the website BuzzFeed and was the product

of Fusion GPS.

The project was originally paid for by anti-Trump RINOs and later taken over by the DNC.

Interestingly, the "source" of the dossier was former MI6 agent Christopher Steele–yet

Democrats are never accused of "British collusion."

Isn't it funny how those Leftist double standards work?

Fusion GPS is one of the most corrupt organizations in politics, and one doing the Democrat Party's

bidding.

It's a HUGE step in the right direction for the Senate Judiciary Committee to call

their head, Glenn Simpson, to testify.

Simpson originally rejected a Senate request to provide information voluntarily and stated

he would invoke the Fifth Amendment at a public hearing.

In response, the Senate issued a subpoena obligating him to appear and talk.

Simpson ultimately reached a deal with the Senate to voluntarily speak at a hearing in

exchange for having the subpoena withdrawn.

The Senate should do their job and squeeze a confession of wrongdoing from him.

There's hope they'll be tough; the chairman of the Judiciary Committee is Sen. Chuck Grassley

(R-IA), who has been a major critic of Fusion GPS.

The opposition research firm has come under renewed scrutiny following the much-talked

about meeting between Donald Jr. and a Russian lawyer who claimed to have dirt on Hillary

Clinton.

The lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, has professional ties to Fusion GPS.

As Attorney General, Loretta Lynch used this professional connection to allow Veselnitskaya

into the US without a visa.

All signs point to a setup–a plot between Clinton, Veselnitskaya, and Fusion GPS to

frame the Trump team.

Even back then, they had this Russian collusion narrative in the works to delegitimize Trump.

The charade is over.

The tables are turned.

We're getting to the bottom of this detestable plot to hurt our President.

Hillary Clinton and her cohorts in Washington are going down.

It's high-time to put her behind bars!

Lock

her up!

BREAKING!! DOJ Found IT!! Clintons GOING DOWN As Indictments Handed out!! - Duration: 12:59.

BREAKING!!

DOJ Found IT!!

Clintons GOING DOWN As Indictments Handed out!!

And so it begins…In December, Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered DOJ prosecutors to start

"interviewing FBI agents about evidence they uncovered in a criminal investigation

into a highly-controversial uranium deal that involves Bill and Hillary Clinton" and here

we go…

An 11-count indictment was handed out on Friday in connection to the famed Uranium-One deal,

the Russian bribery scheme involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Obama

administration, Uranium One.

The charges are against 54-year-old Mark Lambert of Mount Airy, Maryland.

The founder and owner of Frederick's Dragon Distillery was indicted on charges related

to his alleged role in the bribery of a Russian atomic energy official to win government contracts

for the company he formerly co-owned.

Lambert, who owns Dragon Distillery in Frederick, is the former co-president, along with Daren

Condrey, of a Maryland-based nuclear fuel transportation company.

The company, referred to as Transportation Company A in the indictment, provided logistical

support for transporting nuclear materials in the United States and to foreign clients.

In the indictment unsealed Friday, prosecutors allege that Lambert concealed corrupt and

fraudulent payments with fake invoices, offshore bank accounts and shell companies in Latvia,

Cyprus, and Switzerland.

Lambert now faces 11 different charges including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices

Act (FCPA) and wire fraud, according to a statement released by the U.S. Department

of Justice late on Friday.

The DOJ statement reads in part – "Mark Lambert, 54, of Mount Airy, Maryland, was

charged in an 11-count indictment with one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign

Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit wire fraud, seven counts of violating the

FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of international promotion money laundering.

The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at

JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia's State Atomic Energy Corporation

and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment

services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX.

The case against Lambert is assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Theodore D. Chuang of

the District of Maryland."

TENEX is the commercial sales arm for Russia's Rosatom, which took full control of Uranium

One in 2013.

The company supplies uranium and uranium enrichment services to international companies.

An October 2017 report reveals federal agents started collecting evidence in 2009 about

Russian officials that were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money laundering

connected to the Uranium One deal.

The report reads –

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry

to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as

early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes

and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents

show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear

officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President

Bill Clinton's charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow…

Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued

investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public

and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when

the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin's commercial nuclear ambitions.

According to the indictment from at least 2009 to October 2014, Lambert and other company

executives conspired to bribe Mikerin in order to secure contracts for transporting nuclear

fuel.

Lambert is accused of conspiring to make corrupt and fraudulent bribery and kickback payments

to offshore bank accounts associated with shell companies, at the direction of, and

for the benefit of Mikerin, in order to secure improper business advantages and obtain and

retain business with TENEX.

In exchange, Mikerin would help steer contracts to the transportation company.

The indictment goes on the describe how Lambert and others caused fake invoices to be prepared,

purportedly from TENEX to Transportation Corporation A, that described services that were never

provided, and then Lambert and others caused Transportation Corporation A to wire the corrupt

payments for those purported services to shell companies in Latvia, Cyprus, and Switzerland

in an effort to conceal the fraudulent payments for bribery to Mikerin.

Code language was used in emails to the Russian official at his personal email account with

words like "lucky figures," "LF," "lucky numbers," and "cake" to describe

the payments.

The indictment also alleges that Lambert and others caused Transportation Corporation A

to overbill TENEX by building the cost of the corrupt payments into their invoices,

and TENEX thus overpaid for Transportation Corporation A's services.

Prosecutors also believe that on Dec. 21, 2011, Mikerin sent Condrey an invoice purportedly

from TENEX requesting payment of $125,930.53 for services that were never provided to Transportation

Company A, according to the indictment.

On Dec. 22, 2011, Lambert allegedly authorized a wire transfer from the company's Maryland

bank account to a shell company bank account in Latvia for the same amount.

Investigators identified eight similar wire transfers from Transportation Company A to

the shell companies in Latvia and Switzerland made between 2011 and 2014 for amounts ranging

from $48,089 to more than $142,000, according to the indictment.

In June 2015, Condrey, Lambert's former co-president, pleaded guilty to conspiracy

to violate the FCPA and commit wire fraud, and Mikerin pleaded guilty to conspiracy to

commit money laundering involving violations of the FCPA.

Mikerin is currently serving a sentence of 48 months in prison and Condrey is awaiting

sentencing.

The indictment includes allegations against Lambert based on his role in effectuating

the criminal scheme with Condrey, Mikerin, and others.

Lambert's attorney, William M. Sullivan Jr. states of the 11-count indictment – "We

categorically reject the charges and are eager

to dispute

and defeat them in court."
