Let's talk about System Settings on your keyboard

In every modern digital keyboard, there's an area of the keyboard that has very important system settings.

These affect the entire keyboard, and determine how that keyboard connects to and interacts with other gear.

It might be called Utility, Function, Global or System,

but whatever it's called on your keyboard, you should find it and get familiar with what it can do for you.

I'll show you the most important features inside some of Yamaha's keyboards.

However, our explanations will work for any brand of keyboard.

The system features we'll cover include: Tempo, Clock, local on & off, MIDI Velocity Curve and Transpose.

JUST IN: HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT ROBERT MUELLER INVESTIGATION

Rand Paul is an independent voice in the Senate and is not a reliable ally of Trump.

When Paul disagrees with Trump he will say it.

So when he speaks it is not from a partisan space and so he should be listened to with

both ears.

And what he just said is devastating to Bob Mueller and his witch hunt.

From Politico:

Sen. Rand Paul on Sunday sought to justify Russia's interference in America's 2016

presidential race, claiming that all countries meddle in foreign elections.

"I think really we mistake our response if we think it's about accountability from

the Russians.

They're another country, they're going to spy on us," Paul said on CNN's "State

of the Union," a day before President Donald Trump's scheduled summit with Russian President

Vladimir Putin in Helsinki.

"We're going to do the same," Paul added.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Friday announced special counsel Robert Mueller's

indictment of 12 Russian military officials for hacking the Democratic National Committee

in 2016.

But Paul maintained such cyber-intrusions into other countries' elections were common

on the world stage, suggesting the United States — while not "morally equivalent"

to Russia — provoked the Kremlin's stealth attacks.

"We all do it.

What we need to do is make sure our electoral process is protected," Paul said.

"They're not going to admit it in the same way we're not going to admit we were

involved in the Ukrainian elections or the Russian elections."

Paul also blamed former President Barack Obama for not doing more to halt Moscow's aggression,

echoing a series of tweets from Trump on Saturday.

"I wish President Obama had been more aggressive in pursuing it," Paul said.

Operation Fish: Gold in Wartime - Duration: 1:28.

In September 1939, as the German army advanced towards Britain, the government decreed that

every person living in the United Kingdom register

their gold with the Royal Treasury.

Just weeks later on the 7th of October, 1939, HMS Emerald set sail from

Plymouth in Great Britain to Halifax in Nova Scotia.

The reason?

The hull contained millions of pounds of gold bullion bound for the USA to pay for American

war materials.

12 months later, with the war going badly for the Allies and the battle for the North

Atlantic its fiercest, Prime Minister Winston Churchill used emergency

wartime powers to seize the gold the citizens of the UK

had been forced to declare the previous year.

The gold was moved to the Port of Greenock in Scotland in

secret, reloaded onto HMS Emerald, and then dispatched to Canada.

So, if the British were to be overrun by the advancing Nazi forces, they would still

have the means to continue the fight.

One week later, another convoy set off on the same route,

this time carrying $1.7 billion of gold.

Today, that gold would be worth over $29 billion.

In all, almost $30 billion of gold in today's money was shipped thousands of miles in treacherous

seas and through a gauntlet of U-boats without

a single ounce being lost.

It was the single greatest and perhaps most dangerous movement of wealth

in history.

CONGRESS JUST DROPPED A BOMB ON JEFF SESSIONS – HE'S DONE - Duration: 11:15.

CONGRESS JUST DROPPED A BOMB ON JEFF SESSIONS – HE'S DONE

A recent House Intelligence Committee report has revealed some interesting pieces of information

about Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

The Gateway Pundit reported that former Senator Sessions oversaw the small team of five foreign

policy experts for Donald Trump's campaign.

This small group included both Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.

The House Intel report stated that back in March of 2016, Trump was under pressure to

put together a foreign policy team.

Most experienced Republicans were unwilling to jump on the Trump train, so after getting

pressure from the press to show he had experts on his team, candidate Trump named then Alabama

Senator Jeff Sessions as the chairman of his National Security Advisory Committee (NSAC).

Trump released the names of the five people on the committee weeks later, and this list

included Page and Papadopoulos.

"There is no evidence that anyone on the Trump campaign was aware of Page's past

ties to Russian intelligence services-or Papadopoulos' more recent contacts with a Russian-connected

professor-when these two individuals were included among the advisors that were publicly

announced on March 21," the report said.

"In fact, as [President Trump's son in law Jared] Kushner candidly put it, "we

put together that list because we vi1ere getting a lot of pressure from the media to put out

a list of foreign policy advisers."

It had previously been reported that Page and Papadopoulous were hired by Sam Clovis,

the Trump campaign's co-chairman, but the source of this information remained anonymous.

This report makes it seem much more likely that Sessions was responsible for hiring both

of them for the Trump campaign because they reported to him and because of Sessions'

actions of betrayal since becoming the nation's Attorney General.

This comes as many are calling for Sessions to step down as attorney general due to his

decision to recuse himself from the Russia collusion investigation.

to step down!

IT'S OVER MUELLER'S HORRIFYING CORRUPTION JUST EXPOSED ,HE WILL BE FIRED - Duration: 10:22.

IT'S OVER MUELLER'S HORRIFYING CORRUPTION JUST EXPOSED ,HE WILL BE FIRED

Fired FBI Director, James Comey, and special counsel, Robert Mueller, have conjured a devious

plan to oust President Trump.

Now, the White House is fighting back.

President Trump's lawyers believe Special Counsel Robert Mueller is overstepping his

bounds in his investigation into Russian interference in the election.

Now, Trump's lawyers are compiling a list of Mueller's numerous conflicts of interest,

The Washington Post reported.

Judge Jeanine Pirro perfectly explains one of Mueller's largest conflicts of interests–his

close relationship with the former FBI director James Comey.

"The most important issue is deciding who is telling the truth: Comey or Trump," Pirro

explains.

"Bob Mueller is [very close] with Jim Comey.

They have spent a lot of years together."

As Pirro explained, one of Robert Mueller's primary tasks is to determine whether President

Trump obstructed justice when he fired James Comey.

However, Mueller has no oversight from the government as he investigates his close friend's

firing.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself, and the Deputy Attorney General is a witness

in the case.

Ultimately, the entire debacle around Mueller was a set-up from the beginning.

James Comey was dedicated to ousting President Trump, and he has tasked Mueller with finishing

the job.

Mueller is supposed to be investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election, but his

investigation immediately morphed into a witch hunt against President Trump.

His only aim is to impeach the president, and this has been the plan from the beginning.

Comey forced the Justice Department to hire a special counsel after he broke the law and

leaked a government memo accusing President Trump of obstruction of justice.

Comey knew this would force Jeff Sessions to appoint a special counsel, and he had Robert

Mueller waiting in the wings.

Now, Comey's old friend Mueller is taking over the mission Comey started in November–to

impeach President Trump.

We cannot let this witch hunt continue.

We need to stand with our duly elected President and let him know that he has our trust.

Trump is the first president in a long time to put America first.

He is no foreign agent.

Trump Responds to Iran's Rouhani with BLISTERING All Caps Tweet! - Duration: 10:22.

Trump Responds to Iran's Rouhani with BLISTERING All Caps Tweet!

Early on Monday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, who has maintained an openly anti-American

stance and has frequently threatened the US, stated that "America must understand well

that peace with Iran is the mother of all peace, and war with Iran is the mother of

all wars."

Rouhani's threats came in response to President Trump's tough stance against the Iranian

regime, and has clashed with the Trump administration previously over the travel ban, the US embassy

move to Jerusalem in Israel, and the withdrawal from the Obama-era nuclear deal.

In response, President Trump took to Twitter, warning Rouhani (in an all-capitalizized tweet)

to "Never, ever threaten the United States again, or you will suffer consequences the

likes of which few throughout history have ever suffered before."

"We are no longer a country that will stand for your demented words of violence and death,"

warned Trump, adding, "Be cautious!"

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee blamed Iran for "inciting" the tension

between the two countries, and National Security Adviser John Bolton stated that "President

Trump told me that if Iran does anything at all to the negative, they will pay a price

like few countries have ever paid before."

Swimmer Ryan Lochte Suspended For 14 Months - Duration: 4:02.

Swimmer Ryan Lochte Suspended For 14 Months

swimmer Ryan Lochte is again in hot water. Two months ago, he posted a photo on social media of himself receiving an intravenous infusion. That caught the attention of the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, which launched an investigation.

Now, the six-time gold medalist has been suspended for 14 months. That clock started on May 24, the day he took the IV.

"This is devastating for my family and me, and I was finally back in top shape," Lochte said at a news conference. This means he will miss the upcoming national championships starting on July 25, as well as major international swimming events.

It's worth noting that the USADA did not find that he was injecting himself with any banned substances – the problem was the amount of fluid that he received.

The USADA does not allow athletes to receive intravenous infusions of more than 100 ml in a 12-hour period, unless they have a special exemption. Lochte's infusion was larger than the allowed amount, the investigation found.

He said that he was not aware of the rule. "If I did, I never would have done it, it's obvious that I would not have posted a picture.".

The swimmer told reporters that he sought the IV of vitamins because he wanted to avoid getting sick after family members were ill. USADA said in a statement that Lochte "fully cooperated" with the investigation.

"I know it sounds like a harsh penalty for something unintentional and where I didn't put anything prohibited in my body, but a rule's a rule and I accept that there was a technical violation and that I'll have to do this consequences," Lochte said.

He added that he hopes other athletes will learn from his mistake. Sanctions of this kind appear to be rare. According to The Associated Press, "the USADA database shows only two other athletes being sanctioned for using such a method.".

This isn't the first time Lochte has been suspended.  As NPR's Bill Chappell reported, he was previously suspended for 10 months due to his behavior in Rio during the 2016 Olympics.

That was centered around an odd and highly scrutinized incident at a gas station.

Initially, as Bill reported, "Lochte spoke to the media about what he described as an armed robbery — but that version of events unraveled in the face of scrutiny, particularly after surveillance video contradicted Lochte.".

The Brazilian investigation into that incident is still active, the AP added: "A court there recently decided that he could still face prosecution for filing a false report.

Lochte told reporters Monday that he is still aiming to compete at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
